        미용전공 대학생의 자아존중감과 그릿이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

        This study attempted to investigate the influence of social/personal self-esteem and grit on life satisfaction in college students majoring in cosmetology. For this, a mobile questionnaire survey was performed against college students from beauty-related departments in Gyeongsangnam-do and Jeollanam-do. A total of 203 copies were analyzed, using SPSS 25.0, and the results found the followings: In terms of influence on life satisfaction, personal self-esteem (β=.255, p=.002) and grit (β=.310, p<.001) revealed a positive effect with statistical significance. Specifically, the latter showed a greater influence. In social self-esteem (β=.168, p=.066), however, no statistical significance was found. The explanatory power of these variables was 42.1%. To enhance the life satisfaction of college students majoring cosmetology, therefore, it is critical to increase grit and then reinforce personal self-esteem

      • XML을 이용한 문제은행 시스템 설계 및 구현

        본 논문에서는 웹과 XML을 이용하여 학습자가 원하는 문항만을 검색하고 평가할 수 있는 문제은행 시스템을 구현하였다. 문항의 구성은 4지선다형, 5지선다형, 단답형으로 구성하였고 난이도 및 출제빈도를 고려하여 변별력을 가지도록 문제은행화 하였다. 문항검색은 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보를 단순히 검색하는 것이 아니라 저장된 정보를 XML문서로 변환한 후 XML 데이터에 대하여 Xpath를 이용하여 검색하였다 검색된 결과는 XSL을 이용하여 브라우저상에 나타나도록 하였다. 문항평가는 학습자가 원하는 과목. 단원에 대해서 난이도 및 출제빈도 그리고 문항유형별로 문항수를 입력하여 평가 문항을 생성하였다. 또한 실시간으로 학습자에게 학습결과를 제공하였고 학습자가 오답으로 응답한 문항에 대해서는 반복학습을 할 수 있도록 하였다. The purpose of this study was to help retrieve and assess only what learner wants. The multiple-choice and short-answer types were selected. and a sort of a question bank was organized in consideration of the degree of difficulty and frequency of being questioned in such a way to have a discriminating power. For item retrieval the stored information was converted into XML data, instead of simply searching information from database. and that data were retrieved through Xpath. And it's designed to show the retrieval output by using XML on browser. Concerning item evaluation. evaluation items were produced by inputting the degree of difficulty and frequency of being questioned of the subject and unit learner wants. and then by inputting the number of individual item type. The learning outcome was offered in real time to learner. and learner could repeatedly drill what they gave a wrong answer.

      • 기미 유․무와 자아존중감의 상관관계

        The purpose of this study is to investigate relations between the existence or non-existence of liver spots and self-esteem. For the purpose, this researcher made a questionnaire survey of women with skin diseases who visited dermatologist's hospitals and skin care shops located in Busan to compare the general characteristics and self-esteem of those women 1) who now have or have ever had liver spots and 2) who have never had them. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. 1. Among all the women, 44.6% now have liver spots, 8.5% have ever had them and 46.9% have never had. 2. Regarding general characteristics of women surveyed here, 66.7% of those women in their 50s now have or have ever had liver spots, 61.2% in their 30s and 40s, respectively, and 24.0% in their 20s. Women's experiences of having liver sports showed statistically significant differences in accordance with their age levels. Most women were housewives and 5 million won or over in monthly income. Women were not significant different among them in health state, that is, 54.8% of them were good or moderate in health, 52.4%, bad and 37.4%, very bad. Women who have or have ever had liver sports and who have never had were significantly different between each other in marital status as well as in the number of children. 3. Differences in women's self-esteem in accordance with whether they now have or have ever had liver sports or not were compared to find that significant differences existed in women's satisfaction about their skin state depending on the existence or non-existence of liver sports, but didn't in anything else.

        보육교사의 교사목표, 조직풍토와 직업행복감의 관계에서 조직몰입의 매개효과

        This study examined the relationship between teacher’s goals, organizational climate, organizational commitment, and job well-being of childcare teachers, and verified the mediating effect of organizational commitment. The subjects were 308 childcare teachers working at daycare centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and their online questionnaire were used for analysis. The SPSS 22.0 and M-plus 7.0 programs were used for data, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Bootstrapping method by Shrout and Bolger (2002) was used to verify the mediating effect. The results were as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation between the teacher’s goals and job well-being except teacher’s leisure goals and wealth goals. There was a positive correlation between the organizational climate, organizational commitment, and job well-being. Second, in terms of influence on job well-being, teacher’s growth goals had a positive effect and wealth goals had a negative effect. The director’s supportive behavior in the organizational climate, and emotional and normative commitment in organizational commitment had a positive effect on job well-being. Third, the direct effect of teacher’s goals on job well-being was not significant, and teacher’s goals had a complete mediating effect through organizational commitment. On the other hand, the organizational climate was found to directly affect job well-being, and organizational commitment was found to partially mediate between the organizational climate and job well-being.         정신과 간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the factors affecting turnover intention of violent experience and burnout in psychiatric nurses. Methods: The subjects of this study were 147 psychiatric nurses working at hospitals located in B Metropolitan city and Gyeongsangnam-do. Data collection took place from June 20, 2019, to July 31, 2019. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0 statistical program. Results: The violence experience has a significantly positive correlation with burnout (r=.30, p<.001) and turnover intention (r=.47, p<.001). Moreover, burnout has a significantly positive correlation with turnover intention (r=.44, p<.001). Factors influencing the turnover intention of the subjects were predictions for patient violent behavior (β=0.14, p=.048), psychiatric job satisfaction (β=0.17, p=.019), violence experience (β=0.28, p<.001), and burnout (β=0.220, p=.007). The explanatory power of these variables for the turnover intention was 48.4%. Conclusion: Aggressive intervention by a hospital and the nursing manager is suggested for safety in a psychiatric nurse’s work environment. The development of a nursing education program is expected to satisfy the nursing job and reduce turnover intention.
