SWOT Analysis and the Development of an Evaluation Model for Electronic Trade Settlement (TSU/BPO)

연구목적: 본 연구는 TSU/BPO 방식의 활용가능성을 높이기 위한 전략적 방안을 모색하는 것을 주요한 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 SWOT 분석을 실시하여 TSU/BPO의 주요당사자별로 내부환경 및 외부환경의 강점과 약점, 기회와 위협요인을 도출하였다. 또한 이를 기초로 실증 분석을 위한 연구모델을 구축하였다. 논문구성/논리: 제1장 서론에서는 연구의 목적과 배경을 기술하였고 제2장에서는 TSU/BPO 제도의 특징을 살펴보았다. 제3장에서는 SWOT 분석을 실시하였고 이에 기초하여 실증분석을 위한 연구모델을 개발하였다. 제4장의 결론에서는 주요한 연구내용의 요약과 함께 시사점이 논의되었다. 결과: SWOT 분석을 통해 TSU/BPO 결제방식을 입체적으로 조망하였고 SWOT 분석결과와 기술수용모델을 결합하여 실증적 평가모델을 구축하였다. 구체적으로, TSU/BPO의 유용성, TSU/BPO의 편의성, TSU/BPO 제도의 안정성 및 TSU/BPO로의 전환비용에 따라 TSU/BPO의 활용가능성이 영향을 받는 것으로 설계되었다. 독창성/가치: TSU/BPO와 관련된 선행연구들이 거의 대부분 문헌연구를 통해 TSU/BPO에 대한 이해를 도모하고 있는데 비해 본 연구는 SWOT 분석을 통해 TSU/BPO제도를 입체적으로 조망하고 있으며 추후 TSU/BPO 활용에 관해 실증적 평가가 가능한 연구모델을 제공하고 있다는 점에서 연구의 독창성 뿐 아니라 연구의 가치가 인정된다. Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to find strategic ways to increase the utilization of the TSU/BPO method. To do this, SWOT analysis was conducted to derive the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of internal and external environments for each major TSU/BPO party. Based on this, we constructed a research model for empirical analysis. Composition/Logic: This paper starts with background information and presents the goals of the study in Section I 1. In Section II, we discuss the characteristics of the TSU/BPO system. In Section III, SWOT analysis is conducted and a research model for empirical analysis is developed based on the SWOT analysis. In the conclusions of Section IV, implications are discussed along with a summary of the main research contents. Findings: In this study, SWOT analysis is used to view the TSU/BPO settlement method from various angles, and an empirical evaluation model is constructed by combining the SWOT analysis results with the technology acceptance model. Specifically, the model shows that the utilization of TSU/BPO is affected by its usefulness, convenience, institutional stability, and conversion costs. Originality/Value: Although previous research related to the TSU/BPO research area has mostly aimed at understanding TSU/BPO through literature reviews, this study takes an original view of the TSU/BPO system through SWOT analysis. The value of this study, as well as the originality of the research, is recognized in that it provides an empirical research model that can evaluate TSU/BPO possibilities for practical use.

지방정부의 SWOT분석과 SWOT전략: 부산광역시를 대상으로

지방정부의 고객관리, 성과관리 및 전략관리 체계로의 혁신과 기획에 있어서 가장 먼저 접하게 되는 환경분석, 즉 SWOT분석을 부산광역시를 대상으로 실시하여, 그 SWOT이슈와 SWOT전략을 도출하였다. SWOT분석이란 대상조직의 환경을 현재환경과 미래환경이라는 시점, 그리고 잠재력과 한계라는 역량에 따라 구분함으로써, 조직의 강점, 약점, 기회 및 위협요소라는 SWOT이슈를 발굴하고 이를 바탕으로 SWOT전략을 구성하는 기법이다. 분석을 통해 '부산의 SWOT전략맵'을 작성하였고, 부산의 S-T전략으로 '서부산시대와 트라이포트 프로젝트'를, 부산의 W-O전략으로 '중부산시대와 북항르네상스 프로젝트'를, 그리고 부산의 S-O전략으로서 '동부산시대와 PIFI 프로젝트'를 제시하였다. 결론으로서 SWOT분석결과의 실현과 실용적인 SWOT분석절차 및 방법의 개발을 위하여 몇 가지 정책제언을 하였다. And this study proposes the SWOT strategies for Busan vision as the capital city of the Pacific area: One is 'the Tri-Port Project for the Era of West-Busan' as S-T strategy. Another is 'the North-Port Renaissance Project for the Era of Middle-Busan as W-O strategy. The other is 'the Pusan International Film Industry Project for the Era of East-Busan' as S-O strategy. As conclusion, this study offers several propositions the actualization of analytic outcomes and development of methodologies in the SWOT analysis of local governments.

