박인환 시에서의 우울과 시간의식

박인환 시에 만연한 우울과 슬픔의 감정은 허무와 죽음의식을 나타내는 것으로 평가되어 왔다. 초기 시에서 보였던 현실 지향적 의식이 전쟁을 경험하면서, 내면으로 침잠하는 페시미즘의 성향을 보이는 것으로 평가되어 왔다. 그러나 이 슬픔과 우울의 감정은 박인환의 시에서 시간의식과 밀접하게 관계되어 나타난다는 점에서, 역사적인 것으로 이해되어야 한다. 말하자면, 전쟁이라는 매우 구체적인 폭력의 현상을 목도하고 경험하는 순간에 얻어지는 감정은 이 경험의 순간을 역사적으로 고찰할 수 있는 판단력에 해당한다. 박인환의 시는 초기의 현실 지향적 경향에서 후퇴하여 내면으로 침잠한 것이라기보다는, 이 순간의 적극적인 인식을 통해서 여전히 현실에 대응할 수 있는 시의 가치를 견고하게 지켜내고자 했다고 할 수 있다. '우울'이라는 감정의 적극적 노출은 그가 페시미즘에 빠졌다는 것을 의미하는 것이 아니라, 당시에 전쟁을 대한 다른 사람들과 다른 위치에서 있었다는 것을 의미한다. 박인환의 시에서 시간은 적극적인 '현재'의 시간, '순간'의 시간이며, 이는 그러한 시간선 위에서 빠져나오는 것을 의미하기 때문이다. 박인환은 진보적 시간관에서 빠져나와 '순간'에 적극적으로 서는 것으로써 자신의 전쟁경험을 구성하고, 그것에 의미를 부여하려고 한다. '우울'은 전쟁이라는 당면한 역사적 비극 앞에서 그것을 '판단'하고 그 자리에서 '인간의 가치'를 찾아보려는 노력에 수반하여 나타났다. 비록 박인환은 요절함으로써 그 시적 성취를 끝까지 끌고 가지는 못했지만, 1950년대에 만연한 '감정'의 문제를 새로운 차원에서 바라볼 수 있는 단초를 마련하고 있다고 평가할 수는 있을 것이다. The overflowing emotions of melancholy and sorrow in Park, In-hwan's poems has been interpreted as his consciousness of the death; his keen attention toward the reality seems to have been transformed into pessimistic attitude, which turned him to the interior after he experienced the Korean war. However, in the sense that those emotions of melancholy and sorrow are in close connection with the poet's unique concept of time, we have to understand those as something with its own historicity. Park construes historical time through the moments and achieve the positive attitudes through his poetic method of recollection. He makes the past present through the recollection; what is not existent any more is associated with the present through this poetic imagination, and this allows humans to be saved from the momentary despair. The positive exposure of the melancholic emotion in his poems does not mean that he indulged himself with pessimism; it means that he took the different position toward the war from others. In his poems, time is always the time of the positive present and this unique conception allows him to break away from the general concept of the linear flow of time. Park tries to construct and reevaluate what he experienced at the war while positioning himself at the positive moments with escaping from the conceptual framework of the progressiveness of time. The melancholy is accompanied with Park's struggle to understand the historical tragedy of the war and to discover the human values at its site. Though Park's untimely death prevented him to take this poetic achievement to another level, his poetics allows us to comprehend the issue of overflowing emotions in the post-war Korean poetry from a new angle.

Objectives The causes of Epistaxis could vary in children, but among them, digestive problem is an important cause. So, the purpose of this study is to report seven cases of chronic epistaxis treated by oriental medicine. Methods The seven patients who are diagnosed with epistaxis were treated with herbal medicine (Auajinuktang-gamibang), and its effect was measured. Results After the treatment, number of the epistaxis incident is decreased, and the patient's general conditions have gotten better. Conclusions This study has shown that oriental medical treatment on children's epistaxis was effective, but further studies are needed.

Krabbe Disease 환아의 한방치료 증례 1례 보고

Objectives: This study is to report a treatment case of the Krabbe Disease with herbal medicine and acupuncture. The purpose of this study is to report clinical effects of an oriental medical treatment on the Krabbe Disease patient who also has stool problem, sleep disorder, and anorexia. Methods: Herbal medicine and acupuncture are performed on the patient with the general symptoms such as constipation, sleep disorder, anorexia, and coldness of feet. Results: Only treated by oriental medicine, the patient's constipation, sleep disorder, anorexia, and coldness of feet vanish, and the patient maintains her condition for a month. Conclusions: This study shows that oriental medical treatments are effective in treating the general symptoms that a Krabbe Disease patients has. To be more accurate, further studies are necessary.

Paediatric Allergic Disease Quality of Life Questionnaire (PADQLQ)의 한국어판 개발과 신뢰도, 타당도에 대한 연구

Objectives In pediatrics of Korean Medicine, it is crucial to evaluate the overall symptoms of children, especially in the children who have serious troubles in their life. In the era when diagnosis in Korean Medicine is quite suitable to evaluate multiple allergic diseases, and when growing numbers are in needs, development of an objective measurement scale for diagnosis of allergic disease in Korean Medicine became essential. Therefore, in the study, pediatric Allergic Disease Quality of Life Questionnaire (PADQLQ) was translated into Korean version with validations on some aspects. Methods In this study, we translated and validated the PADQLQ and established psychometric evidence on its utility in Korean children with similar problems. 71 children, age of 6 ~ 18 with allergic disease has participated. Results The internal consistency reliability of the PADQLQ by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was 0.94. In three domains (Practical, Physical, Emotional), the Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was 0.77, 0.90 and 0.69. The Spearman's rank correlation coefficient between PADQLQ total score and VAS was 0.75 (p<0.001). And, Structural validity was evaluated by the ANOVA test. QoL differences of the four groups in the three domains (practical, physical, emotional) were significant. The item discriminative indices were ranged from 0.1651 to 0.8188. Conclusions Korean version PADQLQ is highly reliable and valid for children with allergic diseases. This is significant to assess the relative seriousness of the allergic diseases and to evaluate the efficacy of different treatments in Korean Medicine.

NC/Nga 생쥐에서 가미청심연자탕(加味淸心蓮子湯)의 GATA-3 조절에 의한 항아토피 피부염 효과

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate effectiveness of KamiCheongsimyeonjatang(KCSYJT) medicines to suppress atopic dermatitis in mouse model experimentally. Methods : First, in vitro, we isolated B cells from 18 weeks of atopicdermatitis-like skin NC/Nga mouse. Then we analyzed FACS(Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorter) by intracellular staining of IFN-$\gamma$, GATA-3+ analyzed cytokines by using real-time PCR. Secondly, in vivo, after administration of KCSYJT to atopic dermatitis NC/Nga mouse at 12 weeks of age, we analyzed serum IgE and the change of activated cell in PBMCs(Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells). Results : In vitro, KCSYJT medicines supressed IL-1$\beta$, IL-6, TNF-$\alpha$, and TGF-$\beta$ mRNA and increased IL-10 mRNA in B cells. Also, KCSYJT medicines decreased the levels of GATA-3$^+$CD4$^+$ and increased the levels of IFN-$\gamma^+$CD4$^+$T Cell. In vivo, serum IgE levels dreased in KCSYJT group than control group and In PBMCs, the activated cell percentage of granulocytes, CD3+, CD3+/CD4+, B220+/CD23+, and CCR3+ decreased and CD19+, CD3+/CD8+ increased in KCSYJT group than control group. Conclusions : This study demonstrates immunological activity of KCSYJT on atopic dermatitis-like model mice.
