      • Small - Scale Model 을 이용한 보강토 옹벽(擁壁)의 거동 해석

        This thesis was carried out experimental research a mechanical characteristics of the reinforced earth retaining wall using the small-scale model design and construction method through an experimental research about the reinforced earth retaining wall in the laboratory. It was investigated about problems occuring the application of the existing design theory in the design of the reinforced earth retaining wall. The Reinforcing strips were made of the aluminium foil strip instead of the geosynthetics and placed at 10 and 15㎝ in the horizental and vertical directions, respectively, and tensile strain was measured by the strain gages of the each strip, and the lateral movement of the skin element was observed and traced the failure phenomena by the dial gage. This thesis was compared with the observed data to the existing research result of the reinforced earth retaining wall. In result an important factor affecting the stability of the reinforced earth retaining wall was the friction force between soil and soil, soil and reinforcing strips, the strength of the strips. The observed maximum tensile stress of the strip by the experiments did not coincide with the theoretical Rankine's failure surface wupposing the straight line and we know that the more internal friction of a sand backfill is large, stability of retaining wall is larger.

        OTA를 이용한 Analog Multiplier 구현에 관한 연구

        아나로그 승산기를 구현하기 위하여 OTA를 회로의 기본요소로 사용하였다. OTA에서 일반적으로 나타나는 이동도 감쇄등의 비이상적인 현상을 두개의 OTA를 크로스 커플 형태로 사용함으로써 최소화 할 수 있음을 보였다. 실험적으로 $90^{circ}C$의 고온에서도 3차 고조파왜곡이 상쇄됨을 확인함으로써 OTA를 기본으로 하는 접근방식이 아나로그 신호처리에 적합함을 입증하였다. A building block approach to generate an analog multiplier architecture is described. Several non-idealities including the effects of the mobility degradation present in a typical operational transconductance amplifier (OTA) are minimized by using a two cross coupled OTA structure. It is shown that the third-order harmonic distortion is cancelled even at high temperatures. It is proved that OTA based approach is suitable for analog singal processing at relatively high temperatures.

        본문은 민족학과 민속학의 견지에서 조선족의 생사관을 약간 연구해보았다. 무덤과 생육, 葬俗 습관은 그 민족의 세계관과 생사관의 외적 구현이고 삶과 죽임에 대한 관념이 행위문화에 옮겨진 투영이다. 본문은 이같은 논리에 따라 무덤과 생육, 장속 습속에 접근하면서 조선민족의 생사관을 나름대로 파헤쳐 보았다. 본문은 무덤의 변화발전 역사, 상장습속의 변화발전 역사, 조선민족의 생사관과 내생관, 조선민족 선조들의 생명관과 생사관이 조선민족의 문화에 일으킨 역할 등 다섯 부분으로 나누었다. 이 다섯 부분을 통해 본문은 1. 저승에 대한 조선민족 선조들의 이해는 지상세계, 지하세계 나가서는 지상세계와 지하세계의 합일하는 세 단계를 걸쳐 발전하였을 것, 2. 조선민족 선조들이 죽음을 외면하고 부정하는 데서 태연하게 죽음을 맞이하는 데로 발전하였을 것, 3. 무속적인 사유방식의 일바탕으로 되는 조선민족의 전통적인 생사관은 죽음을 생명의 종말로 본 것이 아니라 생명의 시초상태로의 회복으로 간주한 것, 4. 생명의 기원을 하늘과 땅의 조화로 간주했을 것, 5. 생사관이 조선민족의 정신문화, 행위문화, 제도문화 및 민족정신의 형성에 일으킨 역할을 논술하였다. The burial and death custom express the worldview and the life view of the people overtly. They are also the reflections of the thought on death and life on behavioral culture. Through them, for this reason, I tried to explore the Korean view of life and death. The first part of this thesis describes the history of Korean bury of tomb, showing the development of the Korean realization of the world after the death, which starts from the world above the earth to the world under the earth, then to integrating both of them. The second part is about the Korean history of the custom of death and bury. Those ancestors experienced a process of escaping and denying the death and of naturally accepting it. The third part, dealing with Korean view of soul and of the future life, analyses the traditional view of life and death, which bases on thought of sorcery. They do not regard death as the end of life, but as returning to primeval state of life instead. The fourth part deals with Korea ancestors' view of life. It reveals that they regard life as the natural production of the Sky (tian) and the earth (di). The last part focuses on the effects of which Korean ideas of life and death bestows upon its spiritual culture, behavioral culture, institutional culture and the formation of ethnic spirit.

        AHP를 이용한 시스템의 최적설계 및 분석

        As we move forward in the 21st century, new challenges are appearing associated with the complexity of manufacturing products and component interdependence; as the complexity of a system is increasing, the performance of the system is increasingly affected by the interaction among the components of the system (interdependence). When the interdependence is neglected, performance of a system is overestimated. To design and analyze systems effectively, the interdependence among the components in the system has to be considered. This paper focuses on developing a framework for an optimum design and performance analysis based on reliability in which the performance of the system and its components are affected by the interactions of its components. To validate the proposed algorithm, a real world case study is presented, and system reliability with interdependence consideration is evaluated.