울산광역시의 SWOT이슈분석과 SWOT전략모델

This study extracts the SWOT issues and SWOT strategies of the Ulsan Metropolitan Government with SWOT analysis as a worldwide technique of environment analyses. SWOT analysis is a technique to explore the SWOT issues of strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat in the environment of organization, according to several perspectives. In addition, this analysis is a technique to explore SWOT strategies for the implementing of an organizational vision. In the results of the analysis, this study describes a SWOT strategy map of Ulsan. Moreover, this study proposes SWOT strategies for Ulsan as a vision of the great idea-polis of creation and industry. First, ‘the megacity project of the Southeast regional economic area’ as an S-O strategy. Another, ‘the green mechatronics project’ as an S-T strategy. Next ‘the creative intelligence project’ as a W-O strategy. Finally, ‘the cluster project in the culture and tourism of the Southeast regional economic area’ as a W-T strategy. In conclusion, this study offers several propositions for the actualization of analytic outcomes and the development of methodologies in the SWOT analysis of local governments. 지방정부의 전략경영체계로의 혁신과 기획에 있어서 흔히들 가장 먼저 접하게 되는 환경분석인 SWOT 분석기법을 이용하여 실제적으로 울산광역시를 분석하였다. 즉, 울산광역시의 SWOT환경이슈와 SWOT전략을 도출하였다. 먼저 울산의 SWOT요소로서 강점, 약점, 기회 및 위협요소를 도출하여 이를 바탕으로 울산의 잠재력과 경쟁력 관련 SWOT이슈를 적시하였다. 다음으로 SWOT분석결과를 가지고 울산의 비전과 미래상을 설정함과 동시에 울산발전의 목표체계를 이미지와 벤치마크로 명확하게 표현하였으며, 그리고 제시된 발전목표를 달성하기 위한 울산광역시의 SWOT전략을 구상하였다. 그다음으로 울산광역시의 발전모델로서 SWOT전략맵을 작성하고, 구체적으로 비전전략으로서 ‘이데아폴리스 울산 구상’을, 그리고 가치 전략으로서 SWOT전략방안을, 즉 S-O전략인 ‘동남권 메가시티 전략방안’을, S-T전략인 ‘그린 메카트로닉스 전략방안’을, W-O전략인 ‘창조적 인텔리전스 전략방안’을, W-T전략인 ‘동남권 문화관광클러스터 전략방안’을 제안하였다.

포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통한 학부모용 유아교육정책 평가척도 개발 방향 탐색

The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of the developmental evaluation criteria of early childhood education policy which can evaluate early childhood education policy as a desirable standard based on opinions of early childhood education policy and evaluation experts, early childhood education administration experts and early childhood education field experts. For this purpose, focus group interviews were conducted with experts. Opinions of the experts were presented through SWOT analysis and SWOT Matrix strategy analysis. SWOT analysis analyzes the developmental direction of early childhood education policy evaluation scales as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and analyzes S-O strategy, S-T strategy, W-O strategy, and W-T strategy through SWOT Matrix strategy analysis. This study suggests that the developmental direction of the proposed evaluation scale for early childhood education policy evaluation may be meaningful for the direction and value to be considered in the development of the evaluation scale for early childhood education policy evaluation. Based on the results of this study, we proposed and discussed policy implications for the future development of the evaluation scale for early childhood education policy evaluation for parents. 본 연구는 유아교육정책·평가 전문가, 유아교육행정 전문가, 유아교육현장 전문가의 의견을 바탕으로 유아교육정책을 바람직한 기준으로 평가할 수 있는 학부모용 유아교육정책 평가척도 개발 방향을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전문가를 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였고, 개진된 전문가들의 의견은 SWOT 분석과 SWOT Matrix 전략 분석을 통해 제시되었다. SWOT 분석을 통해 정리된 유아교육정책 평가척도의 개발 방향 내용은 강점, 약점, 기회, 위협의 4가지 내용으로 분석하였으며, SWOT Matrix 전략 분석을 통해 S-O 전략, S-T 전략, W-O 전략, W-T 전략의 개발 방향을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제안된 학부모용 유아교육정책 평가척도의 개발 방향 탐색은 학부모용 유아교육정책 평가척도 개발 시 고려해야 할 방향과 가치를 모색하는 데 의의가 있을 것으로 판단한다. 이에 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 향후 학부모용 유아교육정책 평가척도의 개발 방향을 구상하고 실천함에 있어 고려해야 할 시사점을 정책적으로 논의하고 제언하였다.

