특수 콘크리트를 이용한 공원시설 관련 제품에 관한 연구

본 연구는 특수 콘크리트를 사용하여 공원시설 관련 제품을 생산하기 위한 기초 자료를 얻을 목적으로 수행하였다. 현재 국내에서 생산하여 사용되고 있는 공원 관련 시설물을 대상으로 소재에 대한 선호도와 소재의 특성을 우편을 통한 설문 조사를 하였다. 설문의 결과 가장 선호하는 소재는 목재, 인조목, 철금속, 비철금속, 석재 등의 순서로 나타났다. 재료 별 특성은 12개 공원 관련 시설과 7개 시멘트 콘크리트 제품을 대상으로 재료별로 10개 항목에 대한 특성을 조사하여 matrix로 나타내었다. 이렇게 조사된 결과를 토대로 하여 공원 관련 제품 생산을 위한 시험적인 모델로 특수 콘크리트를 사용한 블라드와 콘크리트 판넬의 모형을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to obtain basic information in order to produce of park facility products using by special concrete. This study made a survey of preference and character of the raw materials on park facility products throughout the country by mail questionnaire. As a result, the ranking of preference on raw materials were wood, imitation wood made from cement concrete, steel, and nonferrous metal. Also, the 10 characters of raw material on the 12 items of park facility products and 7 items of cement concrete products investigated and their results showed by matrix. Based on these results we suggest the pilot models of bollard and concrete panel for pedestrian using special concrete.

Ultrasonic wave technology was employed to improve filtration performance and ethanol production in a bioreactor equipped with an internal ceramic-membrane filter module. The filtration performance was found to depend on the power and the pattern of ultrasonic wave irradiation. Under the optimized conditions (irradiation time: 25 sec, period: 5 min, and ultrasonic power: 60 W), the flux was improved with the periodic-pause method by 200-700% compared with the control (with no irradiation), while the improvement was only 30 to 90% without the periodic-pause method. The final ethanol concentration also increased slightly. However, in a more severe condition (irradiation time: 2.5 min, period: 5 min, and ultrasonic power: 110 W), the irradiation of ultrasonic waves was observed to disturb cell integrity and viability, and thus to decrease ethanol production.

The present study aimed to determine the optimum levels of experimental factors that affect electroplating performance, i.e., filling via holes without defects. To this end, the Taguchi experimental design method was employed. The uniformity of plated Cu thickness was selected as the characteristic, and experimental conditions were determined using an orthogonal matrix array with respect to the selected experimental factors. The results were analyzed based on the signal-to-noise ratios acquired from experimental measurements. When the aspect ratio was low, the concentration of a leveler was found to be the determining factor. As the aspect ratio increased, the effect of current density and pulse time became more significant.

A novel micro shock switch with very small size at micro-scales, was designed and fabricated with establishment of simple fabrication protocols, compared to existing recipes so far. The switch is composed of three main parts-the spring, fixed electrode, and movable electrode with additional mass. Main components are made of nickel, which has many benefits for shock switches. Theoretical and experimental investigations were performed to design a shock switch. A system for evaluating performance of the shock switch was set up, and performance tests were conducted, to obtain threshold impact which can be detected, using the fabricated device. The fabricated device was turned on at 670 g in the vertical direction, and had a much faster response time of 0.3 ms, than conventional devices.
UAV를 활용한 농촌지역 비점오염원 야적퇴비 관리상태 및 적재량 변화 모니터링

농촌지역에서 야적퇴비가 비점오염원으로 작용하고 있으나, 정량적으로 분포 및 적재량이 산정되지 않아 야적퇴비가 유실되어 하천 수질에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 지상 LiDAR를 활용하여 UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)의 야적퇴비 데이터를 검증하고, 수동조종 비행으로 UAV를 활용하여 야적퇴비 탐색 및 촬영 후 관리상태 및 적재량 변화를 파악함으로써, 수계에 미치는 영향을 판단하기 위한 기초자료를 확보하고자 한다. 지상 LiDAR를 기준으로 정확도를 비교분석한 결과 DSM(Digital Surface Model)에 대해 약 0.21m 이내의 차이를 보이며 적재량의 정확도는 93.24%로 나타나, UAV 영상을 이용하여 야적퇴비의 적재량을 산출하고 활용하기에 충분하다고 판단된다. UAV를 활용하여 야적퇴비의 관리상태를 확인할 수 있었으며, 총 야적퇴비 적재량은 1,172.16㎥, 1,461.66㎥, 1,350.53㎥순으로 나타나 야적퇴비 적재량 변화를 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 UAV를 활용하여 효율적인 비점오염원 관리에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. In rural areas, composting is a source of non-point pollutants. However, as the quantitative distribution and loading have not been estimated, it is difficult to determine the effect of composting on stream water quality. In this study, composting datum acquired by unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) was verified by using terrestrial LiDAR, and the management status and load change of the composting was investigated by UAV with manual control flight, thereby obtaining the basic data to determine the effect on the water system. As a result of the comparative accuracy assessment based on terrestrial LiDAR, the difference in the digital surface model(DSM) was within 0.21m and the accuracy of the volume was 93.24%. We expect that the accuracy is sufficient to calculate and utilize the composting load acquired by UAV. Thus, the management status of composting can be investigated by UAV. As the total load change of composting were determined to be 1,172.16㎥, 1,461.66㎥, and 1,350.53㎥, respectively, the load change of composting could be confirmed. We expect that the results of this study can contribute to efficient management of non-point source pollution by UAV.

High-Mn (over 24 wt%) austenitic steels recently have been developed with excellent mechanical properties such as highstrength and ductility at very low temperatures for cryogenic application. Especially, cold-rolling process is and effectivemethod to increased yield and tensile strength of high-Mn steel when making products. In our previous work, we haveinvestigated the correlation between microstructure and mechanical properties due to recrystallization without consideringthe characteristics of the cold-rolling direction of high-Mn steels.In this study, we evaluated the effects of anisotropicbehaviors on the heat treatment of cold-rolling high-Mn steels. Despite the heat treatment, differences between transverseand longitudinal direction in the cold-rolled conditions generally affected the recrystallized microstructure. Such anisotropicbehaviors caused changes in mechanical properties such as tensile and Charpy impact test, as microstructure along coldrollingdirection.
