결찰 유도 치주염 마우스 모델에서 치조골 소실에 대한 노니의 효능

건강 보조 식품으로 흔히 사용되는 노니는 항산화 및 항염증 효과가 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 항산화 및 항염증의 효과가 있는 노니가 만성 염증성 질환인 치주염에 대한 효과를 조사하고자 하였다. 마우스 상악 제2대구치를 6-0 봉합사로 결찰하여 치주염을 유도하였으며, 10% 노니 주스 (NFJ, 10% NFJ) 와 20% NFJ를 14일 동안 경구투여하였다. 치조골 소실과 치은상피 조직병리를 확인하기 위해 미세단층촬영 (Micro-computed tomography; Micro-CT)과 Masson trichrome 염색을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 20% NFJ군에서 치조골 소실 및 치은 상피 염증이 억제됨을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 NFJ 투여가 치주염을예방하는 데에 효과가 있음을 시사한다.

소아 청소년 환자에서 발생한 269개의 구강 악안면 영역 낭 : 10년간의 후향적 임상 연구

This study aimed to identify the characteristics of jaw cysts among children and adolescents treated at the Kyung Hee University Dental Hospital from 2005 to 2015. A retrospective observational study was conducted of 269 jaw cysts diagnosed in 253 patients. The following variables were recorded: gender, age, prevalence and location of lesions, clinical symptoms and treatment. Statistical analyses were performed using the SPSS (version 20.0). Our results suggest that the cysts are slightly more prevalent in males. Cystic lesions of the jaws in children are predominantly odontogenic and developmental in origin. Dentigerous cysts predominate in developmental cysts and the most frequent diagnosis is radicular cysts in inflammation cysts. The most common location of the cysts is in the mandible, particularly the lower molar region. In numerous cases, the patients have no clinical symptoms. Most cysts were surgically enucleated with tooth extraction. Furthermore, our findings demonstrate that the characteristics of jaw cysts in children are distinctive and differ in several respects from the corresponding distribution of jaw cysts in adult population. Therefore, knowledge of the clinical, radiological and histopathological behavior of jaw cysts and periodic radiographic examination are key factors for early diagnosis and adequate treatment of jaw cysts in children. 낭은 액체 또는 반유동성 액체를 함유하는 상피세포층으로 둘러싸인 공동이다. 낭은 모든 연령대에서 진단될 수 있으나, 소아 청소년 환자는 성인들과 다른 병소의 종류와 양상을 보일 수 있으며, 후속 영구치가 발육 중이므로 치료법도 다를 수 있다. 본 연구는 2005년 1월부터 2015년 3월까지 최근 10년간 경희대학교 치과병원을 내원한 19세까지의 소아 청소년환자 중임상적, 방사선학적 및 조직학적으로 낭으로 확진된 253명의 환자들을 분석하였다. 그 결과 낭은 남아 142명(56.1%)에서다소 많았으며, 치성낭이 209개(82.6%)로 대다수를 차지하였고, 전체적으로 발육성 낭이 염증성 낭보다 많았다. 발육성 낭에서는 함치성낭, 염증성 낭은 치근낭이 많았다. 한편 하악 구치부에서 발생 비율이 높았다. 환자들 중 많은 경우 임상 증상이 없었으며, 낭의 치료 방법으로는 적출술만을 시행하고 원인치 발거를 동시에 진행한 경우가 많았다.

Non-yellowish and heat-resistant adhesive for a transparent heat sinking film

The development of optical communication techniques and optical components is rapidly progressing inthe era of high-speed information communication. In this area, many studies have been carried out toinvestigate highly transparent optical adhesives. UV-curing adhesives, which rely on irradiating ultravioletrays, are a major candidate for use in this field. However, they suffer from thermal degradation anddiscoloration due to long-term UV irradiation. Thus, in this study, we present a transparent adhesive byreplacing the photo-initiator to improve the yellowish discoloration phenomenon, which affects agingand low surface quality. By replacing 2-benzyl-2-(dimethylamino)-40-mopholinobutyrophenone, whichcauses yellow changes due to a red-shift and donation electron groups, with a -hydroxycyclohexylphenyl ketone, this approach was successful to improve the yellowish discolorationproblem. By taking advantage of the excellent thermal and mechanical stabilities in addition to resistanceto long-term UV irradiation, a transparent heat dissipation film formed by grid-patterned boron nitridenanosheets was manufactured by a transfer printing method. The film can be utilized as a major componentin electrical and optical films which require thermal resistivity and optical transparency.

본 연구는 전주 한옥마을 관광 활성화를 위해 전주시를 대표할 수 있는 사업화 아이템 개발을 목적으로 수행되었다. “오감으로 체험하는 전주의 맛”은 기존의 상품, 비빔밥이 가지고 있던 장점을 극대화하고 다른 감각적인 요소들을 추가함으로써 새로운 상품과 방식으로 전주를 소개하였다. 본 연구의 사업 아이디어 상품은 음식을 맛보는 미각의 측면에서만 국한되는 것이 아니라, 사람의 오감을 모두 체험하여 만족시킬 수 있는 상품이다. 비빔밥이 담긴 보자기를 풀면 시각과 촉각이 자극되고, QR코드를 이용하여 해금과 가야금 소리를 들을 수 있다. 유기그릇과 수저세트를 이용해 비빔밥을 섞으면서 후각과 미각, 그리고 촉각으로 즐기는 오감을 체험하는 것이다. 이는 장기화되고 있는 코로나 19로 여행과 휴가를 즐기지 못하고, ‘랜선여행’을 통해 대리만족으로 여행에 대한 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 상품으로 소비자들의 큰 호응을 기대할 수 있다. 특히 아름다운 한국의 전통적인 색채를 사용하여 시각적인 요소가 풍부하고, 개인 소장이 가능한 상품(오색보자기, 엽서 등)을 함께 구성하여 SNS를 잘 활용하는 20-30대 내·외국인 관광객들을 타겟으로 설정하여 제시하였다. 본 연구의 상품 및 아이디어는 국내·국외의 젊은 연령층의 소비자와 관광객을 유치함으로써 전주시의 여행산업과 지역경제를 활성화시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
