        火 및 火病의 意義에 관한 文獻的 考察

        I got the following result from the bibliographic study about the meaning of Hwa(火) and Hwa- byung(火病) at the concept and the aspect of pathological and etiological factors. The results are as follows. 1. The pathological characteristics of Hwa(火) mean the inflammed state, the excited mental condition and perinervous hyperfunction caused by exopathy produced by any of the six extermal etiological factors(外感六淫) and Hwa caused by interior injury(內傷火熱). 2. Hwa caused by the fire emotions(五志之火); anger, gladness, contemplation, sadress, fear by menta complications brings to Hwa caused by the five viscera(五?之火) and Hwa caused by the stagnation of the liver - energy(肝鬱之火) is the rpresentive Hwa caused by the five viscera and the six hollow organs(贓?之火). 3. A symptom caused by a pathogenic Hwa(화증) is understood in a pathological sense involved an inflammed disease and is considered as a pathological state of excess syndrome(實證) caused by exterior Hwa( 外火). 4. The pathologic process of Hwa-byung(火病) as the mental disease is based upon our people's emotion; Han(恨) to be pathologized without being overcome and can be considered as the process of Hwa caused by long-term(鬱久而火化). 5. Hwa-byung(火病) means a psychosomatic disorder resulting from stress reaction caused by personal relations in the climacterium. Form the above mentioned study, the meaning of Hwa(火) and Hwa-byung(火病) is set theoretically and it also needs to be maintained reserching and studying about Hwa-byung(火病) consistantly.

      • Li₂ZrO₃계의 CO₂반응에 따른 전기적 성질

        A carbon dioxide gas sensor was studied as a function of temperature and CO₂concentration In the Li₂ZrO₃ system. Lithium zirconatet(Li₂ZrO₃) was synthesized by the heat-treatment of zirconia(ZrO₂) and Lithium carbonate(Li₂ZrO₃). The specimens were prepared both as bulk disks. 10mm in diameter and 1.0mm thickness, and thick films on an alumina substrate. Lithium zirconate readily responded to CO₂ concentration from 0.1% to 100% in the range of 450℃ to 650℃. The sensitivity to CO₂ was dependent on the measuring temperature. Lithium zirconate(Li₂ZrO₃) decomposes into Li₂ZrO₃ and ZrO₂ after the reaction with CO₂ in the range of 450℃ to 650℃, and Li₂ZrO₃ changes into Li₂O and CO₂ above 650℃. The material showed difficulty with reversibility and recovery. The optimum temperature for the highest sensitivity is around 550℃.

        Measurement of Knee Morphometrics Using MRI: A Comparative Study between ACL-Injured and Non-Injured Knees

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out the differences of distal femur morphology between the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL)-injured and the non-ACL injured on an magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and the difference of bone structure by gender. Materials and Methods: MRI Measurements of notch width (NW), bicondylar width (BCW), medial condyle width (MCW), lateral condyle width (LCW), medial-to-lateral condyle ratio (M:L ratio), and notch entrance width (NE) were taken from 120 subjects with ACL injury and the other 106 subjects without ACL injury, by three independent observers, at two different times. The measured values from MRI figures between the ACL-injured and the non-ACL-injured were compared and analyzed, with consideration of the differences by gender. Both intra and inter-observer reliability were calculated. Results: There were significant differences of NW, BCW, MCW, LCW and NE by gender (p<0.001). While NW and MCW in male group were different (p<0.001), NW, MCW, M:L ratio and NW index (NWI) in female group were significantly different (p<0.001) in the bone morphology between the ACL-injured and non-ACL-injured. The intra- and inter-observer reliability was satisfying. Conclusions: If necessary to take an MRI, female patients with small NWI and NW injury should be carefully treated because of possibility of ACL injuries.

      • Seol-Gel법에 의한 CO 감지용 SnO₂센서 특성

        Ultra-fine particles of SnO₂was synthersized by the sol-gel powder processing using tin(Ⅱ) chloride dihydrate(SnCl₂·2H₂O) and ethanol(C₂H_(5)OH) as raw materials. Gel powders can be obtained by drying of sol at 120℃ after aging 72hrs and 168hrs. The amount of SnO₂phase was increased with temperature because of the evaporation of volatile components, and the creation of SnO₂phase was almost done by the heat treatment at 700℃/30min. The grain sizes after firing are about 20-30nm, and it showed the narrow distribution of grain size. The specimens to measure electrical properties were fabricated by the thick film screen printing technique on the alumina substrates. The conductance of SnO₂was increased with temperature up to 380℃ by the typical conduction mechanism of semiconducting ceramics. There was a region of constant conductance between about 200℃ and 380℃ due to the increment of electron concentration with temperature and the annihilation of conduction carriers by the absorption and electron trapped-ionization of oxygen on the surface of SnO₂, It was finally showed the intrinsic behaviors above 450℃. The sensing properties of response time, recovery, and sensitivity of CO were improved with aging time.

