생약의 Benzodiazepine 수용체 효현활성 검색(I) -수종의 신경안정 생약 추출물에 대한 활성 검색-

This study was aimed to evaluate an agonistic activity to benzodiazepine receptor of several medicinal plants, which have been used as sedatives in oriental medicine. Methanol extracts of medicinal plants which were used in this study inhibited the binding of $[^3H]Ro15-1788$, a selective benzodiazepine receptor antagonist to benzodiazepine receptor of rat cortices. Inhibitory activity of Cyperus rotundus was observed to be the highest among the tested medicinal plants. Methanol extracts of Cyperus rotundus and Zizypus jujuba inhibited a $[^3H]flunitrazepam$, a selective benzodiazepine receptor agonist, binding to benzodiazepine receptor. GABA significantly enhanced the inhibition of $[3H]flunitrazepam$ binding by Cyperus rotundus and Zizypus jujuba, and these positive GABA shifts supported the strong possibility of agonistic activity to benzodiazepine receptor. From these results, it may be concluded that the substance or substances with neurochemical properties characteristic of a benzodiazepine receptor agonist may be important components and contribute to the sedative property of these medicinal plants.

Swim-up, Percoll, Sil-Select를 이용한 정자처리법에 의한 정자회수율, 운동성 및 체외수정율의 비교분석

It is well known that discard of seminal plasma from the semen and separation of motile sperm should be preceded before insemination for IUI or IVF. Till now, more than ten kinds of semen treatment methods have been developed. Of those, swim-up and Percoll methods have been used widely in ART laboratories as a routine semen treatment methods because of its advantages. However, there are reports that Percoll can make a genetic trouble because of its chemical structure and therefore the necessity has been arisen to substitute Percoll for other equivalent materials. This study was performed to evaluate the effects of three different sperm preparation methods (swim-up, Percoll and Sil-Select) on sperm motility, sperm recovery rate and fertilization rate. Also, the feasibility of using Sil-Select instead of Percoll in ART was evaluated. Each semen samples were divided into three fractions and motile sperm were recovered by swim-up, Percoll and Sil-Select gradient centrifugation methods. Normal and sub-normal criteria of fifteen semen samples and seventeen IVF cycles were included in these study. As results, no significant difference was found in sperm recovery rate in normal semen treated by a Swim-up, Percoll and Sil-Select method ($13.2{\times}10^6,\;17.5{\times}10^6\;and\;17.7{\times}10^6$ respectively). The initial sperm motility was 61.9% and this increased to 87.1%, 92.6% and 89.5% through Swim-up, Percoll and Sil-Select treatment, respectively. Higher motility was observed in Percoll and Sil-Select treated groups (81.5%, 79.2%, respectively) than swim-up group (66.8%) after incubation for 24hrs. In sub-normal group, sperm recovery rates were higher in Sil-Select group $(2.9{\times}10^6)$ than Percoll gradients group $(1.8{\times}10^6)$. In IVF cycles, the outcomes of fertilization using sperm treated by swim-up and Sil-Select group were similar (82.2%, 79.7% respectively). In conclusion, our results indicate that Sil-Select can be used as a substitute material for sperm preparation instead of Percoll.

In order to find active ingradients having an agonistic activity to benzodiazepine receptor from Gastrodia elata Blume (Orchidaceae) which has been used as an anticonvulsant in oriental medicine, one component and some fractions were separated from the butanol extract of the rhizomes of this plant and evaluated for their activities on GABA/benzodiazepine receptor in vitro. As a result, one crude mixture (F4f) obtained from the most active fraction (F4) inhibited significantly the binding of $[^3H]Ro15-1788$, a selective benzodiazepine receptor antagonist, to benzodiazepine receptor of rat cortices. GABA significantly enhanced the inhibition of $[^3H]flunitrazepam$ binding by F4f, and this positive GABA shift supported the strong possibility of the agonistic activity of F4f to benzodiazepine receptor.

This study examined the actual condition of physical education activities of missionary school and private school founded in the Late Period of Chosun. And the result of the study is as follows. Most of the missionary school and private school in the Late Period of Chosun organized the physical education as a regular subject. Also. they played several modern sports(baseball, soccer) and hold sports day as an extracurricular activity. Especially, the sports day hold by private school is very meaningful in that it was not just a school event but also a patriotic enlightenment movement under the lost of the sovereignty of a nation.

구한말 공수학회의 체육활동에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to understand sport activities of Gongsuhakhoei during Last Period Choseon Dynasty. As a result, the following can be concluded. Gongsuhakhoei is established by students studying abroad at government expense for the conduct of modernization plan in September 1906. The organization of Gongsuhakhoei was operated by directors and members in charge of practical work. The activities were publication of organization newspaper and holding of speech meeting. The budget required by membership fees, proceeds from the sale of organization newspaper, and donations from interested persons. The sports activities of Gongsuhakhoei was athletic meetings. It is considered that such activities were held to promote harmony and unity among Korean students studying abroad and to inspire students with the national consciousness.

보육교사의 교수효능감과 자아존중감 및의사소통능력간의 관계

본 연구는 보육교사의 교수효능감과 자아존중감, 의사소통능력 간에 어떠한 관계가 있는지 분석함으 로써 교수효능감과 관련된 변인에 대한 정보를 제공하고 교수효능감 향상을 위한 교사교육의 방안을 마련하는데 구체적인 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 현직보육교사 198명이었으며 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 설문자료는 기술통계분석, Pearson 적률상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 보육교사의 교수효능감은 자아존중감과 의사소통능력과 정적상관이 있었으며 보육교사의 교수 효능감에 가장 영향력 있는 변인은 의사소통능력임을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 보육교사의 교사효능감 증진을 위하여 의사소통능력을 중심으로 한 교사교육 방안에 대한 논의를 하였다. This study analyzes the relationship between teaching efficacy, self-esteem and communicative competence of child care teachers. To achieve this goal, 198 child care teachers who inhabit capital area responded to the questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and multiple regression techniques using the SPSS statistics program. First, teaching efficacy was closely associated with child care teachers self-esteem and communicative competence. Second, the most influential factor for child care teachers teaching efficacy is verified to be the communicative competence. This study then discuss care teacher education direction considering the communicative competence to improve teaching efficacy.

