        치과 임플란트 수술용 고출력 초음파 수술기 설계 및 제작

        This paper presents the design and fabrication of a high power piezoelectric ultrasonic surgery unit for multi-purpose dental implantation. A conventional piezoelectric ultrasonic surgery units consists of a transducer and a tip. However, the drawback of this simple structure is that the output performance of the transducer considerably changes with the change of the tips. An ultrasonic surgery unit that has an additional booster between the transducer and the tip can solve this problem to some extent; for this, an optimal structural design for the transducer is required. We used the Bolted Langevin Transducer (BLT) as the basic transducer; it consists of piezoelectric ceramics and a metal body. It's structure was optimized using mathematical methods to determine the length and radius of the tail and head masses. Additionally, the booster was also subjected to the same methods. Using these mathematical methods, optimal results in terms of the resonance frequency (24.96 kHz), displacement ($14.27{\mu}m$), and pressure (2.8 MPa), could be obtained. The validity of this proposed surgery unit was confirmed experimentally, exhibiting a cutting force of around 7% higher than that of a conventional surgery unit.

        Effects of Sunghyangchungisan(SHCS) on Cellular Ion Contents and Metabolism in Cat Brain Cortical Slices under Hypoxic Insult

        목적: 고양이 대뇌피질 절편을 사용하여 저산소 발작을 유발한 뒤, 성향정기산이 세포의 이온 환경과 대사의 변화와 관련하여 어떤 영향을 미치는지 연구하였다. 방법: 고양이의 대뇌 피질 절편에 저산소 발작을 유발한 뒤 flame photometry scintillation, Spectrophotometry, method of Jorgensen and Skou, method of Fiske and Subbarow, oxygen monitor, luciferin-luciferase assay 등을 이용하여 세포내 이온함량과 세포대사를 측정하였다. 결과: 성향정기산은 저산소증으로 유발된 세포내의 $K^+$와 $Na^+$의 함량의 변화를 현저하게 지연시켰다. 성향정기산은 Na-K-ATPase의 억제제인 와바인 또는 대사억제제인 2.4-DNP로 유발된 세포내 $K^+$함량의 변화에 어떤 효과도 보이지 않았다. 또한, 정상 상태의 절편뿐만 아니라 저산소 상태의 절편에서 분리된 과립체의 분설에 있어서 Na-K-ATPase의 활동도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 성향정기산은 저산소 발작하에서 산소 소비량과 세포의 ATP함량이 떨어지는 것을 현저하게 막았다. 또한 ATP를 생산하는 기능을 보호하는 저산소 조직의 사립체를 돕는데 효과적이었다. 결론: 성향정기산은 대뇌 조직의 저산소 발작하에서 세포의 이온 환경과 대사를 보호하는 유익한 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다.

        기상증착공정에 의한 산화아연 나노로드의 성장

        The ZnO nanorods were synthesized using vapor-solid (VS) method on sodalime glass substrate without the presence of metal catalyst. ZnO nanorods were prepared thermal evaporation of Zn powder at $500^{\circ}C$. As-fabricated ZnO nanorods had an average diameter and length of 85 nm and 1.7 $\mu\textrm{m}$. Transmission electron microscopy revealed that the ZnO nanorods were single crystalline with the growth direction perpendicular to the (101) lattice plane. The influences of reaction time on the formation of the ZnO nanorods were investigated. The photoluminescence measurements showed that the ZnO nanorods had a strong ultraviolet emission at around 380 nm and a green emission at around 500 nm.

        목과(木瓜)가 흰쥐의 후지체공(後肢滯空)에 의한 근강축(筋萎縮)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        This experimental Study was designed to investigate the effect of Chaenomelis Fructus on the muscle atrophy induced by hindlimb suspension in rats. The result are follows; 1. Chaenomelis Fructus significantl inhibited the increase of the activity of CK in serum. 2. Chaenomelis Fructus significantly inhibited the increase of the quantity of creatine in serum. 3. Chaenomelis Fructus significantl inhibited the increase of the activity of aldolase in serum. 4. Chaenomelis Fructus significantly inhibited the increase of the activity of LDH in serum. 5. Chaenomelis Fructus significantl inhibited the increase of the activity of AST in serum. 6. Chaenomelis Fructus inhibited the increase of the activity of ALT in serum. Based on the these results, it is concluded that the clinical application of Fructus chaenomelis can help cure muscle atrophy.

        스마트농업의 주요 정책 동향과 지리적 시사점

        Smart agriculture has emerged to be a solution to the global food crisis and a new growth engine in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The purpose of this study is to reveal the spatiality of smart agriculture by analyzing smart agriculture policies in major countries and examining how major's agricultural knowledge and experience are expressed in specific agricultural environment. I selected China, Japan, the Netherlands, and the United States as representative examples. In the analysis of agricultural policy, the direction, governance and main areas and technologies were focused. As a result, it is found both standardization strategy and the localization strategy work at the same time. Standardization strategies decontextualize technologies and policies from the economic, social, cultural, and ecological contexts of region. The regionalization strategy builds a smart agricultural model for each country with reflecting geographical characteristics. This study could be for facilitating further researches on geographies of agricultural technology and agricultural knowledge production.

