Macrophage play a major role in host defence against infection and tumor development and this activity is regulated through the production of several mediators. In particular, the production of N0 by macrophages mediates killing or growth inhibition of tumor cells, bacteria, fungi and parasites. However, over-expression of iNOS by various stimuli, resulting in over-production of NO. contributes to the pathogenesis of septic shock and some infmammator and auto-immune disease. Thereforc, it would be valuable to develop potent and selective inhibitors of for potential therapeutic use. Thus the agent that supprees the expression of iNOS mRNA or enzyme protein will be usefull for the prevention of various diseases. We are intersted in identifying selective inhibitiors of iN0S which might be useful intreating inlammatory human diseases. In summary, we have demantrated that scopolein, isolated from Seman Armenicae and Radix Trichosalmis the production of NO induced by IFNy plus LPS in RAW 264.7 macrophages, The mechanism for the inhibition of N0 Production was due to suppression of the expression of iN0S mRNA or enzyme protein.
UX 관점에서 본 VR 콘텐츠의 사용성 평가 요소에 관한 연구

Currently, the virtual reality market is exploding and demand for various contents and quality contents is increasing rapidly. Therefore, the quality control of contents is important, and the development guide of virtual reality contents and the production of safety guide for self - regulation are being studied through the needs of the government and the industry. While technical quality studies from the developer's perspective may seem systematic and active, studies on user experience (UX) still require a lot of research. In this paper, we propose usability evaluation factors suitable for virtual reality contents. This research is expected to contribute to the development of efficient contents by being used as basic data for evaluating the usability of virtual reality contents and verification data of usability at the development stage. 현재 가상현실 시장이 폭발적으로 성장하며 다양한 분야와 양질의 콘텐츠의 수요가 급증하고 있다. 이에 콘텐츠의 품질관리를 중요하게 요구하고 있으며 가상현실 콘텐츠의 개발 가이드 제작, 자율규제를 위한 안전 가이드 제작 등이 정부와 업계의 요구를 통해 연구를 진행하고 있다. 단지 개발자 입장의 기술적 품질연구는 체계적이고 활발히 진행되어 보이나 사용자경험(UX)에 관한 연구는 아직도 많은 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 가상현실 콘텐츠에 적합한 사용성 평가 요소를 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구는 향후 가상현실 콘텐츠의 사용성을 평가하는 기초 자료 및 개발 단계에서 사용성의 검증 자료로 사용되어 효율적인 콘텐츠 개발에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
Instrumental case in Korean and Lithuanian:a contrastive analysis

This paper aims to investigate, in a contrastive way, various functions of the instrumental case in Korean and Lithuanian, which are not related to each other genetically and geographically. The functions to be examined are, among others, instrument, means, manner, cause, material, goal, status resulting from change, and various types of adverbials. The Korean and the Lithuanian instrumental case show overall similarities in these functions, though there are some minor differences specific to each language.
