This study had research on the correspondence of the Nail industry field job utilization of the Beautician (Nail) national technical qualification system based on NCS and Qualification System by exploring NCS. Based on this, it aims to contribute to the development of the industry by providing basic for improving the qualification and the qualification system for expert personnel. To this end, a total 197 people’s nail artist on job site were surveyed general characteristics, Nail beauty field job utilization, NCS based The Beautician(Nail) national technical certificate practical examination field utilization of detailed assignment, recognition of beautician(Nail), recognition of nail beauty industry. The results of this study indicated that the first assignment of the assignment of expert skills, manicure and pedicure, and removing artificial nails are reflected in the job of the field. However, the 2nd assignment gel nail polish (fan marveling and line marveling) and the third assignment (Artificial nails) did not reflect a nail field’s assignment. Thus, the qualification of the assessment of the qualification of the national technical qualification certificate is necessary to enhance the efficiency of the certificate by modifying and supplementing the assessment criteria in the corresponding unit 2~3 of the NCS. Furthermore, additionail training is needed for Nail working-related skills and it is recognized that it is necessary to recoginize a nail upper level certificate who can help develop on-site personnel and personal development. It is also believed to be to enhance usability and efficiency of the site by supplementing with a set of nail salons and technology-centric assessment tasks.

부모의 양육태도가 초등학생 태권도 수련생의 자아존중감에 미치는 영향

Second, the analysis of the differences in the sub - parameters of self - esteem according to the personal characteristics of elementary school students who train taekwondo showed no significant differences in gender, and statistically significant differences in social self in and, age there were no significant differences in all factors, depending on the training experience. Third, after analyzing the influence of Parent's Rearing Attitude of elementary school students who practice taekwondo on self-esteem, it was found that factors of parenting patterns that are perception for elementary school students have statistically significant effects on self-esteem. 이 연구는 태권도를 수련하는 초등학생들의 부모의 양육형태가 자아존중감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 서울 지역에 위치한 태권도장에서 태권도를 수련하고 있는 초등학생 수련생들 383명에게 설문을 실시한 자료를 수집해 분석하였다. 설문을 통해 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 요인 간에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하기 위해 기술통계, 빈도분석(Frequencies), 독립표본 t-검증(t-test), 일원변량분석(One-way ANOVA), 다중회귀분석(Multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였다. 모든 통계치의 유의수준은 .05로 설정하여 분석한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도를 수련하는 초등학생의 개인적 특성에 따른 부모 양육태도의 하위 변인의 차이를 분석한 결과 성별에서는 일부 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 연령에 따른 부모의 양육형태에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도를 수련하는 초등학생의 개인적 특성에 따른 자아존중감의 하위 변인의 차이를 분석한 결과 성별에서는 유의한 차이가 나타지 않았으며, 연령에서는 사회적 자아에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도를 수련하는 초등학생들의 부모의 양육형태가 자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 초등학교 수련생들이 지각하는 부모의 양육형태의 하위변인들이 자아존중감에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Slab Anchor를 사용한 판형교의 거동특성 연구

강합성 교량은 자중의 감소, 강성의 증대, 장지간의 적용 등의 재료적 특성에 힘입어 1920년대 이래로 사용되어져 왔다. 그러나 연속교의 경우 내부지점부에서 발생하는 부모멘트로 인하여 콘크리트 부분에 균열이 생기고 콘크리트의 건조수축이나 Creep으로 인한 문제들이 제기 됨에 따라 슬랩앵커를 이용한 부분합성교량이 제기 되었다. 부분합성의 경우 어느 정도의 슬립을 허용하여 이러한 문제를 극복할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 슬랩앵커의 탄성구간에서의 초기 강성값을 실험을 통하여 알아내고, 단순지지인 경우와 연속교의 경우에 대하여 범용 프로그램을 이용하여 슬래브와 강재를 연결시키는 조인트 요소의 강성값을 변화시켜 전단연결재의 강성값에 따른 합성정도와 내부지점부의 콘크리트 슬래브의 인장응력이 어떤 변화양상을 나타내는지 파악하고자 한다. Steel-Concrete composite girders have been used since early in the 1920's due to their advantages, which are lower weight, increasement of stiffness, slenderness, long span. However, in designing short to continuous composite bridges, negative moment occurs in mid-support and creates problems such as cracks in the concrete slab. Therefore, partially composite bridges are considered. In this time, slab-anchor is used in these. If the stiffness of shear connectors is insufficient, slip would happen at the contact surface. Partial interaction is the case that takes account of slips. In this paper, the evaluation of initial shear stiffness of slab-anchor in composite bridges is obtained from Push-Out specimen. Also, finite element analyses which uses the initial shear stiffness of slab-anchor got the experiment are carried out on simple composite girder and continuous composite girder. Futhermore, the ratio of composite according to various shear stiffness are investigated and the classification according to the ratio of composite is proposed.

소재 적용에 대한 사용자 중심의 제품디자인 프로세스 제안에 관한 연구

제품디자인에서 소비자에게 심리적 심미적 요소들을 정확하게 전달하기 위해서는 제품 개발과정에서부터 사용자가 원하는 요구사항을 잘 분석하여 적용개발 하여야 한다. 제품 개발의 핵심은 소비자 구매성향 변화와 시대적 요구에 따라 제품 개발 시 디자인에 적용할 사용자의 경험을 파악하여 개발 프로젝트의 목표를 수립하여야 한다. 그러기 위해 디자인분야에서는 형태, 기능, 소재적용 등 제품이나 시스템의 물리적인 형태만을 디자인하는 것을 넘어서 사용자와 관계 속에서 생성되는 감성과 경험까지 디자인하는 것으로 인식되어야 한다. 이처럼 디자인 대상의 범위가 확대되면서 오늘날의 디자인은 사물의 기능에 기초한 단순한 조형적 요소의 개발이 아닌 새로운 경험의 제공이라는 측면을 중시하기에 디자이너들이 전통적으로 해왔던 디자인 개념의 프로세스만으로는 불가능하게 되었다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 제품의 형태, 소재적용, 서비스에서 더 나아가 사용자들을 이해하고 사용자 경험 바탕으로 사용자 중심의 디자인 프로세스의 체계와 방법론을 도출하여 사용자 중심의 중요성을 강조한 프로세스를 제시하고자 한다. When a product is designed, user's requirements should be well analyzed and applied to the design so that the psychological and aesthetic factors of a product can be accurately conveyed to consumers. The essence of product development is to analyze the changes in the purchasing tendency of consumers and the needs of times, find out user experiences to apply to a design, and establish the objective of product development that well considers those. Designing should be recognized as one that designs even the sensitivity and experience created in the relationship with users, beyond the conventional notion of design that it draws the physical form of a product. As the subjects that design should consider have expanded like this, it has become important that today's design provides a new experience as well as simply develops formative elements based on the functions of an object. As a result, it becomes impossible to accomplish such objective only with the traditional design process that existing designers have stuck to so far. In this respect, this study is aimed to draw out a system and methodology for a user-oriented design process so that design can provide expanded experience to users from product form, applied material, and service.
