      • 光州 同福水源池의 富營養化 현상과 Photoplankton의 계절적 발생에 관한 연구

        Eutrophication in the Lake Dongbock used as a source of water to Gwangju city was studied to examine the concentration of nutrients and distribution of phytoplanktons. Water sample was collected at 3 positions; surface water of influent area, lake center and pumping station from 18. May 1978 to 18. February 1980. A summary of the experimental results is shown as follows. (1) The phytoplankton identification in this investigation showed Cyanophyceae is 7 genera 8 species, Bacillariophyceae 16 genera 26 species and Chlorphyceae 16 genera 26 species; Total 39 genera 60 species. (2) To appear a dominated alge was Synedra, Melosira, Asterionella, Navicula, Gloecystis, Golenkia and Microcystis. (3) In the remarkly dominated specis of seasonal welfare s.p 1 and s.p 2, Synedra, Melosira, Asterionella and Gloecystis in spring- (May), and Microcystis, Aphanacapsa, Syrndra and Melosira in summer (Aug) occur the great deal of quantity, and is inclined to decrease in Autumn and Winter. (4) The concentration of nutrients for nitrogen and phosphorous was 1.124㎎/l and 0.775㎎/l. Because Melosira, Asterionella, Scenedesmus and Anabaena is occuring, it proved to be Eutrophic Lake. (5) As appearing indication of α and β mesosaprobic system; Anabaena, Microcystis, Oscillatoria, Melosira, Scnedesmus, Navicula and Antictrodesmus, the Lake Dong-bock continues to be a pollution.

        This study is to find the lot sizing technique based on demand pattern in the distribution system. In general, the lot sizing techniques used in the distribution system is the same as the methods of MBP system. This couldn't be applied at the distribution system because of very complicate and manager's lack of understand. The lot sizing techniques used for analyzing and emphasizing productivity in this study are compared with EOQ, LFL, POQ, LTC and PPB.

        What are the benefits of the ascetic method developed by Mr.Toigoi? We used the books Hwalin Shimbang, Dosan Chon Suh, and Toigoi Chon Suh, as our main research materials. We researched Mr. Toigoi's views on about health and leisure. If the ascetic method is worthwhile as a modern physical exercise, we would like to use it as a method for health promotion withn the school exercise programs. The results of our research are as follows.' 1. Mr. Toigoi studied about the profound benefits of regular physical exercise. 2. He used the ascetic method as an exercise that employed the use of both the breath and stance of exercise participants. 3. He used the ascetic method as an exercise that promoted long term good health. 4. He expected the effect of the exercise through the ascetic method to strengthen not only the flexibility of a body but also the system of blood vessels by repetition of the exercises which would create a sudden flush within the vessels.

      • 구멍밤고둥, Chlorostoma argrostoma turbinata의 생식주기에 관한 연구

        Reproductive cycle of the top shell, Chlorostoma argrostoma turbimta was investigated histologically to know it's gonadal development using gonadosomatic index(GS1). Samples were collected at the coastal area of Hamdok in Cheju-Do from Nobember, 1994 to September, 1995. 1. Chlorostoma argrostoma turbinata appeared to be dioecious, and neither sex reversal nor hermaphrodi-tic. The sex ratio was approximately 1:1. 2. The gonad was located on the surface of the liver in the posterior spiral meat part of the shell. 3. In male and female. GSI began to increase from April when water temperature began to increase and reached it's maximum value in August. It began to decrease September thereafter, maintained relatively low value until January. 4. The annual reproductive cycle of this species could be classified into five successive developmental stage ; multiplication stasge, growing stage, mature stage, spent stage, degenerative and recovery stage. 5. In male and female, spawning time were from March to December but, main spawing time were September.

