        초등학생의 신체능력 증진을 위한 운동지침 컴퓨터 프로그램 개발

        안양옥, 박동일, 이병근. 초등학생의 신체능력 증진을 위한 운동지침 컴퓨터 프로그램 개발. 운동과학, 제11권 제1호, 233-245, 2000. 본 연구에서는 초등학교 제5, 6학년 아동을 대상으로 체질검사, 체격검사, 체력검사 자료를 이용하여 신체능력 증진을 위한 운동지침 프로그램을 Visual Basic 5.0과 Crystal Report 7.0을 이용하여 개발하였다. 프로그램 개발과정은 프로그램 계획, 프로그램 설계 및 프로그램 개발의 3단계로 진행하였다. 체질검사, 체격검사 및 체력검사 등의 신체검사자료를 이용하여 운동지침을 제공하는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 운동지침 프로그램은 근력·근지구력, 심폐지구력, 유연성, 민첩성, 순발력 등의 체력 등급에 따라 다양한 운동종목을 제시해주고 운동강도, 운동시간, 운동빈도 등을 제시해 주는 프로그램이다. 그리고 학부모와 어린이에게 운동지침을 제시해 주기 위한 결과물을 출력하도록 하였다. 신체능력 증진 컴퓨터 프로그램은 Project File, Form File, Module, 기타 그림파일, D/B 파일, 사용자 암호파일, Report File의 7분야의 약 20여 개의 파일로 구성된다. 이들 파일을 실행하기 위해 컴파일 하면 기능에 따라 4가지 파일로 변형되어 실행된다. 본 프로그램이 건강기록부 프로그램과 호환을 이루고, 초·중·고등학생 자료를 연계하도록 하고, 운동지칭 프로그램을 다양하게 구성하도록 기능을 향상시켜 나가면 학교 현장에서 유용한 프로그램으로 활용될 것이다. The purpose of this study is to propose the exercise guideline program used the data of physical constitution, physique and physical fitness test for elementary school students, and to use the programs for effective managing of the physical capacity. The subject were elementary school 5 and 6 grade. This study was carried out from 1999 September to 2000 March. The program was made by Visual basic 6.0 and Crystal report 7.0 for Window 95/98/ME. The development process were divided 3 stage; planning, design and development. The exercise guideline program were developed used by physical test data, The physical test data were included the physical constitution test(5 items), physique(5 items) and physical fitness test(5 items). The exercise guideline program is provide exercise item according to the fitness level of muscle power, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, speed and the guide about the intensity, frequency, duration of exercise. The Physical Capacity Improvement Program were included 7 arear project file, form file, module, graphic file, D/B file, user password file, Report File. These files were operated after the compile. This program can print the output about the exercise guideline program. The exercise guide report are printed out from the guideline program. The reports was proposed the item, intensity, duration and the frequency of exercise. This program would be useful thing on elementary school students by the elevation of functions about the exercise guideline program, and the effective exchange with the health reports program, and the connection among the data of elementary, middle and high school students.

