Polymorphous Low-Grade Adenocarcinoma in the Nasopharynx: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

Polymorphous low-grade adenocarcinoma (PLGA) is a neoplasm that usually occurs in theminor salivary glands located in the mucosa of the soft and hard palates, the buccal mucosa,and the upper lip. It rarely occurs in the nasopharynx, and only six cases have been reported. PLGA can be treated by wide local excision and requires no additional treatment if a negativemargin is identified in frozen biopsy. Here we describe a case of PLGA originating in the nasopharyngealmucosa. We were able to completely resect the tumor using simple endoscopicsurgery rather than using an open approach, such as a transpalatal resection. Our patient hadno local recurrence or distant metastasis at the 24-month follow-up.

The angiomyoma or vascular leiomyoma is an uncommon type of leiomyoma composed of smooth muscle cells and vascular endothelium. The tumor occurs mostly in the lower extremities as a slowly growing, firm and mobile mass, occasionally accompanied by pain. There are few cases of auricular angiomyoma reported in the literature; however, recently, we experienced a case of a 18- year-old man with protruding auricular mass. We performed a surgical excision and the final pathological result confirmed to angiomyoma. We report this case with a review of the related literatures. The concept of public design began in earnest in Korea after the "Act on the Promotion of Public Design" was established in 2016. Previously, the concept of design was used as a means of supporting the industry. The reason why public design was created is to meet the social needs in which design is used to solve social problems and form public values, not to support the revival of industries. Public design is aimed at various citizens, not consumers. From this point of view, until now, awareness of public design has been conducted in a simple survey method. In this study, the purpose of this study is to investigate, analyze, and present the perception of public design using text mining techniques based on big data analysis in order to more objectively analyze the perception of public design. The scope of this study is selected as the part of the basic status and concepts of public design since 2016 when the Public Design Act was implemented. As a research method, it analyzes how the perception of public design has changed through literature review on public design, and analyzes and investigates users' perception of public design through text mining through social network services. Finally, based on these analysis results, the user's perception of public design is grasped. First of all, public design attempts to expand its area and perception through external activities such as contests and events. Second, public design is recognized as a way to solve social problems and improve public values. Third, it can be seen that public design is mainly implemented by the government, but the beneficiary is the general public. First, public design can be used as a means to implement various ideas, not just facilities. Second, public design is centered on people, not on the physical environment. Third, public design can be expanded to various fields. Fourth, it is expanding in a way that beneficiaries directly participate. Through this, public design should have scalability in various ways for future development.

텍스트마이닝 분석을 통한 민간영역의 공공디자인 사업 동향에 관한 연구

(Background and Purpose) As the times change, various methods to solve social problems are underway around the world. In order to solve problems in the public domain such as human rights as well as the environment, various topics were presented in the international community and activities were started. Since there is a limit to simply implementing it in state agencies to solve public problems, various collaborations with the private sector are required. The purpose of this study is to interpret various changes in our society for the expansion of public design, understand the meaning relationship of the results, and make basic data to set the direction for future expansion. (Method) Through literature research, we examine how cooperative projects led by the private sector are related to public design. Through this, detailed keywords are derived and the contents of public projects implemented in the private sector are analyzed. For empirical analysis, text mining is conducted on various elements of projects executed for the public sector in the private sector using big data on the Internet. The method of collecting and refining unstructured data distributed on the portal platform is applied. For the analysis of the derived big data, keyword frequency analysis, TF-IDF, network analysis, and cluster analysis are performed and visualized using analysis tools of Textom and Ucinet. (Results) The top 100 related keywords were extracted through frequency analysis, and keywords centered on companies and public designs such as management, corporate, public design, society, and design were derived as the main keywords. Through TF-IDF analysis, it was confirmed that the keywords of management, company, and public design were located at the top, and the contents of public design were related to corporate management activities. Through cluster analysis, it was confirmed that corporate management activities were expanding to various methods, and through keywords such as public design, society, and management, public design was applied to apply elements of management to society. (Conclusions) Activities implemented in the private sector and in the public sector lead to activities consistent with the value of public design. It was possible to derive the results of the expansion of corporate activities for the purpose of improving publicity rather than implementing projects in the public domain only to pursue profits. In addition, it was confirmed that public design can be used as a method of projects implemented in the private sector through the results derived from society, environment, sharing, social contribution, and practice. The possibility of applying the study was confirmed by expanding the published linguistic data, and the possibility of future expansion of public design was confirmed through the derived results.

