        기업의 경쟁우위에 있어 정보기술․ICT의 사업 가치에 대한 이해와 시사점 : 정보기술․ICT가 기업의 경쟁우위에 미치는 영향에 대한 프레임워크 제안

        Researches on the business value of IT and ICT in the past has been focused on static content researches such as study of IT․ICT itself and study of the relationship between IT․ICT and performance. In recent years, however, the need for discussions on the “process of IT and ICT making economic value (performance) difference between companies” is growing. In particular, there is a need for an framework to analyze the process of qualitative change (progress, evolution, improvement) of IT and ICT affecting the competitive advantage. In this paper, we present a framework for analyzing the process of creating competitive advantage by IT․ICT and show the structure of how IT and ICT resources lead to the creation of competitive advantage. In order to achieve these objectives, this paper proposes a framework for the process of creating competitive advantage by linking IT and ICT related resources, value activities, value chains, and business processes.

      • 편도암 절제술후 전완유리피판술을 이용한 연구개 결손부 재건의 기능적 결과

        Background and Objective : Soft palate plays a great role in function of speech and swallowing. Ablation of tonsil cancer results in multi-demensional defect including soft palate in most cases and restoration of the postoperative oral cavity function is a continuing surgical challenge. Although a variety of techniques are available, radial forearm free flap has been known as an effective method for these defect, which offers a thin, pliable, and relatively hairless skin, and a long vascular pedicle. The aim of the present study is to report the speech and swallowing function test results of our 5 consecutive radial forearm free flaps used for tonsil cancers. Materials and Methods : We reviewed the medical records of 5 patients who were offered intraoral reconstruction with a radial forearm free flap after ablative surgery for tonsil cancers, from Dec. 1997 to Oct. 1998, and analyzed the surgical methods, complications, and speech and swallowing function test results. We have examined with modified barium swallow to evaluate postoperative wallowing function and articulation and resonance test for speech. Results : The tumor sizes by TNM stage(AJCC, 1997) were T1(1), T2(2), and T4(3). The paddles of flaps were tailored in multilobed designs from oval shape to pentalobed design and in variable size from 24$cm^2$ to 108$cm^2$(average size = 78.4$cm^2$), according to the defect after ablation. This procedures resulted in satisfactory flap success and functional results all but 1 case of flap contracture in 2 postoperative week, achieved early oral diet until 16-57 postoperative day(average, 28 days) and social speech. The oropharyngeal defect including soft palate reconstruction with radial forearm free flap might be an excellent method for the maximal functional results, after ablative surgery of tonsil cancer that results in multidimensional defect.

        정수처리장 내 미량오염물질 제어를 위한 산화제 주입량 결정에 관한 총설

        The emergence of micropollutants in natural water sources due to the overuse of anthropogenic chemicals in industry and households has threatened the production of clean and safe tap water in drinking water treatment plants. Conventional physicochemical processes such as coagulation/flocculation followed by sand filtration are not effective for the control of micropollutants, whereas chemical oxidation processes (applying chlorine, permanganate, ozone, etc.) are known to be promising alternatives. Determining the optimum oxidant dose is important issue related to the production of disinfection by-products as well as unnecessary operating cost, and is made possible by simulations of target-micropollutant abatement based on kinetic model equation consisting of second-order rate constant (between the oxidant and the target) and oxidant exposure. However, the difficulty in determining oxidant exposure as a function of complex water quality parameters limits the field application of kinetic model equation. With respect to representative oxidants used in drinking water treatment plants, this article reviews two main approaches for determining oxidant exposure: i) direct measurement in situ and ii) prediction by empirical models based on key water quality parameters. In addition, we discussed research requirements to improve the predictive accuracy of the empirical models for oxidant exposure and to develop a rational algorithm to determine optimal oxidant dose by considering the priority of the target pollutants to be treated.

