The aim of the study is to examine whether it is suited to the needs of the times and the developmental currents of the educational requirements, and to observe if the 7th music curriculum is compatible with the purposes of the self-governing system of local education with raising controversial points, after analyzing the curriculum and contents of the 5th grade Music subject in the 5th and 6th grade study course of the 7th revised elementary school curriculum enforced since 2002.3.1, based on the self-governing system of education enacted to keep up independence, peculiarity, and characteristics of local education. The results are as follows : 1. Standards referred to establish the system of allotting duties according to the central operating bodies of the 7th Curriculum, each curriculum of state level, local level, and school level, are stipulated in the Local Government Act, the Local Education Autonomy Act, and the Fundamentals of Education Act. 2. The contents system of the 7th music curriculum is reduced to two fields of comprehension and activity dissimilarly from the 6th curriculum presented to three fields of comprehension, expression, and appreciation. Two parts of expression, and appreciation in the 6th curriculum are incorporated into one part of activity in the 7th curriculum. 3. The sphere of appreciating Korean classical music, which promotes our native music culture, is diminished from 55.6% in the 6th curriculum to 44.4% in the 7th curriculum. 4. Enforcement of the self-governing system of local education provided a legal, systematic equipment to the 7th curriculum administration, and it made the inevitability of the curriculum administration centered on autonomy and initiativeness. 5. Administration of the curriculum in local and school level cannot be conducted effectively viewed in a self-governing system of local education because of insecurity of creative operation that is derived from selecting difficult and demanding theme tunes on the contents of music subject. 6. The constitution system of the subject contents has a few points at issue, which are difficult forms and creative work, poor data for appreciating folk music, loose and scanty contents of joyful songs, very little allotment rate on textbook to know the local music culture. That's why it is a matter of grave concern to accomplish the purposes of the 7th Curriculum and it is necessary for us to reconstruct the subject contents. 7. There is a possibility that the self-governing system of local education will have no effect. Teachers can't instruct distinctive cultural heritage in music easily and systematically as restrictions of the screening range on a schoolbook 8. The teachers who are taking the lead are concerned about the occurrence of lots of points in constitution contents and reality of the Curriculum. To wipe out these concerns and operate the normal music curriculum, we need a keen interest, various support and systematic investment from a state level and positive, active participation from the teachers on the spot.

空氣小銃 姿勢가 記錄에 미치는 影響 : 서서쏘는 姿勢를 中心으로

The research mainly of the competitiors of safe and reasonable stance for shooting have shown a strong tendancy to leaning forward ortowards sides in shooting among veteran shooters. Shooters of longer experience tend to take sloping posture of one sholder for shooting of airgum. The problems in shooting stance of competitors and the measures for its improvement of shooting records can be summed up as follows. (1) The reasonable principle to take good stance in shooting has not been provided for the competitors who do not adopt find suitable stance for himself despite of various kinds of stance in shooting. Therefore technical method of selection of stance in consideration of individual physical conditions of shooting should be developed for a good shooting record through ideal shooting stance. (2) The more reasonable and scientific research should be made with deep interests in the problem of shooting stance of delicate nature depending on individuality. (3) Four of competitors have raised objection to the records resulted by selection of different stance, three of them, to the improved records out of whole nine competitors who had been tested by taking different stance of shooting. (4) Three of competitors have shown improved records out of five who have no objection to the stable stance, induced test showed good results of stability too.