고조파 억압 이중모드 대역통과 여파기를 이용한 2.45 GHz 고효율 렉테나 설계

본 논문에서는 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나와 2차 및 3차 고조파가 억압된 이중모드 대역통과 여파기를 이용하여 고효율의 2.45 GHz 렉테나를 설계 및 제작하였다. 입사전력밀도가 0.3 mW/cm2 일 때 1.66 mW 의 전력을 수신하였고, 41.6%의 RF-to-DC 변환효율의 실험 결과를 얻었다. 이는 입사 전력이 작기 때문에 다른 논문의 결과와 비교하여 고효율이라고 볼 수 있다. 또한 무선전력 전송을 통하여 다양한 응용기술 개발에 활용이 가능할 것으로 예측되며, USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network)용 저전력 소자의 대기전원 공급 및 MEMS용 Sensor 등의 구동전압공급을 위한 무선 전력전송이 가능하게 될 것으로 기대된다. In this paper, a high efficiency 2.45 GHz rectenna with a microstrip patch antenna and a dual-mode band-pass filter in which the 2nd and 3rd harmonics are suppressed, is presented. From the experimental results, the 2.45GHz rectenna using 3rd harmonic suppressed dual-mode BPF shows the conversion efficiency of 41.6% with incident power density of 0.3 mW/cm2 and the received power of 1.66 mW. This result shows high conversion efficiency because the received power of this rectenna is lower than other rectennas to be compared with. This rectenna can be applied to the WPT (Wireless Power Transmission) field for energy harvesting. Also, it is expected to be used to provide the stand-by power for the low power devices for USN, and wireless power transfer in sensor application of MEMS devices.

조선 영조조 무당의 사회적 위상 : 무녀 독갑방에 대한 기록을 중심으로

이 논문은 조선 영조조 무녀 독갑방의 기록을 바탕으로 무당을 바라보는 이중적인 시각을 탐색한 글이다. 아울러 신윤복의 <무녀신무>를 가져와 사대부와 무당이 긴밀하게 연결되어 있음을 제시했다. 공식적인 성리학과 함께 비공식적인 무속은 병립할 수 있었다. 때로는 공식적인 위상으로 무당이 역할을 하기도 하지만, 일단 문제가 발생하면 다시 비공식적인 위치로 돌아온다. 그래서 양반 사대부들은 무속을 이중적으로 바라보았다. 이러한 이중성은 현재에도 그대로 남아있다. 고등종교를 가진 신자들이 거리낌 없이 굿판에 온다. 무당들도 기꺼이 그들을 맞아들이고,무속과 고등종교를 양립할 것을 주문한다. 공식화된 사회에서는 아무도 무속에 대해 거론하지 않는다. 자신의 영달을 위해 무당을 찾지만, 그를 내세우지는 않는다. 이러한 이중성이 드러난 사건이 독갑방 사건이었다. 무속은 우리 사회의 기반이지만, 이를 바라보는 사람들의 시선은 매우 이중적이다. 이러한 이중적인 시선이 조선시대부터 있었음을 지적했다. This study sought to investigate a double-view point on shamans based on a record of a shaman, Dokgappang, at the Joseon Dynasty Yeongjo period. The study also addressed a close relationship between shamans and the gentry through the "Munyeosinmu" of Sin Yun Bok. The official Sung Confucianism could coexist with an unofficial shamanist customs. Sometimes, shamans played roles as a official position, however, if problems occur, shamans returned to roles of an unofficial position. Therefore, the gentry considered shamans as a double standard. Such a dualism remains now as it was. The believers of a high-graded religion participate in a gut pan without hesitation. Shamans are willing to welcome them, and oder to stand together, a shamanist customs and a high-graded religion. In an official society, nobody raised an issue of shamanist customs. The gentry went and saw a shaman for high honors, they never made shamans stand. It was the Dokgappang case that exposed a dualism like the above.