        ≪靈樞·經筋≫에서 筋의 해부학적 의미에 대한 연구

        Objectives: This study was done to establish the anatomical meaning of the term ‘Geun(筋)’. Methods: Through analysis of ≪HwangJeNaeGyeong(黃帝內經)≫, the meaning of ‘Geun(筋)’, ‘GeunMag(筋膜)’, ‘Yug(肉)’, and ‘Gi(肌)’ were established. Based on analysis, the anatomical meaning of the ‘Meridian-muscle(經筋)’ was studied by comparing it with anatomy. Results & Conclusions: ‘Gyeong(經)’ is recognized as a metaphysical expression and "Geun(筋)" means myofascia in anatomy. The concept of ‘Geun(筋)’ includes the epimysium and perimysium, as well as tendons and ligaments, which are extensions of these. ‘Fascia’, refers to the fascia of the whole body, and also appertain to ‘Geun(筋)’. ‘Yug(肉)’ means endomysium, muscle fiber, and adipose tissue and layer. The word ‘GeunMag(筋膜)’ used in the ≪HwangJeNaeGyeong(黃帝內經)≫ means anatomically a ‘tendon’. Therefore, ‘Muscle’ should be translated as ‘GeunYug(筋肉)’ in Traditional medicine. ‘Meridian-muscle(經筋)’ can be defined as the longitudinal muscle and fascia system, which is the basis of whole body encompassing dynamics.

        배경: 폐혈증, 균혈증이 수반되는 전신감염증을 검사하기 위한 혈액배양은 수일간 고열, septicshock 등이 의심되는 경우는 1시간 이내의 간격으로 2~3회 각기 다른 부위에서 실시해야 하며, 반드시 항균제 사용 전, 발열 직전에 채혈하여야 균배양이 잘 이루어진다. 이에 본 검사실에서는 의뢰된 혈액배양 중 월별에 따른 혈액배양의 growth 변화율에 대해 알아보았다. 방법: 무균 채혈 하여 trypticase soybean broth(TSB, 호기성), thioglycollate broth(혐기성)에 접종하여 의뢰된 혈액을 37.℃ incubator에서 7일간 배양하며 매일 육안으로 reading하여 growth의심되면 평판배지에 접종, 배양 검사하였다. 결과: 2008년 1월 의뢰 1,466건 중 132건(9.0%), 2월 의뢰 1,549건 중 110건(7.1%), 3월 의뢰1,579건 중 133건(9.5%), 4월 의뢰 1,397건 중 135건(10.3%), 5월 의뢰 1,728건 중 165건(9.5%),6월 의뢰 1,594건 중 208건(13.0%), 7월 의뢰 1,923건 중 281건(14.6%), 8월 의뢰 1,627건 중237건(14.5%), 9월 의뢰 1,524건 중 235건(15.4%), 10월 의뢰 1,796 중 249건(13.8%), 11월 의뢰 1,481건 중 212건(13.8%), 12월 의뢰 1,747건 중 205건(11.7%)으로 나타났다. 2009년 1월의뢰 1.698건 중 178건(10.4%), 2월 의뢰 1,413건 중 176건(12.4%), 3월 의뢰 1,616건 중 232건(10.2%), 4월 의뢰 2,262건 중 232건(10.2%), 5월 의뢰 2,325건 중 213건(9.1%), 6월 의뢰2,146건 중 285건(13.2%), 7월 의뢰 2,062건 중 274건(13.2%), 8월 의뢰 1,946건 중 281건(14.4%), 9월 의뢰 2,184건 중 322건(14.7%), 10월 의뢰 2,390건 중 251건(10.5%), 11월 의뢰2,349건 중 255건(10.8%), 12월 의뢰 1,979건 중 217건(10.9%)으로 나타났다. 고찰: 전체적으로 2008년 7월에서 9월 사이에 growth된 균은 전체 growth된 2,312검체 중에서 753건으로 32.5%, 2009년은 2,916검체 중 877건으로 30.0%이었다. 2년간 5,228검체 중 1630건(31.1%)으로 전체 평균적으로 혈액배양의 growth율은 여름(7~9월)에 더 높은 것으로 나타났다.

        위협별 대응기술들의 상관관계를 고려한 보안 투자 모델링

        보안 투자에 대한 정당성을 확보하기 위해 보안 투자에 대한 투자대비효과 분석이 반드시 요구 된다. 본 논문에서는 최적의 보안 투자 의사결정을 어렵게 하는 요소들을 고려함과 동시에 투자대 비효과를 정량적인 수치로 표현하여 효과적인 의사 결정을 지원할 수 있는 모델링을 제안한다. 본 모델링은 최적의 정보보안 솔루션을 선정하기 위하여 잔여 위험 수치를 판단 기준으로 활용하고, 가용한 정보보안 솔루션 중에서 정보보안 솔루션들의 위협별 대응기술들의 상관관계를 고려하여 정확성을 높여준다. To get legitimacy of a security investment, the analysis of ROI about the security investment is required. In this paper, we suggest a practical quantitative model with considering factors that do decision-making of optimized security investment difficult. This model makes use of the value of a residual risk to decide the best information security solution and considers a corelation of response techniques of the information security solution against each threat to do exact decision-making.
