범죄발생과 민간경비산업, 범죄안전인식의 관계 검증

연구 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 범죄발생과 경비산업에 대한 관계를 살펴보고, 범죄예방효과를 확인하기 위해 범죄에 대한 국민 범죄안전인식을 바탕으로 실증적인 관계를 규명하고자 연구하였다. 연구 방법: 범죄발생 요인은 2021년 경찰의 범죄통계를 기반으로 발생한 범죄와 4대범죄 발생 건수를, 경비산업은 경찰통계 중 경비업체와 경비원의 수에 대한 통계를, 범죄예방효과를 확인하기 위해 통계청 사회조사 자료 중 범죄에 대한 국민안전인식도를 조사도구로 선정하였다. 연구 내용: 범죄발생과 경비산업, 범죄예방효과에 대한 상관관계분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결론 및 제언: 총 범죄발생 건수는 경비업 법인 수(β=.886, p<.001), 경비원 수(β=.978, p<.001)에 통계적으로 높은 영향을 나타냈다. 반면 경비업 법인 수와 경비원 수는 범죄안전인식에 부(-)적인 수치를 나타냈으나 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 나타내지 않았다.

A Study on the Difference in Masseter Muscle Tone and Stiffness in Chronic Stroke Patients Using MyotonPRO

Background: For the rehabilitation of stroke patients, it is necessary to confirm the differences in the mechanical properties of the paretic- and non-pareticside masseter muscles. Objectives: To investigate the muscle tone and stiffness of masseter muscles in patients with chronic stroke. Design: A case study. Methods: This study included 20 stroke patients. Muscle tone and stiffness of the paretic and non-paretic masseter muscles in stroke patients were measured using MyotonPRO. Measurements were performed under relaxation and masseter muscle contraction conditions. Results: There was no significant difference in the muscle tone and stiffness of the paretic and non-paretic side masseter muscles in the relaxation conditions (P>.05). In male, left hemiplegia, right hemiplegia and infatction, the nonparetic side masseter muscles showed significantly increased than musle tone and stiffness of the paretic side masseter muscles in the contraction (P<.05). In female and hemorrhage, the non-paretic side masseter muscles showed significantly increased than musle tone the paretic side masseter muscles in the contraction (P<.05). Conclusion: The muscle tone and stiffness were lower on the paretic side than on the non-paretic side during masseter muscle contraction in stroke patients; thus, muscle strengthening training was required.

Molecular cloning and expression pattern of 14-3-3 from the malaria vector, Anopheles sinensis

14-3-3 proteins are known to play a pivotal role in cell survival, apoptosis and signal transduction. The 14-3-3ζ isoform has been cloned and characterized from many eukaryotic organisms, including the fruit fly and silkworm. However, no study on mosquito 14-3-3 has been reported to date. In an attempt to investigate the function of 14-3-3 in midgut epithelial cells undergoing apoptosis, a cDNA library was generated from the malaria vector, Anopheles sinensis, which was treated with apoptosis-inducing Actinomycin-D. We were able to identify and obtain A. sinensis 14-3-3ζ cDNA (Ansi14-3-3ζ) from expressed sequence tags (EST) analysis after conducting massive sequencing of the A. sinensis cDNA library. Ansi14-3-3ζ has very high homology to 14-3-3 homologs of various insects, such as Anopheles gambiae (100%), Aedes aegypti (100%), Drosophila melanogaster (96%), Bombyx mori (93%), Apis mellifera (93%) and Mus musculus (81%), indicating that mosquito 14-3-3ζ is a highly conserved gene in diverse organisms. Analysis of temporal expression patterns showed that Ansi14-3-3ζ mRNA is highly expressed in egg, early pupae and adult stages and is also expressed, although at low levels, in fourth instar larvae and late pupae. In response to two immune elicitors (lipopolysaccharide and laminarin), no striking induction of 14-3-3ζ mRNA was observed in A. sinensis. Further studies of the precise biological function, inducibility and subcellular distribution of 14-3-3ζ are required in Plasmodium invasion-induced apoptotic midgut cells in A. sinensis in the context of the Time Bomb model.