        How a Fit between Software Engineers and Organizational Cultures Motivates them?

        All fields of software engineering have been interested in motivation model of software engineers for long time. These studies are mainly interested in personal issues however, organizational issues for the motivation of software engineers have been overlooked. This study illuminated a fit between software engineers and organizational culture to motivate them. Agreeing to the psychological contract approaches of organizational culture types and considering the characteristics of software engineers, I proposed three organizational culture types which motivate software engineers. This study used survey methodology and received responses from 352 software engineers working 34 companies in Korea. The results of this study supported that result-oriented, open oriented and employee oriented culture increase their affective organizational commitment affecting turnover intention negatively in turn.

        2020~2040년 미.중 경쟁과 한국의 군사전략 : 미국의 군사전략 변화를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to predict the current (2020-2030) and future (2030-2040) US military strategy for China based on the military power and military expenditure of the US and China, and to suggest Korea's military strategy against the US. have. While the United States is currently (2020-2030) militarily overpowering China, the United States' military strategy for China will maintain the "status-maintenance strategy through strengthening alliances". On the other hand, in the future (2030-2040), when China's military power and military spending will approach the level of the United States, the US military strategy for China will actively block the rise of China with a 'preemptive strike strategy through short-term, high-intensity conflict'. Based on this, South Korea's current U.S. strategy against the U.S. military strategy for China is to maintain close relations with the U.S. while maintaining military communication with China where possible. On the other hand, Korea's future US military strategy toward the US against the US has is to expand our autonomy by strengthening our national power in the midst of great powers, recognize that the validity period of 'strategic ambiguity' is ending and move on to 'strategic clarity'.

      • 척추전방위증 환자에서 Interlaminar Resin Fixation과 Interspinous Wiring

        목적 : 척추전방전위증 환자에서 신경감압술의 시도와 함께 척추 병변분절의 고정을 이하여 골유합 고정술 대신 interspinous wiring과 interlaminar resin fixation을 시도했을 때 그 치료의 결과를 분석하고 관찰하는데 그 목적이 있다. 대상 및 방법 : 척추전방전위증 환자 남녀 6명을 대상으로 하여 척추병변 분절부위에 감압술의시도와 함께 골유합 고정술대신 interspinous wiring과 interiaminar resin fixation을 시도하여 1년 내지 2년동안 추적, 분석 관찰하였다. 결과 : 치료결과는 전례에서 술전에 있었던 신경학적 재증상과 소견은 현저히 호전되어 만족할만한 수술결과를 관찰할 수 있었으며 상당한 정복은 물론 더이상 전방전위의 진행도 없었다. 결론 : 척추전방전위증 환자에서 본 술법의 적용은 간편하고 용이하며, 척추 병변시술부위에 조작의 부담을 경감시킬 수 있고 Osteoporosis환자에서도 적용이 가능한 잇점과 고가장치를 사용치 않고도 병변분절의 고정이 가능한 경제성의 술법으로 사료되었다. Bilateral full foraminotomy for neural decompression and interlaminar resin fixation combined with interspinous wiring for stabilization in lumbar spondylolisthesis were performed without bone fusion. We observed postoperatively six cases of low grade of lumbar spondylolisthesis with neurological symptoms and signs. Preoperative neurological symptoms as lumbago, radiating pain along the legs and intermittent neurogenic claudication were relieved satisfactorily after surgery. But mild lumbar stiffness for the resin fixation, mild lumbago and tingling on the legs were developed on occasions without any disturbance of daily living life in all patients. There has been no any complication in surgical region of all patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis during postoperative follow-up period. This precedure of internal interiaminar resin fixation with interspinous wiring for spinal stability might be surgically simpler and safer than internal fusion fixation with metal instrumentation, and it might be economical surgery for lumbar spondylolisthesis as well.

        SiC 휘스커 강화 알미늄기 복합재료의 미소 표면 피로균열의 발생 및 진전거동

        Reversed plane bending fatigue tests were conducted on SiC whisker reinforced aluminum composite which were consolidated by squeeze casting process. Initiation and growth of small surface fatigue c racks were investigated by means of a plastic replica technique. The fatigue crack initiated in the vicinity of SiC whisker/matrix interface. It was found that a fatigue crack deflected along SiC whisker and grew in a zig-zag manner microscopically, although the crack propagated along the direction normal to the loading axis macroscopically. The coalescence of micro-cracks was observed in the tests conducted at high stress levels, but were not evident in tests in which lower levels of stress were applied. Due to the coalescence, a higher crack growth rate of small cracks rather than those of long cracks was recognized in da/dn -ΔK realtionship.