평생교육융합학과_대학 재학 성인학습자의 참여동기와 자기효능감 및 삶의 만족도

The purpose of this study is to investigate the motivation in participation, self-efficacy and life satisfaction of adult learners in university. For this study, the data of 350 adult learners in Daegu and Gyeongbuk province were analyzed by using SPPS 14.0 program for Windows. First. After analyzing the motivation in participation, self-efficacy and life satisfaction of adult learners, the figure of motivation was the highest. Among the types of motivation, learning-oriented motivation (M=4.553) was the highest, followed by self-efficacy and self-control. Second, the results of analysis according to general characteristics of adult learners in unversity are as followed. Learning-oriented motivation which is a sub-factor of participation motivation shows higher when the learners are female, unreligious and unmarried. The differences according to age were people in 60's, the motivation for participation in college education was people in 50's, the difference according to educational background was more than 4 million won according to monthly income, and the difference according to occupation was higher in civil servants. Third, adult learner's motivation, self-efficacy and life satisfaction in university have a positive correlation. We can consider that the higher the motivation to participate in university education, the higher the self-efficacy and life satisfaction. Fourth, monthly income has the greatest effect on the sub-factors of life satisfaction, life style, positive thinking, self-esteem, and emotional stability of adult learners in university.However, life satisfaction shows that marriage has the greatest influence.In addition, marriage, which is a sub-variable of motivation for university education, seems to have a great influence on self-efficacy. On the other hand, confidence is influenced by marital status and self-control is by learning-oriented motivation which is a sub-variable of motivation to participate in university education and monthly income has an effect on difficulty of task preference. Key word: adult learners, motivation, self-efficacy, life satisfaction 본 연구는 대학 재학 성인학습자의 참여동기와 자기효능감 및 삶의 만족도를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대구광역시와 경북지역의 4개 대학교에 재학 중인 성인학습자 최종 350명을 대상으로 조사한 자료를 Window용 SPPS 14.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 대학 재학 성인학습자의 참여동기, 자기효능감, 삶의 만족도를 살아본 결과, 참여동기가 가장 높게 타나났다. 이 중, 학습지향형 참여동기(M=4.553)가 가장 높았고, 다음 자기효능감과 자기조절 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학 재학 성인학습자의 일반적 특성에 따라 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 성별은 참여동기의 하위요인 중 학습지향형 동기에서 여성이, 종교는 무교가, 결혼여부는 미혼이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 연령에 따른 차이는 60대가, 대학교육 참여동기는 50대가, 학력에 따른 차이에서는 대학원이 월 소득에 따른 차이는 400만원 이상이, 직업에 따른 차이는 공무원이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학 재학 성인학습자의 대학평생교육 참여동기, 자기효능감, 삶의 만족도는 정적 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 대학교육 참여동기가 높을수록 자기효능감과 삶의 만족도가 높다고 할 수 있다. 넷째, 대학 재학 성인학습자의 삶의 만족도의 하위요인과 삶의 활력소, 긍정적 사고, 자기존중, 정서적 안정감에 미치는 요인으로 월소득이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 삶의 만족도는 결혼여부가 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 대학 교육 참여동기의 하위변수인 결혼여부가 자기효능감에 많은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 보인다. 반면 자신감에는 결혼여부가, 자기조절에는 대학 교육 참여동기의 하위변수인 학습지향형 동기가, 과제선호난이도에 월소득이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 주제어: 성인학습자, 참여동기, 자기효능감, 삶의 만족도

Characteristics of ginseng F₁Hybrid (Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolius) and genetic analysis of ginsenosides related genes

