비엔날레 기념품은 여타의 관광기념품이나 일반 상품과는 달리 상업성은 물론 문화적 가치와 예술성을 함께 녀야 하는 특성이 있다. 이러한 특성을 최대한 살리면서 소비자의 요구에 부합하는 기념품을 개발할 때 광주비엔날레의 수익증대와 더불어 대외적으로 비엔날레의 이미지를 더욱 고양할 수 있다. 이를 위해 광주비엔날레 기념품에 대한 소비자의 구매실태조사를 통해 구매자의 계층별 특성, 품목별 선호도, 구매수량 및 금액 등을 파악하고, 기념품의 가격, 품질,구색, 디자인, 포장, 독창성 등 6개 항목에 걸친 소비자의 만족도와 기념품 구매시 중요하게 생각하는 고려사항을 분석함으로써 향후 비엔날레 기념품의 개발방향을 설정하는데 기초자료로 활용할 수 있게 하였다. Biennale Souvenirs must have the characteristics of cultural, commercial and artixtic values different from tour and general goods, Developing the souvenirs to meet consumer's demand at the same time making the most of those properties, we can uplift Biennale's image internationally with earnings increased. For this purpose, we have to grasp classical properties, buying quantities and price through consumer research on Kwangju Biennale Soevenirs. Analyzing consume's degree of satisfaction about price, quality, assortment, design, and originality, we can apply these basic data for the development project on Biennale Souvenirs.

빅데이터 분석을 통한 무인계산대 사용자 경험에 관한 연구

본 연구는 SNS 빅데이터를 활용하여 소비자들이 인지하는 무인계산대에 대한 사용자 경험을 분석하고자 한다. 이 연구를 위하여 네이버(NAVER)와 다음(Daum)에서 블로그, 뉴스, 지식인, 카페, 지식인(팁), 웹 문서를 대상으로 분석하였고 자료 검색을 위한 키워드는 ‘무인계산대’를 사용하였다. 자료 분석 기간을 2020년 1월1일부터 2021년 12 월 31일까지 2년으로 선정하였다. 자료수집 및 분석을 위해서는 텍스톰(TEXTOM)을 통하여 빈도 및 매트릭스 데이 터를 추출하였고 UCINET 6 프로그램의 NetDraw 기능을 이용해 네트워크 분석과 시각화 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결 과 무인계산대는 소비자들의 경험요소 정의에 따라 접근성, 사용성, 지속사용의도, 기타로 군집화하였다. 공급자 측면 에서 최저임금 인상과 근로시간 단축에 따른 문제를 해결하기 위해 무인계산대가 무분별하게 확산된다면 사회적 관 점에서 더 큰 고용문제가 발생할 것이다. 아울러 무인계산에 익숙하지 않은 노인과 젊은 세대, 어린이, 외국인 등을 위해 쉽고 편리한 무인계산대 보급을 위한 제도화가 필요하다. This study aims to analyze the user experience of unmanned checkout counters perceived by consumers using SNS big data. For this study, blogs, news, intellectuals, cafes, intellectuals (tips), and web documents were analyzed on Naver and Daum, and 'unmanned checkpoints' were used as keywords for data search. The data analysis period was selected as two years from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021. For data collection and analysis, frequency and matrix data were extracted through Textom, and network analysis and visualization analysis were conducted using the NetDraw function of the UCINET 6 program. As a result, the perception of the checkout counter was clustered into accessibility, usability, continuous use intention, and others according to the definition of consumers' experience factors. From a supplier's point of view, if unmanned checkpoints spread indiscriminately to solve the problem of raising the minimum wage and shortening working hours, a bigger employment problem will arise from a social point of view. In addition, institutionalization is needed to supply easy and convenient unmanned checkout counters for the elderly and younger generations, children, and foreigners who are not familiar with unmanned calculation.

As the most common nutrition deficiency, iron deficiency not only causes anemia but also influences the central nervous system development. Its pathogenesis is supposed to be the alteration of neurometabolism and neurotransmission in major brain structures, and the disruption of myelination. The first two years after birth is a crucial period for cognitive, behavior, and emotional development with fast brain growth. If iron deficiency occurs in this period, cognitive and psychomotor function cannot be restored in spite of adequate iron supplementation. Thus, iron deficiency in infancy should be considered as a serious disease.

The purpose of this study is to find out consumers' perception and meaning of convenience store convenience food by using big data. For this study, NNAVER and Daum analyzed news, intellectuals, blogs, cafes, intellectuals(tips), and web documents, and used 'convenience store convenience food' as keywords for data search. The data analysis period was selected as 3 years from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2021. For data collection and analysis, frequency and matrix data were extracted using TEXTOM, and network analysis and visualization analysis were conducted using the NetDraw function of the UCINET 6 program. As a result, convenience store convenience foods were clustered into health, diversity, convenience, and economy according to consumers' selection attributes. It is expected to be the basis for the development of a new convenience menu that pursues convenience and convenience based on consumers' meaning of convenience store convenience foods such as appropriate prices, discount coupons, and events. 본 연구는 빅데이터를 활용하여 편의점 간편식에 대한 소비자들의 인식과 의미를 알아보기 위한 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 위하여 네이버(NAVER)와 다음(Daum)에서 뉴스, 지식인, 블로그, 카페, 지식인(팁), 웹 문서를 대상으로 분석하였고 자료 검색을 위한 키워드로는 ‘편의점 간편식’을 사용하였다. 자료 분석 기간은 2019년 1월1일부터 2021년 12월 31일까지 3년으로 선정하였다. 자료수집 및 분석을 위해서는 텍스톰(TEXTOM)을 사용하여 빈도 및 매트릭스 데이터를 추출하였고 UCINET 6 프로그램의 NetDraw 기능을 이용해 네트워크 분석과 시각화 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 편의점 간편식을 소비자들의 선택속성에 따라 건강성, 다양성, 간편성, 경제성으로 군집화 하였다. 직접 조리한 음식에 뒤떨어지지 않고 한 끼 식사로 그 종류가 다양하며, 적절한 가격, 할인 쿠폰, 이벤트 등 편의점 간편식에 대한 소비자들의 의미와 선택속성을 바탕으로 간편성과 편의성을 추구하는 변화된 생활방식에 맞는 새로운 간편식 메뉴 개발에 기초 자료가 되기를 기대한다.
