        This study was carried out to investigate the characteristics of emergent patients and to contribute the efficient management of emergency medical services in a secondary hospital. The subjects were 16,780 patients visiting the emergency room of a 130-bed local hospital located in Ansung, Kyunggi province during recent one year. The results were as follows: 1. While the highest urgent patients by age groups were over 60 years(9.3%) and 50 - 59 years(4.5%) in order, the highest emergent patients in male(3.2% and 3.3%) were significantly higher than in female(2.4% and 2.2%)(p<0.001). 2. The most frequent arrival time of urgent and emergent patients were on 11 p.m. - 3 a.m. and on 4 a.m. - 8 a.m., respectiverly. 3. The rates of urgent patients by causes of diseases were predominant in traffic accident (10.3%) and in other injury(6.0%), and those of emergent patients were in other injury (9.7%) and in traffic accident(7.1%). 4.The rates of urgent and emergent patients were significant higher in transfer-in patients(22.1% and 25.0%) than in direct visiting patients(both 2.3%)(p<0.001). 5. The rates of urgent and emergent patients among the visiting patients were 2.9% and 2.8%. Consequently, there were insufficient and inappropriate roles and functions of this emergency room. Therefore, further studies for the evaluation of emergency medical service system, roles and functions in emergency room for local hospitals would be recommended.

      • 열화콘크리트 폐기물의 재생시멘트 활용방안에 관한 기초적 연구

        The purpose of this study is development of technique to use cementitious powder as recycle cement produced from deteriorated Concrete waste which has a large quantity of calcium carbonate. Therefore, after having theoretical consideration based on the properties of high-heated concrete and concerning about neutralization of Concrete, we analysis chemical properties of ingredients of cementitious powder. After making origin cement paste, then processing the accelarated carbonation, we consider the properties of hydration and chemical properties of cementitious powder under various temperature conditions. As a result of the thermal analysis, the CaCO₃content of cementitious powder would affect decision of heat temperature to recover its hydrated ability because CaCO₃content is increased when neutralization is progressed. And as a result of XRD analysis, in case of origin powder of non-neutralized paste, CaO peak is found at 700℃. but, heat temperature to generate CaO would increase when the content of neutralized ingredients is increased. Finally, recycle cement heated at 700℃ shows the best compressive strength when the content of neutralized ingredients in recycle cement is less then 50%. However, it would be quite difficult to manage quality of recycle cement according to recycling points of various concrete waste.

      • 多收性도토리의 遺傳資源과 優良種의 選拔에 관한 硏究

        상수리나무, 굴참나무, 졸참나무, 갈참나무, 신갈나무 및 떡갈나무를 중심으로 우수한 형질을 나타내는 48개체 중 선발된 수종의 형질 특성을 농촌진흥청 원예시험장 과수조사 기준에 따라 果樹化를 위한 주요 형질인 葉長, 葉幅, 新梢長, 節間數, 新梢莖, 果重, 과종경, 과횡경 및 熱期를 각 지역별로 조사한 결과를 요약한다. 가. 선발 1년차 1. 굴참나무의 개체선발 결과 평균 흉고직경이 21㎝, 수고10m, 수관폭 4m 정도이고 수령은 20-25년생으로 그 중 우량종으로 개체선발된 굴참나무는 흉고직경 23㎝, 수고 12m, 수령 25년생이었으며, 떡갈나무는 평균 흉고직경 20㎝, 수고 8-9m, 수관폭 4m, 수령 20년생으로 그 중 우량종으로 개체선발된 떡갈나무는 흉고직경 20㎝, 수고 8m, 수령 20년생으로 수간이 곧고 수관폭이 4m 정도였다. 2. 졸참나무는 평균 흉고직경 25㎝, 수고 13m, 수관폭 4m, 수령 25년생 정도로 그 중 우량종은 흉고직경 25㎝, 수고 10m, 수령 20년생으로 수간이 곧고 수관의 폭은 5m였다. 3. 농가 탐문조사에 의한 개체선발 결과 우수종의 신초장 생육은 함양선발종Ha-6, 7, 14호가 가장 크게 신장했고, 잎의 형태는 수종별로 다양한 것으로 나타났으며, 종실의 무게는 산청선발종S-2, 9호가 7.2g과 5.7g으로 가장 무거운 것으로 나타났고, 종실의 형태는 난형, 장타원형 등 수종에 따라 다양하였다. 나. 선발 2년차 1. 상수리나무의 과중이 무겁고, 졸참나무류의 과종경이 횡경에 비해 길었으며 다수종의 평균 과중은 3.1g이고 과종경은 평균 20.4㎜인 것으로 나타났다. 2. 평균 과중이 무거운 종은 산청선발종S-2, 9호등이고, 가벼운 종은 함양선발종H-7, 19호등이며, 숙기 조사 결과 함양선발종H-4, 진주금곡면수집종JS-1, 구례종G-1 등이 조생종이고 함양종H-10, 산청종S-7, 합천종Ha-1 등은 중생종, 함양종H-7, 산청종S-3, 산청생비락면종SS-0 등은 만생종이었다. To improve the genetic resources of acorn, we selected some genetically desirable ones among a population of acorn trees. The survey sites for this study were natural forests where mother trees were growing, and where their genetic characteristics were developed through natural selection. According to the standard list of elite tree collection, 6 species(48 individual Fagaceae trees) were selected, among which 21 were in their 1st year and 27 in their 2nd year. The extension of shoot length was longest in Hamyang line(H-6, H-7 and H-14). The weight of acorn was heavier than others in Sancbung line(Sa-2 and Sa-9), and the acorn type was ovate and oblong. The average weight of individual acorn was 3.1g and its average diameter was 20.4㎜. With respect to fruit maturing period, H-4 of Hamyang variety, CK-1 of Kumgok line and G-1 of Gurye line were precocious species; H-10 of Hamyang line, Sa-7 of Sancbung line and WH-1 of Hapcbun line were intermediate ripening species; H-7 of Hamyang line, Sa-3 of Sancbung line and Ss-0 of Sangbirak line were late ripening species.

