Some analogs and their Mannish bases of Antineoplaston A10 (A10) were synthesized Chemical yield for the 2-(or 3-)thienyl, benzoyl, and phenylproptonyl analogs were hight but 1-naphthyl analog was synthesized in low yield. The Mannish bases formation of these analogs with morpholine went very well compared to other bases. 1-Naphthyl, 4-nitrobenzoyl. and phenylpropiortyl analogs of A10 showed weak in vitro activity but the other A10 analogs shaved weaker or no activity at 10-1000 ㎍/㎖. But their Mannish bases containing A10 analogs showed good in vitro activity compared to simple A10 analogs.

HMD 기반 가상현실 서비스디자인 프로토타이핑 시스템 정의

Contents for Virtual Reality have been studied for many years. Since the success of Oculus Rift in 2012, the Virtual Reality market based on Head Mounted Display began to get attention considerably. Wearable type of HMD provides not only embodying more realistic Virtual Reality, but also focusing more deeply through the screen in the first person. In this paper, we recognize the possibility of Virtual Reality based on HMD, and also suggest Virtual Service Design Prototyping system which is basically integrating Virtual Reality based on HMD into design practice This paper has significance for working on a constraint of the earlier study of Service Design Prototyping and proposing a new usability evaluation tool in the first person.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the tendency and type of eating attitude that body shape, weight control, a problem connected with food in Young WomenS to provide that the scientific data about eating habit. 160 Young Womens(random cluster sampling) were participated in this study. The eating attitude factors including fear for weight gain, consideration of body image, method of diet, symptom of anorexia nervosa, symptom of bulimia nervosa, refuse of meals, self-esteem by limiting meal, balance of meals were observed by eating attitude test(Grafinkel & Garner, 1979). Statistical analysis in frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis(varimix), one-way analysis of variance, multiple range test(scheffe test)were performed by using SPSS(Ver 12.0) windows. There were eating attitude by body mass index, in regard of weight was proven to have significantly difference(p<.05). In conclusion, though the influence of eating attitude affected was not remarkable and body mass index is normal in Young Womens, tendency of eating disorder could have effects upon Young Women’s health. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a countermeasure that educates them through straight information and knowledge on desirable weight-control and an attitude for well-balanced diet.