Panax ginseng the king of oriental medicines, has enormous potential against many of the disease symptoms and ailments has long been known to be used by South East Asian countries. They are getting spotlight into western countries due to their medicinal properties. Panax quinquefolius another important member of Panax family has equally important benefits and medical properties and tolerant to disease and light compared to P. ginseng. The production of interspecific hybrids could lead to ginseng plants with enhanced potential towards stress tolerance with increased ginsenoside content that would benefit the society. The hybrids were produced by the artificial pollination technique such as pollen dusting on each parent to produces ginseng hybrids. The resultant hybrids were having hybrid vigor in their phenotypical characters, however there was a slight change in their sprouting and flowering characteristics. The hybrids were confirmed by the primer pairs designed against the SNPs in “nad” and “MLP” region. The roots of the hybrids displayed an enormous hybrid vigor showing multiple lateral roots with abundant fine roots, which eventually reflects in their ginsenosides profiles as well. The F1 hybrids were having improved ginsenoside contents as compared to the parental lines, as well as the minor ginsenosides present in them were also higher thus reflecting both P. ginseng and P. quinquefolius characters. The F1 hybrid plants were used to produce callus and adventitious root cultures, they restrain their original characters owing to the hybridization. The P. ginseng callus was enriched with chlorophyll content, while P. quinquefolius was enhanced with anthocyanin contents. Interestingly the hybrids were rich in chlorophyll content and diminished anthocyanin content. The ginsenoside profile of in vitro grown calluses have also shown that hybrids produced higher ginsenoside contents compare to their parental lines. The gene expression profiling of the calluses suggested that, the ginsenoside contents is hybrids calluses were mainly due to the increased expression of Squalene synthase and dammarenediol synthase pathway genes. These results suggest that the produced ginseng hybrids contain an enhanced growth habits with higher ginsenoside profile, thereby a good material for the ginseng breeders and sellers. 고려인삼(Panax ginseng)은 두릅나무과에 속하는 약용식물로 동양의학에서매우 중요한 약재로 수 천 년 전부터 사용되어 왔다. 많은 연구자들이 고려인삼의 효능을 연구하여 입증함으로서 전 세계적으로 그 수요가 증가 하였다.전 세계에서 상업적으로 재배되고 있는 Panax 종은 4개종으로 Panaxginseng, Panax japonicas, Panax notoginseng, Panax quinquefolius 가 있다. 고려인삼의품종은 총 33개의 품종이 등록되어있는 반면 미국삼과 다른 종은 품종이 등록되어있지 않다. 고려인삼의 품종은 모두 자경, 청경, 황숙에서 순계분리로 만들어 졌으며 이렇게 육성된 고려인삼 품종은 뿌리 체형이 우수하고 다양한 유효성분을 가지고 있으나 적변, 균열 등에 상대적으로 취약하다. 따라서 고려인삼의 유전자원 확보 및 우수한 품종개발을 위하여 종간교잡기술을 통한 우수한 유전자 도입이 절실히 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 고려인삼을 기본으로 상업적으로 재배중인 3가지 Panax속 식물 중에서 미국삼을 선정하여 종간교잡을 진행하였다. 미국삼을 선정하여 이용한 것은 고려인삼과 형태적, 재배적으로 가장 비슷하였고 고려인삼에 부족한 내광성, 내병성, 적변 그리고 균열에 내성이 있고 Re, Rb1의 함량이 많다고 보고되어 선정하였다. 고려인삼과 미국삼의 종간교잡하기 위해 미국삼에 비닐멀칭을 씌워 개화기를 앞당겨 고려인삼과 맞추었다. 개화 후 모본의 꽃에 제웅을 하고 수분을 진행하여 F1의 식물체를 얻었다. F1 hybrid임을 확인하기 위해 “nad”와 “MLP” 영역의primer을 이용하여 확인하였다.F1 hybrid를 확인하고 지상부, 지하부의 생육조사를 함과 동시에 생체와callus의 ginsenoside의 성분 분석을 하였다. 지상부와 지하부는 각각의 모부본 보다 월등한 생육을 보였고 3년생 이후부터는 잡종강세 현상을 보였다. 이에 따라ginsenoside 역시 모부본 보다 많은 함유를 보였으며 고려인삼과 미국삼의ginsenoside 특성을 모두 보였다. 조직배양의 callus조직에서도 고려인삼, 미국삼 그리고 F1 hybrid의 표현형이 모두 다르게 나타나 chlorophyll 과 anthocyanin을 확인하였다. 고려인삼에서는chlorophyll의 함량이 높았고 미국삼에서는 anthocyanin 함량이 높았으며 F1 hybrid는 각각의 모본을 따랐다.Ginsenoside 생합성 관련 유전자의 발현을 보았을 때 squalene synthase and dammarenediol synthase pathway의 발현이 높아 F1 hybrid가 모부본 보다 ginsenoside의 함량이 높은 것으로 유추해볼 수 있다. 이러한 결과는 인삼 교잡종이 고려인삼과미국삼보다 월등히 높은 ginsenoside의 함량과 중량으로 인삼 육종가와 판매자에게 좋은 재료임을 시사한다. 본 연구는 고려인삼과 미국삼의 종간교잡과 조직배양기술을 이용하여 인삼육종의 한계를 타파하고 유효성분인 진세노사이드 함량이 보다 높은 인삼품종 개발과 종간교잡의 문제점을 파악하고 해결하기 위해 진행되었다. 그리고 분자마커 개발, F1 생육조사, 조직배양을 통한 종간잡종 및 고사포닌 개체 조기 선발과 다량증식, 진세노사이드 관련 유전자를 통한 유전자 분석으로 진행되었고 또한 종간교잡종의장점을 산업화하는 기초자료로 사용하고자 한다.
