혈액 투석 환자에서 중심정맥 협착에 대한 스텐트 삽입술 : Wallstent Placement

Stenosis of central vein is a common complication arising after percutaneous subclavian vein catheter insertion performed for temporary vascular access in chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. There are several treatment methods for the condition like percutaneous angioplasty(PTA), stent insertion, and surgery, but recent trend is toward PTA and stents. Among the patients diagnosed with chronic renal failure from March 1993 to May 2002 and undergoing hemodialysis through AV fistula, the 14 Patients in whom central vein stenosis arose were selected for the study. A total of 28 percutaneous interventions(5 PTA and 23 stent placement) were performed, and restenosis rate and the time taken till the restenosis in de novo lesions and instant lesions were compared. All 28 cases were operated successfully. The 14 cases that received both anigioplasty and stent placement initially. (de novo lesion : 14 cases), Among the 10 cases with de novo lesion that followed up more than 1 year, 3 cases are currently undergoing hemodialysis without restenosis, and the remaining 7 cases have recurred stenosis with the mean time to restenosis of 10.9 months. In the 7 cases in whom stenosis recurred, 11 interventions were done(instent lesion: 11 cases). 4 of these were using only ballon angioplasty with 100% restenosis rate and the mean time of 3 months until restenosis. The remaining 7 cases were using both balloon angioplasty and stent placement, also with 100% restenosis rate but with the mean time of 12 months until restenosis, which was later than the group receiving only balloon angioplasty. In treating the patients with central vein stenosis, stent placement seems to be more advantageous over PTA in terms of restenosis rate and the mean duration of patency. In the case of instent lesion, inserting the stent for the second time after stenosis recurred lengthened the duration of patency compared to performing balloon angioplasty alone.

미혼모의 특성

This study was conducted to search for characteristics of unwed mother. The subjects were residing 160 unwed mothers in welfare facilities located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Jeonnam and Daegu. The data were collected from August 2002 to February 2003. The major findings were as follows. ·The subjects were under 20 years(50.6%), under high school graduate(52.2%), having both parents(60%). ·Among the subjects, 74.4% were to choose the adoption, 83.3% were the time of first sexual relation under 15years, 55% were not of former pregnancy experience, 50% had experience of abortion in former pregnancy. ·First sexual relation was acted natually(50%) but after sexual relation, 49.4% was feeling of repent ·Attitude of sexual relation was represented outstandingly that sexual relation may be a consider expression of love. ·Among the subjects, the reason of noncompliance of contraception were because of unknown to method of contraceptions(21.9%). We need to develop educational programe to improve compliance and knowledge of contraception of unwed mother.

문화인류학의 발전과 교육에 미친 영향

본 연구는 문화와 개인의 관계에 둘러싼 논쟁으로 이루어진 인류학의 발전을 탐구한다. 문화와 개인의 관계를 초점으로 문화와 퍼스넬리티론이 심리 인류학으로 발전되고, 신진화 주의와 문화유물론을 주장한 마르크스 철학의 영향은 문화인류학의 토대가 되어 문화상대주의 관점으로 이어지는 일련의 과정을 살펴봄으로써 교육 이론에 미친 영향을 발견할 수 있다. 문화인류학은 교육학의 발전과 함께 문화 상대 주의적 관점에서 인간에 대한 이해를 문화 속에서 들여다보게 함으로써 교육을 인류학적 관점에서 탐구하고자 한 교육인류학의 태동을 가져왔음을 알게 해준다. 문화인류학의 발전이 교육에 미친 영향 관계를 탐색하는 것은 그동안 문화에 관한 당연한 믿음 속에서 선택된 지식과 정보가 교육으로 이행되는가에 대한 통찰을 제공한다. 개인과 문화의 관계 속에서 그동안 당연시 여겼던 문화적 믿음을 낯설게 함으로써 교육의 방향을 인류학적 관점에서 거시적으로 바라보는 계기가 될 수 있다.

For improvement of distribution service quality, the wages, job-satisfaction and quitting-intent which are related with the internal and external service qualities are studied and analyzed, considering the gender effect in determination of the internal and external service qualities. For statistical analysis and survey, the structural equation model is adopted. In this study, similar gender effect in the service quality is obtained as follows. 1) Improved wages produce positive effect in internal service quality in both male and female genders, but which incentive influences male internal customers more strongly than female internal customers. 2) Job-satisfaction is influenced by internal service quality, and the external service quality is also influenced by internal service quality, but which external service quality influences male more strongly than female. 3) The quitting-intent is inversely dependent upon the job-satisfaction, but in which female are more strongly influenced than male. And the different gender effect in the external service quality is obtained as follows. 1) In improved wages, female produce positive effect on external service quality, but male produces no effect. 2) In job-satisfaction, female produce positive effect on external service quality, but male produce no effect. 3) In quitting-intent, male produce negative effect on external service quality, but female produces no effect.

