『무용예술학연구』의 공저자 네트워크 분석

The Korean Society for Dance Studies has contributed to the development of dance studies. However the society is under fierce competitive circumstance because there are filled with lots of journals which are published by 13 societies and 4 university research institutes in the dance field. So it is important to facilitate collaboration community for the sustainable growth of the Korean Society for Dance Studies. In this paper, we analyzed collaboration community of the Korean Journal of Dance Studies in the aspect of co-authorship network, the results were as follows; First, the ration of single author paper is about 80%. Second, there are not collaboration among researchers. Third, the relative degree centralization and the relative betweenness centralization are low. Fourth, the average of the relative degree centralities has increase as time passes, but the average of the relative betweenness centralities is close to 0% regardless of research period. Finally, the standard deviations of the relative degree centralities range from .954 to 4.252, but the standard deviations of the relative betweenness centralities close to 0% regardless of research period. From the results, we found the implication for the sustainable growth of the Korean Journal of Dance Studies as follows. The Korean Society for Dance Studies needs to make it easy to communicate with researchers by facilitating an academic conference and monthly special lecture, it is necessary to build research field database of researchers for sharing idea or methodology among researchers. We expect the results will contribute to facilitate collaboration community in the Korean Society for Dance Studies.

“한국춤 학술,교육적 측면의 성과와 비전”고찰 -한국춤협회를 중심으로-

본 연구는 한국춤 협회를 중심으로 학술적 측면은 한국무용연구학회 학술논문집과 학술대회로, 교육적 측면은 한국춤협회 주체 경연대회 및 강습회의 성과를 살펴보았다. 현재 무용공연은 더 이상 무대공간에서만을 주장할 수도 없거니와 대중들과의 소통이 원활하지 않아 오늘날 무용인구의 감소현상까지 치닫게 되는 한 요인이 되기도 하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 고찰하고자 하는 것은 무엇보다 춤 교육에 대한 관심과 내실을 기하고 학술이나 강습회 등 여러 방법을 통해 양적·질적 성과에 주목하고자 한다. 학술대회-강습회-제전까지 서로 일련의 유기적 관계로 통합 연결시켜 서로 시너지 효과를 증진시키는데 일조하여야 한다. 이론과 실기의 통합적 발전과 지식체계를 구축할 수 있는 융복합적 성격의 학술대회와 교육적 실천을 확대시키고자 하는 것이 한국춤 협회의 비전이라 할 수 있다. 21세기 현재 교육이 무엇보다 본성을 회복하는 교육으로서, 춤 교육의 방향을 올바르게 잡는 것이 시급한 일이라 생각한다. 이와 함께 앞으로 한국 춤 전반의 학술·교육적 측면의 비전을 제시해보고자 하는 데 본 연구 의의가 있다. The study aimed to examine performance and vision in the academic and educational aspects of Korean dance in quantity and quality in consistent with study subject called "performance and vision in the academic and educational aspects of Korean dance." But this study had limitation because the study could not investigate whole performance in the academic and educational aspects of Korean dance. The study focused on Korean dance association - for academic aspect, the author had reviewed academic theses published by the Society of Korean dance studies and its performance of academic conference; for educational aspect, the study investigated performance of competitions and learning class led by Korean dance association. The study examined activity of Korean dance association for 34 years while tried to introspected for parts which became large discourse in a certain aspect. It was thought that it would be urgent to lead dance education in right direction because above all, present education in the 21th century was one to recover real nature. And this study had a meaning in suggesting vision of academic and educational aspects of whole Korean dance in the future.

