        각종 소화성질환에서의 Campylobacter Pylori의 검출에 관하여

        Peptic disorders are among the most common maladies in korea as the world. In most cases their etiologies not be established and their pathophysioolgy remain obscure. Although the persence of fastric bacteria has been logn established, recently campylobacter pylori seems to be etiologic agent of peptic disorders. Campylobacter pylori is visualized in most cases of peptic disorders and not visualized after treatment of bctericidal agents, bismuth compound or metronidazole. We had a following results for identification of campylocacter pylori in stomach and duodenal mcuosa via endoscipc biopsy. 1. We studied 54 patients who had dyspeptic symptoms, 29 males. 2. Most patients are in 5th decades, next in 3rd and 6th in order. 3. Ptients were composed of 27 peptic ulcer, 22 gastitis and 5 gastric carcinoma. 4. Campylobacter pylori was identified in 69% of total patients, peptic ulcer 63%, gastritis 77%, stomach carcinoma leastly.

      • 패턴구성에 따른 RPNN의 음성인식 성능비교

        In this paper, we use th RPNN as a non-linear predictor according to the time variation of a speech without an alignment procedure. We perform the recognition experiment of Korean 100 syllables based on RPNN In the experiment, we compare the recognition rates, by increasing the prediction order and the number of hidden(recursive) units, and by composing the pattern. When the prediction order is 3-rd order and the hidden units are 10 units, the recognition rates show better result than others. And when we compose the pattern as the method 2, they are far improved than the method 1. In the method 1, the highest recognition rate is 82.40% at the 4-th prediction order and the 10 hidden units. And in the method 2, it is 84.90% at the 3-rd prediction order and the 10hidden units, and it is improved at 2.50% than the method 1

        In this study, we perform continuous speech recognition system using context free grammar. We use DDCHMM as train model, that is able to express time-transient-variation very well. Using one pass DP method as recognition algorithm which is attempted by expanding dynamically a finite automaton from a part of suggesting context-free-grammar of recognition process. We can increase the recognition rates of control sentence speech recognition. Car control command, robot control command, and newspapers editorial continuous speech are made to test recognition rates of control sentence speech using context-free-grammer.

      • STS 304 스테인리스강의 플라즈마 페이스트 침붕처리에 관한 연구

        Various surface properties of boride layer formed by plasma paste boronizing were examined. A boride layer of flat structure was formed on the STS 304 stainless steel substrate by plasma paste boronizing treatment with several different temperature from 1023K to 1223K under gas mixture of Ar/H₂: 2/1(vol.%). The paste was composed of 30wt% boron and 70wt% borax. The properties of boride layer were evaluated by micro vickers hardness tester, SEM, EPMA, and corrosion tester. Metallographic cross section of the borided specimen was consisted of the boride layer, Ni rich layer, Cr rich layer, and matrix structure. It was found to form boride layer in a short time to conventional boronizing methode. In XRD analysis of boride surface, various peaks such as FeB, Ni₃B and CrB were presented. Especially, the peak of CrB was more intensive than other peaks. Activation energy for the formation of boride layer was found to be 123kJ/mol which is lower than the conventional boronizing treatment. The microhardness of these boride layers were in the range of HV 1800∼2000. However, from the results of anodic polarization curve in 1M H₂SO₄solution on the borided specimens, it is found that the corrosion resistance is improved by boronizing treatment. Primary current density is, however, increased with the Boronizing temperature.

      • 9-12%Cr강의 첨가원소 및 열처리에 따른 미세조직거동과 경도변화

        9-12%Cr steel are getting increasing attention for expanded application as high temperature materials applicable for gas turbine compressors, steam turbine rotors, blade and casing. For efficient and extensive application of 9-12%Cr steel, the data in addition to the improvement of mechanical properties on the correlation of microstructural evolution and mechanical properties are inevitable and thus the investigation in this study is performed for the determination for the specimens heat-treated at 600, 650 and 700℃ for 1000, 3000 and 5000hrs. The microstructure of as-received specimen was tempered martensite, with a high dislocation density and secondary phases. Upon high temperature heat-treatment, the martensite lath got larger and dislocation density decreased resulting the reduction of the strength. In addition, sharp growth of secondary phases was observed in the specimen heat-treated at 700℃ for 5000hrs. A specimen aged at 600℃ and 650℃ Laves phase was observed. The hardness showed close relationship with the secondary phase particle and dislocation density.

