위성발사체와 같이 높은 비행 동특성을 갖는 항체에 탑재하여 운용되어야 하는 위성항법수신기는 항체의 동특성 환경에서 정상적으로 동작하도록 설계 및 제작되어야 한다. 특히 가속도 및 저크에 민감한 위성항법수신기의 추적루프는 허용 범위 이상의 가속도 및 저크 환경에서 추적하고 있던 항법위성신호의 추적에 실패하거나 항법을 수행하지 못하는 등의 성능저하가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 항체의 비행 동특성 조건에 따른 규격 설정 시 충분한 마진을 고려해야 하고, 위성항법수신기가 높은 동특성 조건에 강인하도록 추적루프가 설계되어야 한다. 또한 제작된 위성항법수신기의 동특성 시험을 통하여 높은 가속도 및 저크 등의 환경에서 안정적으로 동작할 수 있는지 반드시 검증해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 한국형발사체용 위성항법수신기의 비행 동특성 조건에 따른 운용환경 규격과 동특성 시험을 위한 시나리오 생성에 관하여 논한다. Onboard GNSS Receivers for a satellite launch vehicle which has extremely high flight dynamic conditions have to be designed and manufactured for normal operation on the flight. The tracking loop of a GNSS receiver is very sensitive to acceleration and jerk so that the tracking loop can be unstable. As a result of the unstable tracking loop, the GNSS receiver loses the lock and can not calculate navigation solutions. Therefore enough margin has to be considered when establishing specifications of flight dynamics and GNSS receivers' tracking loop has to be designed for robustness on the high dynamics. The operation of the GNSS receiver on the high dynamic conditions has to be perfectly verified by the dynamic tests. This paper deals with the dynamic operation specifications and test scenarios of the GNSS receiver.

Cities seek solutions to urban heat islands and flooding caused by global warming and climate change. A green wall is a facility that plants vegetation on walls, providing green spaces in cities where green space is insufficient. A green wall reduces temperatures and energy, purifies the air by vegetation, and manages rainfall. This study examined the carbon dioxide and temperature reduction induced by green walls by measuring the temperature and carbon dioxide concentrations and comparing the differences. Experiments were conducted between an experimental group and a control group. The results showed an average temperature reduction effect of 3 °C, with a maximum reduction of 9 °C. Independent sample t-tests confirmed that the measured values showed significant differences. Furthermore, the carbon dioxide levels were up to 63 ppm lower from 0:00 to 18:00 than the control, with an average reduction of 44 ppm. This study confirmed the temperature and carbon dioxide reduction performance of green walls. The temperature reduction effect was higher at higher temperatures, and the carbon dioxide reduction effect was greater at higher temperatures and pedestrian flow. Nevertheless, the temperature and carbon dioxide reduction effects of green walls can be quantified more precisely if experiments are conducted under various conditions.

This thesis conducts case studies on the major activities and roundups of various,new small religious organizations which were active domestically during the warbasis under Japanese imperialism (1937~45), and captures the character of theiractivities. The first and foremost reason for having various religious bodies can be ascribedto the accumulation of social contradictions. After the outbreak of Sino-JapaneseWar in 1937 in particular, the people of Joseon got to suffer from more hardshipsof life due to the heavier economic plundering and compulsory mobilization oflabor force. The tightened control over the new religions during the war footing in particularappears to have several motives at the back: they are (1) strengthening of thoughtcontrol after the outbreak of the Sino-Japanese War, (2) clamping of new religionsin Japan’s homeland, (3) publication of Analogous Religions of Joseon, and (4) theBaekbaekgyo case. Among the new religious organizations that were rounded up after 1937, thereare different types, i.e. the type of antisocial heresy, and the type of aiming atindependance. They argued for the defeat of Japanese imperialism and theindependence of Joseon under the flag of nationalism. They carried out a ceremonywishing for independence, planned for raising funds for independence, instillednationalism into the believers, and resisted imperialist Japan. The Joseon public participated in this type of new religious organizations withnationalism, and it shows that they had aspiration for independence and resistanceto Japanese imperialism. They accorded their anti-Japanese imperialism with the ‘claim’ of new religious organizations. The public’s anti-Japanese sentiment anddesire for independence, in tandem with religious groups, even influenced onforming of secret societies. Therefore, the new religious organizations during the war footing were notmerely a social phenomenon, but appeared owing to the Joseon public’s desireand resistance to imperialist Japan. It is significant that the public, as a historicalmainstay, showed their will to resist through new religious bodies, which in turnput on nationalism.

Background: Metabolically obese normal weight (Wt) occurs in people who have high prevalence of cardiovascular disease even with normal body mass index (BMI). In this study, we determined the relationship between low muscle mass and metabolic syndrome which is known to be associated with cardiovascular disease in aged people with normal BMI. Methods: This study used the data of Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Aged people (≥ 65 years) with normal BMI (18.5 to 22.9 kg/m2 ) were enrolled. Low muscle mass class I was defined as appendicular skeletal muscle divided by Wt 1 to 2 standard deviation below the mean of gender specific young healthy adult and class II was defined as below 2 standard deviations. Results: The prevalence of low muscle mass class I and II were 18.8% and 5.2% in men and 11.2% and 2.2% in women, respectively. In men and women, low muscle mass and metabolic syndrome was associated with each other after adjusting for age. After further adjusting for BMI, smoking status, alcohol consumption, and exercise frequency, the relationship was maintained in aged men. Moreover in aged men, the risk of metabolic syndrome was increased according to the grade increase in low muscle mass class. Conclusions: In the aged with normal BMI, low muscle mass was a risk factor of metabolic syndrome. Furthermore, in normal BMI men, when the degree of low muscle mass was enhanced, the risk of metabolic syndrome was increased.

This study aims to investigate changes of the text-difficulty in the English reading section of the College Scholastic Ability Tests (CSATs) in Korea. Texts from the 1994 to 2016 CSATs, were analyzed by Coh-Metrix, a linguistic computational program. The results of the readability indices, obtained by Flesch Reading Ease and Flesch Kincaid Grade Level, indicated that the difficulty of the text in the CSATs has not been maintained. The following linguistic elements have increased: the mean number of syllables in words, the mean number of letters in words, the number of sentences, the mean number of words in each sentence, the syntactic complexity and the average number of sentences in each paragraph. Two previous CSATs, from 2001 and 2013, were experimented on 79 high school students. The results showed that the 2013 CSAT was more difficult than the 2001 CSAT. Based on the results from the analysis and the experiment, it was concluded that the text in the English reading section of CSAT has gradually become difficult. We suggest that linguistic analysis should be used as a tool for estimating the level of text-difficulty in the English reading section when professionals write test-items for the CSAT.
