This programme consisted of 8 menus, which are basic information, job worksheet, technique information, management analysis, file management, window management, help and conclusion. The major functions of this programme by menus classified as follows : 1. The basic information menu, which consisted of a lots of basic farm management information, can be easily accessible to get general farm status of S/W users and inputted data used as basic data for farm management analysis. 2. In worksheet menu, users can easily access to record and search of farm work planning, contents of work, agricultural materials and selling status. 3. In management achievement menu, lots of indexes which represent one years' management achievements are produced and can be compare this years' achievements with last years' ones. This programme Delphi5 and Object pascal programme were used for tools and languages. Also Paradox4 and BDE were used for DB and DB engine respectively.

Various techniques are used to measure the mean particle size (PS) and the particle size distribution (PSD) and relevant uncertainties of the measured mean PS and PSD can be obtained by using statistical treatments. Among those techniques, microscopic analysis methods provide the possibility to observe individual particles, allowing detailed information about the PS. However, there is no existing method to estimate the uncertainty of the PSD from a finite number of data obtained by microscopic measurement. We found that it is possible to adopt the method of deducing the standard deviation of the sample standard deviation to estimate the PSD uncertainty from the result of a microscopic analysis when the sample data follow a normal or log-normal distribution. The recommended minimum number of data for the application of developed statistical methods was deduced by simulation with population data sets of pseudorandom numbers. It was found that the PS of gold nanoparticles (NPs) synthesized by the conventional reduction method in aqueous solution followed a log-normal distribution, indicating that this method is applicable to estimate the PSD uncertainty of synthetic Au NPs from the measured PS data obtained by microscopic methods.

The effect of intermolecular collisions in the infrared multiphoton dissociation (IRMPD) of difluorochloromethane was investigated using He, Ar, and $N_2$ as buffer gases. The reaction probability for IRMPD of difluorochloromethane was measured as a function of laser fluence and the buffer gas pressure under unfocused beam geometry. It was observed that the reaction probability was initially enhanced with the increase of buffer gas pressure up to about 20 torr, but showed a decline at higher pressures. The reaction probability increases monotonically with the laser fluence, but the rate of increase diminishes at higher fluences. An attempt was made to simulate the experimental results by the method of energy grained master equation (EGME). From the parameters that fit the experimental data, the average energy loss per collision, $<{\Delta}E>_d$, was estimated for the He, Ar, and $N_2$ buffer gases.

Infrared multiphoton dissociation of $CHCl_2F$ was studied using $CO_2$ laser excitation. Three products, $C_2Cl_2F_2$, $C_2ClF_3$, and $C_2HClF_2$, were identified by the analysis of the gas mixture from the photoreaction of $CHCl_2F$. The dependence of the reaction probability on added Ar gas pressure and excitation laser pulse energy was investigated. At low pressure (< 10 torr), the reaction probability increased as Ar pressure increased due to the rotational hole-filling effect, while it diminished with the increase of Ar pressure at high pressure (> > 20 torr) due to the collisional deactivation. The ratio of two products $(C_2ClF_3/C_2Cl_2F_2)$ decreased at low pressure (< 10 torr) and increased at high pressure (> 20 torr) with the increase of Ar pressure. The log-log plot of the reaction probability vs. laser pulse energy (${\\phi}$) was found to have a linear relationship, and its slope decreased as the added Ar pressure was increased. The reaction mechanisms for product formation have been suggested and validated by experimental evidences and considering the energetics. Fluorine-chlorine exchange reaction in the intermediate complex has been suggested to explain the formation of $C_2ClF_3$.
Energy Relaxation Dynamics of Excited Triplet States of Directly Linked Zn(II)Porphyrin Arrays
Song, Nam-Woong,Cho, Hyun-Sun,Yoon, Min-Chul,Aratani, Naoki,Osuka, Atsuhiro,Kim, Dong-Ho Korean Chemical Society 2002 Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society Vol.23 No.2
The energy relaxation dynamics of the lowest excited singlet and triplet states of the Zn(II)porphyrin monomer and its directly linked arrays were comparatively investigated with increasing the number of porphyrin moieties. While the fluorescence decay rates and quantum yields of the porphyrin arrays increased with the increase of porphyrin units, their triplet-triplet (T-T) absorption spectra and decay times remained almost the same. The difference in the trends of energy relaxation dynamics between the excited singlet and triplet states has been discussed in view of the electronic orbital configurations.

ABSTRACT
In an attempt to engineer a Yarrowia lipolytica strain to produce glycoproteins lacking the outer-chain mannose residues of N-linked oligosaccharides, we investigated the functions of the OCH1 gene encoding a putative α-1,6-mannosyltransferase in Y. lipolytica. The complementation of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae och1 mutation by the expression of YlOCH1 and the lack of in vitro α-1,6-mannosyltransferase activity in the Yloch1 null mutant indicated that YlOCH1 is a functional ortholog of S. cerevisiae OCH1. The oligosaccharides assembled on two secretory glycoproteins, the Trichoderma reesei endoglucanase I and the endogenous Y. lipolytica lipase, from the Yloch1 null mutant contained a single predominant species, the core oligosaccharide Man8GlcNAc2, whereas those from the wild-type strain consisted of oligosaccharides with heterogeneous sizes, Man8GlcNAc2 to Man12GlcNAc2. Digestion with α-1,2- and α-1,6-mannosidase of the oligosaccharides from the wild-type and Yloch1 mutant strains strongly supported the possibility that the Yloch1 mutant strain has a defect in adding the first α-1,6-linked mannose to the core oligosaccharide. Taken together, these results indicate that YlOCH1 plays a key role in the outer-chain mannosylation of N-linked oligosaccharides in Y. lipolytica. Therefore, the Yloch1 mutant strain can be used as a host to produce glycoproteins lacking the outer-chain mannoses and further developed for the production of therapeutic glycoproteins containing human-compatible oligosaccharides.