      • NiCr 박막의 열처리에 따른 표면미세조직 및 저항특성

        NiCr thin films were deposited by DC magnetron sputtering on Al_(2)O_(3)/Si substrate with NiCr(80:20) alloy target. NiCr thin films were annealed at 300℃, 400℃, 500℃, 600℃, 700℃ for 6hr in H, respectively after annealing at 500℃ for 6hr in air ambient. The characteristics fo NiCr thin films such as changes of micro structure and formation, surface properties, resistance and generation of heat were analyzed as functions of annealing temperature and ambient. The analysises of NiCr thin films were investigated through FESEM(Fie1d Emission Scanning Electron Microscope) and XPS(X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy). Resistance of NiCr thin films were measured by four point prove technique.

      • 사회체육 참여자들의 정신건강에 관한 요인분석

        This study was intended to systematically understand relevant variables among demo-sociology and sport-related ones of regular participants in the activities of sport for all, which particularly had significant effects on mental health, and further provide useful data for positive environment setting which was to help elevate the participants' mental health level. For this purpose, a total of 543 adults, male and female, was chosen to inquire into the ten factors and the causal relation in regard to mental health. The results are as follows: 1. Demo-sociological variables In regard to demo-sociological variables that help improve the participants' mental health level, gender, age, religion and residential environment factors proved of significant effects, while as another environment factors favorable for upgrading mental health level it could be generalized that man was more relevant than women, followed by the middle-aged and more than the young, small towns than big cities, and the religious than the atheists. 2. Sport-related variables In regard to sport-related variables which are helpful for upgrading the participants' mental health level, some variables classified by participation motives, forms, and careers, and the strength of activity had more significant effects, while the purpose of leisure activity rather than therapeutic purpose, free or of form of lover's society participation rather than scheduled lessons, high participation career rather than low career, and normal strength of activity rather than strong or weak in extreme can be generalized as positive environment variables favorable for upgrading mental health level.

      • pro-BNP가 증가되어 있는 만성 폐쇄성폐질환 환자에서의심초음파 지표에 대한 연구

        Not much is known about the mechanism in the case where the pulmonary disease patient has a normal left ventricular function but increased levels of pro-BNP. The authors wish to investigate the differences in left ventricular and right ventricular echocardiographic parameters in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases who shows elevated levels of pro-BNP. Three groups were chosen : Patients diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and who showed normal pro-BNP levels (Group A - 14); patients diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and had elevated levels of pro-BNP (Group B - 10); patients diagnosed with pulmonary embolism who showed increased levels of pro-BNP (Group C - 14) were chosen for comparison of right ventricular function. Pro-BNP levels and echocardiography were measured within 24hours after admission.. Tissue Doppler Imaging (TDI) was measured in all groups. There were no significant dif\ferences in age and left ventricular ejection fraction between the three groups. There were no significant differences in mitral E, A, and E/A ratio, parameters of left ventriculr diastolic function. There were no significant differences in mitral S', E', A' and E'/A' ratio, parameters of tissue doppler imaging on mitral valve. There were no significant differences in tricuspid S', E', A' and E'/A' ratio, parameters of tissue doppler imaging on tricuspid valve. Conclusion: There was no significant difference in echocardiographic parameters between normal pro-BNP patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and normal pro-BNP patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary embolism patients with elevated pro-BNP levels.

        Many modules such as controller, sensor, telematics terminal, navigation, audio and video are connected each o[her via vehicle network (CAN, MOST, etc). Futhermore, users can have ITS or internet services in moving by connecting to wireless mobile network. These network capabilities can cause a lots of security issues such as data hacking, privacy violation, location tracking and so on. Some possibilities which raise a breakdown or accident by hacking vehicle operation data (sensor, control data) are on the increase. In this paper, we propose a security module which has encryption functionalities and can be used for vehicle network system such as CAN, MOST, etc. This security module can provide conventional encryption algorithms and digital signature processing functionality such as DES, 3-DES, SEED, ECC, and RSA.
