본고는 한류 드라마를 중국 시청자들에게 호응을 이끌어냈던 제1기, 패턴의 반복과 민족주의적인 요소로 인한 反한류가 형성이 되었던 제2기, 《별에서 온 그대》를 통한 ‘新韓流’가 일기 시작한 제3기 과정에 요인을 분석하였다. 중국 내 새로운 소재와 스타일로 한류를 형성했지만, 한류는 자기 복제와 민족주의적 성향의 표면화로 인해 중국 시청자들에게 비판의 대상으로 떠올랐다. 한류는 하나의 문화 현상이며, 한국은 지금껏 누려보지 못한 문화콘텐츠 대국으로서의 권력을 유지시킬 방법에 대한 성찰이 부족했다고 할 수 있다. 한류에 대한 자만심과 문화 패권주의적인 성향은 중국내에서 강한 반발에 부딪치게 되었으며, 이러한 반발에 대한 대처 역시 미진하였다고 할 수 있다. 한류드라마가 일부 매니아 층을 중심으로 한 문화 콘텐츠화로 고착될 무렵에 장르 파과적인《별에서 온 그대》는 중국내 총 16억 뷰라는 기록을 세우며 새로운 한류의 시기를 맞이하게 되었다. 이러한 새로운 중흥기를 맞이한 한류가 향후 취해야할 태도와 방향성은 단순한 문화콘텐츠의 수출이라는 측면을 넘어서 한중 양국 간의 민간외교의 첨병이 라는 측면에서 함께 고민해야할 문제라고 사료된다. This paper presents an analysis of the causes behind the "korean wave"and "anti-korean wave"phenomenon in China. The previous researches on the "korean wave"focused on its spread and utilization plans with an emphasis only on its positive aspects, but there is now a need to analyze the causes of an emerging cultural phenomenon called "anti-korean wave"in china and come up with measures to deal with it. As for "clutural causes", the "controversy over the cultural origin"between South Korea and China seem to have fueled the "anti-korean wave". The "media causes"mainly include "the stimuli from the press media including the internet". Those findings suggest that the "anti-korean wave"phenomenon seems to have a complex structure formed in the interactions between the governments' policies and the the media's roles on the top of the historical and cultural backgrounds rather than the simple resistance against the "Korean wave"among the Chinese people. Since Korean series "My love from the stars"is broadcasted, it has once again triggered the "korean wave"in China. The successful reasons of the series are extensive, but its combination of types is one of the most important reasons for the great success. From the success of the series, we can see the series with single element already unable to satisfy audience's demands. To Chinese television professionals the success of korean entertainments brings not only pressure and challenges, but also some enlightenment.

In the 21st century, the enhanced quality of life and rapid changes of healthcare facilities cause the perceptual changes on health. It means the conceptual changes on healthcare service form the technical, functional levels of medical treatment to the total healthcare satisfying the basic human needs. In other words, women's changing medical needs are also changing due to the expanded Women's life expectancy and the improved quality of life stressing the shift in health management service. Women's healthcare services are now implementing the marketing concept such as user input, use of color, furniture, and high quality material & furniture, etc. It differentiates healthcare based on the Women's life cycle from the traditional treatment-oriented medical service. Recently, Korean Women's hospitals are mostly small/mid size tower on podium types maximizing the urban land use. They are different from traditional OB/GYN or general hospital and are providing specialized and integrated services in response to the various Women's disease. Also, Women's hospitals are currently expanding the patients' boundaries from pregnant women to the entire strata and lifespan of women and are changing toward the non-institutional image with comfortable environment where they may visit during their lifespan. In sum, Women's hospitals are required to provide the total care serviceswith the state of art medical technology and service responding Women's medical as well as psychological, social, cultural needs. In order words, they must include the services such as preventive primary health management, pre-natal, delivery, post-natal care and the low-income women must be easily accessible to the services. Also, the medical supporting system to maintain the maternal & infant health and network to public institutions must be built up.

The purpose of this study is to classify syntactic features and pragmatic functions in rhetorical questions and to provide learners who study Chinese as a second language with more accurate utilization guidelines in learning rhetorical question patterns. Rhetorical questions mean sentence patterns conveying the opposite meaning of what character symbols indicate. While it is a kind of question sentence, it does not ask for information but is intended to convey a speaker's attitude or opinion. The scope of this study includes only wh-questions in rhetorical questions. This study started from the belief that even if rhetorical questions use question patterns they have their own syntactic structure. Furthermore, this study focuses on the discussion that the pragmatic functions of rhetorical questions can be more segmented, not limited to emphatic meaning. This study is indented to analyze the syntactic features of rhetorical questions with them classified into lexical factors and intended destruction of syntactic rules. Also, various pragmatic functions in rhetorical questions are classified into function as modality markedness and anaphora and analyzed to newly classify pragmatic functions.
