기업 간 거래관계에서 상호의존성이 공급사슬통합 및 사회적 자본에 미치는 영향

[연구목적] 본 연구는 상대적으로 연구가 부족했던 기업 간 거래관계에서 나타날 수 있는 상호의존성과 공급사슬통합 및 사회적 자본 간의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 따라서 상호의존성이 공급사슬통합에 미치는 영향과 공급사슬통합이 사회적 자본에 미치는 영향을 실증하고 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 상호의존성, 공급사슬통합, 사회적 자본에 대한 선행연구들과 논의를 충분히 검토하였으며, 최종적으로 5개의 가설을 도출하였다. 국내 기업들을 대상으로 설문자료를 수집하였으며, 연구항목에 대한 신뢰성과 타당성을 분석하고 이를 충족하는 연구항목을 이용하여 Smart PLS 2.0을 활용하여 가설을 검정하였다. [연구결과] 연구가설의 검정결과 공급자 및 구매자 의존성은 공급자 통합과 구매자 통합에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 공급자 통합은 구조적, 관계적, 인지적 자본에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 구매자 통합은 구조적, 관계적 통합에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 또한 공급사슬통합은 매개변수의 역할을 하는 것으로 검정되었다. [연구의 시사점] 연구결과 거래기업들에 대한 필요성으로서 상호의존성 지각은 여러 거래기업들을 하나로 통합하는 공급사슬통합에 반드시 필요로 하는 요인이며, 나아가 공급사슬통합은 네트워크 자본으로서 사회적 자본의 형성과 구축에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 개별기업들에게 공급사슬통합의 중요성에 대한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 다시 한 번 제시하는 것이다. [Purpose] This study analyzes the relationship between interdependence, supply chain integration and social capital that can occur in the business relations between companies that have been relatively lacking in research. Therefore, this study attempts to demonstrate the effects of interdependence on supply chain integration and the effect of supply chain integration on social capital and to provide implications. [Methodology] This study thoroughly reviews previous studies and discussions on interdependence, supply chain integration, and social capital. Finally, five hypotheses were drawn. The survey data were collected from domestic companies, and the hypotheses were tested by using Smart PLS, using the research items that complied with the reliability and validity of the research items. [Findings] The hypothesis test shows that supplier and buyer dependencies have a significant positive effect on supplier integration and buyer integration. Supplier integration has a significant positive impact on structural, relational and cognitive capital. Buyer integration has a significant positive effect on structural relational integration. Supply chain integration has also been tested as a parameter. [Implications] As a result of the study, the perception of interdependence as a necessity for trading companies is a necessary factor for supply chain integration integrating several trading companies into one. It suggests to companies once again the theoretical and practical implications of the importance of supply chain integration.

골프 참가자의 기본적 심리적 욕구만족, 참여동기 그리고 지속의도와의 관계

The purpose of this study is to investigate relationship between psychological needs, participation motivation and intention of continuance participation of golf player. The subjects totalled 300 persons(196-male, 104- female) who exercise golf in golf range. Measurement of this study consulted measurement basic psychological needs, participation motivation, and intention of continuance by Jung, Yong-gak(2006, 1997). For data analysis, using SPSS V16.0 and AMOS 17.0 for windows. The results were as follows. First, Intrinsic Motivation has positive relationship relatedness, autonomy, competence in order. In Extrinsic Motivation, Health/Fitness motivation has positive relationship to relatedness, competition/display motivation to competence and relatedness, affiliation to relatedness. Amotivation has negative relationship to competence and autonomy. Intention of continuance participation of golf have positive relationship relatedness, autonomy in order. In Motivation, intrinsic motivation has positive relationship. Relatedness is an important factor in golf. <P>On page 5565, Gyu‐Chul Yi and co‐workers grow position‐ and morphology‐controlled ZnO nanowalls in prescribed positions on graphene layers. The nanowalls are grown to produce a variety of shapes from simple circles to text at the microscale. The selective growth of high quality ZnO nanowalls is investigated by electron microscopy and optical spectroscopy. The hybrid nanostructure can be exploited to fabricate various nanodevices including microarrays of nanotube LEDs. </P>

경기 일부지역 육용 양돈작업장의 분진 및 내독소 농도

The aim of this study was to evaluate exposure to dust and endotoxin produced while working at swine confinement buildings. The dusts and endotoxin may cause adverse health effects on humans. Fourteen swine farms located at Yong-In, I-Cheon and Yeo-Ju of onggi-do were investigated. Husbandry workers form the farms were requested to wear personal sampler to measure respirable dust levels. Area samplings for total and respirable dust were also conducted at swine confinements buildings by season (summer under window open, winter under window close.) Gravimetric analyses and Limulus Amebocyte Lysate assay for measu- rement of dust level and endotoxin, respectively. The highest geometric mean (GM) concentration of airbome dusts was 7.47mg/㎡ for area respirable dust. and 10.35mg/㎡ for personal respirable dust. For respirable dust levels, seven farmers exceeded level of ACGIH, 3mg/㎥. The highest GM of endo- toxin was 5745.40 EU/㎥ for personal respirable dust. Significantly increased level of total dust (p〈0.001) and endotoxin in area total dust was observe with winter samples compared with those of summer. Area total dust and area respirable dust (r-0.622, p〈0.0001) was very significantly correlated in winter. Swine husbandry worker may have a considerable risk of ill health whenexposed to level of dust or endotoxin demonstrated at this study.

