        한국과 중국의 대학생 의식 비교 : 자매결연 두 대학교 학생을 중심으로

        This paper presents a comparison of attitudes between Chinese and Korean university students. Compared with Korean students, on average Chinese students do not spend as much on leisure-related products or services. However expenditure on leisure related products increrases as family income increases. Similar to Korean students, most Chinese students own mobile phones. The percentages of ownership of other multimedia devices such as PC, MP3 players, and digital camera are lowerfor Chinese students than forKorean students. Chinese students as well as Korean students prospect their generation to be better off than their parents' generation. Especially, more than half of Chinese students believe their economy will catch up with Japanese economy in 30 years. As Chinese economy grows, both Chinese and Korean students do not expect the relationship between China and Japan to improve much. Chinese 'likeness' of Korean trend is very apparent but Korean 'likeness' of Chinese trend is very minor. It is also observed that higher percentage of Chinese students like Korea than that of Korean students like China. Sexual attitudes are very similar between the two groups. They are relatively affirmative on sexual relations before marriage. Chinese students think human network is essential for getting jobs. Korean students think English proficency is the most important factor. However, Chinese students spend longer hours in practicing English and reading books than Korean students. Korean students drink alcohol much more frequently than Chinese students. Also, therate of smoking is much higher for Korean students than Chinese students. No female Chinese student said she was a smoker.

        Glucose-fatty acid cycle is very important because it explains that fatty acid influences glucose level. Glucose-fatty acid cycle is the key factor to understand how endurance training which aids fat oxidation and carbohydrate stored in skeletal muscle influence mitochondria level. However, it is not certain whether glucose-fatty acid cycle influences exercising skeletal muscle of human being. As an energy resource, training increases use of fatty acid, endurance ability, and oxidation of triglyceride. During high level training, catecholamine secretions and restraint of fatty acid use caused by insulin increases dramatically, this results in reduction of free fat acids and reunification of free fat acids into triglyceride. Training restrains insulin activity and reduces plasma acid density, however, elite athletes have high triglyceride-fatty acid cycle. Although enzyme's activities and mitochondira's density increase after training, it's not certain that enzyme's activities is major factor in restraint of fatty acid oxidation in exercising muscle cells. Stores of fat leads to increases of fat oxidation, performance and reduces use of carbohydrate, however, there is no absolute evidence to support these results.

      • Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate의 분해반응에 대한 속도론적 연구

        하천수에서 분리해 낸 SDS(Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate) 분해균주에 의하여 분해균주량의 변화와 SDS의 농도변화를 주어 SDS를 분해시킬 때 그 분해반응을 속도론적으로 연구하였다. 실험결과 SDS의 분해를 BOD로 표시하여 분해률을 측정한 속도식은 1차로 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 분해균주량의 변화와 SDS농도의 변화에 따른 속도상수는 분해규준량에는 영향을 받지 않으나 SDS의 농도에는 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 활성화에너지는 5.304kcal/mol, 활성화 파라메타인 ???와 ???는 각각 4.69kcal/mol, -56.90 e.u.임을 알았다. Kinetic studies were carried out for change in BOD of SDS degradating microorganism isolated from river water. It is found that the decomposition of SDS is first order. Rate constants for the decomposition of SDS and its degrading microorganism found not to have an influence on variation of SDS-degrading microorganism but have an influence on SDS concentration. And thermodynamic parameters, Ea, ???? and ????, were obtained the value of 5.304kcal/mol, 4.69kcal/mol and -56.90 e.u., respectively.

        공장건물에 연결된 가설건축물 화재예방에 관한 연구

        가설건축물은 일시적으로 사용될 목적으로 축조되는 건축물이다. 그러나 가설건축물이 건물과 연결되어 장기적으로 사용되는 경우 화재예방상의 위험성이 증가하나 이를 위한 제도적 장치는 마련되어 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 공장건물과 연결되어 사용되는 가설건축물의 화재를 예방하는 방안을 모색하기 위하여 현행 관련법규 검토하고, 표본지역에 대한 실태조사를 실시하고, 소송사례를 수집하였으며, 가설건축물의 유형별 위험성을 고찰함으로써 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 가설건축물을 본 건물과 이격하여 설치하도록 하는 규정을 건축법 시행령에 신설해야 한다. 그리고 건축법의 규정에 의해 증축이 불가능하여 가설건축물이 설치되는 경우, 건축물과 연결된 가설건축물을 소방법상의 특수장소에 포함시킬 수 있도록 소방법 시행령을 개정해야 하며, 건축물과 연결하여 가설건축물을 설치하는 것을 허가사항으로 하여 허가시 소방관서장의 동의를 구할 수 있도록 건축법을 개정해야 한다. Temporary constructions are defined as constructions for temporary use, but frequently, they are used long like permanent constructions and connected with main constructions. In this case, fire hazardousness increase. But there is no way to control this hazard in our system. This study include investigation of present related law, survey about sample complex, collection of related lawsuit result and estimation of hazardousness of each contemporary construction type. The conclusion is that the article that specify distance between main construction and temporary one should be created in the architectural law. Or to apply fire service law to area of temporary construction, fire service law should be changed properly.

Edible plants in Korea consists of 223 Fam. 968 Gen. about 4, 191Sps. 2. In them, by the classification system of Nakai, wild substitute food plants consists of 100 Fam. 243 Gen. 697 Sps. 3. On these plants, edible part, habitat, distribution and use are filed out.