      • 회귀예측신경망을 이용한 음절인식

        In this paper, we perform the recognition test for Korean 100 monosyllabes using RPNN(recurrent prediction neural networks). The RPNN is trained to nonlinear predictor, accoding to time variation of speech pattern, is not use time sequential algorithm. In recognition experiment we got the recognition rate 69.0%, 72.30% and 71.20% using RTRL(real-time recurrent learning) training algorithm when the predition order is 2, 3 and 4.

        소화성궤양의 임상적 고찰

        저자들은 1981년부터 1990년사이에 64,207명을 대상으로 내시경검사를 시행하여 8,814명에서 소화성궤양을 진단하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 소화성궤양의 발생률은 13.7%였다. 위궤양과 십이지장궤양의 발생비는 1981년에는 1:0.9였으나 그후로는 1:1.1-1:1.5로 십이지장궤양의 발생비율이 높았다. 발생비율을 남녀별로 보면 위궤양의 경우에는 약 4:1 십이지장궤양은 3:1로 남자에서 많았다. 연령별로는 위궤양은 40대, 50대, 60대의 순서였고, 십이지장궤양은 30대, 40대, 20대 순으로 호발하였다. 위궤양은 위체부에서 대부분 발생하였다. In this century, very striking changes in incidence and prevalence of peptic ulcers, as well as in sexual proportion, in the age of the affected population and in the proportion of duodenal to gastric ulcers had occured and these epidemiological changes are ongoing. Therefore, we reviewed 8,814 cases with endoscopically proven peptic ulcers from 1981 to 1990. The results obtained are as follows; The prevalence of peptic ulcers among patients received endoscopy was 13.7%. The ratio of peptic ulcers among patients received endoscopy was 13.7%. The ratio of gastric ulcer to duodenal ulcer was 1: 0.9 in 1981, but after then the propotion of duodenal ulcer was higher in 1: 1.1-1:1.5. The ratio of male to female was about 4:1 in gastric ulcer and 3:1 in duodenal ulcer. The prevalence of gastric ulcer was highest in foruth decade and then fifth and sixth in order and the prevalence of duodenal ulcer was highest in thrid decade and then fourth and second decade in order. Most of the gastric ulcers were found at the gastric body.

      • PLASMA 이온 질화처리 한 Ti-6Al-4V의 표면물성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to improve the surface hardness and corrosion resistance of Ti-6Al-4V by ion nitriding treatment. As well known, the ion nitriding is widely used an effective surface hardening method and principal parameters of the ion nitriding are temperature and time. Ti-6Al-4V alloys were ion-nitrided under the atmosphere of the nitrogen-hydrogen mixture gas and surface modified layers were observed. Experimental results represent that the surface modified layers are formed as a multiphases of TiN and Ti₂N. The hardness of the layers are in the range Hv of 1000 to 2000. The multiphase layers also showed excellent corrosion resistance in 2 Mol HCl solution at room temperature, comparing to the non-coated layers. The kinetics show that the growth of the layers by N₂ diffusion were proportional to t½. The kinetics energy for the formation of nitride layers was 174KJ/mol.

        This research is designed for conducing spreading effects of regional economy by analyzing Input-Output Model(i.e. production model, employment model, value model, and income model). These measures of spreading effects in regional economy were determined by precise analyses of feasibility and demands of public businesses. That would be effective and confident polices and supportive for long time in the regional ecinimy. One of the most effectibe analysis on the spreading effects of regional economy is draw up Input-Output Model(IOM). This article, based on 2000 IOM of Busan Area, is focused that how the turbulence level of final demands affected spreading effects of regional economy, such as industrial production, value added, employment, incom etc. Also there were included the analysis of economic analyses of spreading effects on the UEC in the Centum City businesses.

      • Ti첨가 및 균질화 처리가 원심주조한 Cu-Zn-Al계 고력황동의 기계적 성질에 미치는 영향

        Effects of Ti addition and homogenizing treatment on the mechanical properties in Cu-Zn-Al system high strength brass were investigated. Grain refinement was successfully achieved by Ti addition: The microstructure, which was composed of island or fine feather-like branched Ti compounds was changed to feather-like eutectic microstructure as the content of Ti increased. The highest hardness values was obtained for 0.5wt% Ti specimen and the second was Ti non-added specimen in as-cast conditions. Maximum tensile strength was obtained for 0.5wt% Ti specimen. Dueing to the presence of cast defects and worse castability, tensile strength decreased as the content of Ti increased. Elongation was increased with increasing homogenizing time and temperature: remarkable increase was obtained for 400℃ homogenizing temperature in the 0.5wt% Ti specimen. For 500℃ and 600℃ homogenizing temperature, high elongation was obtained in 2 and 4wt% Ti specimen.