현장적 관점에서 본 한국춤협회 40년의 의미와 과제

한국춤으로 특성화되어 40년의 역사를 거쳐 온 한국춤협회의 의미와 가치는 높다. 이러한 활동이 가능한 동력으로는 한국무용계 인사들과 인재들을 폭넓게 아우르는 조직체로서 전통의 계승과 동시대적인 창작이라는 일관된 목표를 지향해왔기 때문이다. 이를 바탕으로 학술, 교육, 공연의 영역에서 균형과 조화를 이뤄온 것이 한국춤협회를 다른 협회나 학회와 차별시키는 정체성이다. 21세기도 20년 이상 흐르고 있는 현시점에서 한국춤협회의 미래지향적인 발전을 위해 고려해봐야 할 사항도 존재한다. 이에 대해 현장적 관점에서 접근하자면 우선, 경연의 공정성 관리 등을 위해 선진적 (운영)체계를 확립할 필요가 있다. 또한, 전통의 계승과 동시대적인 창작의 영역을 구분하여 사업을 추진할 필요가 있다. 유사한 맥락에서, 한국춤의 다양한 분류에 대한 용어 정립과 내용 구분도 고려해볼 만하다. 더 나아가, 21세기에 급변하는 사회적 추세나 예술적 경향에 대한 이해는 동시대적인 창작을 위해 주요한 바탕이 될 수 있다. 마지막으로, 한국춤협회가 한국무용계를 이끄는 역할을 한다는 전제하에 한국무용계에 만연한 계파 의식을 타파하고 상생의 힘을 통해 미래지향적인 발전을 도모할 수 있도록 현장 문화를 바꿔나가야 한다. The meaning and value of the Korean Dance Association, which has been characterized as a Korean dance and has been through 40 years of history, is high. The driving force behind these activities is that as an organization that encompasses a wide range of people and talents in the Korean dance world, it has aimed for a consistent goal of inheriting tradition and contemporary creation. Based on this, balance and harmony have been achieved in the fields of academics, education, and performance, which is the identity that differentiates the Korean Dance Association from other associations and academic societies. There are also issues to be considered for the development of the Korean Dance Association. First of all, it is necessary to establish an advanced system to manage the fairness of the contest. In addition, it is necessary to promote the business by separating the areas of succession of tradition and contemporary creation. In a similar context, it is worth considering the definition of terms and content classification for the classification of various Korean dances. Furthermore, an understanding of contemporary conditions or trends can be a major basis for contemporary creation. Lastly, on the premise that the Korean Dance Association plays a leading role in the Korean dance world, it is necessary to change the culture of the field so that it can break through the faction consciousness prevalent in the Korean dance world and promote future-oriented development through the power of win-win.