SWOT 분석을 통한 장애학생지원센터의 현황과 발전전략 모색(P 대학을 중심으로)

Although the needs to support post-secondary education for students with disabilities are increased, the educational environment is still not enough. The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal environment and external environment of a support center for students with disabilities using SWOT analysis and present the developmental strategies. The SWOT analysis was used to determine the factors such as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Support Center for Students with Disabilities at the P university. Various materials were collected for the analysis such as laws, government policies for special education, survey reports, self-evaluation of the P university on the support for students with disabilities, and previous research etc. We developed our future directions for the center on the basis of the SO strategy, the WO strategy, the ST strategy, and the WT strategy, which are obtained from the SWOT analysis. The development strategies from SWOT analysis are to expand center’s expertise, increase cooperation between the authorities, strengthen the notification and publicity campaign, expand production of useful information and accessibility, and establish the identity and mission of the center. 장애인에 대한 고등교육 지원의 필요성은 증가하고 있으나, 이를 실제적으로 지원할 사회적, 교육적 환경은 여전히 부족한 실정이다. 장애대학생을 위한 대표적인 지원 체계인 장애학생지원센터는 내·외적인 환경 요인들로 인해 장애학생들의 필요를 충분히 만족시키는데 어려움을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 SWOT 분석을 활용하여 장애학생지원센터의 강점, 약점, 기회, 위협 요인을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 발전 전략을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 장애학생지원센터의 설립 근거가 되는 법령, 정부 정책 및 선행연구 자료들에 대한 문헌고찰과 P 대학의 장애학생지 원센터를 중심으로 SWOT 분석틀을 활용하여 내·외적 환경요인들을 분석하였다. 분석결과로 교육복지 지원 관련 법령 및 정책의 증가, 도우미제도 등 지원의 강화와 같은 기회 요인들과 지원 정보 및 전문성의 부족, 접근성의 제한 등의 위협 요인들이 나타났다. 전담 독립 기관으로 설치된 점과 전문 인력 및 지원체계 등은 P 대학 지원 센터가 가진 강점이었고, 시설 및 설비의 부족과 같은 약점이 존재했다. 이를 바탕으로 SO전략, WO전략, ST전략, WT전략을 제시하였다. 제시된 전략들은 전담 독립기 관으로서의 역할과 전문성 확대, 협력적 체제 구축, 다양한 정보 생산 및 접근성 강화, 지원 영역의 확장, 센터 미션 및 정체성 확립 등이 도출되었다.

SWOT-AHP분석을 활용한 학교스포츠클럽 운영 활성화 전략

이 연구의 목적은 학교스포츠클럽의 환경분석을 통해 앞으로 학교스포츠클럽의 운영 활성화를 위해 필요한 전략을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 학교스포츠클럽과 관련된 전문가집단을 구성하여 SWOT분석과 AHP분석, 전문가 회의를 통해 학교스포츠클럽 운영 활성화 전략을 제시하였다. SWOT분석결과, 학교스포츠클럽의 환경은 강점, 약점, 기회, 위협요인의 각각 3개의 하위요인으로 도출되었고, AHP분석결과, 강점요인에 속하는 신체활동을 통한 체력증진 및 인성 함양이 가장 중요도가 높고, 생활체육의 활성화 및 평생체육으로의 기틀 마련, 신체활동 습관형성 및 스포츠에 대한 긍정적 인식함양 등이 다음으로 높았다. 전문가 회의를 통한 학교스포츠클럽 운영 활성화 전략으로는 첫째, 학교스포츠클럽 제도 간의 연계체계 구축이고, 둘째, 학교운동부와의 상생적 관계 구축, 셋째, 스포츠문화 교육 이수 제도 운영, 넷째, 교내 학교스포츠클럽위원단 구축 및 지원이다. The purpose of this study is to derive necessary strategies for revitalizing the operation of school sports clubs in the future through environmental analysis of school sports clubs. To this end, an expert group related to the school sports club was formed, and a strategy to activate the operation of the school sports club was presented through SWOT analysis, AHP analysis, and expert meetings. As a result of SWOT analysis, the school sports club environment was derived into three sub-factors, each of strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat. As a result of AHP analysis, Enhancement of physical strength and character development through physical activity, which belong to strength factors, had the highest importance, followed by Activation of physical education for life and laying the foundation for lifelong sports, Forming physical activity habits and enhancement of positive awareness of sports. Strategies to revitalize school sports club operation through expert meetings include: First, establishment of a linkage system between school sports club systems; Second, establishment of a win-win relationship with the school sports department; Third, operation of a sports culture education completion system; Fourth, the establishment and support of the school sports club committee within the school.