한국 현대시에 나타난 영화적 양상 연구 -백석 시를 중심으로-

백석은 전통을 소재로 하면서도 과거를 막연하게 향수하는 심정주의는 배격 하고 새롭고 모던한 방식으로 전통에 확실성을 부여한 독특한 시인으로 평가받 는다. 전통과 모던의 변증법적 만남이라 할 수 있는 그의 시는 30년대 후반 한 개성을 선보이기에 충분했다. 그는 민족적 소재를 취해도 상고주의를 견지하지 않았고 문화 창달이라는 거창한 구호를 표방하지 않았다. 요컨대 그는 새로운 스 타일, 즉 영화적 기법 등을 시의 제작에 활용해 대상과 정서적 거리를 유지하며 이를 명징하게 제시했다. 그 결과 그는 유니크한 모더니스트로 지칭됐다. 유니크한 스타일은 크게 두 방향에서 제작됐다. 하나는 강한 서사성, 다른 하 나는 짧고 경쾌하게 대상을 즉물적으로 묘사하는 방식이 그것이다. 그리고 그것 이 가능했던 요인으로 필자는 영화적 기법을 시적으로 소화했던 그의 개성에서 찾았다. 그는 배경을 제시하고 인물을 등장시켜 사건을 전개하거나 과거 발생했 던 사건을 진술하는 인물을 등장시키는 서사 방식을 자주 사용한다. 성인이 된 현재의 화자가 과거를 회고하는, 즉 ‘현재-과거-현재’의 시간 추이에 따른 구성 을 뼈대로 한다. 자연스레 과거 체험이 서사의 중심내용을 이루게 된다. 한편 그는 시적 대상을 즉물적으로 포착하며 영상처럼 제시한다. 이때 파노라 마 기법과 몽타주 기법이 효과적으로 사용된다. 그것은 그가 전통과 유년의 체험 에 자칫 함몰돼 정서를 노출할 수 있는 위험을 미연에 방지하려는 자기절제에서 비롯된다. 이 때문에 그는 대상과 객관적인 거리를 유지하며 자기 체험도 타인의 시선처럼 제시할 수 있었다. 그런데 백석은 대상을 건조하게 파노라마처럼 제시 했던 것만은 아니다. 객관적 거리를 유지하면서도 근경에서 원경으로, 원경에서 중경으로 자유롭게 시선을 이동하고 줌-인, 줌-아웃 등으로 변화를 주면서 대상 에 대한 관심을 엿보게 했다. 과거 고향의 유년체험을 소재로 해도 그의 시가 생 동감을 잃지 않는 것, 독자가 그의 유년 체험에 정서적으로 공감할 수 있었던 것 은 이 때문이다. 한편, 그는 인격을 훼손하는 전근대적인 제도에 대해 비판적인 태도를 견지했다. 그것은 갈등과 충돌의 몽타주 기법으로 아이러니칼하게 제시 된 바 있다. 그러나 그것은 주제의식보다 스타일이 강했던 탓에 오장환으로부터 동화세계에 안주할 뿐이라는 혹평을 얻기도 했다. 백석 시에 나타난 영화수용 방식을 검토하는 이번 연구는 한국 근(현)대시의 형성과 그 전개 양상을 엿볼 수 있다는 점에서 중요한 의의를 갖는다고 할 수 있 다. 특히 30년대 독특한 스타일의 완성으로 알려진 그의 시가 한국 근(현)대 시 사에서 어떤 위치를 차지하고 있는지, 그리고 후대 어떤 영향을 끼쳤는지 새삼 조명하는 기회를 제공해준다고 판단된다. 이를 통해 30년대 예술적 지형도를 조 형하는 데 중요한 사례를 제공할 것이며, 아울러 우리가 30년대를 새삼 주목할 이유를 제기해준다고 할 것이다.

