In this paper. ATM Multicast Switch is suggested which puts RTC into R-route and NTC into N-route separately at the same time. It can help to meet the requirement for all communication qualities by assuming the Mixed Traffic as containing all information required for different kinds of communication qualities. The Mixed Traffic is composed of Real-Time Cells that need spontaneity of sounds and Non Real-Time Cells that need accuracy of data rather than spontaneity.

In this study, security threats and countermeasure technology of the IoTs are being actively researched and developed. However, since most existing security technologies are currently applied, it is necessary to develop specialized security technologies suitable for IoT environments. Therefore, we proposed security measures and countermeasures related to sensors/devices, networks and servers, platforms and Apps in IoT environment related to them, I hope it will be utilized.

Background and Objectives: (GJIC) is a mechanism for direct cell to cell signalling and is mediated by gap junctions, which consist of transmembrane proteins caled connexins (Cxs). The authors investigated the role of connexin 26 as a biomarker that helps diagnose laryngeal squamous cel lesions. Subjects and Method:Parafin-embed-ded tissue specimens from 50 patients, who were diagnosed with laryngeal invasive squamous cell carcinoma (n= 15), carcinoma in situ (n= 10), dysplasia (n= 15), and non-neoplastic epithelial hyperplasia (n= 10) between 1993 and 2005, were imunohis-tochemically stained for conexin 26 protein. Results:Intracytoplasmic positive expresion of conexin 26 was found in 100% of invasive squamous cell carcinoma and in 20% of carcinoma in situ. However, in dysplasia and hyperplasia, there were no positive expresions. Moreover, the majority of intercellular or membranous staining tended to decline in dysplasia, carcinoma in situ, and squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion:lesions can be associated with tumorigenesis and invasion. Further studies are needed to investigate these expressions of connexin 26 and that it may represent more agresive pathology of the larynx. (Korean J Otolaryngol 2007 ;50 :442-7)
