DMZ일원 정비구역의 정주환경 개선을 위한 GIS기술 활용방안 연구

생태 환경적으로 지속가능한 정주환경 개선을 목적으로 DMZ 일원의 정비구역을 장소적 범위로 선정하여 새로운 공간 의사결정방법인 GIS 모델링의 활용방안을 제안하고자한다 . 연구의 방법은 선행연구로 구축된 정성적 시나리오를 기반으로 DMZ의 가치와 문제를 규정하였다. GIS기술 특성을 이론적, 원리적, 개념적으로 고찰하고 이를 DMZ의 공간적 문제에 대입하여 체계화 하였다. 연구의 내용은 선행연구를 바탕으로 DMZ의 공간적 가치를 생태, 문화, 지정학적 가치로 규정하고, DMZ의 공간적 문제를 공간계획에 의한 위계적 순서에 의거하여 예측적 문제, 처방적 문제, 기술적 문제로 기술하였다. 또한 DMZ 일원의 공간의사 결정의 정량적 방법으로써 GIS를 정의하고 이를 이론적 배경, 원리, 개념으로 구성하였다. 특히 정비구역에 적용가능 한 GIS 공간 모델링으로써 예측적 공간모델링, 처방적 공간모델링, 기술적 공간모델링으로 특성을 유형화 하고 이를 DMZ 일원의 공간적 문제인식 차원에서 대입, 활용, 방법적 기틀을 마련하였다. 연구의 가치적 측면에서 예측적 모델링이 DMZ 공간 의사결정의 주요한 방법으로 제시 되었다. 예측적 모델링은 공간 데이터베이스를 기반으로 한 시간의 흐름에 따른 미래적 동태를 시뮬레이션으로 활용 가능하게 함으로써 정비구역의 생태적 환경적 영향에 대한 미래정보를 확보하여 공간의사결정시 주요한 근거로 작용한다. With a goal of the improvement of sustainable settlement environment from the ecological point of view, this study, selecting the maintenance section of the DMZ range as a locative range, proposed the utilization of GIS modeling which is a new decision-making method. This study method regulated the values and problems of the DMZ based on qualitative scenario of previous studies. Characteristics of GIS technology were investigated theoretically and conceptually, and then, this was systemized after the assignation to the spatial problems of DMZ. The contents, using previous studies, defined the spatial value of DMZ as ecological value, cultural value and geopolitical value and also described special problems of DMZ as predictive, prescriptive, and technical problems according to hierarchical order of spatial planning. In addition, as a quantitative method of spatial decision-making in the DMZ GIS was defined and its theoretical background, fundamental, and concept was explained. Particularly characteristics of applicable GIS spatial modeling in maintenance area was categorized by predictive spatial modeling, prescriptive spatial modeling, and technical spatial modeling and the result made a methodological framework for the study of spatial problems in the DMZ. From the value perspective of the study, predictive modeling was suggested as a main decision making method in the DMZ. Predictive modeling that utilizes futuristic dynamics simulation to the passage of time based on the spatial database, obtains information for future important decision-making on ecological and environmental effects in maintenance area.

인공지능 기술 기반 Hyper-Experience Art

본 연구는 ‘인공지능이 그린 그림은 예술적 가치가 있는가?’ ‘인공지능을 활용한 21세기의 현시대 예술은 무엇인가?’ ‘어떻게 실현되는가?’라는 실천적 질문에서 출발하였다. 4차 산업혁명은 초실감(Hyper-Reality), 초지능(Hyper-Intellect), 초연결(Hyper-connect)로 ‘초(Hyper)의 시대’를 예고하고 있다. 이 혁명은 현시대 예술가에게 현실과 가상을 분간할 수 없는 혼합현실환경, 예술의 창작활동에 훌륭한 조수로서 역할을 할 수 있는 인공지능, 예술적 경험을 가상과 현실을 넘나들며, 언제 어디서나 즉각적으로 체험할 수 있는 기술을 제공한다. 실천적 질문에 대한 해답을 찾기 위하여 주관기관 홍익대학교, 참여기관 서울미디어대학원대학교, ㈜브이알애드가 2018년 5월부터 2019년 12월까지 2년간 진행한 한국콘텐츠진흥원 문화기술 연구개발 지원사업 ‘인공지능 기반 창작 아틀리에 발굴 및 구축 기술 개발 프로젝트’를 통하여 인공지능 엔진(stNET, vidNET, hdtNET, omniNET)을 개발하였고 예술가와 4번의 전시를 통하여 성능 및 가치를 실증하였다. 인공지능은 그동안의 예술적 장르와는 차별화된 특이점을 가지고 있으며 응용 범위 또한 다양하다. 현시대 예술가에게 새로운 장르 개척의 훌륭한 조수로서 역할이 가능하다는 것이다. 그동안 현대 예술의 조형과 개념 미술에 한정적 메시지를 넘어, 인공지능기반 초 실감, 실 시간, 직관적 인터랙션을 통하여 직접적 예술 경험을 체험할 수 있다는 점에서, 현시대의 예술가에게 초 경험 예술(Hyper-Experience Art)의 시작인 동시에 새로운 장르 개척의 단초가 제공된다.

