        벤조디아제핀 수용체 영상용 양전자 방출 핵종 표지 플루마제닐 유도체 [F-18](3-(2-Fluoro)flumazenil의 합성과 생체 내 분포

        Purpose: Radiotracers that bind to the central benzodiazepine receptor are useful for the investigation of various neurological and psychiatric diseases. [C-11]Flumazenil, a benzodiazepine antagonist, is the most widely used radioligand for central benzodiazepine receptor imaging by PET. We synthesized 3-(2-[F- 18]fluoro)flumazenil, a new fluorine-18 (t1/2=110 min) labeled analogue of benzodiazepine receptor imaging agent, and evaluated in vivo for biodistribution in mice. Materials and Methods: Flumazenil (Ro 15-1788) was synthesized by a modification of the reported method. Precursor of 3-(2-[F-18]fluoro)flumazenil, the tosylated flumazenil derivative was prepared by the tosylation of the ethyl ester by ditosylethane. [F-18] labeling of tosyl substitued flumazenil precursor was performed by adding F-18 ion at 85℃ in the hot cell for 20 min. The reaction mixture was trapped by C18 cartridge, washed with 10% ethanol, and eluted by 40% ethanol. Bidistribution in mice was determined after intravenous injection Results: The total chemical yield of tosylated flumazenil derivative was ∼40%. The efficiency of labeling 3-(2-[F-18]fluoro)flumazenil was 66% with a total synthesis time of 50 min. Brain uptakes of 3-(2-[F-18]fluoro)flumazenil at 10, 30, 60 min after injection, were 2.5±0.37, 2.2±0.26, 2.1±0.11 and blood activities were 3.7±0.43, 3.3±0.07, 3.3±0.09%ID/g, respectively. Conclusion: We synthesized a tosylated flumazenil derivative which was successfully labeled with no-carrier-added F-18 by nucleophilic substitution.

      • 실리카흄을 흔입한 고강도 콘크리트 개발

        콘크리트 구조물이 대형화됨에 따라 설계단면이 증대되어 상대적으로 많은 경제적 손실을 부담하게 된다. 따라서 단면을 감소시키면서도 소요의 하중에 안전한 구조물을 건설하기 위해서는 우선적으로 구조물 건설에 기초가 되는 고품질, 고내구성의 고강도 콘크리트 개발이 절실히 요구된다 본 연구에서는 일정 시멘트비 및 혼화재 비율하에서 소요의 워커빌리티가 확보되는 고강도 콘크리트를 시간과 온도의 변화에 따라 증기 양생하여, 압축, 인장, 휨강도 뿐만 아니라 파괴특성을 실험적으로 연구하였다. 시료 제작시 시멘트 입자 사이의 공극 및 불연속 영역을 충전하여 고밀도화하기 위한 콘크리트용 혼화재로 시멘트 비표면적이 상당히 작은 초미립 분말인 실리카흄을 이용하였다. 또한 AE감수제 및 고성능 유동화제를 사용하여 혼화재의 첨가에 의하여 발생될 수 있는 워커빌리티의 감소를 방지하였다. 실험결과에 의하면 일정 양생 지속 시간하에서 온도의 증가에 따라 콘크리트의 압축, 인장 및 휨강도가 전반적으로 증가하였다. 동일하게 일정 온도하에서 양생 지속시간이 커짐에 따라 강도들이 증가됨을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 상대적으로 높은 온도와 긴 지속 양생 조건하에서 파괴에 대한 저항력이 크게 나타났다. The compressible, tensible, and flexibleresistance of the high strength concrete is analyzed by the experimentation in the present study. For the test, we cure several samples with the silica fume as a mixture being become dense the spaces between the particle of cement under the variation of both the temperature and the curing-interval. Then, the superplasticizer and the ezcon are also used to satisfy the required workability for construction. The compressible, tensible, and flexible resistances to a stress are increased as increasing the temperature and the time interval for the curing. Therefore it is concluded that the overal fractural and mechanical properties is improved by mixing the silica fume into the cement.

      • 장기간 요가운동이 알코올의존자의 면역글로블린에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Yoga exercise on Immunoglobulin(IgE, IgM, IgD, IgG, IgA) in the alcoholism. The subjects involved in this study consists of 14 people who were confirmed to have alcohol-related problems by DSM-Ⅳ(1994) of American Psychiatric Association and were diagnosed as alcoholism in hospital. The subjects were classified into yoga exercise group(7 people) and control group(7 people). The yoga exercise group participated in the exercise programs named Hatayoga and Asana. This treatment was performed an hour per day, three days a week for 16 weeks while the control group watched TV for the same time. A paired t-test was used to examine differences between pre, post 8weeks and post 16weeks test scores. The results are as follows. After 16 week yoga exercise, there was a significant increase(p<.01) of Immunoglobulin (IgM, IgA(p<.05) & IgG) in the experiment group, compared with the control group. In terms of periodic change, the experiment group showed a significant higher result(p<.01) than the control group after 16 weeks, rather than after the 8 weeks. The result of this study above indicates that the long-term low intensity exercise can activate Immunoglobulint in alcoholism.

