        미디어 노출 신체이미지와 탄막 이용이 다이어트 의도에 미치는 영향 –중국 비리비리(Bilibili) 동영상 사이트를 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 중국의 대표적인 탄막 동영상 사이트인 비리비리(Bilibili)를 중심으로 미디어 노출 신체이미지와 탄막의 이용이 다이어트 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 20대 중국인 여성 310명을 대상으로 온라인 실험 연구가 진행되었으며, 3 (탄막 여부: 탄막 없음 vs. 신체이미지 칭찬하는 탄막 vs. 신체이미지 비판하는 탄막) ⅹ 2 (미디어 노출 신체이미지: 이상적 vs. 현실적) 피험자 간 설계로 이루어졌다. 주요 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 이상적인 신체이미지를 칭찬하는 탄막과 현실적인 신체이미지를 비판하는 탄막에서 시청자의 다이어트 의도가 더 강하게 나타났다. 더 나아가, 시청자의 다이어트 의도는 현실적인 신체이미지를 탄막 없이 볼 때보다 이상적인 신체이미지를 탄막과 같이 볼 때, 그리고 현실적인 신체이미지를 비판하는 탄막을 볼 때보다 이상적인 신체이미지를 칭찬하는 탄막을 볼 때 더 강하게 나타나는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 사회적 시청의 방식 중 하나로서의 탄막의 이용과 수용자의 행동 의도에 미치는 영향을 이해하는 데 도움이 될 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of exposure to body image in media and bullet screen on weight loss intention by specifically focusing on Bilibili, a video sharing website of China. For the study, a 3 (Social viewing: no bullet screen vs. complimentary bullet screen vs. critical bullet screen) x 2 (Body image in media: ideal vs. realistic) between-subjects factorial design was conducted. A total of 310 Chinese women in their 20s were recruited to participate in an experimental survey. The main results showed that viewing the ideal body image with the complimentary bullet screen and realistic body image with the critical bullet screen strengthened the participants’ intention on weight loss. Finally, the interaction effect of social viewing and the types of bullet screen were examined. The higher weight-loss intention was revealed when social viewing was conducted with the complimentary bullet screen of the ideal image. The results of this study can enhance the understanding of the bullet screen as a type of social viewing and its effect on user behavior intention.

        Dispersion Polymerization of Acrylamide in Methanol/Water Media

        Dispersion polymerization of acrylamide was carried out in the media of methyl alcohol/$H_2O$ mixtures using hydroxypropyl cellulose and ammonium persulfate as steric stabilizer and initiator, respectively. The effects of concentrations of initiator and steric stabilizer, amount of monomer, polymerization temperature, methyl alcohol/$H_2O$ ratio, and purification of monomer and nitrogen purge on the particle size of the latices and molecular weight of the polymers were investigated. The average particle diameter increased with increasing concentration of initiator, water content in methyl alcohol/$H_2O$ media, and polymerization temperature, but decreased with monomer and stabilizer concentrations. The viscosity average molecular weight increased with increasing concentrations of monomer, steric stabilizer, and water content in dispersion media, but decreased with initiator concentration and polymerization temperature. The PAM polymers prepared with the purified monomer and the nitrogen purging before the reaction showed the highest molecular weight.

      • Trust Evaluation on Social Media based on Different Similarity Metrics

        With advancement in internet era, the importance of social media is increasing day by day. It enables users to share their profile data, ideas, videos and any content they have with them. With benefits, it also has several issues related to it. One of the issue is “how to protect users from after effect of friendship over social media?”. This paper proposes a trust model to overcome it. The proposed model calculates trust to assist end users to take decision about accepting friend-request on social media. Trust evaluation is based upon profile similarity analysis. Trust computation uses preferred attribute among profile attributes to evaluate trust of users. The paper analyzes different trust evaluation methods based on the proposed model.

