      • 다산부에서 자간전증의 임상적 고찰

        목적 : 전자간증 산모에서 초임신부와 다산부 각각의 임상적 특징을 조사하여 비교 분석하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 1998년 1월부터 1999년 12월까지 2년간 순천향대학 서울병원에서 입원 분만한 임신성 고혈압성 질환 환자중 초임신부 106명과 다산부 50명, 총 150명을 대상으로 임상통계학적으로 조사 분석하였다. 결과 : 분만까지 임신기간의 비교시 초임신부에서는 33-36주에서 17.9%였고 다산부에서는 34.0%로, 다산부에서 조기분만의 예가 의의있게 많았다. 신생아 체중이 2500g 미만인 군이 초임신부군에서는 36.8%였고 다산부군에서는 62.0%로 다산부군에서 더 많았다. 임신성 고혈압성 질환의 중등도를 보면 중증자간전증의 초임신부에서 35.8%와 다산부에서는 44.0%로, 초임신부에 비해 다산부군의 중증 자간전증의 비율이 많았다. 결론 : 중증 임신성 고혈압성 질환이 다산부군에서 더 많았으며 적은 주수에서 제왕절개술을 시행해 출생아의 체중이 초임신부군에 비해 더 작았고 Apgar 점수도 더 낮았다. Objective : To study the clinical differences of primiparous and multiparous preeclamptic patients. Methods : We statistically analyzed 106 primiparous and 50 multiparous preeclamptic patients who were admitted to the Soonchunhyang University Hospital from January 1998 to December 1999. Results : It was statistically found that multiparae were more likely to give premature birth than primiparae: Thirty four percents of multiparae gave birth in the period between the 33rd and the 36th gestational weeks while 17.9% of primiparae did in the same period. Sixty two percents of the newborn babies of multiparae weighed less than 2500g. Among primiparae, the ratio was 36.8%. In addition, more multiparae(44.0% vs. 35.8%) suffered from severe preeclampsia. Conclusion : severe preeclampsia was found more frequently among multiparae. Since they gave birth earlier by cesarian section than primiparae, their babies weighed less and had lower apgar scores.

      • 복강경하 대장절제술을 시행 받는 환자에서 라모세트론과 온단세트론외 술 후 오심 및 구토 예방 효과 비교

        Objectives : We evaluated the efficacy of ramosetron and ondansetron for preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) in laparoscopic colectomy. Methods and Materials : Eighty patients who received laparoscopic colectomy were randomly divided into two groups: R group (ramosetron 0.1mg PO) and O group (ondansetron 4mg twice IV). Injection or oral medication was administered before the induction of anesthesia in each group. Injection was administered at the end of surgery in O group. General anesthesia was induced using propofol and rocuronium, and maintained with sevoflurane, remifentanil and air (FiO2 0.5), We investigated the incidences of PONV in each group by the Rhodes index of nausea, vomiting and retching (RINVR) at postoperative 6 and 24 hours. Results : The incidence of PONV was not different between group at each time points after surgery (at postoperative 6 hours: 20% in group R, 17.5% in group 0, at postoperative 24 hours; 12.5% in group R, 7.5% in group 0). There was no difference in the severity of PONV, satisfaction, rescue drug usage. Conclusion : Prophylactic therapy with ramosetron is as effective as conventional prophylactic therapy with ondansetron for preventing PONV in general anesthesia for laparoscopic colectomy.

        판상형 충전제의 함량과 배향에 따른 PP복합체의 열팽창계수 영향 연구

        두 가지의 종횡비(ρα=a1/a3 and ρβ=a1/a2)에 의해 특징지어진 3차원 타원체(a1 > a2 > a3)를 사용하여 polypropylene 복합체의 판상형 충전제 함량과 방향이 열팽창률에 미치는 영향에 대해 실험적인 연구를 수행하였다. 측정된 실험적인 값은 Lee와 그의 연구자들이 제안한 이론적인 모델에 의한 계산 값과 비교분석되었다. 판상형충전제로는 운모와 탈크가 사용되었다. 실험 결과로 운모의 경우 종횡비는 ρα= 13.5, ρβ= 1.8이 사용되 어, 20 wt% 함량일때 α11/αm는 약 0.56으로 감소하였으나, α33/αm는 오히려 1.018로 증가함을 보였다. 탈크의 경우의 종횡비는 ρα=3.7, ρβ= 1.4이었고 α11/αm는 0.63으로 감소하였다. 결국 운모와 탈크 모두 그 함량증가에 따라 종단방향과 횡단방향에서 열팽창률은 감소하였으나 수직방향에서는 초기 낮은 충전제 함량에서는 오히려 증가하는 경향을 보였다. Experimental study was performed regarding the effects of disc-like filler orientation and contents on the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of polypropylene composites using the three dimensional ellipsoids (a1 > a2 > a3) analyzed by two aspect ratios(ρα=a1/a3 and ρβ=a1/a2). Measured data were compared with the theoretical approaches proposed by Lee et al. Mica and talc were useed as disk-like fillers in the composites. As experimental results, α11/αm decreased down to ca. 0.56 with mica content of 20 wt% and the aspect ratios, ρα=13.5, ρβ=1.8. However, α33/αm increased to more than 1. In the case of talc, α11/αm decreased to ca. 0.63 with 20 wt% and ρα=3.7, ρβ=1.4. Finally, the longitudinal CTEs (α11) of polypropylene composites decreased as filler contents increased, but normal CTE (α33) increased in the low filler contents like the theory.