        In this study, additions of aluminium foil eching characteristics were compared with sulfuric acid for capacitor. sulfuric acid and ethylene glycol is used as addition, characteristics of funtional group from addition were guessed by comparing of aluminium foil eching characteristics. When sulfuric acid was added in HCI etching solution, corrosion of aluminum metal was inhibited by the chemical adsorption of sulfate ion, when ethylen glycol was added in HCI etching solution, corrosion inhibited by the chemical adsorption of OH­^ion.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the terms, Leisure, Recreation, and Play in an attempt to explain the complex phenomena of the terms. It is achieved by reviewing past literature. The reasons for developing definitions and ways of measuring these terms are to help both the practicing leisure professional and those who study the leisure phenomena. By defining and measuring these terms, we can more accurately predict the consequences and actions of our work as leisure professionals. One can also be provided a better understanding of the phenomena of the terms. For the research methodology, a descriptive study, which is to present a detailed picture of the phenomena hilt does not attempt to test or build theoretical models, was used for this study. On the basis of the results analyzed in the study, findings were made as follows. Leisure can be viewed from a number of different perspectives. Some theorists suggest that leisure is an element of time, whereas others have perceived it as a set of unique activities in which individuals participate. Recreation can be viewed as a wholesome activity in which individuals participate in their leisure time. Recreation is a more commonly used and understood term among the general public than either leisure or play. Play is an exceedingly interesting, yet diverse and different topic to identify. Many theories have emerged to describe play. However, today it has no generally accepted explanation or definition. Unfortunately, confusion interpreting leisure, recreation, and play was found in this study. Based on the results of this study, this researchers offer one possible view of the terms for the further studies. The new terms defined are provided.

      • 전단변형 이론에 의한 전단벽-골조 시스템의 해석모델 개발

        The structures with shear walls and frames are very effective and popular lateral force resisting system in high-rise building system. However, due to the interaction of shear walls and frames, the behavior of the shear walls and frames are much more complicated than singleness lateral load resisting systems. In this research, the lateral deflection of the shear wall is approximated by Timoshenko beam considering shear effect and frame is approximated by the existing method and the results calculated by the approximate methods presented in this research show correspondence with the computer analysis by three dimensional MIDAS model. the purpose of this research is to understand the interaction of the shear wall-frame system and to develop the approximate analysis model of the shear wall-frame system.

      • 土地區劃整理事業의 施行上 改善方案에 관한 硏究 : on the cases developed by land owner's association 組合施行을 中心으로

        1. Land Subdivision Project [LSP] was retreated in Korea, because of various special laws, that is, land Development Promotion Law, Housing Development Promotion Law, and so on. Even though these special laws make urban development project disarrange, Land Subdivision Project should be executed with priority. 2. Minister of Construction & Transportation would rather submit LSP to local government, by doing so the execution and the procedure of project is not complicated. 3. The special law for local land development must be amended for these reasons : ① the special charge on farm land developed by LSP, which amount to 20% of the officially evaluated land value is burdened. ② in this ISP, the special charge on farm land is not subtracted. ③ the provision of cheap housing land is impossible. 4. For more effective contribution to land development by LSP many related regulations in the law which enable LSP to exist must be also amended soon.

      • 골 임파종에 대한 방사선 조사 부위에 발생한 이차성 직장암 1예

        Radiotherapy (RT) has been used for many years, as a primary or additional tool in cancer treatment, but it has also been associated with the risk of developing another cancer. Although bone and soft tissue sarcomas are the most frequent second neoplasia following RT, Rectal cancer also can be occurred after pelvic radiotherapy. In this report, we present a patient with rectal cancer, which was developed at the same site where the patient used to get the RT, due to primary bone lymphoma. A 42-years-old man was diagnosed as a malignant lymphoma on the left hip in June 1996. His clinical stage was I_(BE). He received concurrent chemoradiotherapy; Radiotherapy, which was held with the dose of 61 Gy to femoral head, acetabulum and ischial tuberosity. And Chemotherapy was CHOP(cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisolone). One month later, the patient was presented with hematochezia due to radiation proctitis, and the symptom was soon improved with symptomatic treatment. He received regular follow-up at outpatient basis. In April 2003, he visited our hospital for the evaluation of constipation and anal pain for 2 months. Colonoscopy showed obstructive mass lesion at 10cm apart from anal verge and the biopsy has been revealed as adenocarcinoma. The computed tomography (CT) scan of pelvis showed the circumferential wall thickening of upper rectum with blurring margin. He has received 3 cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with leucovorin and 5-FU in combination and then lower anterior resection with colostomy. The pathologic stage was Ⅲb (T3N1). Additional 6 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy were administered. He has been in remission for 9 months after operation.
