The regulatory periodic inspection program (PSI) conducted at every overhaul period is the most important process for confirming the safety of nuclear power plants. The PSI for operating nuclear power plants in Korea mainly consist of component level performance check that had been developed based on deterministic approach putting the same degree of importance to all the inspection items. This inspection methodology is likely to be effective for preoperational inspection. However, once the plant is put into service, the PSI must be focused on whether to minimize the risk of accident using defense-in-depth concept and risk insight. The incorporation of defense-in-depth concept and risk insight into the deterministic based safety inspection has not been well studied so far. In this study, two track approaches are proposed to make sure that core damage be avoided: one is to secure success path and the other to block the failure path in a specific event tree of PSA. The investigation shows how to select safety important components and how to set up inspection group to ensure that core damage would not occur for a given initiating event, which results in strengthening defense-in-depth level 3.
전문상담교사의 상담 경력, 수퍼비전 경험에 따른 사례개념화 능력 및 역전이 관리 능력의 차이

The purpose of this study was to analyse differences in school counselors' case conceptualization and counte-rtransference management abilities by their career length and supervision experiences. A total of 141 professional school counselors' career, supervision experience, case conceptualization ability and countertransference management ability were surveyed. The collected data were analysed by one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe follow-up verification. The study results are as follows. First, the high professional school counselor career group showed statistically higher case conceptualization ability than the middle professional school counselor group. But there was no difference in countertransference management ability among the professional school counselor's career groups. On the other hand, on ‘anxiety management’, a factor of overall countertransference management ability, the high professional school counselor career group showed statistically higher than the middle professional school counselor career group. Second, the more than the higher supervision experiences group is better case conceptualization ability and countertransference management ability than the lower supervision experiences group. Based on these results, the implications of school counseling and school counselor's education. were discussed. 본 연구는 전문상담교사의 상담 경력과 수퍼비전 경험이 사례개념화 능력과 역전이 관리 능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 총 141명의 전문상담교사를 대상으로 상담 경력, 수퍼비전 경험(횟수), 사례개념화 능력 및 역전이 관리 능력을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 일원분산분석 및 사후검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문상담교사의 상담 경력에 따른 집단 간에 사례개념화 능력은 중간경력과 고경력 집단 간에 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 역전이 관리 능력은 집단 간 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 전체 역전이 관리 능력에서 집단 간 차이가 없었던 것과는 달리, 역전이 관리 능력의 하위 요인인 ‘불안관리’ 영역에서는 고경력 집단이 중간경력 집단에 비해 유의미하게 높은 차이를 보이는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 전문상담교사의 수퍼비전 경험에 따른 집단 간에 사례개념화 능력 및 역전이 관리 능력은 수퍼비전 저경험 집단에 비해 고경험 집단이 유의미하게 높은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의와 학교 상담과 전문상담교사 교육에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.
