This study was conducted by analysis of questionnaire. The respon-dents were a student apprentice in university medical center. general hospital and sub general hospital. The questionnaire was composed of 6 categories and 26 items. Data extraction and analysis method used in this study was SPSS/PC+ (ver. 10,0) program 343, 150 and 21 students trained in uni-versity medical center. in general hospital and in sub general hospital, respectively. The questionnaire items were conducted ANOVA testand the results were as follows: 1. In question of "degree of clearance at radiography room", most of respondents were answered "clear", but the degree of clearance was dif-ferences within hospital size. 2. In question of "The exact management of radiography equipment”, respondents were answered more good in general hospital than universi ty medical center or sub generalhospital. 3. In question of "The radiotechnologist of interested in research", most of them took interest in his field, but radiotechnologist of general hospital were showed most interestin his field, 4. In question of "kindness care for patients", most of respondents were answered "kindness", but relatively lower in university medical center.

The auther studied to dose distribution according as filter thickness and filter-dosimeter distance and energy. In order to decrease to radiation exposure dose influential to patient. Results through the study are as follows. 1. The dose decrease the more when low energy than high energy 2. The dose decrease when 40 cm between filter and dosimeter than contact of it. 3. When filter thickness in thick, dose showed rapid attenur-tion.
RAW264.7 세포에서 interferon-r 및 LPS에 의해 유도되는 NO생성에 미치는 TALT-35의 영향

TALP-35 purified from human term placenta is known to increase microtubule polymerization and stabilize the polymerized microtubule. To examine the effect of TALP-35 on immune system this study was performed. MTT assay was performed to investigate the effect of TALP-35 on the proliferation of RAW264.7 cells. TALP-35 dose dependently suppress the proliferation of RAW264.7 cells at high concentration (above 1 μM) in unstimulated cells, in case of 10 μM TALP-35 treated cells the suppression was 25% but in stimulated cells it was only 15%. Cosedimentation assay was carried out to investigate whether TALP-35 can bind to tubulin of RAW264.7, monocyte/macrophage lineage of mouse, and polymerize it. TALP-35 polymerize the tubulin of RAW264.7 cells and sedimented in dose-dependent manner. To investigate the effect of TALP-35 on the expression of iNOS protein western blotting was performed. The expression level of iNOS was decreased dose dependently in high concentration of TALP-35 treatment. To examine the activity of iNOS, secreted NO was determined by method based on Griess reaction. Interferon-γ and LPS-stimulated production of NO from RAW264.7 cells was decreased dose dependently above 0.1 μM concentration of TALP-35 and 50% is decreased at 10μM of it. This study shows TALP-35 can control cytokine induced-iNOS expression therefore it might control inflammatory diseases.

This paper presents the photovoltaic(PV) water pumping system with a maximum power point tracking(MPPT). The water pumping system uses a variable speed single phase induction motor(SPIM) driven a centrifugal pump by field oriented control(FOC) inverter. The MPPT using a DC-DC converter controlled the duty cycle to track maximum power from PV under different insolation conditions. The duty cycle directly relate with a flux producing current control(i<SUB>ds</SUB>). The FOC inverter uses a current control voltage source inverter(CC-VSI). The simulation results are shown that the characteristics and performance of drive system, which varies as each conditions of light by expresses in voltage(V<SUB>dq</SUB>), current(I<SUB>dq</SUB>), speed of motor and torque.

This paper is proposed a novel method to approximate the maximum power for a photovoltaic inverter system and tracking method. It is designed for power systems application and utilities. The proposed Maximum Power Point Tracking(MPPT) control has the advantage to provide a new simple way to approximate the optimal or rated voltage, the optimal or rated current and maximum power rating produced by a solar pane1 and the photovoltaic inverter. And this straightforward method will be named linear reoriented coordinates method(LRCM) with the advantage that Pmax and V<SUB>op</SUB> can be approximated using the same variable as the dynamic model without using complicate approximations or Taylor series. Furthermore tracking method is improved over 50% photovoltaic efficiency. This paper is proposed MPPT using LRMC and tracking method using weather condition of domestic moderate program technique. This paper is proposed the experimental results to verify the effectiveness of the new methods.

Rib Fracture Phantom을 이용한 DR장치의 선량 감소 및 화질특성에 관한 고찰

Large area direct read out flat panel detector radiography systems offer various advantages in comparison to screen film and storage phosphor systems. Most important the detective quantum efficiency is twice as high. As integrated casset-teless systems, they provide a wider range of contrast, are directly connectable to picture archiving and communication systems, and allow dedicated image processing. As a result of this measurement have shown superior image quality and lower exposure dose requirements compared with those of screen-film andstorage-phosphor systems for specific rib fracture lesions. A new generation of digital flat-panel detectors (FPD) is now emerging. the purpose of our study was to present measurements of the basic physical imaging characteristics of one of these FPD systems. FPD system is superior to screen- film and storage-phosphor systems in rib spine radiography in pig. With the FPD system, exposure dose can bereduced by 50% without loss in image quality.
교차로계획에서 현대식 회전교차로(Modern Roundabout)의 도입 타당성

This study deals with the rationalities of modern roundabouts in the intersection planning. The goals are three-folds: (1) to compare modern roundabouts with the traditional traffic circles, and (2) to describe the types of modern roundabouts, and (3) to analyze the effectiveness of introducing the modern roundabouts to the intersection planning. The main results are as follows. Frist, the modern roundabouts have such the merits as improved safety, shorter delay, increased capacity and aesthetics compared to the traffic circles. Secondly, the modern roundabouts are described as six types of roundabouts according to the entering speed, number of lane, capacities and others. Finally, the literature survey shows that the roundabouts have such the general effects as the improved safety, decreased delay, urban aesthetics and other.

ZnO 투명전도막의 전기적 특성에 미치는 Al₂O₃의 도핑 농도의 효과

Al doped Zinc Oxide(ZnO:AI) films, which is widely used as a transparent conductor in optoelectronic devices such as solar cell, liquid crystal display, plasma display panel, thermal heater, and other sensors, were prepared by using the capacitively coupled DC magnetron sputtering method. In this paper the effect of doping amounts of Al₂0₃ on the electrical, optical and morphological properties were investigated experimentally. The results show that the structural and electrical properties of the film are highly affected by the doping. The optimum growth conditions were obtained for films doped with 2 wt% of indium which exhibit a resistivity of 8.5×10^(-4)Ω-cm associated with a transmittance of 91.7 % for 840 nm in film thickness in the wavelength range of the visible spectrum.