      • 영상개선을 위한 가중 메디안 혼성필터에 관한 연구

        The weighted median hybrid filters are proposed. These filters take weighting factors in calculatingly the output of subfilters of median hybrid filters. The properties of weighted median hybrid filters are analysed and compared to the conventional median filter. The results indicate that these filters preserve details of edge better than and are computationally much more efficient than conventional median filter. Performances of some image restoration filters(i.e. weighted median hybrid filter, median hybrid filter, median filter and K-nearest neighbor averaging filter) are compared and evaluated on SNR gain and subject test. Test images used here are corrupted by Gaussian noise. Experimental results show that the weighed median hybrid filter among them are comparatively superior to others.

      • Image Restoration using Weighted Octagonal Median Filter

        One of the most important tasks in image processing is noise filtering. Noise removal in image is a difficult task due to many reasons such as nonstationary sequences and corrupted by various types of noise. Human’s visual perception is heavily based on the edge information. Thus, noise filtering must preserve edges. To remove the noise, we usually use the square-shaped median filter. They possess mathematical simplicity but have the disadvantages that blur the edges. In this paper we consider a new technique for image restoration using a weighted octagonal median filter. This technique consists of simple hypothesis test for edge detection, and we use the weighted octagonal-shaped moving window. The new technique is applied to noise corrupted image and experimental results are compared to the results of the square-shaped median filter and the cross-shaped median filter.

        적응 가중 미디언 필터를 이용한 영상 확산 알고리즘

        Recently, many research activities in the image processing area are concentrated on developing new algorithms by finding the solution of the 'diffusion equation'. The diffusion algorithms are expected to be utilized in numerous applications including noise removal and image restoration, edge detection, segmentation, etc. In this paper, at first, it will be shown that the anisotropic diffusion algorithms have the similar structure with the adaptive FIR filters with cross-shaped 5-tap kernel, and this relatively small-sized kernel causes many iterating procedure for satisfactory filtering effects. Moreover, it will also be shown that lots of modifications which are adopted to the conventional Gaussian diffusion method in order to weaken the edge blurring nature of the linear filtering process increases another computational burden. We propose a new Median diffusion scheme by replacing the adaptive linear filters in the diffusion process with the AWM (Adaptive Weighted Median) filters. A diffusion-equation-based adaptation scheme is also proposed. With the proposed scheme, the size of the diffusion kernel can be increased, and thus diffusion speed greatly increases. Simulation results shows that the proposed Median diffusion scheme outperforms in noise removal (especially impulsive noise), and edge preservation. 편미분 방정식을 도입하여 새로운 영상처리 기술을 개발하려는 연구가 활발히 진행 중이며, 특히 확산 방정식을 풀어 잡음 제거, 영상 복원, 에지 검출 및 영상 분할 등에 응용할 수 있는 이미지 확산 알고리즘에 관심이 높다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 비등방성 확산 방식이 결국은 커널 크기가 작은 적응 필터링 방식과 동일한 효과를 낸다는 것을 보이고, 확산 과정에서 선형 필터의 단점을 보완할 수 있도록 가중 미디언(WM, Weighted Median) 필터를 적용한 새로운 확산 기법을 제안하였다. 제안된 WM 필터가 비등방성 커널을 갖도록 필터계수에 대응하는 가중치들을 이미지의 국부적인 변화량에 따라 적응적으로 가변할 수 있는 기법을 제안하였다. 뿐만 아니라 반복 과정에서의 확산 속도를 증가할 수 있도록 커널의 크기를 증가시키기 위한 방안도 제시하였다. 실제 영상을 사용한 실험을 통하여 제안된 방식이 기존의 방식에 비해 잡음 제거 (특히 임펄스성 잡음) 특성이나 에지 보존 특성이 더 우수하다는 것을 보였다. 또한 기존의 방식에 비해 확장된 크기를 갖는 커널을 이용함으로써 확산 속도를 높일 수 있다는 것을 보였다.

        임펄스 잡음 제거를 위한 양방향 가중치를 이용한 반복 메디안 필터

        An iterative bilateral weighted median filter (IBWMF) using adaptive window size for removing the impulse noise with better edge and fine detail preservation is presented. IBWMF uses two weight factors, domain weight in spatial domain and range weight in intensity domain to do the adaptive weight control different than the previous weighted median filters (WMF). The rate of domain weight and range weight is controlled by noise distribution of image. And IBWMF uses a recursive and iterative procedure using increasing window size. Simulation results indicate that IBWMF provides the superior subjective and objective performance over many other existing techniques.

