      • 열처리에 따른 TiC/FC250 금속복합재료의 마모거동에 관한 연구

        The metal matrix composite is a hybrid material that exceeds the limitations of two materials having different characteristics. Which is lightweight, has excellent mechanical characteristics, thermal characteristics, and wear resistance, and thus has been researched and applied in many fields. In this study, FC250 cast iron with excellent abrasion resistance was used as a base material and TiC ceramic particles were used as a reinforcing material to manufacture a solid Fe-based metal composite material. To confirm its applicability to areas requiring wear resistance, such as automobile brake discs and bearing materials, various analyses were conducted through the following experiments. First, through a literature survey, what is the material of a commonly used automobile disk, and the phenomenon that occurs in a harsh wear environment, such as sudden braking and the principle of braking were considered. When friction and wear occur in harsh environments such as the braking of a car, a high temperature of 100 to 300°C is generated, and wear phenomena progress faster. Cast iron, which is often used as a brake disc material, is vulnerable to thermal deformation and wear due to thermal energy accumulated when used for a long time in a wear environment and friction between the brake disc and brake pad during braking. To compensate for this, an FC250-based metal matrix composite with TiC reinforcement that is capable of improving thermal resistance, wear resistance, and durability was manufactured using the liquid pressing infiltration process. Second, various heat treatments such as austempering and quenching-tempering were applied to the FC250 cast iron and manufactured TiC/FC250 materials to improve mechanical and wear properties, and microstructure and characteristic changes due to heat treatment were investigated. In addition, the wear behavior of the SUJ2 material, which is well-known as the existing wear resistance material, was compared and analyzed. The experimental method for observing wear behavior was conducted using a ball-on-disk method using a ball-type counterpart. Because it has high hardness and compressive strength due to the characteristics of a composite, WC (tungsten carbide) was used as a counterpart for experiments. The test was conducted by setting the load, speed, wear distance, and wear test temperature applied to the wear test as variables. Finally, phase change, microstructure change, wear width, and wear depth of the metal matrix composite before and after the wear test was analyzed using XRD and FE-SEM. As a result of the XRD analysis, it was confirmed that a TiC particle-reinforced FC250 composite material without impurities was prepared. It was observed that flake graphite was distributed in the matrix of dendrite tissue in the case of FC250 materials, and TiC particles were uniformly distributed in the case of TiC/FC250 composite materials. The metal matrix composite that was subjected to quenching-tempering heat treatment showed a hardness value that was about 5 times higher than that of the existing base material and about 2 times higher than that of the existing metal matrix. According to the test result, under all heat treatment conditions, the friction coefficient of metal composite material decreased by 1/2 or more compared to base material, the wear resistance was improved due to increased hardness, and the friction coefficient of the metal matrix composite heat treated with quenching-temping was the lowest. The quenching-tempering treated metal matrix composite had the highest hardness value and excellent abrasion resistance, so it seems that it can be applied to the heat treatment of TiC/FC250 composite. 금속복합재료는 서로 다른 특성을 가지는 각각의 두 재료의 한계를 뛰어넘는 hybrid 재료로 경량 하면서도 우수한 기계적 특성 및 열적 특성, 내마모성을 가져 많은 분야에서 연구 및 적용이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고탄소강으로 내나모 특성이 뛰어난 FC250 주철을 기지재로 사용하고, TiC 세라믹 입자를 강화재로 사용하여 고체적률의 Fe계 금속복합재료를 제조하였고, 이를 자동차 브레이크 디스크, 베어링 소재 등 내마모 특성이 필요한 분야에 적용 가능성을 확인하기 위하여 다음과 같은 실험을 통해 다양한 분석을 실시 하였다. 첫째, 문헌 조사를 통해 일반적으로 사용되는 자동차 디스크의 소재가 무엇이며, 급제동과 같은 가혹한 환경에서 마모가 일어날 시 발생하는 현상과 제동이 되는 원리에 대해 고찰하였다. 자동차의 제동 등 가혹한 환경에서의 마찰 및 마모가 일어날 때 100~300℃의 고온이 발생하고 마모가 더욱 빨리 진행되게 된다. 브레이크 디스크 소재로 주로 많이 사용되는 회주철은 마모환경에서 장시간 사용할 시 축적된 열에너지 및 제동 중 브레이크 디스크와 브레이크 패드의 마찰로 인한 열변형 및 마모에 취약하다. 이를 보완하기 위해 용융가압함침법을 이용해 내열성과, 내마모성, 내구성 향상이 가능한 TiC 입자가 강화된 FC250기지 금속복합재료를 제조하였다. 둘째, 기존 FC250 주철 소재 및 제조된 TiC/FC250 소재에 austempering 및 quenching-tempering 등 여러 열처리를 적용하여 기계적 특성 및 내마모 특성을 향상 시키고 열처리에 따른 미세조직 및 특성변화에 대해 고찰하였다. 또한 기존의 내마모 특성 소재로 잘 알려져 있는 SUJ2 소재의 마모 거동에 대해서도 비교 분석하였다. 마모 거동 관찰을 위한 실험 방법은 ball 타입의 상대재를 사용하는 ball-on-disk 방식으로 진행되었다. 복합재의 특성상 높은 경도 및 압축강도를 가지기 때문에 실험을 위한 상대재로는 WC(tungsten carbide)를 사용하였다. 마모시험에 적용되는 하중, 속도, 마모 거리, 마모시험 온도 등을 변수로 설정하여 시험하였다. 마지막으로, 실험 결과 분석을 위해 XRD 및 FE-SEM을 이용하여 마모시험 전과 후의 금속복합재료의 상변화, 미세조직 변화, 마모너비, 마모깊이 등을 분석하였다. XRD 분석결과 불순물 등이 없는 TiC 입자 강화 FC250 복합재료가 제조된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 미세조직 관찰결과 FC250 소재의 경우 덴드라이트 조직의 matrix에 flake 형태의 흑연이 분포하는 것을 관찰할 수 있었고, TiC/FC250 복합소재의 경우 FC250 소재에 TiC 입자가 균일하게 분포된 것을 관찰하였다. quenching-tempering 열처리를 진행한 금속복합재료의 경우 기존 기지재 대비 약 5배, 기존 금속복합재 대비 약 2배의 상승된 경도 값을 나타냈다. 시험 결과, 모든 열처리에 조건에서 금속복합재료의 마찰계수는 기지재에 비해 1/2 이상 감소하였고 경도가 증가하여 내마모 특성이 향상되었으며 quenching-tempering 처리한 금속복합재료의 마찰계수 특성이 가장 낮았다. quenching-tempering 처리한 금속복합재료의 경도값이 가장 높았고, 내마모 특성이 우수하여 TiC/FC250 금속복합소재의 열처리에 적용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