항공보안 종사사의 조직문화가 임파워먼트, 신뢰와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate how organizational culture, empowerment, trust, and organizational effectiveness are having cause-and-effect relationship each other in order for aviation security workers to effectively manage the institute. From July 2022 to September 2022,the survey was distributed and collected for 300 aviation security workers and analyzed through a cluster sampling method. Among the collected questionnaires, 272 copies were finally used for analysis, excluding labeling errors, omissions, and duplicates. For statistical analysis of the collected data, the STATA 14.0 program was used to test the research hypothesis. The results of regression analysis on the relationship among organizational culture, empowerment, trust, and organizational effectiveness are as follows. First, it was found that organizational culture had a positive (+) effect on organizational effectiveness. Second, it was found that organizational culture had a positive (+) effect on trust. Third, it was found that organizational culture had a positive (+) effect on empowerment. Fourth, empowerment was found to have a positive (+) effect on trust. Fifth, empowerment was found to have a positive (+) effect on organizational effectiveness Finally, trust was found to have a positive (+) effect on organizational effectiveness.

손 위치와 손동작 개별 인식을 통한 딥러닝 기반 통증행동 모니터링 시스템의 설계 및 개발

With the rapid development of deep learning technology, research on recognizing patients' biometric information or complex conditions by incorporating deep learning into the healthcare field is being actively conducted. In particular, effective management of pain leads to an improvement in the patient's health condition and an increase in medical satisfaction. This paper proposes a deep learning-based pain behavior monitoring system with IMU sensor data collected through wristband devices as input. For precise recognition of pain behavior, we designed a combination of two CNN models that individually recognize hand positions and hand movements and an HMM model that reduces misrecognition of pain behavior as daily behavior. The wristband device, which collects IMU sensor data, is designed based on an nRF5240, based MDBT50Q module for low-power design. The proposed system recognizes 28 pain behaviors selected with advice from Pusan National University Hospital with an average accuracy of 87.06%

미국 기독교 대학의 정체성 상실의 과정에 대한 연구

This study aims to find some trends and their facilitative factors by reviewing the histories of a few distinctive Christian higher education institutions in America. This study will be useful to understand the present and to forecast the future of major Christian universities in Korea, because they established after the model of American Christian universities.The histories are the gloomy stories about the loss or weakening of Christian identity in the American universities and colleges. The loss or weakening of the Christian identity has many causes as following: First, the misuse of the principle of separation between church and state led to drastic restraint of the public religious activities on campus. A religious activity is limited to the individual and private area. Second, their rapid expansion forced them to be susceptible to the commercial power in the American higher education market. The more they expand, the more students they admit. Since the non-belief students are majority in campus, it became hard to maintain the Christian atmosphere in the campus. Third, the professionalism of the higher education led to weakening the basis on the liberal arts education for the students' character formation. The students are interested just in the subjects which have an edge in the job market. Fourth, the intense development of the research university forced the Christian scholars to devote themselves to research with giving up teaching their students. The Christian scholars are under pressure too heavy to meet their students and to train them. Fifth, as a result of emergence of multiversity, the Christian universities have lost the Christian educational vision for unifying their members. Last, the anti-cultural movement criticised the western culture as well as Christian culture and values. More and more students became non-believers, and they changed the Christian atmosphere on campus.

항공보안업무 종사자의 조직문화가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 항공보안업무 종사자의 조직문화가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 항공보안검색요원 300명을 대 상으로 집락표본추출법(cluster sampling method)을 통해 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 수집된 설문지 중 표기오류, 누락, 전체 항목의 동일 표기 등을 분류하여 최종적으로 272부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 조직문화는 조직유효성에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조직문화의 하위요인인 합리문화, 합의문 화, 발전문화는 조직유효성의 하위요인인 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 위계문화는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으 로 나타났다. 또한 합의문화, 위계문화, 발전문화 순으로 조직몰입에 영향을 미쳤으나 합리문화는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
