수술전 영양결핍상태의 위암 환자에 대한 Solgreen^�(12.5% aminoacid)의 투여 효과

The effects of Solgreen (12.5% aminoacid) injection was evaluated in 22 stomach cancer patients with preoperative nutritional deficiency. In this study, 500㎖ of Solgreen was intravenously injected daily for 5 days in 16 patients (A group) and Solgreen was not injected in 6 patients (B group). 24 hour urine creatinine, creatinine-height index (reflects body protein) and serum albumin were measured. The results were as follows: 1. Increase in creatinine-height index was greater in Solgreen injected group than non-injected group. 2. Among group of Solgreen injection, creatinine-height index was higher in post-injection day than in pre-injection day. 3. Increase in serum albumin was greater in Solgreen injected group than non-injected group.
중소기업 연구개발 역량 강화의 인과순환구조: 의료기기 제조기업 A사 사례 분석

This study focuses on the case of Company A, a medical device manufacturer, to identify the causal structures of R&D capability enhancement in SMEs. Company A successfully developed new products, leading to sales growth and company size due to enhancing its R&D capability. The CEO’s decisions to secure R&D researchers and invest increased revenue in hiring additional R&D researchers and improving working conditions led to a virtuous cycle of R&D capability enhancement. The causal loop diagram (CLD) around the case of Company A showed multiple reinforcing feedback loops. The causal loop structure suggests that government support for SMEs can make an initial contribution to the R&D capability building but has limits. The strategic decisions and management of the company are more important than external support, such as the government.

The amount of heat generated by avionics equipment in aircraft increases as more electrical components become compact. Avionics directly affects airplane performance, and thermal management systems play an important role in maintaining safety and performance. In this study, thermal analysis of avionics equipment mounted on aircraft was conducted to improve performance by considering shape modification and fan operation. A temperature difference of up to 55°C was observed for the basic shape when the fan was not operated. Several attempts such as the change of shape and material were made, but it was observed that the devices reached an excessive temperature. It was shown that the devices reached the proper level of temperature where forced convection was imposed by operating the fan. This study will provide critical information for the development of improved cooling methods for avionics and derivation of environmental conditions.

This paper is focusing on the difference from experiment result and method through dynamic loaded from impact analysis about inertia measure unit of high speed projectile. At Inertia measure unit dynamic load is applied when the high speed projectile is operated by impact to inside. it is necessary to design inertia measure unit enduring from external effect with operating environment. Investigation of material deformation with high strain speed is performed for military purpose, and still concerned to many scientist. From this study, this paper will prove of impact analysis result through comparing with experiment result and method when applied dynamic load.

This paper is focusing on the define the safety of high speed projectiles from aerodynamic load. The Fin loaded from aerodynamic is the roll of high speed projectile's gide. The Fin can rotate about 25deg as maximum, and it has maximum aerodynamic load with 25deg position. For finite element analysis from aerodynamic load, fluid analysis will be conducted before structure analysis and export pressure data. The pressure data will be used as load condition at structure analysis of Fin. The result of structure analysis of Fin, there is some stress concentration and stress closed with yield stress of material. But this problem will be solved with change to another material.

Purpose: Long-term asthma management is recommended to asthmatics; however, many patients do not adhere to follow-up treatment. It is unclearwhy many asthmatics do not adhere to follow-up treatment and long-term clinical course after discontinuation of asthma management. Thisstudy investigates the factors associated with loss to follow-up and observes the clinical course in asthmatics who discontinued asthma treatment. Methods: A retrospective investigation was conducted after reviewing medical records of adult patients who were newly diagnosed with asthmaat a university hospital in Seoul, South Korea from January 2005 to March 2007. We compared baseline demographics and the clinical and laboratoryprofiles of patients to see if they successfully adhered to the treatment at an outpatient clinic for at least 3 years. The clinical course and asthmacontrol status were surveyed by telephone for patients who were lost to follow-up within 3 years. Results: A total of 351 (73.9%) out of 475 patientswere lost to follow-up within 3 years of asthma diagnosis. Patients lost to follow-up were younger and had clinical features of less severeasthma at time of diagnosis (higher FEV1 and PC20, and lower grade treatments) compared to patients who adhered to the follow-up for longer than3 years (all P<0.05). Among the 198 responders to the telephone survey, 124 responders (62.6%) answered that they eventually discontinued asthmamedication. A significantly higher proportion of the 124 responders who discontinued asthma treatment maintained symptom improvement comparedto the 74 responders who continued asthma medication (77.4% vs. 55.4%, P=0.003). Conclusions: Almost three quarters of newly diagnosedasthmatics discontinued asthma medication within 3 years despite a medical recommendation. There are considerable numbers of asthmaticswho can maintain long-term asthma control status without medication.