      • 스티브 잡스의 정보 영재성 요인 및 발현과정 분석

        현대 사회에서 정보 분야의 뛰어난 인재들은 사회를 이끌어 가고 있으며 막대한 부가가치를 창출하여 국가적으로 많은 기여를 하고 있다. 이렇게 막대한 부가가치를 창출하여 개인적, 국가적으로 많은 기여를 하고 나아가 국가와 사회의 발전을 이끄는 정보 영재들이 어떻게 자신의 영재성을 계발하고 훌륭한 인물로 성장하였는지 성인 정보 영재의 생애를 분석하는 과정을 통해 초등 정보 영재교육에 시사점을 제공하고 방향을 제시할 수 있다. 또한 2015년 개정 교육과정부터 소프트웨어 교육이 강화되는 교육과정의 변화를 보았을 때, 성인 정보 영재에 대한 연구를 통해 소프트웨어 및 정보 교육의 방향을 찾아보는 데 본 연구의 필요성을 찾을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 많은 성인 정보 영재 중 우리의 삶에 큰 영향을 준 ‘스티브 잡스’를 연구 대상으로 선정하여 그의 전기문을 생애사 연구 방법을 통해 분석하여 스티브 잡스의 정보 영재성 요인을 도출하였다. 또한 도출한 정보 영재성을 여러 학자들이 주장한 정보 영재성 판단 기준과 비교·분석하여 그의 정보 영재성이 타당한지 확인하고, 그 정보 영재성이 어떤 과정을 통해 발현되었는지 탐색하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스티브 잡스의 정보 영재성은 2가지 영역에 16가지 요인을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 스티브 잡스의 정보 영재성 요인 16가지는 기존의 정보 영재성 판단 기준에 모두 포함되므로 스티브 잡스의 정보 영재성 요인은 그가 정보 영재로 인정받기에 타탕한 근거라 볼 수 있다. 셋째, 뮌헨의 영재성 과정 모형을 통해 스티브 잡스의 정보 영재성 발현 과정을 분석한 결과 개인적(능력)요소, 성격 특성, 환경적 특징의 3가지 요소가 서로 상호작용 함으로써 스티브 잡스의 뛰어난 성취가 이루어졌다는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 환경적 특징이 가장 큰 영향을 끼친 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 넷째, 스티브 잡스와 웹에서 추출한 영재 관련 키워드간의 구글NGD값을 통한 유사도 검사 결과 스티브 잡스와 영재성(talented, gifted)이 가장 큰 유사도를 나타냈고, 자아존중감(self-esteem)이 많은 관련이 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 생애사 연구 방법을 통해 스티브 잡스의 정보 영재성을 분석하고 발현과정을 분석하며 스티브 잡스와 웹에서 자동 추출한 영재 관련 키워드 간의 유사도 검색을 통해 정보 영재 교육이 추구해야할 방향과 새로운 연구 방법을 제시하는 데 그 의의가 있다.