      • SnO₂/TiO₂후막형 습도센서의 제조 및 특성

        SnO_(2) doped with TiO_(2) and other activating agents, is used as a raw material to prepare humidity sensors. SnO_(2) is an n-type semiconductor whose resistance is described as a function of relative humidity. SnO_(2)/TiO_(2) thick film humidity sensors have been fabricated by using typical silk screen printing techniques. The humidity sensitivity of SnO_(2)/TiO_(2) thick film has been investigated. And the sensing characteristics of the fabricated SnO_(2)/TiO_(2) sensors such as resistance change and response time, has been investigated from R.H.20 % to 90 %. Experimental results show that the impedance-humidity characteristics of the humidity sensors depend on the microstructure of surface roughness and pore size distribution.

      • 다형성교아세포종을 동반한 Von Recklinghausen氏 병 1예

        가족성으로 신경섬유종증에 동반되는 중추신경계의 종양으로 수막종, 신경교종, 신경초종 등이 있으며 이들은 드물지 않게 보고되었다. 그러나 신경교세포에 생기는 종양 중 신경섬유종증에 동반되어 대뇌에 생긴 다형성교아세포종은 매우 드물다. 본 교실에서 가족성으로 발생한 신경섬유종증의 환자에 동반된 다형성교아세포종을 경험하였으며 가족중 부친은 von Recklinghausen씨 병을, 또 두 자녀는 다발성 cafe´ au lait spots를 가지고 있었다. The tumors of the central nervous system associated with familial neurofibromatosis are meningioma, glioma, and neurilemmoma, which are not uncommon. Of the glial tumors of the central nervous system, the association of cerebral glioblastoma multiforme with neurofibro matosis is very rare. We have experienced the unusual coincidence of neurofibromatosis and glioblastoma multiforme in a 33 year old man, whose father was afflicted with von Recklinghausen's disease and whose son and daughter had also multiple cafe´ au lait spots on their bodies.

        운동형태별 밸런스 테이핑 적용이 EMG 활동 및 혈중 피로물질 반응에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyse the EMG activity of selected muscles with balance taping treatment and blood fatigue makers which accumulated during exercise of progressive maximal intensity. Ten male college students who did not experience any cardiovascular and musculo-skeletal disease were participated in this study. Balance taping were applied to rectus femoris, vastus medialis, vastus lateralis, biceps femoris, semitendinous, semimembranous, and around knee joint. Isokinetic knee joint flexion/extension force, EMG activity, lactate and ammonia as blood fatigue makers during progressive maximal intensity exercise were measured for with/without applying balance taping. The results indicated that although flexion force of total work at 60˚/sec with taping was increased applied taping did not affect to the aerobic exercise ability parameters. Lactate level as blood fatigue makers during progressive maximal intensity exercise after taping was decreased but the ammonia level did not change with same treatment. In isokinetic knee joint test at the angular velocity of 60˚/sec, 180˚/sec, and 240˚//sec the taping treatment did not affect to any selected muscle EMG activities except maximal EMG of vastus lateralis at 240˚/sec.

      • Ascorbate Peroxidase 유전자의 도입에 의한 식물의 형질전환

        This study was conducted to obtain the transformed tobacco (Nicotiana tubacum) plants with cytosolic ascorbate peroxidase gene(ApxSC7) using Agrobacterium tumefaciens LBA4404. A cDNA encoding the cytosolic ascorbate peroxidase of strawberry, ApxSC7, was introduced into tobacco plants via Agrobacterium-mediated gene transfer system. The expression vector, pIG-AP8, harboring ApxSC7 gene was used for production of transgenic tobacco plants. A large number of transgenic plants were regenerated on a medium containing hygromycin. Integration of ApxSC7 gene was confirmed by PCR and Southern blot analyses with genomic DNA. Northern blot analyses revealed that the pIGap8 gene was constitutively expressed.

        An integrated silicon pressure sensor has been designed, fabricated and tested. The signal conditioning circuits were designed to include calibration and temperature compensation of output voltage through trimming of diffusion and ion-implanted resistors. Before trimming of resistors, the compensation parameters such as pressure sensitivity, temperature coefficient of pressure sensitivity, temperature coefficient of piezoresistors and pressure sensitivity of piezoresistors were measured. Then offset voltage, span, and temperature coefficients of offset voltage and span were calibrated by trimming of resistors. The measured output voltage met our design specification and simulation value above room temperature. But, the measured output voltage at -30°C deviated from our design specification and simulation value because the offset voltages were found to vary randomly as a function of temperature.
