        In most research and development level for vehicle stability improvement, ESC performance evaluation has been conducted assuming a steady road friction. However, under a wet road condition, the tire performance differs greatly depending on the tread wear, vehicle velocity and water depth. For that reason, this research developed a tire force gain based on tread wear under a wet road condition. A vehicle stability test has been conducted on a HILS system, which includes a CarSim vehicle model with the tire force gain developed in the research and a commercial ESC. Through the HILS, a comparative analysis of existing constant road friction coefficient and the newly developed tire force gain has been carried out, focused on their different influences on the ESC performance.

        포장 재료에 따른 지하수 침투량 측정 및 물수지 분석

        포장재료에 따른 물수지를 평가하는 것은 제안된 유출계수를 동일하게 적용하는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 포장재료 별 지하수 침투량을 측정하였다. 그리고 이를 개선 할 수 있는 방안을 찾아 보았다. 식생지반의 유출계수는 0.245로 설정할 수 있으며, 투수포장은 0.583로 설정할 수 있다. 반투수포장의 유출계수는 0.963로 설정할 수 있고 불투수포장의 유출계수는 1.000로 설정할 수 있다. 수로 및 습지와 자갈포장을 적용, 침투량과 증발산량을 알아보고자 하였다. 습지와 자갈포장의 유출계수는 0이다. 침투량 회귀식을 바탕으로 연구대상지의 평균 강우자료에 대입해 보면 강우량 1094.4mm 때 습지는 329.9mm 침투, 864.5mm 증발이 이루어지며, 자갈포장은 578.8mm침투 615.6mm 증발로 계산할 수 있다. 이 자료는 도시 및 농촌지역 지하수함양 개선사항 제시에 활용하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구를 통해 농업생태계의 다양한 생태계서비스 가치가 저하되지 않고 보전, 향상되는데 기여하고자 한다. In this study, the degree of impact on groundwater charging of land-use materials in urban and rural areas was analyzed to identify avenues of improvement. The outflow coefficient of vegetation ground can be set to 0.245, and that of the pitcher"s block can be set to 0.583. The outflow coefficient of the half pitcher block can be set to 0.963, and the outflow coefficient of non-pitch asphalt can be set to 1.000. Waterways, wetlands, and gravel trunks were studied to determine penetration and evaporation. The outflow coefficient for wetlands and gravel is zero. Based on the penetration regression formula, the average rainfall data at the study site can be calculated as 329.9mm penetration and 864.5mm, evaporation of wetlands at 1094.4mm of rainfall, and gravel can be calculated as 578.8mm penetration, 615.6mm evaporation. This data was intended to be used to present matters to improve the cultivation of groundwater in urban and rural areas. Through these studies, we want to contribute to the preservation and improvement of the value of various ecosystem services in agricultural ecosystems while halting deterioration.

        Since their introduction in the mid 90’s, the ESC (Electronic Stability Control) systems have improved a lot in order to provide more precise control of vehicle’s lateral stability. Accordingly, the ESC ECU today must be fine-tuned so that its embedded control logics agree well with the target vehicle’s physical specs. During the process of new vehicle development, vehicle parts are constantly changed by the design engineers. If such change results in significant variation of vehicle dynamic performance, additional efforts have to follow to revise the ESC logics. So it becomes important to capture the tolerable limits for vehicle parameter changes since they can serve as parameter selection guidelines for the design engineers. In this paper, robustness analysis of the ESC ECU has been conducted for a variety of chassis parts. To this end, a HILS (Hardware-in-theloop Simulation) system has been constructed. The hardware part of the HILS includes: an ESC ECU module, four brake caliper/disk sets, hydraulic lines, host and target PCs, and communication boards. The vehicle dynamics is virtually implemented by the CarSim model. Through the robustness analysis, the effects of the parameter changes on the ESC performance have been studied, and using this result parameter selection guidelines have been established in this study.

        아트로핀 및 팜 함유 다중챔버 단일주사기 및 KMARK-1: 비글개를 이용한 단회 근육투여 비교 생체이용률 연구

        In this study, multi-chambered single autoinjector(2in1) and KMARK-1 containing atropine and 2-PAM(pyridine-2-aldoxime methylchloride) were administered to the beagle's muscle, and blood samples were taken for a certain period of time to compare and evaluate the pharmacokinetic profiles of the two drugs. Male beagles were used and classified into two test groups(G1, G2), and crossover pharmacokinetic studies were performed in two test groups. Blood samples were collected from the jugular vein for analysis after administration. The 90 % confidence interval(CI) for log transformed data indicated that the Cmax for both atropine(log 0.9683 ~ log 1.113) and 2-PAM(log 0.9453 ~ log 1.214) was within the limits of bioequivalence criteria, but the AUC for atropine(log 1.1786 ~ log 1.3238) failed to meet this criteria. This is expected as the amount of atropine dose is 25 % higher for the test as compared to the reference formulation. In summary, in view of the ATNAA(antidote for nerve agent of US) authorization, the Cmax equivalence was more important than AUC equivalence, so in this study, we also focused on verifying the equality of Cmax between the two autoinjectors.

        다중챔버 단일주사기: 설계, 성능 평가

        An autoinjector allows a single use medical device serving for automatic intramuscular injection to deliver a dose of a particular emergency drug through an intuitive activation mechanism. By design and structure, autoinjectors are easy to use and are intended for self-administration by patients or untrained personnel. Depending on the number of drugs filled in the cartridge, autoinjectors are divided by one-chamber type and multi-chamber type. Most autoinjectors may have a special structure including spring-loading syringes and needle which is specially designed to ensure strength due to the necessity of penetration through layers of clothing. The purpose of this study was to introduce the design technology of autoinjector of multi-chamber type that could be released into the two drugs sequentially. Additionally, we verified performance of the prototype developed by applying the design.