      • 파괴면 보강방법에 따른 보강토 옹벽의 거동 특성

        An economical and stable block-type reinforced earth retaining wall was developed as demand for the development of method making it possible to replace facing or geosynthetics and the like recently increased due to desire for localization of construction method and reinforcement of reinforced earth retaining wall. Behavior characteristics were analyzed by carrying out numerical analysis and model test of newly devised block-type reinforced earth retaining wall. With regard to the behavior characteristics of suggested reinforced earth retaining wall, in order to analyze the behavior characteristics of block-type reinforced earth retaining wall where slip surface was reinforced, first of all, in case of scaling down 10m of height of reinforced earth retaining wall at scale factor of 1:20 in model test, a reinforced earth retaining wall was constructed, and load was applied to the upper part. And earth pressure and displacement was measured and comparatively analyzed regarding the behavior characteristics of reinforced earth retaining wall where the slip surface was reinforced and conventional reinforced earth retaining wall. According to the results of study, in case of numerical analysis, it was thought that a reinforcing effect was larger and displacement could be better constrained in case of installing long reinforcement so as to be fastened to facing block than in case of reinforcing only slip surface. A better effect was produced on constraining displacement in case of installing a shear key in order to consider integration together with being fastened to facing than in case of analyzing the wall as individual element. Besides, in case of constructing long reinforcement at spacing 1 and 2, smaller deflection occurred than AASHTO's allowable deflection during construction. So, it was thought that the suggested method was a stable one that could be applied to construction site at different spacings of reinforcements according to the importance of structure. According to the results of model test, similar behavior occurred between ordinarily constructed reinforced earth retaining wall and retaining wall where only slip surface was reinforced. And in case of installing a shear key in the facing block, an effect was produced on constraining displacement. So, it was construed that a large effect was produced if a shear key was installed in case of reinforced earth retaining wall on which loading such as traffic loading occurred.

      • Co 및 Mo 분산촉매를 이용한 열가소성수지의 저온열분해

        The energy market is pursuing acceptable government policy in its own right for the purpose of energy security, diversification of energy sources and reduction of greenhouse gas emission from long-term perspective in addition to the economic aspects. Particularly in Korea, which is a resource-poor country, continuous investment and invest in recycling technology is required as part of this policy. This study investigated the conversion and the yields of oil products from polyethylene, polypropylene and polystyrene by using dispersed Co and Mo catalyst on reaction time and concentration change for knowledging of characteristics at low temperature (425, 450, 475 ℃) pyrolysis and reaction time(20∼80 min, 15 min interval) in a batch reactor. It will be showed the conditions for optimum pyrolysis at reaction temperature 450 ℃ and reaction time 65 min in the polyethylene, 50 min in the polypropylene, 35 min polystyrene. The main components of converted liquid oil from polyethylene and polypropylene were alkane, alkene and polystyrene were styrene and benzene derivatives by GC/MS. The oil products formed during pyrolysis were classified into gas, gasoline, kerosene, diesel and heavy oil according to the domestic specification of petroleum products. The conversion rate was showed as Mo catalyst > Co catalyst > Thermal in all reaction time at reaction temperature 450 ℃ in the case of polyethylene and polypropylene. but in the case of polystyrene showed as Co catalyst > Mo catalyst > Thermal. The conversion and product yields of thermoplastic resins were measured by varying the catalyst concentration of Co and Mo. The conversion of all resins was slightly increased but the effect was not significant. The yield of products was not influenced by the concentration change in products other than specific products(ex, gasoline, kerosene). The conversion rate and yields of the pyrolysis products in polyethylene and polypropylene were highest when Co and Mo catalyst ratio was 50:50. And the conversion rate and yields of the pyrolysis products in polystyrene was highest when Co catalyst ratio was 100 %