Nonwaxy rice flour gels (50% water content) were stored at -18, 20 and 4℃ during 1, 3, and 6 days. Degree of retrogradation of nonwaxy rice flour gels was determined by α-amylase-iodine method and retrogradation rate was analyzed in Avrami equation. Avrami exponent, rate constant and time constant of 50% nonwaxy rice flour gels were 0.17∼0.21, 0.01∼0.12 day-¹and 8.09∼129.87 days, respectively. Retrogradation rate of nonwaxy rice flour gels was decreased -18℃> 20℃> 4℃

복합트레이닝이 수영경기력 및 근력에 미치는 영향

This study was aimed to find what impacts the combined training of circuit weight training and swimming training can give to the competing power of swimming athletes and their respiratory functions and to provide the basic data for preparing the desirable training program to shorten swimming records through 14 girl swimming athletes, a group of 7 athletes in circuit weight training and another 7 in swimming training and the following conclusions were obtained: 1. Swimming and Circuit training groups showed, before and after 12 week training, the changes of muscular strength: grasping power (p<.001), back muscle (p<.01), arm extensor (p<.05), leg extensor (p<.05), leg curl extensor (p<.01), broad jump (p<.05) increased espectively than those of swimming training group and which were more effective. 2. In the comparison between groups, the meaningful difference appeared in swimming training groups, showing grasping power (p<.01), back muscular strength (p<.01), arm extensor (p<.05), leg extensor (p<.01), leg extensor (p <.01) 3. In the changes of competition record, in swimming and circuit training group, before and after 12 week training, meaningful increases appeared by 50m record(p<.05), 200m record (p<.05) 4. In the changes of competition record, as for the comparison between groups, meaning ful increases, 50m record (p<.05), 200m record (p<.05) appeared.

폐결핵 환자의 우울 상태

The main purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate the depressive states for the patients with chronic pulmonary tuberculosis. A questionnaire(Self-rating Depression Scale, SDS) survey was performed toward 57 pulmonary tuberculosis patients with initial treatment who started chemotherapy and 53 pulmonary tuberculosis patients with retreatment, admitted to one tuberculosis-centered hospital and two general hospital. Fifty three healthy persons as control group were investigated with the same questionnaire for comparison. The survey was performed from July to August 1996. The results are as follws : 1. The patients had significantly high scores in the depression than control and the patient with retreatment showed significantly high scores in the depression than the patient with initia1treatment(P<0.01). 2. The depressive levels of the patients were associated with duration of admission and the expectancy of recovery (P<0.05). 3. The percentage of the subjects with 40 or more scores tentatively classifiable as psychologically depressed was 67.1% of the total subjects, 48.4% of the control groups, 75.0% of the patient with initial treatment and 84.1% of the patient with retreatment. Because patient with pulmonary tuberculosis with initial treatment showed higher depression scores than normal persons, and patients with retreatment due to failure of initial treatment showed higher depression scores than initial treatment, it is necessary to give attention to depression of the patients during treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.

2, 3; 5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-D -mannofuranose(ManA) were oxidized to their cor-responding 2, 3;5,6-di-O-isoprolylidene-α-D-manno-1.4-lactone(ManB) using calcium chlorite as oxidant in a phase transfer catalysis system. But identified results were not obvious. V_2O_5 catalzed oxidation of primary and secondary alcohols to aldehydes and ketones respectively at alkali conditions under Solod-Liquid phase transfer conditions. This reaction affords good overall yields of products without formation of undersirable.

보행시작의 운동역학적 특성

To understand kinetic characteristics during the process of initiation of gait from standing, from the visual cue to toe off of the stance limb, vertical ground reaction forces(GRF) during gait initation period were evaluated with two force platforms placed side by side in thirteen adults(7 males, 6 females, mean age 29.3 years) with no history of neuromusculo-skeletal abnormality. Gait initiation period of swing and stance limbs, percentage of gait initiation period and ratio of the vertical forces to body weight at each peak of the vertical forces of both limbs were measured and described. These data can now be used as a part of databases when initiation of gait in subjects with neuromusculoskeletal abnormalities need to be evaluated.