무용전공자의 지도자 신뢰 형성과정에 관한 내러티브 연구

This study conducted to identify the trust-building process of dance majors with their leaders and applied the Narrative Research Act for in-depth understanding through personal and practical experience. Eight dance majors with more than five years of experience in dance for this experiment selected as participants in the study, who had received dance education from leaders, and who had various experiences in dance, art scene, and education. In-depth interviews with study participants and individual document data prepared, and the following conclusions drawn through the analysis of the data according to the three stages of research design. First, most of the study participants liked to dance, began to major in dance in the dance academies around home through recommendations from acquaintances or parents, and began to form relationships with dance leaders. Second, the participants stated that they formed a trust relationship with the leader through communication and dialogue with the leader, primarily through outside activities, not only dance rooms, such as eating or engaging in shared leisure activities. Third, after a trust relationship with the leader was established, study participants thought of the leader as one of their parents, friends and mentors, and came to recognize him/her as one of those who had a strong influence on themselves. Finally, most participants in the study stated that they would apply to their future guidance what they felt were advantages of their leaders' guidance methods. For study to explore the process of building trust with study participants and leaders, it was impossible to know what the process of building trust meant to study participants until we understood their lives. In other words, the Narrative Research Act was able to understand the process of building trust among study participants. Narrative research has allowed participants to talk about their experiences, and in the process, researchers and research participants to re-recognize the trust-building process, allowing them to think again about the trust-building process that has already formed. 이 연구는 무용전공자의 지도자에 대한 신뢰형성 과정을 탐색하는데 목표를 두고 진행되었으며, 개인적이고 실제적인 경험을 통한 심도 있는 이해를 위하여 내러티브 연구방법을 적용하였다. 이를 위해 5년 이상의 무용경력이 있으며 지도자에게 무용교육을 받은 경험이 있고, 무용 예술 현장 및 무용교육의 다양한 경험이 있는 무용전공자 8명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였으며 심층면담 및 개별 문서자료를 작성하고 연구 설계 3단계 구성에 따라 자료 분석을 실시하고 다음과 최종적인 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 연구 참여자 대부분 춤추는 것을 좋아하고 지인의 추천이나 부모님의 권유 또는 근거리에 있는 무용학원에서 무용을 전공하기 시작하며 무용지도자와의 관계 형성을 시작하게 되었다. 둘째, 이렇게 시작된 지도자와의 관계 속에서 연구 참여자 대부분이 대화 및 소통을 통하여 지도자를 신뢰하게 된 계기가 되었으며 특히, 지도자와 식사를 하거나 혹은 동반 여가활동을 하는 등 무용실이 아닌 외부활동을 통해 지도자와의 신뢰감을 형성하는 것으로 진술하였다. 셋째, 지도자와 신뢰감이 형성된 후에는 무용 활동을 하며 편안함, 행복함, 기대감을 가지게 된 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구 참여자들은 신뢰하는 지도자는 부모님, 친구, 멘토라고 생각하며 자신에게 가장 영향력이 있는 사람 중 하나로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 ‘지도자에게 받는 영향’에 대해서 연구 참여자들은 대부분 본인의 미래 교육관에 현재 지도자의 지도방법 중 장점이라고 느껴지는 점을 자신의 지도 현장에 적용할 것이라고 진술하였다. 연구 참여자들의 지도자에 대한 신뢰형성 과정에 대해 탐색한 결과, 그들의 삶을 이해하지 않고서는 그들의 신뢰형성 과정이 연구 참여자들에게 어떤 의미인지 알 수 없었다. 즉 연구 참여자들의 신뢰형성 내러티브를 통하여 그들의 신뢰형성 과정을 이해할 수 있었다. 내러티브 연구를 통해 그들의 경험을 이야기하고 다시 이야기하는 과정에서 연구자와 연구 참여자들은 신뢰형성에 대한 재인식의 계기가 되었으며, 이미 형성되어 있는 신뢰형성에 대해서도 재고의 기회를 제공할 수 있었다.

국내 학술지 등재제도 개선에 따른 무용학회 운영의 선진화 방안 -KCI 학술지 내용평가를 중심으로-

본 연구는 학술지 등재제도의 개선배경과 평가항목들을 검토하여 무용학회의 선진적인 운영방안을 제시하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 연구결과 첫째, 공동학술대회와 공동연구를 통해 학회 간 협력함으로써 무용학 학문을 정립하고, 이를 바탕으로 학회 간 차별화를 추구한다. 둘째, 편집위원에게 학술활동에 대한 서약서를 받고, 학술활동 의무성에 대한 자율규정을 마련함으로써 편집위원의 학술활동을 적극적으로 장려한다. 셋째, 편집양식을 통일하고, 전문편집인 상주와 같은 업무환경 개선을 통해 학회 행정의 효율성을 증대시킨다. 넷째, 심사자의 자격기준을 구체적으로 설정하고, 명단을 공개하여 심사결과에 대한 신뢰성을 확보한다. 다섯째, 영문초록을 전문적으로 감수하기 위해 외부 인력을 수용함으로써 논문초록의 질적 수준을 향상시킨다. 여섯째, 연구부정 행위의 구체적 기준을 설정하고, 부정행위에 대한 처벌수위를 강화시켜 연구부정 행위를 미연에 방지한다. 또한 심사자는 논문표절방지시스템을 적절히 활용함으로써 체계적인 논문검증시스템을 마련하고, 학회에서는 연구자와 심사자를 대상으로 관련 교육을 실시함으로써 엄격한 연구윤리를 확립시킨다. This study aimed to suggest plans to advance dance society management by reviewing the backgrounds of journal registration system improvement and evaluation items. The results were as follows: As results of the study, first, dance theories should be established by collaborating among societies through joint scholarly competition and collaboration. Based on them, the differentiations among societies should be pursued. Second, the covenants on scholarly activities should be received from contributing editors and autonomic regulations on scholarly activity obligation should be arranged. Scholarly activities of contributing editors should be actively encouraged. Third, the form of edition should be integrated. The efficacy of administration should be improved by work environment improvement like constant residence of professional editors. Fourth, the qualifications of evaluators should be established in details. The list of names should be opened to obtain the reliability for evaluation results. Fifth, to review English abstract scrupulously, external professionals should be employed and improve the quality of paper. Sixth, specific standards for unfair practices of wrong research should be established and the level of penalty for such wrong research should be intensified to prevent wrong research actions.