$BaTiO_3$의 SPPCM 특성을 이용한 간섭계의 위상 잡음 제거

간섭계를 이용하는 작업에서 가장 중요한 요구사항은 간섭 필드의 안정성을 높게 유지하는 것이며 이는 안정된 간섭패턴을 이용한 측정에 있어서 정밀성을 확보해 준다. 그러나 진동과 같은 위상잡음에 의해 안정성을 유지하기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 BaTiO₃의 SPPCM 특성을 이용하여 마흐젠더 간섭계와 같은 전통적인 간섭계 측정시 발생 가능한 위상잡음의 영향을 줄여 안정된 간섭 패턴 확보 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 BaTiO₃로 빛을 입사시킬 때 구형렌즈를 기울여 입사빔을 원형이 아닌 타원형으로 입사시켜 원형 입사의 경우에 비해 SPPCM의 응답시간과 반사율을 개선하였다. 그리고 실험을 통해 결과를 확인하였다. The high stability of the interference pattern is very important in the case of measuring interference when a phase noise like a vibration occurs in the measuring environment. In this paper, we proposed the method of phase noise filtering by BaTiO$_3$ with the characteristic of SPPCM. Also, a beam with a shape of an ellipse was incident into BaTiO$_3$ by using the tilted lens so as to improve the reflectivity and the response time. And we confirmed the result by optical experiment.

본 연구는 소쉬르의 언어 기호적 시스템이 공간에 직?간접적으로 적용된 시대별 사례를 퍼스의 기호이론과 모리스의 기호응용으로 분석하였다. 기호학은 언어기호론 정립, 논리적 차원에서 현상학 바탕을 마련, 기호의 실용주의적 효과적용이라는 특성으로 연구범위가 점차 확대되고 있다. 언어기호학의 패러다임은 구조, 의미, 시간에 대한 도전이다. 이것은 소쉬르 언어구조체계 이론을 바탕으로 모던공간의 하부구조를 구축 하는 구조의 시대, 소쉬르 이론에 반향한 후기구조주의 기호학자에 의한 비언어기호체계로 공간의 복합성과 대립성이라는 조형적 형태를 형성하며 의미의 시대로 진화하였다. 그러나 공간은 구조적 문제와 형태의 의미를 넘어 새로운 가치를 지향한다. 총체적 ‘무한기호작용‘을 토대로 관계의 디자인, 시간의 디자인, 장소의 표상이라는 가치를 지닌 공간으로서 새로운 진화적 양태임을 제안하고자 하였다. This investigation analyzed historical cases that applied directly and indirectly Ferdinand Sausaure's language semiotics to the space with C.S. Peirce's semiotics and Charles Morris' pragmatics. Semiotics with characteristics such as setup of language semiotics, making the foundation of phenomenology under the logical dimension, and practical application of effectiveness of sign, is being expanded the fields of the investigation. The paradigm of semiotics is a challenge to structure, sense, and time. This evolved to the structure age when established the substructure of modern space based on Suassure;s theory of language structural system and also to the meaning age which is a non-language semiotics that completed the systematic structure of composition and opposition of the space by the post-structural demotists who opposed to Saussure's theory. But space, jumping over the structural problems and physical meaning, points to new spatial value. On the basis of total 'semiosis infinitum' this proposed new evolutional aspects of the space with the value of connection design, time design, and space mark.