        지체장애 대학생의 규칙적인 운동 참여가 신체적 자기개념과 기초체력에 미치는 효과

        In this study we examined that the effect of individualized regular exercise program on the alteration of physical fitness level and physical self-concept in physical disabilities. Total 8 volunteers were participated, and all participants have been classified as severe than second degrees of physical disability. All participants were performed individualized physical activity program for 10weeks(3days․wk-1). Exercise program included various stretching motions and warm-up, main exercise(either resistance weight or aerobic), and cool-down. Individual physical difficulties were considered when exercise programs were designed. The changes of fundamental physical fitness level (i.e., body composition, heart rate, and grasp strength) were measured, and physical self-description questionnaire(PSDQ), that included total 40 questions and 10sub-classified scales, was used to examine the change of physical self-concept. Whereas grasping power from both dominant and non-dominant hands was significantly increased(p<.05), body composition and resting heart rate were not significantly changed(p>.05) after performed 10weeks of regular exercise program. These results indicate that strengthening exercise program may exert better effects than aerobic exercise program in physical disabilities who have physically severe limitations for physical activities. PSDQ showed a significant improvement in sports competency scale and health related factors scale(p<.05), but it did not reveal statistical difference in any other sub-classified scales(p>.05). This result indicates that competency in routine life is possibly improved, and thus general health condition could be enhanced. 이 연구는 10주간의 지체장애 대학생의 규칙적인 운동 참여가 신체적 자기개념 및 기초체력에 미치는 효과를 규명하고자 수행되었으며, 이를 토대로 지체장애 대학생의 바람직한 자아개념 형성과 생활체육 프로그램 개발 및 참여의 활성화를 위한 근거 자료를 제공하는데목적이 있다. 이 연구에 참여한 연구대상은 지체장애 2급 이상인 남자 대학생 8명(오른쪽 편마비 2명,왼쪽 편마비 2명, 하지마비 2명, 사지마비 2명)이었으며, 대상자 개개인의 장애특성을 고려하여 구성한 개별화 운동프로그램에 10주간 주당 3일 빈도로 참여하였다. 개별화 운동프로그램 참여 전후의 기초체력(근력, 체지방률, 안정시 심박수)과 신체적 자기개념을 각각 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 대응표본 t 검정 및 Wilcoxon signed ranks test를 이용하여 변화를 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 규칙적인 개별화 운동프로그램의 적용이근력에 유의한 효과를 나타내었다(p<.05). 둘째, 규칙적인 개별화 운동프로그램이 신체적자기개념의 하위요인 중 스포츠유능감, 건강, 그리고 신체적 자기개념 전체에서 유의한 효과를 발휘하였다(p<.05). 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 2급 이상의 지체장애인에 있어 규칙적인 신체활동의 수행이 유산소성 체력 요인의 향상보다는 근력의 향상에 더 큰 효과를 발휘하며 바람직한 자아개념의형성에도 긍정적으로 작용한다는 결론을 도출할 수 있었다.

        기공체조를 활용한 복합운동프로그램이 농촌노인의 신체조성 및 체력변화에 미치는 영향

        [INTRODUCTION] The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a combined exercise program utilizing Qigong exercise on the body composition and physical fitness of rural elderly people. [METHOD] The subjects in this study were 10 sick senior citizens in the region of Y, North Chungcheong Province. The selected people were suffered from chronic diseases including arthritis, hernia of an disks, or an injury from falling, and were able to participate in physical activities and a Qigong- based combined exercise program. A combined exercise program that consisted of Qigong exercise and senior gymnastics was conducted during a 24-week period of time, three times a week, 60 minutes a day. [RESULT] First, regarding body composition, there was a significant decrease in their weight(p<.05), body fat (p<.05), BMI(p<.05) and abdominal fat(p<.05), and they showed an increase in fat-free rate(p<.05). Second, as to physical fitness, they showed a significant improvement in grip(p<.05), flexibility(p<.05), agility(p<.05) and balance(p<.01). Third, as a result of asking whether their illness took a turn for the better, whether their physical fitness improved and whether there was a change in their way of looking at exercise, they all gave positive answers. [CONCLUSION] The study suggested that the regular participation of the rural senior citizens with chronic diseases in the Qigong-based combined exercise program had an effect on their body composition, physical fitness, and psychology. [서론] 본 연구의 목적은 기공체조를 활용한 복합운동프로그램 이 농촌노인의 신체조성, 체력변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. [방법] 연구대상은 충북 Y지역 65세 이상의 만성질환(관절염, 디스크, 낙상경험)을 앓고 있는 질환자 10명을 선정하여 신체활동 및 기공체조를 활용한 복합운동프로그램 참여에 지장이 없는 자들로 선정하였다. 기공체조와 노인건강체조로 구성된 복합운동프로그램은 24주간 주3회 실시하였으며, 1일 60분간 진행하였다. [결과] 첫째, 체성분에서 체중의 감소(p<.05), 체지방량의 감소(p<.05), 제지방량의 증가(p<.05), BMI의 감소(p<.05), 복부지방율의 감소(p<.05)로 모두 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 둘째, 체력에서 악력의 증가(p<.05), 유연성의 증가(p<.05), 민첩성의 향상(p<.05), 평형성의 증가(p<.01)로 모두 유의미한 차이를 나타내었다. 셋째, 연구대상자는 심층면담을 통해 질환상태의 호전, 체력증진, 생활의 활력, 운동참여 인식의 변화에 대해 긍정적인 대답을 하였다. [결론] 농촌노인의 만성질환자들에게 기공체조를 활용한 복합운동프로그램 참여는 신체조성과 체력 증진, 운동의 심리적 효과가 있음을 시사하였다.