        고온용 압전 레벨 스위치 개발

        This paper describes the development of a piezoelectric level switch, which aims to effectively monitor the level status in high ambient temperatures. In order to adjust the impedance near the resonant frequency and temperature characteristics, the effect of the case and backing layer materials on its performance was analyzed using the finite element method (FEM). The suggested prototype new level switch has three heat-sink plates attached to SUS bar of 230 mm long, and case of PEEK which contains PZT sensing part. To illustrate the validity of this level switch, 10 samples are prepared and investigated the sensing performance through the high and low temperature ambient.

        급속소결에 의한 Ti와 TiH2로부터 나노구조의 Ti 제조 및 기계적 특성

        Titanium has good deformability, high hardness, high biocompatibility, excellent corrosion resistance and low density. Due to these attractive properties, it has been used in many industrial applications. Dense nanostructured Ti was sintered from mechanically activated Ti and TiH2 powders by high frequency induction heating under pressure of 80 MPa. The advantage of this process is that it allows very quick densification to near theoretical density and inhibition of grain growth. TiH2 powder was decomposed to Ti during sintering. The hardness of Ti increased and the average grain size of Ti decreased with increasing milling time. The average grain sizes of Ti samples sintered from Ti and TiH2 powder milled for 5 hrs were about 26 nm, 44 nm, respectively. The hardness of Ti sintered from Ti and TiH2 powder milled for 5 h was 504 kg/mm2 and 567 kg/mm2, respectively.

        운동형태에 따른 노인 여성의 세포성 면역 물질의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of cellular immunity substance by exercise types in elderly women. The participations for this study were thirty two elderly women, and they were divided into four groups(n=8 per group), such as control group, aerobic exercise group, muscle resistance exercise group and aerobic with muscle resistance exercise group. The aerobic exercise was performed at the level of 50~60% HRmax, and the muscle resistance exercise was performed with elastic band for 4 days a week over a period of 12 weeks. The TNF-α and IL-6 concentration were significantly higher in the control group compared to the aerobic exercise group, muscle resistance exercise group and combined exercise group. But, IL-2 concentration was significantly higher in the combined exercise group compared to other groups. The T-helper cell number and T-helper/T-suppressor ratio were significantly higher in the combined exercise group, but T-suppressor cell number was significantly higher in the control group. These results are suggesting that combined exercise during 12 weeks have positive effects on TNF-α, IL-6, IL-2 concentrations and T-helper cell number and T-suppressor cell number. In particular, it is likely that aerobic exercise with muscle resistance exercise have beneficial effects on cellular immunity substance in elderly women.

        NiTi powders were synthesized during high energy ball milling for 10 h. Highly dense nanostructured NiTi with a relative density of up to 99% was obtained within 1 minute by high frequency induction heated sintering under a pressure of 80 MPa. The grain size, microstructure, and mechanical properties of NiTi were investigated. The grain size and hardness of TiNi are about 122 nm and 590 kg/mm2, respectively.

        효소적 생물전환을 이용한 토종오가피와 가시오가피의 Eleutheroside B, E의 추출 함량 최적화

        본 연구에서는 효소적 생물전환을 이용하여 오가피의 생리 활성 물질인 eleutheroside B와 E의 추출 함량을 증대시키는 방안을 모색하였다. 효율적인 열수추출 공정을 위해 줄기 분말에 질량대비 가수를 한 결과 14배 가수를 선정하였다. 이후 줄기 분말에 다양한 가수분해 효소를 이용하여 처리한 결과 유효성분의 용출량을 증가시키는 효소로 Novozyme 33095, Viscozyme L을 선정하였다. 효소처리 시간별로 유효성분의 용출량을 비교한 결과 eleutheroside B와 E의 용출량은 가시오가피 줄기에 Novozyme 33095로 3시간 처리하였을 경우 eleutheroside B의 용출량이 대조구 대비 약 13%가 증가하였고, eleutheroside E의 용출량은 대조구 대비 약 26%로 가장 많이 증가하였다. 효소처리 후 토종오가피와 가시오가피의 줄기의 효과적인 열수추출 조건을 확인해 본 결과 토종오가피를 121°C에서 15분 동안 추출하였을 때 eleutheroside B의 추출 함량은 기존 열수추출 공정대비 약 7%가 증가하였고, eleutheroside E의 추출 함량은 약 17%가 유의적으로 증가하였다. 가시오가피 줄기를 121°C에서 15분 동안 추출하였을 때 eleutheroside B의 추출 함량은 기존 열수추출 공정대비 약 25%가 유의적으로 증가하였고, eleutheroside E의 추출 함량은 약 29%가 유의적으로 증가하였다. In this study, we optimized conditions for extraction of eleutherosides B and E from stem powder of Acanthopanax. To enhance eleutheroside B and E yields, Acanthopanax sessiliflorus Seeman and Eleutherococcus senticosus Maxim were pre-incubated with the following enzymes: Celluclast, Viscozyme L, Lactozyme, Lecitase, and Novozyme 33095. Treatment with Novozyme 33095, a commercial pectinase, for 3 h resulted in the highest yields of eleutherosides B and E from A. sessiliflorus and E. senticosus. Compared with extraction at 121°C for 120 min, at 121°C for 15 min after Novozyme 33095 pre-incubation increased eleutheroside B and E yields from A. sessiliflorus by 7% and 17%, respectively. In the case of E. senticosus, eleutheroside B and E yields increased by 25% and 29%, respectively.