홈리스들의 무용활동 사례연구

본 연구의 목적은 홈리스들의 무용활동 사례를 통해 그들의 심리, 사회적 변화요인을 다각적이고, 심층적으로 분석해 보는데 있다. 이러한 목적에 따라 2013년 ‘빅이슈 발레교육 시즌 3’에 참여한 홈리스 3명, 홈리스강사 2명과 관리자 1명, 총 6명을 주 연구대상자로 선정하여 수업관찰과 면담을 실시하였다. 수업관찰과 면담을 통해 얻은 의미 있는 원자료는 791개 였으며, 11개의 세부영역, 4개 핵심주제, 2개 상위범주가 도출되었다. 구체적으로 첫째, 사회적 변화의 핵심주제는 긍정적 상호작용과 부정적 상호작용으로 도출되었다. 긍정적 상호작용의 세부영역은 타인과의 관계형성, 지도자 영향, 의사소통으로 도출 되었다. 둘째, 심리적 변화의 핵심주제는 삶에 대한 만족감, 긍정 의지생성 두 개의 차원으로 도출되었다. 연구자는 이 연구를 통해서 홈리스들이 사회에 적응해 나가는 과정과 그 속에 무용활동의 사회, 심리적 영향이 어떠한 것인지를 알아보고자 하였다. 그 과정에서 그들이 노숙인이 된 것은 현대의 무관심과 개인주의에서 비롯된 것 집단 이기주의에서 비롯됨을 확인 하였으며, 이에 홈리스와 같은 소외계층에게 보다 많은 무용활동 기회를 제공해 그들이 사회속에서 함께하는 즐거움을 알 수 있게 한다면 보다 높은 자존감과 삶에 대한 행복감을 가져다 줄 수 있을 것으로 예상해 본다. The purpose of this study was to analyze homeless people``s psychological and social change factors by qualitative method through their dance activity cases. For this objective, we selected 6 people in total including 3 homeless people who had participated in ‘big issue ballet teaching season 3’ in 2013, 2 instructors for them, 1 manager, had done classroom observations and conducted interviews with them. Significant source data obtained through the classroom observations. The raw date was as follows: 791 interviews, 11 detail areas, 4 core themes, and 2 upper categories were produced. Concretely, first, the result showed that the core theme of social change was involved with not only positive interaction but also negative interaction. The detail area of positive interaction included building relationships with others, leaders`` influence, and communication. Second, the core theme of psychological change included satisfaction with life, and positive would formation as two levels. Through this study, the researcher was to investigate the process that homeless people had adapted themselves to society and what social and psychological effects their dancing activity. In the course of investigating, we observed that the reason they had became homeless people was because of modern indifference and collectivism, and accordingly, we expected that if we provided more opportunities to do dancing activity to the disadvantaged like the homeless to help them feel happy being with others in community, we could bring them more self-esteem and a feeling of well-being in life.
