강정類 製造에 관한 實驗調理的 硏究(Ⅲ) : Baking Powder 配合量에 따른 Texture 에 대하여 Textural Chanqe in Gangjung by added Baking Powder 강정類의 史的 考察 Historic Study on Gangjung

Gangjung was prepared according to the standard cooking method except that the various amount of baking powder was added instead of 2 table spoons of Chungju in mixing the ingredients. In the panel test the best was the one prepared with〔l/4tea spoon baking-powder+ 2 tea spoons Chungju〕 (B_3) and the second was the one prepared with 〔1/2 tea spoon baking powder〕 (B_1) In the test with a texturometer, the cohesiveness of the products B_3 and B_2 which were highly acceptable, were 0.26 and 0.21cm^2, respectively, while their brittleness were 1.21 and 1. 26cm. The number of peaks were found to be 3.1 and 5. 2. The results shown above are in the range of the values of good quality Gang-jung reported or the previous papers, and thus Gangjung in this paper is considered as good in quality as the one prepared with Chungju only.

투기종목선수들의 스트레스 영향요인에 관한 비교연구

This study is to provide fundamental data to establish emotional stability, to improve performance by analyzing of stress factor which martial artist can be suffered before and during match . Totally, 611 subjects were participated in this study, Judo players(163), Taekwondo players (213), Boxers(108), Wrestlers (127) who are students at high schools and university in the city of Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Daejeoun, Inchon, Kwangju, and Ulsan. The average age of subjects is 19.7 years, average athletic career is 5.8 years. The method of survey is conducted by the questionnaire of self-administration method, is measured by Likert's 5scale. Using SPSS/PC Win V 10.0, Factor analysis, t-test, and One-Way ANOVA were conducted to treat these data. The following conclusion came out through procedures above mentioned. Firstly, major factors which athletics are suffered are proved as environmental, social, mental, physical, and expectational factors. Secondly, a stress of athletics in university suffered is higher than a stress of athletics in high school suffered in total. Thirdly, the longer career athletics have, the higher stress athletics suffered in the matter of difference of athletic career. The stress athletics in high school have is high in mental factor, and stress athletics in university have is high in expectational factor. Fourth, in the matter of difference of events, wrestlers are under much stress in respects of mental factor and judo players are in respects of expectational factor.

일측 태아사망을 동반한 쌍태임신 1례

The antepartum death of one fetus in twin pregnancy is a rare obstetric complication. One fetal demise of twin pregnancy in the second or third trimester is an unusual and difficult problem in the management of pregnancy. It can be associated with an increased risk for mortality and morbidity in the remaining fetus and with maternal DIC(Disseminated intravascular coagulation). If one fetus in twin pregnancy died in uterus remote from term and another fetus did not, the dead fetus will be compressed between the uterine wall and the membrane of living fetus, becomes a fetus compress or fetus papyraceous. Concern for the surviving fetus after death of its co-twin is balanced between the risk of preterm birth and those involving exposure to events in uterus that may threaten its well-being. Recently we experienced a case of twin pregnancy complicated by the death of one fetus. We represent a case in diamnionic monochorionic twin pregnancy with a brief review of literatures.

직장 Dieulafoy 병변으로 다량의 혈변을 보인 1 예

Dieulafoy’s lesion is very rare cause of gastrointestinal bleeding, Deiulafoy’s lesion is exposure of non ulcerative, abnormally large tortuous, thick- walled artery in the muscularis mucosa through a small submucosal defect. It is usullay found on stomach antrum and lesser curvature side of the proximal body, and possibly found on any sites throughout whole gastrointestinal tract, but rarely on rectum. The principal of treating Dieulafoy’s lesion was the surgical resection of lesion, but recently remarkable advances in endoscopic technique make endoscopic approach more popular. We report a case of rectal Dieulafoy’s lesion successfully treated with endoscopic hemoclipping in an elderly female patient.

스테레오 비젼시스템을 이용한 3-D 물체인식

This paper suggests one of the methods which extracts feature parameters from 2-dimensional object using feature base and also provides reco-ordination and recognition method of 3-dimensional object using those extracted feature parameters. Two-dimensional feature parameters are starting point, ending point, spherical harmonic point and vertex Reco-ordination of 3-dimensional object is achieved by obtaining feature parameters from two 2-dimensional images of cameras placed in left and right of the subject and by matching obtained feature parameters using feature base method. Recognition process of 3-dimensional object is to calculate the number of vertices and the angle between vertices by recognizing triangular horn and quadrangular horn. As a result, the recognition ratio for triangular horn is 90% and for quadrangular horn is 83%.

When a contract right is assigned, the assignee's right is subject to any defenses existing between the original parties prior to the notice of the assignment. If the holder of a bill were required to conduct such an investigation in every instance in order to protect himself, the utility of a bill would be greatly impaired. The Law of a Bill of Exchange, therefore, meets this problem by giving certain holders a preferred standing by protecting them from the operation of certain defenses. Such a favored holder may be either a holder in due course or a holder through a holder in due course. The class of defenses that cannot be asserted against the holder of a bill is calld personal defenses. And the personal defenses are available against an ordinary holder, but not against a holder in due course or a holder through a holder in due course. Another class of defenses, called real defenses, may be asserted against any holder, without regard to whether he is an ordinary holder, a holder in due course, or a holder through a holder in due course. This article attempts to deal with some controversial personal defenses: ins tertii as personal .defenses.

혐기성 소화반응에서 Aeration 유무에 따른 수소가스 발생 변화

This study was proceeded to know affect of the aeration on the anaerobic digest reaction by operating the acid reactor and hydrogen reactor and take the aeration at the feeding period of sludge in hydrogen reactor. All experiments were conducted at 35℃ using mineral salts-gluco-se(20 g/L) medium. In the acid reactor, the methane gas production was lasted during the an-aerobic reaction period. In the hydrogen reactor, the hydrogen gas production was lasted during the 9 days, especially high production of hydrogen occurred in 6∼9 days. The initial production of methane gas in hydrogen reactor was limited by aeration which to deteriorate the activity of methanogen, but production of methane gas was increased after 12 days. At the time to produce the hydrogen gas in the anaerobic digestion, the aeration reduce the activity of metanogen which known as obligate anaerobes, the created hydrogen can't covert to methane gas and keep the high production of hydrogen. And we think that hydrogen reactor have to take the occasional aeration to keep production of hydrogen cause the long SRT induce the activation of metanogen.

프리텐셔너가 장착된 시트벨트 시스템의 관성잠김 안전버클 개발

To improve passenger safety, seat belt systems with pre-tensioner that tightens seat belt webbing using explosive just before collision are widely used these days. Even though seatbelt must not unlatched without passengers' operation. explosive power of pre-tensioner can cause unlocking of a buckle. To prevent the unlocking, an anti-g mass that blocks displacement of the release button has been attached to the buckle. In this study, the dynamics and statics of locking mechanism associated with operation of anti-g buckle has been theoretically investigated, and important design variables that affect the operation of anti-g buckle have been identified. Through the total seat belt system's dynamic simulation using force and displacement inputs obtained from seat belt sled test, design of the proposed anti-g buckle has been validated.

Effective to attain the purpose of this study, tested the data collected by survey. The results are following: first, in the relationship of market orientation and service quality, market orientation represented significantly on the tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy. Second, in the relationship of service quality and customer performance, the results showed that tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, and empathy had impacts on the satisfaction, but assurance didn't support the relationship of satisfaction. So the hypothesis 2 was partially accepted. Limitations and Implications for future research are presented in the last paragraph in this study.
