Ti-Al 합금과 수소의 반응에서 aluminum이 반응속도에 미치는 영향을 알기 위해 온도 범위 670℃∼800℃와 3Torr의 수소 압력에서 thermogravimetric 방법으로 Ti-Al 합금과 수소의 반응 속도를 측정했다. 순수한 titanium과 수소의 반응 속도를 지배하는 단계는 titanium 내에서의 수소확산이었으며 aluminum이 0∼7.5at.% 첨가된 합금에서도 수소와의 반응속도는 합금에서의 수소 확산에 의해 지배됨을 알았다. Fick의 확산 방정식을 풀어 순수한 titanium α상에서의 수소 확산 계수를 구하였다. 수소확산 계수는 온도 함수로 다음과 같이 표시된다. D(㎠/sec)=3.70×10^(-2)exp(-14,400±450)/RT) 또 aluminum이 6at.% 첨가된 Ti-Al α 합금에서의 수소 확산계수는 다음과 같다. D(㎠/sec)=2.79×10^(-2)exp(-17,400±410)/RT) Kinetics of the reaction of hydrogen with titanium and Ti-Al alloys have been studied in the temperature range of 670℃-800℃ at % Torr hydrogen pressure using thermogravimetric method. It is found that the reaction controlling step of the two systems is hydrogen diffusion in metals. The diffusion coefficients of hydrogen in pure titanium and Ti-6 at.% Al alloy are D(㎠/sec)=3.70×10^(-2)exp-(14,400±450)/RT) and D(㎠/sec)=2.79×10^(-2)exp-(17,400±410)/RT) respectively. Aluminum decreases makedly the diffusion coefficient of hydrogen. It can be probable explained by that aluminum decreases the interstitial site of titanium lattice.

Anode-supported flat tubular solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) was investigated to increase the cell power density. The anode-supported flat tube was fabricated by extrusion process. The porosity and pore size of Ni/YSZ ($8mol\%$ yttria-stabilized zirconia) cermet anode were $50.6\%\;and\;0.23{\mu}m$, respectively. The Ni particles in the anode were distributed uniformly and connected well to each other particles in the cermet anode. YSZ electrolyte layer and multilayered cathode composed of $LSM(La_{0.85}Sr_{0.15})_{0.9}MnO_3)/YSZ$ composite, LSM, and $LSCF(La_{0.6}Sr_{0.4}Co_{0.2}Fe_{0.7}O_3)$ were coated onto the anode substrate by slurry dip coating, subsequently. The anode-supported flat tubular cell showed a performance of $300mW/cm^2 (0.6V,\; 500 mA/cm^2)\;at\;500^{\circ}C$. The electrochemical characteristics of the flat tubular cell were examined by ac impedance method and the humidified fuel enhanced the cell performance. Areal specific resistance of the LSM-coated SUS430 by slurry dipping process as metallic interconnect was $148m{\Omega}cm^2\;at\;750^{\circ}C$ and then decreased to $148m{\Omega}cm^2$ after 450hr. On the other hand, the LSM-coated Fecralloy by slurry dipping process showed a high area specific resistance. 연료극 지지체 평관형 고체산화물 연료전지(SOFC)의 셀 전력밀도를 증가시키기 위하여 압출법에 의하여 제조하고 그 특성을 연구하였다. 연료극 지지체로써 Ni/YSZ($8mol\%$ yttria stabilized zirconia) cermet는 기공율 $50.6\%,\;0.23{\mu}m$의 기공크기를 나타내었다. 지지체에서의 Ni의 분포는 균일하였으며 전자전도 경로로써의 Ni의 연결성은 양호하였다. 지지체에 YSZ전해질과 복합 공기극층인 $LSM((La_{0.85}Sr_{0.15})_{0.9}MnO_3)/YSZ$ 복합층, LSM, LSCF $(La_{0.6}Sr_{0.4}Co_{0.2}Fe_{0.8}O_3)$층이 슬러리 디핑법에 의하여 코팅 및 소결된 연료극 지지체식 평관형 고체산화물 연료전지 단위전지의 성능은 $800^{\circ}C$에서 $300mW/cm^2(0.6V,\;500mA/cm^2)$의 성능을 나타내었다. 임피던스 분석에 의하여 평관형 셀의 전기화학적 분극저항을 평가하고 연료측의 가습에 따라 분극저항이 감소되어 성능이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다 슬러리 디핑법으로 LSM이 코팅된 SUS430 금속연결재를 $Ar+10\%\;H_2$에서 소결하였으며, $750^{\circ}C$에서 면저항의 측정할 결과, 초기에는 $148m{\Omega}cm^2$를 나타내었으며, 450시간 경과 후에 $43m{\Omega}cm^2$의 낮은 면저항을 유지하였다. 반면에 동일한 조건으로 LSM이 코팅된 Fecralloy는 높은 면저항을 나타내었다.

It is today one of scholarly trends that study about north korean literature, especially practical study centering around the work. North korean literature about historical quest and study of literary theory has been attained some level up to now. As the result, north korean literature itself can not help producing one outcome, but practical study of work became the main subject instead of that. we will check brand new trend and roughly historical examination about north korean literature, and then look into how to apply for work of literary theory, finally make a view about practical consideration of a concrete work in literary period. And then, we systematize time classification of literary history into three parts from 1945 to 1960, 1960 to 1980, 1980 to 2000 in order to compare with south and south korean literature, with priority given to masterpieces of poet and novel each times. In result, the ultimate goal is to search the expectation of culture unification and literary joint of south and north korean literature in the view of racial history through the relativity of north korean literal theory to literal work, north korean literature to social environment and civil lives.
산업별 초과 대출의 발생요인과 은행의 신용위험에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

By examining the relationship between the probability of excess loan and its impact while focusing on banks' loan data and financial and macro data of 8 industries over the period 1999: 1Q - 2015:4Q, this paper analyzes the scale of excess loans in each industry and impact of them on the banks' credit risk. It is able to use the results of its empirical analysis to draw the following three conclusions. First, a high growth and profitability in a industry accelerates the probability of excess loans, and the external factor such as pro cyclicality is positively related with it. In contrast, there is negative relationship between the stability and excess loans in the industry. The strong positive relationship between the growth and profitability and excess loans is much stronger in Manufacture industry, construction industry, and Real estate activities and renting and leasing. Second, the scale of excess loans in these three industries shows over 60%, specifically, in case of Real estate activities and renting and leasing, it shows almost 70% on average. Finally, a high rate of probability of excess loans leads to the high credit risk of banks, such a tendency is much stronger in the credit risk between banks and SME.
