고유수용성감각 운동과 근력강화 운동이 비만중년여성의 발목 근력과 균형에 미치는 영향

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of Ankle Exercise Program on Muscle Strength and Balance in Obese Middle Aged Woman. Method : The Subjects of this study, among the patients who were diagnosed with obesity in the study, for patients total of 8 people have agreed to research. Experimental group 4 people, control group 4 people, was a total of 8 people. Group-specific arbitration method, was applied to Unstable supporting surface exercise program(experimental group) and stable supporting surface exercise program(control group). Each training courses 30 minutes for 6 weeks, examined the changes in Functional Reach Test(FRT) and One Leg Standing(OLST), Dorsi Flexion(DF) and Plantar Flexion(PF) ability to examine a total of 6-week course effectively. The intervention were compared by measuring before and after. Result : There were significant improvements in the subscales of the muscle strength and balance test of those who practiced with the unstable supporting surface exercsie program, while the control group showed significant changes only muscle strength. Conclusion : Therefore, unstable supporting surface exercsie program is effective in improvement of to improve the muscle strength and balance in woman with obesity.

3차원 프린팅을 이용한 어린이용 무릎보호대의 분절형 하드쉘 설계

This study applied a segmented hard shell design on knee protectors for children with the objective of increasing mobility. The prototype of the hard shell that does not correspond to movement of the body among components of the knee protector was developed. Surface modeling was conducted based on 3D knee data to enhance comfort through optimized fit on the knee joint where the hard shell would be worn. For this, previous studies on changes in skin near the knee joint during knee flexion were reviewed to establish basic segmental lines. The basic design included six segments, and the number of segments was used as the design variable by increasing or decreasing it to 0, 3, 6, 9, and 14 segments. A prototype was produced from 3D printing with TPU material, worn for wearing assessment. Results revealed fewer numbers of segments resulting in less fit with the body, while actual appearance was stable. Meanwhile, the number of proper segments improved better fit with the body during movement. The wearing assessment revealed the amount of gap reflects change in skin length depending on movement. Assessment results demonstrated basic segment design, S6 with 6 segments, had the best design and most optimized fit. Findings in this study can provide key data for designing knee protection products for children.

Korean Clinical Practice Guidelines: Otitis Media in Children

Acute otitis media (AOM) and otitis media with effusion (OME) are common infections in children, and their diagnosis and treatment have significant impacts on the health of children and the costs of providing national medical care. In 2009, the Korean Otologic Society organized a committee composed of experts in the field of otolaryngology,pediatrics, and family medicine to develop Korean clinical practice guidelines (CPG) for otitis media in children with the goal of meeting regional medical and social needs in Korea. For this purpose, the committee adapted existing guidelines. A comprehensive literature review was carried out primarily from 2004 to 2009 using medical search engines including data from Korea. A draft was written after a national questionnaire survey and several public audits, and it was editorially supervised by senior advisors before publication of the final report. These evidence-based guidelines for the management of otitis media in children provide recommendations to primary practitioners for the diagnosis and treatment of children younger than 15 yr old with uncomplicated AOM and OME. The guidelines include recommendations regarding diagnosis, treatment options, prevention and parent education, medical records, referral, and complementary/alternative medicine for treating pediatric otitis media.