영상의학 진단검사 서비스 이용자의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인

Background : To assess the influencing factors of patients satisfaction on service of diagnostic radiology and to recommend for the improving method of patients satisfaction on service of diagnostic radiology. Methods : We conducted a SERVQUAL questionnaire survey during the period from January 2008 till August 2008. The data was collected from questionnaires filled out by 289 patients visiting at 4 tertiary and 5 secondary hospitals located in Busan Metropolis City. Collected data were analyzed descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis using SAS Win(ver 9.0k) program. Results : The mean score of patient's satisfaction on diagnostic radiology was -0.01±0.50 and empathy as subcategory of SERVQUAL was only positive satisfaction(0.10±0.72). Patient's satisfaction on diagnostic radiology was high in admission experienced group, operation experienced group and medical administration satisfaction group, respectively. Patient's satisfaction on diagnostic radiology was influenced by appointment of diagnostic radiology examination and satisfaction of medical administration. Conclusion : This study show that patient of diagnostic radiology experienced dissatisfaction and the influencing factors of patient's satisfaction on diagnostic radiology were appointment and satisfaction of medical administration. In order to improve patient's satisfaction of diagnostic radiology, more exact appointment system and advanced medical administration support were needed in the hospital organization.

C 의과대학에서 문제강의에 대한 학생들의 직접평가가 강의개선에 미친 영향

연구목적: 팀티칭에 근거한 통합강의는 최근 대부분의 의과대학에서 시행되는 강의형태이다. 그러나 기 존에 사용되고 있는 온라인 강의평가 방식은 이러한 강의 특성에서 나타나는 문제점을 파악하기 힘든 점이 있다. 본 대학에서는 팀티칭에 의한 통합강의에서 문제강의를 직접적으로 파악하는 ‘문제강의 직 접평가지’를 개발하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 새로이 개발된 문제강의 직접평가지가 강의개선에 끼친 영 향력을 알아보고자 하는 것이었다. 연구방법: 2007년 2학기부터 2009년 2학기까지 충북대학교 의과대학 1, 2학년을 대상으로 문제강의 직접평가지에 의한 강의평가를 실시하였다. 평가지 질문 중에서 두 가지 객관식 질문에 대한 답변을 분 석대상으로 선택하였다. 질문은 첫째, ‘가장 유익하고 도움이 많이 되었던 강의들은 무엇입니까?’와 둘 째, ‘가장 어렵거나 이해하기 힘들었던 강의들은 무엇입니까?’였다. 강의평가를 실시한 강좌들 중에서 2 년 이상 연속적으로 강좌구조와 평가지의 객관식 질문 형식이 변하지 않은 14개의 강좌를 분석대상으로 하였다. 각각 연도의 평균 긍정비율을 다른 연도의 것과 카이제곱 검정 방법을 사용하여 비교하였다. 결과: 14개의 강좌 중에서 시작연도와 마침 연도 간에 긍정비율이 증가된 경우는 13개 강좌였다. 그 러나 통계적으로 의미가 있는 경우는 5개 강좌에서 나타났다. 결론: 문제강의 직접평가지에 의한 문제강의를 판별해 내는 방법은 단기간에 통합강좌의 개선에 효과 적이다.

요로조영상에서 요관폐색 및 음영결손을 보인 환자에서의 요관경검사

Purpose: To evaluate the clinical value of ureteroscopy for the ureteral filling defect or obstruction on the excretory or retrograde pyelogram(RGP). Materials and Methods: The 72 patients with filling defect or intrinsic obstruction ureteral lesion on the excretory urogram or RGP underwent ureteroscopy to examine and treat the lesions. We used the 9.5Fr. or 11.5Fr. rigid ureteroscope with 5Fr. working channel. Results: The results were as follows; I. Among the 72 patients, 39 were male and 33were female. The mean age of patient was 45.7 years. 2. Ureteroscopy was successfully performed in 70 cases(97%) out of 72. In 2 cases, the advance of ureteroscope was failed. 3. Among 70 successful cases, ureteroscopy revealed 45 radiolucent stones, 9 ureteral stricture, 2 ureteral TCC. I metastatic tumor, 3 blood clot, each case of ureteral polyp, epithelial hyperplasia and Von-Brunn's nest. In 7 cases, no causative lesions were identified. 4. 41 out of 45 radiolucent stones were successfully removed by ureteroscopic procedure and 9 ureteral strictures were dilated. 6 cases of ureteral mass were successfully biopsied for pathological diagnosis. 5. 23 cases of post-operative or fever were treated conservatively and 10 cases of mucosal tearing and 1 case of ureteral perforation were treated with double-J stent indwelling. Conclusions: The ureteroscopy is effective modality to evaluate and treat in the ureteral filling defect or obstruction on the excretory urogram.

ABSTRACT In accordance with UR agreement at 1994 was agreed by the member countries of GATT, world trade countries as such United States, EU, Canada had tried that Antidumping tariff systems of their own counties had been fit for Agreement on Implementation of Artical VI of GATT 1994. But these trade countries had revised and supplemented Anti-dumping system to the interest of their own countries about rules which has not been specified and ambiguous. Therefore, conflict can be predicted in the case of dumping decision when countries trade goods. As the governing rules of Anti-dumping agreement are different between countries, loss of exporting countries will forsee by damages of fairness and clarity resulted interpretation of their own will. The purposes of this study are as follows. First, the author would like to investigate UR Anti-dumping agreement revised this time, and revision rules of United States, EU. Second, the researcher will compare above three agreements, and analysis difference among their articles. Lastly, suggest countermoves methods of Korea about Anti-dumping instituting.
