대학생의 자기효능감과 주관적 삶의 질 관계 연구 -학교생활만족도와 관계만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로-

본 연구는 청소년기를 벗어나 성인기로 향하는 출발점에서 심리적·정서적으로 불안정한 상태에 있는 대학생들의 생활적응에 도움을 주고자, 자기효능감이 학교생활만족도와 관계만족도를 매개로 하여 주관적 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 남녀 대학생 697명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, PASW 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교생활만족도는 자기효능감이 주관적 삶의 질에 영향을 줌에 있어 매개적 역할을 한다. 둘째, 관계만족도는 자기효능감이 주관적 삶의 질에 영향을 줌에 있어서 매개적 역할을 한다. 따라서 대학생의 주관적 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해서는 자기효능감과 학교생활만족도, 그리고 관계만족도를 증가시킬 수 있는 방안들을 모색하는 것이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the degree of subjective quality of life. In particular, this study focused on the self-efficacy, school life satisfactions, and relationship satisfactions of university student as important predictors of subjective quality of life and examined the dynamics of the relations among the variables. The participants in this research were 697 university students: 314 males and 383 females. All respondents submitted their answers on a self-report questionnaire. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and Pearson`s correlations that used PASW 18.0, and AMOS 18.0, a statistical program for structural equation modeling(SEM), to estimate the hypothesized structural equation model. The major results of this study were as follow: (1) School life satisfactions mediated the relations between self-efficacy and subjective quality of life. (2) Relationship satisfactions mediated the relations between self-efficacy and subjective quality of life. These results indicates that self-efficacy, school life satisfactions, and relationship satisfactions were effective in improving subjective quality of life.

The purpose of this study was to propose optimal mixing proportion by adding stevia in powder form, which are low caloric and high intensity sweetener to cookies, and to determine the characteristic of product. It reduced the average sugar content of cookies to 50%, processed stevia powder, add them in 2, 4, 6, and 8% to make cookies and measured various product characteristics, including anti-oxidant activity. The antioxidant activity was highly correlated with the total phenolic composition of stevia cookies (r=0.967). Total phenolic contents and DPPH free radical scavenging activity of cookies significantly increased with increasing stevia powder. The bulk density of the dough, spread factor and the hardness, total polyphenol contents and DPPH free radical scavenging activity of cookies significantly increased with increasing stevia powder, while the pH of the dough, and L values of the cookies decreased with increasing stevia powder content (p<0.001). Additionally, the consumer acceptability scores for the 4% stevia cookie groups ranked significantly (p<0.001) higher than those of the other groups in color, taste, flavor, sweetness and overall preference. All the take together, the results of this study suggest that stevia powder is a good ingredient for increasing the consumer acceptability and the functionality of cookies.

This study investigated the free sugar and free amino acids considered as the taste component in Korean Gochujang. Our goal was to search and develop the Korean traditional Gochujang taste, and to monitor the current status and characteristics of the Gochujang. For the analysis of Gochujang, it is purchased from small farms as well as major food company producing Gochujang. In the case of commercial Gochujang(COM), glucose and maltose were major free sugar, and the ratio of distribution and total amount showed very similar pattern. However, the results of the traditional Gochujang(TG) showed significant differences for each sample even they had glucose and maltose as predominant sugar. The content of glucose, maltose, fructose was reduced in order. The other hand, sucrose, rhamnose were not detected or were detected trace amounts in some samples. Even the characteristics were found at each region, it was no noticeable difference, but each sample was greater variation. Total of 17 amino acids were found from COM and the major amino acids were Pro, Glu, Asp, but His,Met were generally detected in small amounts. In the TG, they mainly contained Glu, Asp, Pro as the dominant component in addition to the Arg, Ala, Cys, respectively. TG had higher amino acid content and fairly various distribution compared to COM. It could suggest the possibility of the development for different traditional tastes because each TG had diverse characteristic taste than COM.