일제강점기 황국신민체조의 보급에 관한 연구

본 연구는 일제강점기 황국신민체조를 재검토하기 위해 황국신민체조의 제정 내용 보급에 초점을 맞추어 알아본 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째 황국신민체조는 1937년 10월 8일 조선총독부의 통첩에 의해 조선인에게 일본무도의 정신을 배우게 해서 황국신민을 만들기 위한 목적으로 제정되었다. 둘째 황국신민체조의 내용은 기본자세와 오행자세 그리고 14개의 동작으로 되어 있는데 이것은 실제로 전시체제하에서 전쟁을 수행할 수 있는 검술의 기본동작으로 구성되어 있었다. 셋째 조선총독부는 황국신민체조를 전 조선에 널리 보급하기 위해 황국신민체조의 날을 정하고 전국 각지의 학교 청년단체 관청 공장 회사 광산 등을 대상으로 강습회를 개최했다 그리고 이를 위해 황국신 민체조정의라는 지도서도 발행했다 한편 황국신민체조는 일본에서 많은 관심을 보이며 각지에서 요청을 했는데 이것은 일본국내의 보급을 통해 자국민을 통제하기 위한 수단으로 이용했던 것이다. This study had a research focusing on establishment, contents and dissemination of Hwangguksinmin-Gymnastics(HSG) to reexamine it in Japanese occupation. And the conclusions are following. First, HSG is established in October 8th 1937 by the Governor-General of Korea to make Koreans learn Japanese knighthood so that they can become HSG. Second, contents of HSG is composed of basic posture, the five elements posture snd 14 movements and these were composed of basic posture of swordsmanship which can perform war under real war basis. Third, the Governor-General of Korea set HSG``s day and hold a class for school, youth organization, government office, factory, company, mine and etc, to disseminate HSG in all Choseon area. And they also published a manual called Hwanggukusinmin-Gymnastics Jeongei(황국신민체조정의). Meanwhile, Japan had interested in HSG so various parts of the country demanded it. It was used to control Korean through dissemination in Japan.

보육시설 평가인증지표와 유치원 평가지표에 대한 비교 연구

영유아교육기관에 대한 국가수준의 평가가 이제 제2주기를 맞고 있다. 수업 및 기관의 질적 향상을 위한 제도이므로 평가에 직접 영향을 미칠 수 있는 평가지표에 대한 논의가 필요하다. 본 연구는 보육시설의 평가인증 지표와 유치원 평가 지표를 비교함으로써 평가 지표에 대한 논의를 확장시키고자 하였다. 비교 결과, 첫째 보육시설 평가지표가 70개 항목으로 보다 구체적인 지침을 제시하고 있으며 보육환경과 운영관리를 강조하고 있는 반면, 유치원 평가지표는 47개 평가요소로 교육과정과 교육환경을 강조하고 있다. 둘째, 유치원 평가지표는 교육목표와 평가를 강조하고 있는 반면, 보육시설 평가인증지표는 보육계획과 보육활동, 일상적 양육의 통합을 강조하고 있다. 셋째, 교육환경은 공간 구성과 자료의 발달적합성을 강조하고 있는 반면, 보육환경은 공간배치와 자료 안내를 강조하고 있다. 넷째, 유치원 평가지표는 건강・안전 교육을, 평가인증지표는 청결과 안전관리를 강조하고 있다. 마지막으로, 보육시설 평가인증지표는 운영관리를 구체적으로 안내하고 있는 반면, 유치원 평가지표는 교직원과 원장의 전문성을 강조하고 있다. Presently, the evaluation for Child Care Center Accreditation and Kindergarten Evaluation are going into their second cycle. Therefore, we need a discussion on the evaluation criteria, as the evaluation system should improve the quality of lessons, and the center and evaluation criteria have a direct influence on evaluation. This study is to extend the discussion by comparing the evaluation criteria of the Child Care Center Accreditation with the Kindergarten evaluation. The results of the study are as follows: First, the criteria of the Child Care Center Accreditation has 70 items, the criteria of Kindergarten evaluation has 47 items, so there are more items in the Child Care Center Accreditation than in the Kindergarten evaluation. The criteria of the Child Care Center Accreditation emphasize the environment and management domains. The other side, the criteria of Kindergarten evaluation emphasize the curriculum and environment domains. Second, in the curriculum domain, the criteria of the Child Care Center Accreditation emphasize the integration of education plans, education activities and daily care activities . While the criteria of the Kindergarten evaluation emphasize the education objectives and education evaluation. Third, in the environment domain, the criteria of the Child Care Center Accreditation emphasize the guidance of educational materials. While the criteria of Kindergarten evaluation emphasize the suitability of the educational materials. Fourth, in the health, nutrition and safety domain, the criteria of the Child Care Center Accreditation emphasize cleanliness and safety management. The other side, the criteria of Kindergarten evaluation emphasize health education and safety education. Finally, in the management domain, the criteria of the Child Care Center Accreditation guide the management of the Child Care Center concretely. While the criteria of the Kindergarten evaluation emphasize the professional ability of teachers and principles of the kindergarten.