        Diet has been convinced to be an influential environmental factor of the development of coronary heart disease (CHD), though it is still on debate. The related dietary components include total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, animal protein, fiber, and sugar. During last 50 years, most of the dietary studies concerning atherosclerosis and CHD have emphasized the role of fats. In recent years, however, the effect of sucrose on the development of CHD has received considerable attentions. In 1957 a significant positive association of sugar consumption with the coronary mortality was first pointed out by Yudkin in London. Since then, various epidemiologic and experimental studies have been carried out upon their relationships and have suggested the hyperlipidemic effect of sucrose as a possible etiologic factor of CHD In order to learn to what extent dietary sugar influences the development of CHD in man, the evidences were reviewed under three headings. First, interrelations between the intake of sucrose and the CHD incidence: second, experiments in man and in animals: finally, suggested possible metabolic mechanisms.

Now we suggest a way of holocaust culture for a convenient residence environment our unique holocaust. Furthermore, we are to satisfy the consumer's aesthetic demand by developing the design of room controller of gas boiler. And the consumption of gas boilers are increasing because of the new understanding of gas and the safety and convenience of it. So we beside the course of design of the basis of the trend of boiler business, consumer’s taste and the problem of exiting Products. The we came to a final design concept by the design process.

        아동의 구강보건에 대한 보호자의 관리태도 및 지식정도에 관한 조사연구

        The study was performed to evaluate the Parent's knowledge and attitudes concerning the dental health of their children. A questionnaire consisting of 17 questions was given to each of the 664 parents by their children who are attending in primary school and was completely by them. The collected information from the questionnaire was analyzed by the visits to dental clinic, age and education. The results obtained from this study are as follows: 1) The more educated parents were more interested to the dental health of children. 2) In the knowledge concerning the dental health of their children, the parents who were more educated and had visited the dental clinic gave the better responses. 3) There were no clear differences in age groups in the knowledge and attitudes on their children's dental health. 4) The reason for first visiting the dental clinic was dental treatment 43.2%, toothache 35.4%, for the purpose of oral examination 21.2%, and others were 9.2%. 5) 13.1% of the parents who had visited the dental clinic couldn't or didn't follow the recommended treatment because of economic difficulty 53.3%, lack of time 25%, lack of understanding of child's dental needs 18.3%, and other reasons were 3.3%.

      • 급성 구강감염부위에서 Staphylococcus lugunensis 의 특성

        Staphylococcus lugdunensis (S. lugdunensis) is a newly identified pathogenic species of coagulase negative staphylococci and an occasional but not rare cause of severe infections, such as infective endocarditis after dental extraction, bacteremia, osteomyelitis, peritonitis, and soft tissue infections. As antibiotic use increased, resistance rapidly developed. Some strains have plasmids related to antibiotic resistance. To characterize S. lugdunensis in acute oral infection, S. lugdunensis was isolated from the patients with acute oral abscess, osteomyelitis, and normal persons. Antibiotic resistance, in vitro cellular toxicity, in vivo virulence, δ-like hemolysin activity, and synergistic hemolysis on sheep blood agar plates were investigated. The dot blot analysis and Southern blot analysis of staphylococcal DNA was performed with δ-hemolysin gene probe of Staphylococcus aureus. (S. aureus) Staphylococcal DNA was cloned, nucleotide sequence was analysed, and homology was compared with other sequence in Gene Bank. S. aureus, S. lugdunensis, Staphylococcus cohnii (S. cohnii), and other coagulase negative staphylococci (CNS) were isolated from the patients with acute oral infection. The isolation ratio of S. lugdunensis in the patients with infection was higher than that of healthy persons, but the isolation ratio of S. aureus in the patients with infection was similar to that of healthy persons. S. lugdunensis from the patients with acute oral infection showed the resistance to penicillin, methicillin, cephalothin, and clindamycin. S. lugdunensis in the patients had cellular toxicity in vitro and virulence in vivo. All strains of S. lugdunensis had δ-like hemolysin activity against rabbit erythrocytes. Four of the six strains of S. lugdunensis gave synergistic hemolysis with S. aureus on sheep blood agar plates. In dot blot analysis, all strains of S. lugdunensis showed the positive reaction with the probe of δ-hemolysin gene in S. aureus, but a 7.3 kb HindⅢ fragment was observed in the DNA of S. lugdunensis that gave synergistic hemolysis in a Southern blot analysis. The molecular size of partially purified δ-hemolysin was about 50 kd. The cloned fragments from the chromosomal DNA of S. lugdunensis showed the partial homology with the insulin receptor-related and dopamine receptor of humans. These results suggest that S. lugdunensis might be an important pathogen in acute oral infection and show some homology with eukaryotes.

      • 황사현상시 대기중 충부유분전(TSP)와 TSP중의 중금속 및 무기성 이온 조사 연구

        The study was performed to investigate the influence of dust transportation from China contient to Korea by Yellow Sand phenomena and evaluate the aerosol during the period of Yellow Sand phenomena in Seoul, from Apr. to Oct. 1998. The TSP(Total Suspended Particulates) was collected by High Volume Air Sampler. The concentration of heavy metals in TSP were analysed by AAS and the inorganic ion of TSP were analysed by IC. The results were as follows: 1. The average concentration of TSP were 249.18㎍/㎥ at sampling point during the Yellow Sand phenomena were twice higher than that in Non-Yellow Sand which was 121.98㎍/㎥. 2. The average concentration of heavy metals in TSP during Yellow Sand phenomena and Non-Yellow Sand were Zn>Al>Fe>Pb>Mn>Cr>Ni>Cu>Cd. 3. In comparion with the ordinary time, the average concentration of anionic ions in TSP during Yellow Sand phenomena were Cl^(-)>S0₄^(2)>NO₃^(-)>F^(-)>P0₄>Br^(-), those of Non-Yellow Sand were Cl^(-)>NO₃^(-)>SO₄^(-2)>F^(-)>PO₄^>Br^(-), and that of cationic ions in TSP during Yellow Sand phenomena were Na^(+)>K^(+)>NH₄^(+).