제대로 재활용되지 못하고 있는 폐 EPDM 즉, 자동차 Weather strip이나 세탁기 가스켓 등에서 재생한 폐 EPDM 분말을 적합하고 경제성있는 Polyolefin계 Elastomer와 수지(Binder), 그리고 Filler 및 기타 첨가제를 선정하여, 다양한 배합조건으로 고무 복합소재를 압출 제조하였다. 본 실험에 유익한 기초 실험으로서, 폐 EPDM의 초음파처리 효과, 폐 EPDM복합소재의 폐타이어 복합소재와의 물성 비교, Virgin EPDM과 Devulcanized EPDM과의 비교, 그리고 12 축압출기로 압출한 재료의 물성에의 영향을 고찰하였다. 폐 EPDM을 이용하여 인조잔디 충전재와 카매트용 복합소재를 2 축압출기를 사용하여 압출한 후, 인장시편을 사출하여 인장강도, 신율, 경도의 세가지 물성을 주요평가지표로 삼고 경제적인 배합처방을 개발하였다. Waste EPDM(W-EPDM) collected from the automotive weather strip and the gasket of a laundry machine has not been effectively recycled. Using this W-EPDM powder and other ingredients, i.e., binder(polyolefin resin, polyolefin elastomer, etc.), filler and additives, various economic rubber composites were made by extrusion. In advance of main experiments, the effects of ultrasonic treatment of W-EPDM on the property of rubber composites, comparison in the property of the composites of W-EPDM with those of virgin and devulcanized EPDM, and waste tire rubber were investigated. Also, the properties of the rubber composites extruded with a 12-screw extruder were compared with those extruded with twin-screw extruder. Various W-EPDM composites for synthetic turf filler and car mat were extruded and injection molded, and 3 main properties of tensile strength, elongation and hardness were investigated to develop economical and proper recipes of the rubber composites.

A 41-year-old female complaining of easy fatigue, headache, thickened extremities and deepened facial folds was admitted to the hospital. As early as 6 years ago, she had been told by family members that her voice was changed and both hands was thickened. Cranial plain radiography indicated ballooning of sella turcica. Sella MRI disclosed 2.2cm sized pituitary tumor with suprasellar extension. The pituitary tumor with hypothalamic extension was removed via a transsphenoidal approach. The postoperative course was uneventful until hyponatremia with sudden headache and respiratory arrest was developed. The case was due to hyponatremic encephalopathy on the basis of the clinical course and symptoms, and 3% hypertonic saline was infused for 12 hours until the hyponatremia was corrected. We have experienced a mortality case of hyponatremic encephalopathy in which surgieal removal of a pituitary tumor from a female acromegalic patient in menstruant period was followed by the sudden occurrence of hyponatremia, which in turn was later associated with marked brain edema (J Kor Soc Endocrinol 13:439-445, 1998).

Hypopituitarism is not a common cause of delayed puberty, however it should always be considered, especially if there are such signs as severe dwarfism, dollish face, truncal obesity, small hands and feet, and microgenitalia. Either congenital or acquired, hypopituitarism can be resulted from hypothalamic and hypophyseal lesions. The clinical feature can be diverse depending on age of the patients, rate of progression, degree of hormone deficiency and characteristics of the lesion. The recent high interest in delayed puberty and the improved detection of hypothalamic hypophyseal lesions using combined pituitary fuction stimulation test, brain CT and MRJ, has made the differential diagnosis of hypopituitarism possible as the cause of delayed puberty. MRI has shown hypophyeal hypoplasia accompanied by anterior pituitary hypoplasia and ectopic neurohypophysis in some of the patients with hypopituitasm, and although the anatomical abnormality around the hypophysis in these patients is considered the reason for hypopituitarism, the pathogensis of which has not yet to be known. We, here, report a case of delayed puberty by hypopituitarism due to hypoplasia of anterior pituitary gland, pituitary stalk agenesis and ectopic neurohypophysis with brief review of the litereature (J Kor Soc Endocrinol 14:578-586, 1999).
