      • 소나무 수관층의 영급별 <TEX>$CO_2/non-CO_2$</TEX> 연소 배출가스 분석

        2012년 11월 카타르 도하에서 열린 유엔 기후변화 당사국총회 COP18 장관급회의에서는 올해 말 그 시한이 종료되는 도쿄의정서를 대신할 `도하합의`를 도출하였다. 2020년까지 교토의정서를 연장하고, 모든 선진국과 개발도상국이 같이 적용받는 구속력 있는 온실가스 감축안을 2015년까지 만들기 위한 기반을 조성하자는 내용이 주요골자이다. 그간 우리나라는 2010년을 기준으로 세계 이산화탄소 배출량의 1.7%를 차지하고 세계에서 8번째로 이산화탄소를 많이 배출하는 국가가 되었다. 이에 2015년 합의될 온실가스 규제에서 우리도 상당부분 배출량감소를 요구받을 전망이다. 온실가스를 발생시키는 다양한 경로 중의 하나는 산불발생으로 생성되는 산림의 바이오매스 연소이다. 교토의정서 이후 각국은 산불발생으로 인해 유발되는 온실가스인 이산화탄소와 비이산화탄소의 정량적이고 과학적인 방법을 연구개발하고 있다. IPCC(International Panel on Climate Change)는 접근방법과 기본자료를 이용하여 배출량을 분석하는 수준1과, 국가고유활동 자료나 배출계수를 이용하여 배출량을 분석하는 수준 2, 국가 고유자료와 방법 모두를 이용하는 수준3을 제시하는데 우리나라도 수준 2나 3의 단계로 진입하는 다각도의 노력을 벌이고 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 고유 배출계수 개발을 위해, 수관화의 위험이 높은 소나무의 바이오매스 연소에 따른 <TEX>$CO_2/non-CO_2$</TEX> 배출량을 정량적으로 추정하기 위한 작업의 하나로 이루어졌다. 실험방법은 삼척소재 소나무를 대상으로 영급별로 생엽과 굵기 10mm이하의 가지를 채취하여 콘칼로리미터와 NDIR분석기로 연소 시 배출되는 <TEX>$CO_2$</TEX>, CO, NO, <TEX>$CH_4$</TEX>, <TEX>$N_2O$</TEX>의 배출량을 분석하였다. 실험조건은 <TEX>$10cm{\times}10cm{\times}5cm$</TEX>의 방형틀을 채우는 생엽과 가지부분을 건조기에 건조하여 더 이상 중량변화가 없을 때까지 실험하여 얻은 값을 사용하였으며, 결과값은 3회 측정한 평균값이다.

      • 최남선역『自助論』 - 中村正直譯, 畔上賢造譯과의 관련성에 관해서 -

        This paper investigates on the relationship between Japanese translation of Self-Help(1866) written by Samuel Smiles and Korean translation of Zazoron(1918), written by NamSun Choi. The investigation is summarized below. First, there are two translated version of Self-Help in Meiji era. One is the Saigokurissihen(1870, 1877) written by Nakamura Masanao, a famous enlightenment thinker in the Meiji period and the other is the Zizoron(1906) written by Azegami Kenzo. It was discovered that Choi has adopted his terms from Azegami’s more than from Nakamura’s second version, as a consequence in comparison with the three versions. In fact, the year of publication Zizoron is more close to that of Zazoron, and that Zizoron was designed as a book for understanding and thus it was not necessary to use difficult terms. These are the reasons why Choi adopted his words from Azegami’s version more than from Nakamura’s. Secondly, research found that Choi adopted his terms from Nakamura’s which were explained in detail, for instance, 木乃伊埃及ニテ昔時死骸ノ中ニ香料ヲ満テ塗リ乾カシテソノ腐敗ヲ防ゲルモノナリ, even if it was older version in Japan. I inferred that Choi took Nakamura’s descriptive words as they were easy to be understandable and there were no modern dictionaries at that time. After all, it is interesting to observe that Nakamura’s original idea, for instance, 畫布 and 勞作, is used in modern Korean. It shows us that the two words taken from Nakamura’s have maintained the same meaning in Korean language up to the present day, through the modern era.

        최남선역 「ABC契」의 한자번역어考: 신한어의 수용과 창출.

        This paper investigates on the adopted words of ABCge(ABC契, 1909) by Nam-Seon Choi from Japanese versions. And also it observes Choi's original idea as a consequence in comparison with the examinations of survey data. The achievement of the research is same as the following. According to the comparison between ABCkumiai(ABC組合, 1902) by Hoitsuan Hara and ABCge(ABC契, 1909) by Nam-Seon Choi, Choi had words that could be regarded as Shinkango(新漢語, words created at Meiji era to express new conceptional words from West), for example, ‘individual(個人), communist(共産黨), terrorism(恐嚇), republic(共和), nationality(國粹), power(權力), right(權利), idea(理想), civilized(文明人), democracy(民主政治), thinker(思想家), patriot(愛國者), savage(野蠻), barbarism(野蠻人), duty(義務), forward march(前進), principle(主義), necessity(必要)'. These words can be said the result of progressive attitude for accepting new cultural concept from Western. On the other hand, 'cafe(茶館), cartridge(彈丸包)’ is thought to be Choi's newly coined words. Also, hakge(學藝) and minzu(民主), part of Choi's plural words, are transitional words to express West's 'science' and 'Republic'.

        만성 Babesia 감염견에서의 Diminazene Aceturate의 반복투여에 따른 혈액학 및 혈액화학적 변화

        Effects of repeated administration of diminazene aceturate (Hoechst Veterin r GmbH. Ger- many) that has been introduced as effective compound against Babesiosis and trppanosomiasis were investigated in dogs experimentally infacted with Babesia gibsoni. Adull mongrel dogs of both sexes were inoculated will nonpreserved infected blood and then maintained chronic anemia. A single dose of diminazene aceturate of 7mg/kg b.w. was administrated intramnuscularIy on day 7.1 arid ,7. Clin- ical and hcmatological findings following inoculation and medication were observed and 7enlm bio chemical analysis also was monitored. Parasitemia was detected between 3 and 6 days after inoculation. The rate of parasitized erythrocytes,1 in peripheral blood reached the peak on the 13th day and was maintained the percentage of 0.1 to 1.0 until the medication of diminazene aceturate. RBC was significantly (p<0.01) decreased on the 3rd day and then kept on decreasing. The lowest value was observed on the 16th day. WBC remained generally within normal ranges. PCV revea1ed the sig-nificant (p<0.01) decrease within the range of 24-27% and platelet was significantly (p<0.05) decreased during the period. Senum chemical values (ALT, AST. total bilirubin. LDH BUN, area- tinine, total protein. albumin and glucose) were within normal ranges during the experimental period. Serum CPK values were significantly (p<0.01) increased on the 3rd day. There was no clinically, sig-nificant difference in a single dose of diminazene aceturate of 7 mg/kg b.w. But the administration of diminazene aceturate of 14 mg/kg b.w. revealed vomiting and anorexia and one dog died in 30 hours after administration. The administration of 14mg/kg b.w. resulted in vomiting, salivation, actor- exia, tremor of head and involuntary movement and one dog died in 27 hours after administration. WBC, RBC, PCV and Platelet values were no significant difference and hematological findings revealed persistent anemia and thrombocytopenia during chronic anemia after inoculation. AST activity its was significantly (p<0.01) increased 11\\`from 3 days after medication and AST activity was on the same trend. Serum CPK activity revealed significant (p<0.01) increase within 6 hors)\\`s after every administration and decreased in 48 howl·s after administration.