      • 臨床 可檢物에서 分離된 葡萄球菌의 抗生劑 感受性

        황색 포도구균 147주와 coagulase음성 포도구균 53주를 methicillin을 비롯한 9가지 항생제에 대해 원판 확산법과 한천 평판 희석법 양자로 감수성 시험을 시행하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. Methicillin-내성 황색 포도구균은 공시 균주 중 20.4∼26.5%에 해당하였으며, cefazolin 내성은 19.0∼21.8%, cefamandole 내성은 3.4∼6.1%, cefuroxime내성은 18.4∼20.4%, cefoxitin 내성은 19.7∼21.8%, cefotaxime 내성은 19.7∼20.4%, penicillin-G내성은 90.5∼95.2%, vancomycin 내성은 0%, moxalactam 내성은 22.4∼22.4%이었다. Methicillin-내성 coagulase음성 포도구균은 공시 균주 중 20.8∼17.0%에 해당하였으며, cefazolin내성은 3.8∼5.7%, cefamandole 내성은 3.8∼5.7%, cefuroxime내성은 5.7∼3.8%, cefoxitin내성은 7.6∼7.6%, cefotaxime내성은 5.7∼3.8%, penicilin-G 내성은 90.6∼88.7%, vancomycin내성은 0% 그리고 moxalactam내성은 9.4∼20.8%이었다. Methicillin-내성 황색 포도구균은 항생제에 대한 약제 내성의 거의 전부에 걸쳐 있었으며, 다약제 내성이 42주(28.6%)이었다. The susceptibility pattern of 200 strains of Staphylococci isolated from clinical specimens (pus, blood and urine etc) were analyzed with disc diffusion and agar plate dilution method. The pus was the most frequent specimen from which Staphylococcus aureus was isolated, and the blood from which coagulase-negative Saphylococci was isolated. Staphylococcus aureus was methicillin-resistant as 26.5% (agar plate dilution metpod) 20.4% (disc diffusion method) (MIC50, 2㎍/㎖ MIC90, 128㎍/㎖) and showed mostly multiple-antibiotic-resistance. Coagulase-negative Staphylococci was methicillin-resistant as 20.8% (agar plate dilution method) and 17.0% (disc diffusion method) (MIC50, 2㎍/㎖ MIC90, 128㎍/㎖) and showed multiple-antibiotic resistance in part. Both Staphylococcus aureus and coagulase-negative Staphylococci were susceptible completely against vancomycin.

        W치환 2205 이상 스테인리스강의 크리프 특성 평가에 관한 연구

        22Cr-5Ni 2상 스테인리스강의 합금원소 중 몰리브덴(Mo) 원소를 텅스텐(W)으로 치환하여 크리프거동에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 크리프시험은 600℃와 650℃의 온도에서 실시하였다. 650℃ 크리프 시에는 취약한 금속간화합물인 σ상이 석출하였으며 이것은 크리프수명을 급격히 감소시키는 역할을 하였다. Mo에 대한 W원소의 치환은 일반적으로 σ상의 석출을 지연시킨다고 알려져 있으나, 2wt.%까지 W 치환을 실시한 본 연구범위에서는 크리프 수명 및 최소 크리프속도에 뚜렷한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 크리프손상의 정도를 평가하기 위하여 크리프시편에 대한 초음파검사를 실시하였다. 크리프온도 600℃에서는 크리프시편의 수명이 증가함에 따라 음속이 비례적으로 증가하였으나 650℃에서는 반대로 감소하였다. The effect of the substitution of Tungsten(W) for Molybdenum(Mo) on the creep behaviour of 22Cr-5Ni duplex stainless steel(DSS) has been investigated. Creep tests were carried out at 600℃ and 650℃. Intermetallic σ phase is precipitated during creep at 650℃, at which creep rupture time was much lower compared with at 600℃. The substitution of W for MO in the duplex stainless steel was known to retard the formation of σ phase. Minimum creep rate and creep rupture time, however, were hardly influenced by the substitution of 2wt.% W. An ultrasonic measurement for the creep specimens has been carried out for the evaluation of creep damage. The sound velocity increases propotionally with the increase of creep rupture time at 600℃ of creep temperature. On the contrary, the sound velocity decreases with the increase of rupture time at 650℃, which can be correlated with the microstructural evolution during creep.

      • 영산호의 수질오염에 관한 조사연구

        Water quality of Youngan Lake was Examined for 6months 6months from Jun 30, 1990 to Nov, 1990. For checking the water quality 9 sampling positions were selected. The results we obtained are as follow. 1. The average for Yongsan Lake was 6.6 ∼ 8.3 of pH, 22.0 ∼ 23 of water temp. 1.4 ∼ 8.2 ㎎/㎣ of chlorophy1-a, 44.0 ∼ 345.2 ㎎/1 of C1^(-). 2. The phytoplanton identification in this survey period showed cyanophyceae 11 genera 14 species, Bacillariophyceae 27 genera 72 species and chlorophyceae 16 genera 29 species ; Total 54 genera 115 species. 3. To appear dominat algea there were Anabeana sp. Anacystis aeruginosa, Lyngbya contorta, Actinastrum hantzschii dar, fluviatile, Dictyosphaerium pulchellum, Melosira granulta, M. granulata var. angustissima.