기관투자자 투자행태의 동태적 변화

이 연구에서는 코스피시장 상장종목에 대한 1999~2009년 기간 동안의 매매거래자료를 이용해 통시적 관점에서 기관투자자의 주식투자행태를 분석했다. 기관투자자들은 위험이 적고 안정적이며 유동성이 좋은 주식을 선호하여 왔으나, 2000년대 중반 이후 이 같은 보수적 투자성향이 약해진 것으로 나타났다. 총변동성이 낮은 주식, 대형주, 고배당주, 고유동성 주식을 선호하는 경향이 사라졌으며, 고유변동성이 낮은 주식과 고가 주식을 선호하는 경향은 상당히 약해졌다. 반면, 장부가치 대 시장가치가 높은 주식, 즉, 가치주를 선호하기 시작했다. 최근 나타난 기관투자자의 이 같은 투자행태는 기관투자자가 보수적인 투자성향을 갖고 있다는 일반적인 견해와 상이하다. 이 같이 기관의 투자선호체계가 덜 보수적으로 변화한 이유는 기관투자자 집단의 구성이 변화(증권·은행의 퇴조, 자산운용 ·연기금의 약진)한데다, 각 유형별 기관투자자의 선호체계가 공격적으로 변화했기 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 유형을 막론하고 기관투자자들의 투자선호체계가 변화한 이유는 기존 선호주식이 고평가되면서 소형주, 고변동성 주식, 저유동성 주식의 상대적 밸류에이션 매력이 커졌기 때문인 것으로 분석되었다.

돌봄에 대한 보육교사의 인식 및 실천의 의미

This study has researched the meaning of care which is recognized by the teachers in a toddler class, and how the practice of care is excuted in day care centers. The participants were 30 present teachers from day care centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and the Deajeon area. The collective data was analyzed in qualitative research method. The result was, the former meaning is the care of social agreement, roll complications between educational conviction and maternal thoughts, the dualistic epistemology of education and protection, and attitudes toward toddlers. The recognized meaning of care by teachers is represented a value of practical knowledge in day care centres and is also proven by being meaningful to others with toddlers and a course of communication controlled of various channel. According to this study, the process building up the identity as a teacher in the toddler class. 본 연구는 만2세 이하 영아반 보육교사들이 인식한 돌봄의 의미와 실제 보육현장에서 나타나는 돌봄 실천의 실제가 어떻게 이루어지는가를 심층면담(In-depth Interview)를 통해 탐구하였다. 연구 참여자는 서울과 경기, 대전광역시에 소재한 어린이집의 영아반 보육교사 30명이었으며, 개별심층면담 자료를 중심으로 질적인 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 교사들이 인식한 돌봄의 의미는 사회적으로 구성되고 합의되는 돌봄, '교육적 신념'과 모성적 사유' 사이의 역할 갈등에 의한 돌봄, '교육'과 '보호'의 이원론적 인식론에 따른 돌봄, 유아에 대한 태도로 나타나는 돌봄이었다. 보육교사의 돌봄 실천은 보육현장이라는 맥락에서 구성되는 실천적 지식의 가치로 볼 수 있었으며, 관계성에 기초하여 유아에게 의미 있는 타인이 되어가는 과정, 다양한 채널을 조정하여 의사소통을 이루어가는 과정, 영아반 보육교사로서의 정체성을 구성해가는 과정을 의미하였다.

Pseudo-Spontaneous Nystagmus in Lateral Semicircular Canal Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

Objectives. Spontaneous nystagmus, which has been considered a typical sign of acute vestibulopathy, has recently been reported in benign paroxysmal positional vertigo involving the lateral semicircular canals (LC-BPPV) without unilateral vestibulopathy (pseudo-spontaneous nystagmus, PSN), but research about its clinical application is still limited. Here we investigate the frequency and characteristics of PSN in LC-BPPV patients, and estimate its prognostic value. Methods. For 95 patients with LC-BPPV, we examined nystagmus in the sitting position in the clinic with video goggles. Patients were categorized as PSN or non-PSN, according to presence of horizontal nystagmus in the sitting position at diagnosis. The duration of vertiginous symptoms before diagnosis and the duration of treatment were compared between the two groups. The results of video-nystagmography test were reviewed when available. Results. PSN was examined in 16 (16.8%) patients, all of whose symptoms disappeared immediately after successful repositioning therapy. While the duration of symptoms did not differ statistically between groups (P=0.481), the duration of treatment in the PSN group was significantly longer than in the non-PSN group (P<0.001). Conclusion. We conclude that the presence of spontaneous nystagmus in the sitting position does not preclude a diagnosis of LC-BPPV without unilateral vestibulopathy. PSN was related to a poor outcome of LC-BPPV in this study.