        중앙버스전용차로가 설치된 간선도로의 서비스수준 분석방법에 관한 연구

        PURPOSES: The purpose of this paper is to develop a methodology to estimate level of service of arterial including Exclusive Median Bus Lanes. METHODS: On 6 Exclusive Median Bus Lanes routes in Seoul, bus travel time and number of bus-stop per km were investigated. Also whether or not passing lane exists at bus-stop was checked. Based on the data from sites, bus travel time was estimated according to length of segment, number of bus-stop per km and whether or not passing lane exists at bus-stop. RESULTS : A bus travel time table was developed according to length of segment, number of bus-stop per km and whether or not passing lane exists at bus-stop. After bus travel speed and passenger car travel speed is estimated based on each travel time table and length of segment,two speeds are combined with weighted average speed using traffic volume of each lane group. Then weighted average speed is a measure of effectiveness of arterial including Exclusive Median Bus Lanes. CONCLUSIONS: It can be concluded that the proposed methodology can estimate level of service of arterial including Exclusive Median Bus Lanes considering the operation characteristics of Exclusive Median Bus Lanes.

      • 로컬 분산과 로컬 중간값 분산을 이용한 적응형 메디안 필터

        신호처리에서 메디안 필터는 임펄스 잡음을 제거하는 비선형 필터 중에서 가장 널리 사용되고, 가장 강력한 효과를 보이고 있다. 본 논문은 잡음 검출에 의한 적응형 메디안 필터를 제안한다. 제안한 필터의 기본 알고리즘은 잡음 여부를 각 판단기준에 의해서 판별한 후, 판별 결과에 따라 조건을 만족하면 메디안 필터를 취하고, 만족하지 않으면 원 영상(No Filter)으로 복원한다. 잡음 판별을 위해서 로컬 분산과 로컬 중간값 분산을 이용한 잡음 검출을 제시했고, 기존의 [5]∼[10] 필터와 특성 및 성능을 비교 분석하였다. 제안한 필터는 기존의 필터를 같은 조건에서 수행한 결과보다 대부분의 경우에서 개선을 보이고, 주관적인 육안으로 판별했을 경우에도, 그 이상의 효과를 보임을 입증하였다. 따라서 로컬 분산과 로컬 중간값 분산을 이용한 적응형 메디안 필터는 메디안 필터의 임펄스 잡음 제거 특성에 강한 장점을 살리고, 에지 보존 능력이 강화되었음을 증명 하였다. Median Filters in the Signal Processing have been most widely used and have demonstrated the most strongest effects. This paper proposes the Adaptive Median Filters by using noise detection. The basic algorithm of the proposed filters is to determine whether noise or not by the each noise judgement standards, and then take the Median Filter if it satisfies the conditions as a result of judgement and returns to the original image(No Filters) if not. This paper presented Noise Detection by Local Variance and Local Central Variance for noise judgement, compared and analyzed the features and performance of existing [5]∼[10] Filters. Filter improved on the result of executing the existing filters at the same condition and showed the effects over that when it was judged with naked eyes. Accordingly, the Adaptive Median Filters by Local Variance and Local Central Variance was proven to have reinforced edge preservation ability and have the strong features for removing the Impulse Noise of the Median Filter.

      • Edge-Based Motion Vector Processing for Frame Interpolation Based on Weighted Vector Median Filter

        <P>In this paper, we propose a new motion vector smoothing algorithm using weighted vector median filtering based on edge direction for frame interpolation. The proposed WVM (Weighted Vector Median) system adjusts the weighting values based on edge direction, which is derived from spatial coherence between the edge direction continuity of a moving object and motion vector (MV) reliability. The edge based weighting scheme removes the effect of outliers and irregular MVs from the MV smoothing process. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can correct wrong motion vectors and thus improve both the subjective and objective visual quality compared with conventional methods.</P>
