In the construction industry, labor management has been considered as an important task because most construction projects require a large number of labors. However, labor management has not yet been systematically studied even though it has been played basic roles in the construction industry, The primary objective of this study is to propose a system using PDA and Bar code to improve the labor management. In order to develop the system, the interview and site survey are conducted in this paper, and analyzed several types of reported papers. This system enables site manager to automatically get the useful information related to the labor management.
Safety of hydroxyzine in the sedation of pediatric dental patients

Hydroxyzine is one of the most popular oral sedatives used in pediatric dentistry. This study aimed to investigate the safety and possible side effects of sedation using hydroxyzine in pediatric dentistry. "Hydroxyzine,” "Dental sedation,” "Child,” and "Safety" and their associated synonyms were searched using the Cochrane Library, Embase, PubMed, KISS, KMBASE, and KoreaMed databases. Academic information and portals of DBpia and RISS were also perused. Altogether, 340 papers were found, among which a total of 24 papers were selected according to the detailed criteria. Nine studies used hydroxyzine as monotherapy, and 10 studies compared its safety when hydroxyzine used as multitherapy. In addition, seven studies employed a drug regimen wherein hydroxyzine was one of the components. All these studies revealed that the adverse events specific to hydroxyzine usage were drowsiness and dryness of the mouth, and that there were respiratory complications due to a synergistic reaction of hydroxyzine. Although classified as a histamine blocker, hydroxyzine with its sedative, antiemetic, anticonvulsant, and anticholinergic properties is an oral sedative available without serious adverse events, If the proper dosage of the drug is used and its synergistic effects with other drugs are ascertained in the route of administration.

사회과학분야의 권위있는 전문지 「사회과학논평」에 본인이 필자대표로 출간한 「신정부혁신론」이 서평대상으로 선정되었다는 연락을 받고 영광의 념(念)과 아울러 걱정이 앞섰다. 「신정부혁신론」은 당초 상업출판물로 기획한 것이 아니고 당시 총무처 직무분석기획단에서 「정부혁신 2010」이라는 정책보고서를 만드는 과정에서 해외출장 등을 거쳐 수집한 자료를 단기간에 중간생산물로 엮은 책으로서 여러 가지 한계를 내포하고 있기 때문이다. 그러나, 본인의 우려에도 불구하고 고려대학교 박종민 교수는 일부 이론적 체계에 대한 결함을 지적한 것 외에는 애정어린 시각에서 이 책의 자료집으로서의 정보적 가치를 높이 평가하고 있다. 박종민 교수의 「신정부혁신론」에 대한 서평을 요약하면, 먼저 긍정적인 면으로서 첫째, 현 정부가 출범하기 반년 전에 출간되어 선진국 개혁경험을 이해하는 데 시기적으로 적절하였다는 점, 둘째, OECD국가의 정부혁신과정, 혁신전략 및 성과를 체례적으로 정리하여 정보적 가치가 매우 높은 점. 셋째, 집필진 대부분을 실무경험이 풍부한 공무원으로 구성하여 사실적 정보에 입각하여 과도한 이론적・추상적 논의를 지양한 점, 넷째, OECD국가의 정부혁신 특징을 열거한 다음 선진국 정부혁신의 모방에 대한 경계를 나타내고 우리나라 정부혁신의 방향을 제시하려고 노력한 점을 제시하고 있다.

In this study, GO-Cu2O composite films were grown on fluorine-doped tin-oxide (FTO) substrates with various amounts of GO by using an electrochemical deposition. We investigated the effects of the GO content on the morphological, structural, optical, and photoelectrochemical (PEC) properties of the GO-Cu2O composite film and on its XPS spectrum. The highest XRD (111) peak intensity was obtained for the 10-wt% sample, which had an optical energy band gap of 2.15 eV. However, the highest photocurrent density was −4.74 mA/cm2 for the 1-wt% sample, which had an optical energy band gap of 1.94 eV. The photocurrent density for the 1-wt% sample was approximately 1.75 times greater than that for the 0-wt% sample. From the XPS measurements, we observed that the oxygen concentration for the sample with 1-wt% GO was higher than it was for the 0-wt% GO, which may have improved the photocurrent density of the sample with 1-wt% GO.

In this work, graphene oxideecuprous oxide (GO-Cu2O) composite films were grown on fluorine-doped tin oxide substrates by electrochemical deposition. We investigated the effects of the annealing temperature on the morphological, structural, optical and photoelectrochemical (PEC) properties of GO -Cu2O composite films. As a result, our work shows that while GO-Cu2O composite films exhibit the highest XRD (111) peak intensity at 300 ℃ sample, the highest photocurrent density value obtained was -4.75 mA/cm2 at 200 ℃ sample (using 0.17 V versus a reversible hydrogen electrode (RHE)). In addition, a reduction reaction at 300 ℃ sample was observed using XPS analysis from the shift in the O1s peak in addition to a weaker O1s peak intensity.

This study analyzes the correlation between the accracy of rifle and the result of engagement. And estimates the improvement cost of the rifle accordingly. For this experiment, an engagement class simulation model(AWAM: Army Weapon Effectiveness Analysis Model) was used. We also selected the rifle, which is a portable weapon for the experiment. Prior to this experiment, we conducted a reliability test(VV&A: Verification, Validation and Accreditation) on the model. The VV&A process is mainly done during the development of the DM&S model, which is also necessary for the operation of the M&S. We confirmed the need for VV&A during the experiment and obtained reliable experimental results using the corrected values. In the Accuracy Experiment we found that the 20% improvement is the most effective. And we were able to estimate the cost of acquiring a rifle with a 20% higher accuracy. The cost was estimated by simple regression analysis based on the price of the current rifle. Through this study, we could know the impact of the accuracy of rifle on the experimental results and estimate the cost of improved rifle.

In this study, Zn-Cu2O composite films were grown on fluorine-doped tin-oxide (FTO) substrates by using the electrochemical deposition method. Various amounts of Zinc (Zn) were added to grow the Zn-Cu2O composite films. We analyzed the morphological, structural, optical energy band gap and photocurrent density properties of the Zn-Cu2O composite films by using various measurements such as field-emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-visible spectrophotometry and potentiostat/galvanostat measurements, respectively. As a result, the highest photocurrent density value of −4.04 mA/cm2 was obtained for the 30-wt% sample, which had the lowest Cu2O (111)/ ZnO (101) XRD peak intensity ratio. The highest photocurrent density value from the 30-wt% sample was approximately 2.35 times higher than that from the non-composite Cu2O film (0-wt% sample). From this study, we found that adding Zn could improve the photocurrent values of Zn-Cu2O composite films.