      • 榮山江의 水質汚染에 관한 연구

        Water quality of Yeong San River was examined for 3 months from October 1. 1980 to December 1. 1980. For checking the water quality, 6 sampling positions were selected. The results we obtained are as follows. 1. The average for Yeong San River was 6.9∼7.6 of pH, 0.2∼7.3 ppm of Biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), 9∼236 ppm of Suspended solid (SS), 3.04∼1.59.26. ppm of Total Phosphate, 0.7∼24.62 ppm of Total. Nitrogen. 2. The phytoplankton identification in this survey period showed Cyanophyceae is 7 genera 9 species, Bacillariophyceae 14 genera 25 species and Chlorphyceae 21 genera 26 species: total 42 genera 60 species. 3. The results of biological water analysis were as follows: st. 1 was α msosaprobic and st.2 seemed to be oligosaprobic. St.3 was from α-mesosaprobicto β-mesosaprobic and st. 4 seemed to be β-mesosaprobic. St.5 was from β-mesosaprobic to oligosaprobic and st.6 seemed to be β-mesosaprobic. 4. To appear dominat algea there were Microcyctis, oscillatoria, Anabaena, Melosira, Nitzschia and Synedra.

      • Austenite Stainless鋼의 高溫强度및 破壞擧動에 관한 硏究(Ⅰ) : Creep 强度와 破壞擧動에 관하여 Creep Strength and Fracture Behavior

        Austenite stainless steel 년 316 has heat treated to austenite structure by heating at 1100℃ for 1hr and suddenly cooling. These specimens has been dealed with aging treatment at 700℃ for 0hr, 2hr, 10hr, and 100hr separately, and then conducted by creep test on the uniaxial state of stress in atmosphere of 600℃. The experimental results are obtained as follows. 1) Creep rupture stain rate has increased by the increasing of aging time. 2) Creep rupture time have had large affect of aging time comparing with 0hr aging specimen and increased by 20%, 40%, and 60% separately for 2hr, 10hr, and 100hr aging specimen. The empirical formulas of creep rupture time "t" as follows. (aging time are in parenthesis) t?=2.297×10? t?=8.810×10? t?=2.951×10? t?=1.178×10? 3) Creep constant "n" has increased, "k" decreased and creep limit increased by increasing the aging time. Then creep strain rate has decreased and increased by increasing the aging time and stress. The empirical formulas as follows. ε?=3.326×10? ε?=1.905×10? ε?=1.347×10? ε?=3.465×10? 4) The creep strain rate multiplied by creep rupture time has constant value according to property of material and belongs to the range of parallel line at logarithmic graph paper. 5) Hardness has increased by the increasing of aging time and intergranular hardness is higher than transgranular hardness. 6) The micro cracks occur from wedge crack and cavitation crack at grain boundary and exist at the surface of specimen and the surface of longitudnal section. 7) High stress and aging specimens have mostly wedge crack. Low stress and nonaging specimens have mostly cavitation crack. 8) Rupture surface of higher stress has shearing fracture of about 45° inclination, and has tendency of fracture by directing perpendicular to the axis for decreasing creep stress and also has same phenomenon for occurrence and propagation of crack.

      • 도금사업장의 작업환경의 유해인자 노출수준에 관한 연구

        Objective : For the purpose of preparing the fundamental data and assessing the status of exposure level of chemical substances and physical agents. Methods and Material : Such as noise, two types of dust, four types of metals, seventeen types of organic solvents, and four types of other materials classified by specific chemical substances in 21 metal product plating factories classified by 28 processes. The author determined exposure level on those hazardous materials from Jan. to Dec. 2001. Results : The results were as follows: 1. The exposure level for noise was exceeded to Threshold Limit Value(TLV) in the process of 6 cases of Machining, 5 and 4 cases of pre and post-buffing, and 6 cases of waterdrop-removing, the mean noise level of all of processes was not exceeded to compliance level. 2. The exposure level for dust was not exceeded to TLV at all. 3. The exposure level for Chromium(Cr) was exceeded to TLV in Chromium plating process, metal exposure level including Zinc(Zn), Manganese(Mn), and Lead(Pb) was not exceeded to TLV. 4. The exposure level of toluene in case of organic solvents was exceeded to TLV in 1 case of finishing/cleaning, coating/developing process, respectively. 5. The exposure level of four types of other materials classified by specific chemical substances were not exceeded to TLV. 6. The exposure level for dust and metal including Zn, Mn, and Pb was decreased in comparison with two results of air monitoring performed. There was no difference of the exposure level for Cr, noise, and four types of other materials classified by specific chemical substances, and the exposure level for organic solvents was slightly increased. 7. The exposure level for noise in factories employing more than 21 workers was higher than that for noise in foadtories employing less than 20 workers. The more workers, the lower exposure level in metal including Zn, Mn. The exposure level for Cr was increasing in factories employing more than 51 workers, and the more workers the lower exposure level in organic solvents. Conclusion : According to above results, this study suggests positive work environment managements in processes exceeding exposure limit value as well as continuously consecutive work environment management in processes not exceeding exposure limit value and revealing no chronological difference of exposure level should be needed.
