국내 학술지 등재제도 개선에 따른 무용학회 운영의 선진화 방안 -KCI 학술지 내용평가를 중심으로- = An Plans to Advance Dance Society Management Adjusting to Domestic-Journal Registration System Improvement -Centered in KCI Scholarly Journal Evaluation-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 학술지 등재제도의 개선배경과 평가항목들을 검토하여 무용학회의 선진적인 운영방안을 제시하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 연구결과 첫째, 공동학술대회와 공동연구를 통해 학회 간 협력함으로써 무용학 학문을 정립하고, 이를 바탕으로 학회 간 차별화를 추구한다. 둘째, 편집위원에게 학술활동에 대한 서약서를 받고, 학술활동 의무성에 대한 자율규정을 마련함으로써 편집위원의 학술활동을 적극적으로 장려한다. 셋째, 편집양식을 통일하고, 전문편집인 상주와 같은 업무환경 개선을 통해 학회 행정의 효율성을 증대시킨다. 넷째, 심사자의 자격기준을 구체적으로 설정하고, 명단을 공개하여 심사결과에 대한 신뢰성을 확보한다. 다섯째, 영문초록을 전문적으로 감수하기 위해 외부 인력을 수용함으로써 논문초록의 질적 수준을 향상시킨다. 여섯째, 연구부정 행위의 구체적 기준을 설정하고, 부정행위에 대한 처벌수위를 강화시켜 연구부정 행위를 미연에 방지한다. 또한 심사자는 논문표절방지시스템을 적절히 활용함으로써 체계적인 논문검증시스템을 마련하고, 학회에서는 연구자와 심사자를 대상으로 관련 교육을 실시함으로써 엄격한 연구윤리를 확립시킨다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to suggest plans to advance dance society management by reviewing the backgrounds of journal registration system improvement and evaluation items. The results were as follows: As results of the study, first, dance theories should be established by collaborating among societies through joint scholarly competition and collaboration. Based on them, the differentiations among societies should be pursued. Second, the covenants on scholarly activities should be received from contributing editors and autonomic regulations on scholarly activity obligation should be arranged. Scholarly activities of contributing editors should be actively encouraged. Third, the form of edition should be integrated. The efficacy of administration should be improved by work environment improvement like constant residence of professional editors. Fourth, the qualifications of evaluators should be established in details. The list of names should be opened to obtain the reliability for evaluation results. Fifth, to review English abstract scrupulously, external professionals should be employed and improve the quality of paper. Sixth, specific standards for unfair practices of wrong research should be established and the level of penalty for such wrong research should be intensified to prevent wrong research actions.