서울 마을굿의 축제적 성격

The quality as festival in Seoul MaeulgutHong, Tea Han(Chungang University)The purpose of this study is to investigate the quality as festival in Seoul Maeulgut(마을굿). The following are the detailed problems and the finding of the study. Maeulgut of Seoul has long history and there still are the Maeul people who are the basis of the hand down which can be a festival. Since it is not recently created and founded upon long history of Maeul, people can actively participate in the tradition. Becauseit has similarities with the most common gut of Seoul, which is Jaesugut, Maeul people could approach it easily. In addition, through diverse variations of space, it clearly showed the characteristics as a festival that Maeulgut has.Maeul people were able to watch various spectacular scenes of Mudang as audiences. Also, in some cases, Maeul people participated actively depending on the theme of gut or stood by in distance to regulate the relationship with the Gut stage. Moreover, they shared food sharing sense of homogeneityto many people where they identified sense of unity. By combining various modern elements to this, it elevated its position as a festival.The maeulgut has a both faces characteristic, defends the archetype and follows the change. This two mean is explained like afterwords.1)defends the archetype - the people it worships as a symbol, the exists Dangjumudang(the shaman which takes charge of the maeulgut).2)follows the change - the new festival it makes, positive participation of inhabitants of a village. 이 글은 서울 마을굿의 축제적 성격을 논의한 글이다. 이 글에서는 먼저 서울 마을굿이 축제가 될 수 있는 기반을 두 가지 측면에서 살펴본 후, 다양한 축제적 모습을 제시했다. 서울의 마을굿은 역사성과 마을굿의 기초가 되는 마을 사람들이 존재하고 있어 축제로 존재할 수 있는 기본적인 요건을 갖추고 있다. 최근에 와서야 만들어진 것이 아니라 전승 기반이 되는 마을의 오랜 역사성을 바탕으로 하여, 지금까지 지속됨으로 인해 마을 사람들이 적극 참여할 수 있었다. 서울의 가장 흔한 굿인 재수굿의 구조와 닮은 점이 있어 마을 사람들이 선뜻 마을굿판에 다가설 수 있었다. 이와 함께 공간의 다양한 변화를 통해 마을굿이 가진 축제로서의 성격을 분명하게 보여주었다. 마을 사람들은 구경꾼으로 존재하면서 연희자들의 다양한 볼거리를 볼 수 있었고, 굿거리에 따라 적극 참여하기도 하고 방관하기도 하면서 굿판과 자신의 관계를 조절했다. 또한 음식을 나누어 먹으며 이웃에게 따뜻한 마음을 베풀었고 이를 통해 대동의식을 확인했다. 여기에 현대적인 다양한 요소들을 결합하여 축제로서의 위상을 높였다.이러한 마을굿은 고정되어 변화하지 않는 측면과 사회 변화를 받아들여 변화시키는 측면, 양 쪽을 활용하여 다양한 굿판의 모습을 보여주었다. 축제에서는 하나의 핵심적인 상징이 있어야 한다. 서울 마을굿에서는 마을굿에서 모셔지는 신격이 핵심적인 상징역할을 한다. 특히 역사상 실존했던 인물을 마을의 주신으로 가져옴으로 인해 마을사람들의 구심점 역할을 한다. 이와 함께 당주무당이 전승에서 일정한 책임을 지고 있어 마을굿의 원형이 보존될 수 있다. 개인굿은 시대의 흐름에 따라 많은 변화가 있지만, 마을굿에는 당주무당이 권위를 가지고 존재함으로 인해 굿 자체의 변개가 쉽지 않다. 기량이 뛰어난 청송무당이 존재하고 있어도 단골과의 관계가 있어 청송무당이 끼어들 여지가 많지 않다. 이러다보니 마을굿의 원형은 지켜질 수 있다. 이러한 원형을 지키려고 하는 닫힌 마을굿은 마을굿의 틀은 지키게 했지만 시대의 변화상을 받아들이는 데에는 부족할 수 있다. 그런데 마을굿은 시대 변화를 매우 손쉽게 받아들이면서 현대적인 모습을 보이면서 존재한다. 이것은 마을굿이 가지고 있는 열린 측면이다. 다양한 현대사회의 변화상을 받아들일 수 있는 요소가 있다. 또한 마을 사람들이 적극적으로 굿판에 자신의 생각을 개입시킬 수 있다. 이것은 서울의 마을굿이 열려있다는 의미이다. 유교식 제의와 굿이 동시에 연행되고 있어 마을굿이 고정되기 보다는 다양한 형식을 받아들일 수 있다.이렇게 보면 서울의 마을굿은 양면성을 가지고 있다. 고정성을 지향하면서도 변화상과 욕구를 쉽게 수용할 수 있는 측면이 있다. 이를 간략하게 도식화 하면 다음과 같다.