      • 벤젠系 溶媒를 利用한 廢 EPS 도막 防水材 開發에 관한 基礎的 硏究

        This study is to investigate whether the solution which EPS Waste is melted by Toluene and Xylene in has the feasibilities as the water proofing materials. The tests with the times of absorption, permeability, bond strength, tensile strength in accordance with times of application and the rate of solution were performed and analyzed. In conclusion, the suitable soluble rate of EPS Waste is 50% and the best times of application is 3 times when it was compared with the existing waterproofing materials. there were no differences in the quality, so it has potential feasibilities to be used as waterproofing materials in the field in the futures.

LMS algorithm used to estimate of the error-surface gradient to update the filter coefficient.

        This paper presents approach to the adaptive control of nonminimum-phase continuoustime systems. The usual model reference adaptive control methods cannot be applied to nonminimum-phase systems, because unstable pole-zero cancellations cannot be avoided. In this paper, it is shown that pole-zero cancellations can he avoided by using approximate inverse systems. The least square approximation is used to find these approximate inverse systems.

        This paper presents an efficient method which can approximate unknow systems using Laguerre models. This method is to approximate system from only input-output information, which can exclude additional procedure for system description. and thus reduce the required computational burden. The proposed method has the advantage that an unknown system can be modelled without structural knowledge and assumption about the true model order and time delay.

There were no differences in the quality, so it has potential feasibilities to be used as waterproofing materials in the field in the futures. 최근 구조물의 안전성에 대한 관심이 사회적으로 부각되면서 콘크리트 구조물에 대한 내구성 문제가 중요시되고 있다. 특히 구조물 에서의 누수가 콘크리트의 성능저하 및 수명단축의 중요 요인으로 작용함에 따라 이를 방지하기 위한 연구의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 그리고, Poly-Styrene 수지를 발포하여 제작된 EPS(Expanded Poly-Styrene)는 열과 냉기의 침입에 대한 차단효과가 높고 성형성 이 우수하여 각종 제품의 제조에 널리 사용되고 있다. 산업의 발달과 더불어 EPS의 수요가 계속해서 증가함에 따라 폐 EPS의 발생량도 점차 증가하는 추세에 있다. 그러나, 폐EPS는 부피가 크고 난분해성 복합재료로서 매립이 곤란하고 소각 시 유독가스가 발생하므로 환경보호와 에너지 절약 면에서 다양한 재활용 기술 개발이 요구된다. 따라서, 본 연구는 벤젠계 용매인 Toluene과 Xylene에 폐 EPS 수지를 용해시켜 그 용해물의 방수실험을 통해 방수성능을 평가하였다. 그 결과를 토대로 폐 EPS 수지를 재활용 하는 방안으로 방수재 개발에 관한 기초적 자료를 제공하는 것을 본 연구의 목적으로 하였다.