SWOT-AHP기법을 활용한 다국적 제약기업과 국내 제약기업의 경쟁력 평가

SWOT-AHP분석 기법은 AHP분석 기법과 SWOT분석 기법을 결합한 것으로서 기업의 경쟁력 강화와 마케팅전략 개발을 위한 분석기법으로 널리 사용된다. 본 연구는 SWOT-AHP분석 기법을 이용하여 다국적 제약기업과 국내제약기업 간의 경쟁력을 평가하기 위한 평가요소를 정량화하였다. 결과로서 도출되는 SWOT분석의 평가요소에 대한 우선순위 가중치는 다국적 제약기업과 국내제약기업의 위치를 설명할 수 있는데, 이를 통해 파악되는 기업의 위치는 차별적 경쟁능력 강화를 위한 마케팅 전략구축 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. 한편 다국적 제약기업과 국내제약기업의 평가요소에 대한 봉직의사와 개원의사 간의 정량적 자료는 마케팅 자원배분의 문제를 단순화할 수 있다. 연구 결과 국내제약시장에서 다국적 제약기업은 상대적으로 우수하고 신뢰할 수 있는 제품, 치료제 시장의 리드, 제품개발에 대한 투자, 자본력, 인력과 기술의 우수성 등의 평가요소에서 경쟁우위를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. The SWOT-AHP method used in this study is the combination of AHP analysis method and SWOT analysis method. The purpose of this study was to perform SWOT-AHP analysis in order to find a way to strengthen competitive advantage and marketing strategy development of a multi-national pharmaceutical company which is making efforts to occupy the preferred position and increase the market share in Korean domestic market. The priority weight induced from SWOT analysis of a multi-national company can provide the policies for their marketing strategy enhancing the continuous competitive advantages. It is meaningful that we could simplify the issue of resource allocy the isd classify the priority by quantify of the other multi-national pharmaceutical companies isd domestic pharmaceutical companies. This study enables them to identify their positions in the market and helps them to understand their strengths and weaknesses. It can be used as basic mechanism for marketing strategy development. It is uncovered that multi-national pharmaceutical company is very competitive in domestic pharmaceutical market because they have relatively excellent and reliable products, leads the curative medicine market, invests much money in product development and has excellency in capital, human resources and technology.

지방공기업의 SWOT이슈와 전략에 관한 비교분석 : 부산광역시를 중심으로

본 연구는 지방공기업의 SWOT분석사례를 발굴하여 비교분석함으로써 그 결과 지방공기업들이 가지는 있는 SWOT이슈와 전략이슈 및 SWOT전략의 공통점과 차이점을 도출하고, 대상지방공기업의 경영현황파악과 특성도출 및 SWOT전략안 등을 제시하며, 그리고 지방공기업의 혁신전략과 혁신활동에 관하여 정책제언을 하고자 하는 데에 주된 연구목적을 두고 있다. 분석대상사례로는 부산광역시의 지방공기업 중 부산시설공단과 (주)벡스코 및 (재)부산디자인센터를 선정하였다. 동 공기업에 관한 SWOT비교분석으로서, 먼저 기업의 현황과 특성 분석결과를 가지고 동 공기업의 강점과 약점, 그리고 기회와 위협 요소들을 비교분석하였다. 다음은 동 공기업의 SWOT전략으로서 S-O, S-T, W-O, W-T전략들을 비교분석하였다. 그리고 결론으로서 이상의 비교분석결과와 시사점을 토대로 지방공기업의 SWOT분석 과정과 활용, 지방공기업의 혁신전략 수립과 실행, 지방공기업의 주요 환경변수인 지방정부와 중앙정부 등에 관하여 정책제언을 하였다.