        대학생의 규칙적인 운동참여가 신체적 자기개념과 건강관련체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of college student``s regular exercise participation on the physical self-concept and health-related physical fitness. For the goal of this study, there was adopted to 79 students among the physical education females and males attend classes, who was participated aerobic exercise program(Power Walking). Survey of physical self-concept was used after validity and reliability analysis. Factor analysis, Cronbach’s α and paired t-test were performed using the outcomes from the questionnaire by IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 program. The results were as follows. First, after 8 weeks aerobic exercise program participation, male college students were improved almost factors which were muscle strength(right grip Strength), muscle endurance(sit-up), flexibility(trunk forward flexion), cardiopulmonary endurance(step test), body composition(%fat, WHR) among health-related physical fitness factors before exercise participation. And female college students were improved almost factors which were muscle strength(left·right grip strength), muscle Endurance(sit-up), fexibility(trunk forward flexion), cardiopulmonary endurance(step test), body composition(%fat, WHR) before exercise participation. Second, after 8 weeks aerobic exercise program participation, male college students were found to have higher physical confidence in endurance, muscle endurance, sports competence, appearance, body fat, health, flexibility, the body’s overall among physical selfconcept factors before exercise participation. And female college students were found to have higher physical confidence in endurance, appearance, body fat, flexibility, muscle endurance, the body’s overall, sports competence before exercise participation. As a result, female and male college students were improved physical self-concept and health-related physical fitness by 8 weeks aerobic exercise program. Or, regular exercise was improved in short term and also found to have higher physical confidence of mine.

        탄성 밴드를 이용한 노인운동프로그램이 노인의 우울과 신체적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the exercise program with elastic-band for elderly who over than 65 years old in terms of depression and physical self efficacy disabilities. We aim to suggest exercise program with elastic-band interventions for elderly. Methods : The study subject was selected female or male 65 years old or over who can walk without assistance, possible to talk daily living without mental or physical disorder. Total eight subjects were participated who understood the purpose of this study and agreed to participate. Before and after exercise program, the subjects was monitored for the change in their physical self-efficacy and depression. To measure the physical self efficacy, we used perceived physical ability scale and physical self presentation confidence scale (Cronbach α=0.942). To measure depression, we used geriatric depression scale short form (Korea version, Cronbach α=0.969). The data obtained from each measure were analyzed using Wilcoxon signed rank test to determine the change of before and after exercise program. The exercise program consists of three part (warm-up, main exercise and cool-down), including upper extremity, lower extremity and trunk exercise with elastic-band(yellow and red). The program last for 15 weeks, once a week, lasting for 60 min. Results : After 15 weeks of elastic-band exercise program, there was significant decreased on depression scale (p<0.05) and significant improve on physical self-efficacy scale (p<0.05). Conclusion : Based upon our result, we demonstrated that the exercise program using the elastic-band was effective on the improvement of depression and physical self-efficacy of the elderly.

      • 건강운동프로그램이 지체장애인의 생활만족도에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of life for people with physical disabilities by analyzing how physical fitness exercise programs can affect the improvement of everyday activities for people with physical disabilities. In this research, we surveyed 147 males and 97 females who are currently participating in exercise programs at various gyms in the metropolitan area. The survey data was ran through an spss 12.0 version for the first analysis. In addition, after the frequency analysis, a t-test, and one-way ANOVA was performed to compliment the first analysis. The results of the research are as follows. First, males have a higher participation rate than females. The participation rate is also higher for the older age group compared to the younger age group. Moreover, people with Musculoskeletal nerve damage, spinal cord injury, and/or polio are shown to be more actively involved in exercise programs. Next, the research identified that the types of disability does not matter when it comes to choosing a fitness program for people who are currently participating in physical fitness exercise programs which include walking, cycling, strength training, and stretching. Third, the data revealed that an individual's satisfaction level is different based on the type of workout programs he/she is involved in. From top to bottom, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility are the preferred exercise programs which have shown to promote a consistent level of satisfaction.         6주의 비대면 운동프로그램이 휠체어 이용 지체장애인의 신체구성 및 체력에 미치는 효과