      • 자기성장을 위한 집단상담이 아동의 성격특성과 자아개념에 미치는 영향

        This study tried to find out the effects of Group Counseling for Self Development to the children's personality traits and self-concept. A hypothesis is set up for this study ; there is a significant difference between the scores of pre & post-test of the experimental group and the control group. The control group had English reading and computer practicing after school at the same time while the experimental group underwent Group Counseling Program for Self Development. The effect examination of this program was practiced through evaluating the pre & post-test scores of the Personality Test sheets for elementary school students, standardized by Song, In-Sup in 1990, of the experimental group and the control group. The Personality Test by Song, In-Sup consists of personality behavioral test, personality clinical test and self-concept test. The subjects for this study were 24 fifth grade students of elementary school in Daegu. And they were divided into experimental group (12 persons) and control group (12 persons). The program of the experimental group consists of 12 sessions. The session is held 1-2 times a week and one session lasts 90 minutes. The group counseling program by Lee, Hyung-Deuk(1999) & No, Sang -Woo(1998) were used for the group activities of the subjects. After conducting post-test on the Personality Test, the experimental group showed a significant difference at the level of .05 than control group. The results are as follows. Firstly, the experimental group that experienced group counseling for a given period showed a positive change concerning Responsibility, Superiority, Emotional Stability and overall-personality traits in post-test than those in pre-test. Secondly, the experimental group that experienced group counseling for a given period showed a positive change at Anxiety and overall-clinical traits in post-test than those in pre-test. Thirdly, the experimental group that experienced group counseling for a given period showed a positive change concerning General-ego, Social-ego, and overall-ego affirmation in post-test than those in pre-test. There was a statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in self-concept as well as the behavioral traits and clinical traits in personality. As a result, in order to improve sound personality traits and a positive self-concept of children, Group Counseling Program for Self-Development is more effective

      • 주가조작에 의한 옵션의 피해와 아시안옵션의 최적 평균구간

        본 논문에서 주가조작에 의한 옵션 수익률 조작이 일어나는 원인을 옵션 레버리지를 통해 분석 했다. 또한 아시안 옵션을 통해서 주가조작에 의한 옵션 수익률이 어떻게 변하는지 연구해 보았다. KOSPI200 지수 옵션과 같은 보통 옵션들의 만기평가가격은 기초자산의 종가로 결정된다. 이러한 만기평가가격과 주가조작에 의해서 생길 수 있는 큰 이득에 대해서 연구하고 이러한 이득을 최소화 시킬 수 있는 방법으로 아시안 옵션을 연구해 보았다. 또한 만기평가가격의 평균화를 통해 주가조작으로 얻는 수익률이 얼마나 감소하는지 보고 가장 짧으면서 주가조작에 의미를 없애는 최적 평균 구간에 대해 연구해 보았다.

      • 인구감소시대 농촌의 공공주도 지역개발사업 평가 : 삶의 질 관점에서 경남지역 사례를 중심으로

        Because recent rural population decrease due to low birth rate and population ageing leads many rural areas to face the phenomenon so called “local extinction”, there has been heightened local communities’ interest in rural development projects which are the measures to stop the collapse of rural societies. Thus, this study not only considers that population decrease and depopulation in rural areas is not temporary but continuous and expansion of public service facilities based on simple spatial approaches cannot be the solution for the problems that rural areas are facing, but also tries to find out the direction of improvement of rural development projects to break out the vicious circle caused by population decrease and improve the life quality of people living in rural areas. Therefore, this study first examines the changes of conditions in rural areas, the spatial approaches to rural development projects, and the direction of the projects based on the demographic, economic, and social changes in rural areas, realizes the limitations and problems of the existing approaches, and then analyzes the cases related to population decline. Also, this study analyzes the elements effecting on quality of life improved by rural development projects, the causal relationship between the elements and life quality improvement, and the resident satisfaction depending on project participation type. The result of the assessment of government-lead rural development projects from the perspective of life quality in the age of population decrease proves that it is necessary to adopt rural development projects which can establish an integrated circulation structure through social, economic, and spatial approaches. The suggestions for the improvement of rural development projects are as follows. First, in a democratic approach, it is necessary to adopt a new policy paradigm for rural development projects that can establish a circulation structure to increase birth rate. Second, in a social approach, it is necessary to adopt rural development projects that can help urban-to-rural migrants and multi-cultural families establish social relationship as members of local community. Third, in a eco-social approach, it is necessary to adopt rural development projects that can promote the alternative food movement. Fourth, it is necessary to adopt function-intensive rural development projects to use the centers of rural areas effectively and intensively as well as spatial approaches and other approaches considering the types of living zone utilization to systematize the interdependent role division among local communities. Last, it is necessary to improve the life quality of people living in local areas not only by preparing a system to support formation of collaborative relationship with local residents for establishment of subject and independent maintenance and management of spatial plans but also by promoting community activities. The result of this study are expected to be the basis for extension of political framework and improvement of implementation direction of rural development projects.
