AI 기반 상수도 관망 잔류염소 예측 알고리즘을 적용한 재소독 시스템

In this paper, based on AI, we studied a system to efficiently manage water quality in the water supply network using various artificial intelligence technologies to meet water quality standards in the process of supplying tap water. Using this, we built a system using a predictable algorithm to predict the residual chlorine value at key points in the pipeline, conducted a trial operation of disinfection in a pipeline with insufficient disinfection ability, and studied a re-disinfection system at the end of the pipeline using an autonomous driving simulator. The residual chlorine predicted value of the output variable was determined based on various input variables for water quality that can affect disinfection ability. Learn the relationship type between output and input variables, connect the learned type to key points on the actual pipeline and equipment at the end of the pipeline, cluster and classify through a residual chlorine prediction algorithm, and learn by repeating feedback on the results. As a result, a prediction rate of 94.79% was obtained. It is believed that it is possible to directly operate the re-disinfection device by applying this model.

In order to investigate the adolescent`s beverage drinking pattern and its related ecological factors, a questionnaire survey was conducted with the subjects of 920 middle and high-school students, 450 boys and 470 girls, residing in 4 cities of the Chungnam area. Of the subjects 65% liked, or liked very much, beverages and only 3.7% did not like beverages. They drank beverages 4.3 ± 4.0 times a week on average, but 10.4% of them drank beverages more than twice a day. Male students drank more frequently than the females. The intake frequency of carbonated drinks was 1.7 ± 2.3 a week, which was about 40% of the total beverages. However, more students drank mainly ion beverages (33.6%) than carbonated drinks (28.7%). As the students took more balanced food and ate more regularly, their beverage drinking frequency decreased and those taking carbonated drinks also tended to decrease. The more frequent the students took fast food, the more frequent they drank carbonated beverages. The drinking frequencies for beverages or carbonated beverages were also less in students eating cooked rice with sidedishes as breakfast than in students eating others. The drinking frequency for carbonated drinks showed significant correlations with the students` activities such as the time spent using computers and watching TV got longer, the drinking frequency for soft drinks was also higher. When nutritional knowledge was higher, drinking frequency for carbonated drinks got lower. In conclusion, to make the adolescents improve their attitudes toward drinking beverages and to prevent excessive drinking of carbonated drinks, they should be educated not only on the nutritional knowledge and the proper intake of beverages, but also on good dietary habits including balance, regularity, and types of meals. Proper snacking and fast food consumption also should be taught. Since ion beverages were taken more frequently than carbonated drinks among adolescents, further study is recommended on the impact of excessive intake of ion beverages. Map API를 활용한 최단 거리 알고리즘 기반 보행자 경로 탐색 연구

There are casualties due to inundation and flooding due to intensive typhoons or heavy rains in summer. Due to such damage, the biggest disaster is flood, and in order to reduce human damage, this paper proposes a shortest distance algorithm-based pedestrian path search study using Map API. This system selects Map API through comparative analysis and provides the shortest route. The route explored is in JSON format and the data of the shelter is stored in the database. The route search system designed and implemented based on this data locates pedestrians and provides evacuation routes in case of flash floods. In addition, if the route cannot be entered while moving to the evacuation route, the current location of the pedestrian is identified, the route is re-searched, and a new route is provided. Therefore, it is believed that the pedestrian route search system proposed in this paper will prevent negligent accidents. 여름철 집중적인 태풍이나 호우로 인해 침수 및 범람으로 인명 피해가 존재한다. 이러한 피해로 인해 제일 큰 재해는 홍수이며 인명 피해를 줄이기 위해 본 논문에서는 Map API를 활용한 최단 거리 알고리즘 기반 보행자 경로 탐색 연구를 제안한다. 본 시스템은 Map API를 비교분석을 통하여 선정하고 최단 경로를 제공한다. 탐색 된 경로는 JSON 형태와 대피소의 데이터를 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 이 데이터를 기반하여 설계 및 구현한 경로 탐색 시스템은 보행자의 위치를 파악하여 돌발 홍수 발생하였을 때 대피 경로를 제공한다. 또 대피 경로로 이동 중 진입하지 못하는 경로일 경우 보행자의 현재 위치를 파악하여 경로 재탐색하여 새로운 경로를 제공한다. 이에 본 논문에서 제안하는 보행자 경로 탐색 시스템은 안전사고에 예방할 것으로 사려된다.
K-means 알고리즘과 GBR 알고리즘을 이용한 정수장 응집제 투입률 결정 기법

본 논문에서는 인공지능 기반의 빅데이터 분석과 예측을 통하여 정수장의 공정 중 약품투입곤정에서 응집제 투입률을 결정하는 알고리즘을 도출하였다. 또한, 빅데이터 기술 및 인공지능 알고리즘 적용 방법에 대한 분석 및 기존의 학문적, 기술적 자료를 검토하여 유사 분야 적용 사례를 분석 검토하였다. 이를 통한 최적 응집제 투입률 제시를 목표로 운영 근무자의 의사결정 패턴을 입력 변수와 출력변수의 관계 패턴으로 학습한 후 학습된 패턴을 실제 응집제 주입 공정에 적용하여 침전수 탁도가 목표치에 근사한 일정 수준을 유지할 수 있도록 운영이 가능하였다. 데이터 범위 산정과 전처리를 거친 변수를 선정하여 알고리즘 수행을 준비한 후 군집화와 분류 알고리즘을 적용하여 알고리즘 수행과 결과에 대한 피드백을 반복하여 학습을 진행하였다. In this paper, an algorithm for determining the coagulant input rate in the drug-injection tank during the process of the water purification plant was derived through big data analysis and prediction based on artificial intelligence. In addition, analysis of big data technology and AI algorithm application methods and existing academic and technical data were reviewed to analyze and review application cases in similar fields. Through this, the goal was to develop an algorithm for determining the coagulant input rate and to present the optimal input rate through autonomous driving simulator and pilot operation of the coagulant input process. Through this study, the coagulant injection rate, which is an output variable, is determined based on various input variables, and it is developed to simulate the relationship pattern between the input variable and the output variable and apply the learned pattern to the decision-making pattern of water plant operating workers.
부항댐 주변 실시간 모니터링을 위한 무선 메쉬망 구축방안

본 논문에서는 K-water가 건설중인 부항댐의 댐 주변 및 하류지역의 관측국인 수위국, 수질국, 경보국 등 홍수예경보설비의 안정적인 데이터 취득 및 경보국 주변에 대한 감시강화를 위한 CCTV 카메라를 설치하여 실시간 영상을 모니터링하여 댐 주변을 가시화함으로써, 기존의 자료관리 위주 물관리에서 영상을 기반으로 하는 물관리체계를 구현하고자 하며, 관측국 및 CCTV 카메라 구축예정지에 대한 위치의 적정성과 무선 데이터 전송경로에 대한 전파 환경조사 등의 시험을 실시하여 무선메쉬망 구축방안을 제시하고자 한다.