        PURPOSE: This study investigated the effect of a 6-week non-contact exercise program on body composition and physical function of physically disabled persons who used wheelchairs. METHODS: Twenty-two physically disabled individuals using wheelchairs (n [females]=15, mean age=49.4±8.9 years) were recruited and divided into an exercise group (n=11) or a control group (n=11). Participants in the exercise group performed a 1-hour-long exercise program twice a week, for 6 weeks, with an exercise instructor through a real-time video conferencing application. Height, weight, body mass index, waist circumference, blood pressure, and muscle strength and range of motion were measured at baseline and after the exercise program. RESULTS: Compared with that in the control group, waist circumference in the exercise group significantly decreased after the 6-week exercise program. In addition, range of motion of the shoulder significantly improved in the exercise group, compared with the control group, after 6 weeks. CONCLUSIONS: The non-contact exercise program yielded beneficial effects on the waist circumference and range of motion of muscles in disabled individuals using wheelchairs. A follow-up study is needed to verify the long-term effect of the exercise program, which may be achieved by randomizing a large number of people with disabilities

        노인운동프로그램에 관한 국내연구동향 : 2012년-2022년까지

        The study analyzed in detail the research trends on the elderly execise program for the last ten years(years 2012-2022). It a ims to design and develop an exercise program for the e lderly and present guidance for future directions. A keyword analysis was conducted on the collected data according to each academic journal, research method, and characteristics of the research subjects. Moreover, the time, frequency, and intensity according to the type of exercise program and keywords related to the elderly exercise program were analyzed. The result is as follows. First, for the last ten years, research on the elderly exercise program has been consistently published. However, most of the research is skewed toward natural science. Second, from 238 research articles on the elderly exercise program, the research on the elderly male has shown a remarkably low publication rate compared to elderly females. (199 articles) Also, the participating elderly had a high proportion of research participants with the traits of obesity. (31 articles) Third, since the research methods on the elderly exercise program are mostly composed of quantitative research methodology, there were some limitations to having an in-depth understanding of their physical and psychological elements. Fourth, the elderly exercise program was composed of 2 or more compound exercises. Accordingly, the exercise frequency was 1-5 times weekly, and the exercise time was 25-90 minutes. As for intensity, although there was a difference depending on its form, it showed 1-18 intensity based on exercise awareness. Lastly, among the main keywords for the elderly exercise program, cognitive function (26 articles) and blood lipid (26 articles) showed the highest frequency, and the most active research was being conducted in the field of physiology among major areas in athletics. Therefore, balanced research reports and concerns for athletics are necessary for the future of the elderly exercise program.

        지체장애인을 위한 개별 운동프로그램 개발

        The purpose of the study was to develop an individualized exercise program that consider the characteristics of individuals with physical disabilities and to verify the feasibility and safety of the exercise program. The exercise program was developed through literature review, twice experts panel discussions, preliminary interviews, assessments, and a six-week pilot study. The pilot study was a single group study of 12 persons with disabilities (mean age 51.77 years) for 60-minutes supervised exercise once a week and home-based exercise for 6 weeks. Height, weight, waist, thigh circumference, blood pressure, heart rate, muscle strength and range of motion were measured before and after the individualized exercise program. The results were as follows. There were no dropouts or injuries among the participants in the exercise program, and the exercise program conducted in the pilot study had a positive improvement in improving the body composition, strength, and range of motion. After 6 weeks of exercise program, muscle strength and range of motion improved significantly compared to preliminary measurement. Therefore, the individualized exercise program verified the feasibility, safety and effectiveness.