중국 드론 택배의 현황과 경쟁력 강화방안

The logistics industry plays an important role in economic growth. With the fourth industrial revolution, drone logistics has been systematically studied as a new industrial field of logistics industry. This study analyzed the current state of the drone courier service in China and the ways to enhance competitiveness through the SWOT analysis. Most of the researches related to drone courier or drones are related to the current status and policies, and the research related to the drone technology (program), so SWOT analysis is used as empirical analysis in this study. First, the problem of the Chinese drone courier service through SWOT analysis is the limit of the environment. Second, the residence factor, the abuse of the third drone technology, and the fourth distance of delivery can be presented. Through SWOT analysis, the following five competitiveness countermeasures were suggested. First, it is necessary to develop the drone technology and enhance the environmental adaptability. Second, by learning the Internet security knowledge of advanced countries, system security should be improved, hacking should be prevented, system security should be strengthened and customer privacy information should be reduced. Third, the loopholes in the law related to courier services should be supplemented. In other words, it is necessary to comply with the related legal system and hinder the act of abusing the loopholes of related laws in advance so as to prevent the disputes in advance. Fourth, a unique logistics system should be provided. China is actively developing with the United States in the field of drone delivery. In fact, there are many successful cases of courier services for the outback of China, so technically, the future drones can lead to the development of the Chinese logistics industry. At present, China has enacted the <Drone Flight Management Regulations>. It is expected that the competitiveness of Chinese drones will gradually increase in the future. 물류산업은 경제성장의 중요한 동력으로 작용하고 있다. 4차 산업혁명과 함께 드론 물류는 물류산업의 신산업 분야 로 체계적인 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 SWOT 분석을 통해 중국의 드론 택배의 현황과 경쟁력 강화 방안을 분 석하고 대안을 도출하였다. 드론 택배 혹은 드론 물류와 관련된 연구가 대부분 현황, 정책 등의 연구와 드론 기술(프로 그램)과 관련된 연구가 대부분이어서 본 연구에서는 실증분석으로 SWOT 분석을 사용하였다. SWOT 분석을 통해 중 국 드론 택배의 문제점은 첫째, 환경의 한계다. 둘째, 거주지 요인, 셋째 드론 기술의 악용, 넷째 원거리의 배달거리 등 을 제시할 수 있다. SWOT분석을 통해 다음과 같은 5가지의 경쟁력 대응방안을 제시하였다. 첫째 드론기술 개발과 환 경 적응성 증강이 필요하다. 둘째 선진국의 인터넷 보안 지식을 학습하여 시스템의 안전성을 제고하고 해킹을 예방하 여 시스템 보안을 강화하고 고객의 사생활 정보를 축소해야 한다. 셋째 드론 택배와 관련한 법의 허점을 보완해야 한 다. 즉, 관련 법체계를 보완하여 관련법의 허점을 악용하는 행위를 사전에 차단하여 분쟁을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 법적 장치를 서둘러 마련해야 하며, 또한 이러한 법규범은 시장의 혼란을 방지할 수 있다. 넷째, 독특한 물류 체계를 갖추어야 한다. 중국은 드론 택배 분야에서 미국과 함께 적극적으로 개발하고 있다. 실제로 중국의 오지를 대상으로 드 론 택배의 성공한 사례가 많기 때문에 기술적으로 보면 미래 드론은 중국 물류업계의 발전을 유도할 수 있다. 현재 중 국은 <드론 비행관리규정>을 제정하고 있다. 앞으로 중국 드론 택배의 경쟁력이 점점 높아질 것이 기대할 수 있다.

Sentence BERT를 활용한 기업 SWOT 분석 자동화 연구

클라우드 기반의 서비스형 인공지능(AI as a Service)으로 인해 고도의 인공지능 기술에 대한 접근성이 낮아짐에 따라 다양한 분야에서 지능형 애플리케이션 연구 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 기업 SWOT 분석을 지능적으로 자동화 할 수 있는 서비스형 인공지능인 SWOT Sentence BERT를 제안한다. SWOT Sentence BERT는 자연어 추론 형태로 가공된 SWOT 분석 데이터를 통해 학습되는 문장 임베딩 모델이며, 이를 통해 임베딩된 문장을 K-Means 알고리즘으로 클러스터링하여 기업 SWOT 분석을 자동화한다. As cloud-based AIaaS(AI as a Service) makes advanced AI technologies accessible, researchers in diverse disciplines have started to focus their research on developing intelligent applications. This study presented SWOT Sentence BERT as an AIaaS model that can intellectually automate company SWOT analysis. The SWOT Sentence BERT is a sentence embedding model that is learned through SWOT text data processed in the form of natural language inference task. In order to automate SWOT analysis, we applied K-Means clustering algorithm to make clusters with sentence embeddings and classified sentence embeddings based on their predicted clusters.
