This study is to inquire how the partisan strifes were described and what "Shin Im Sa Wha" was intended to mean in Park So Chon Wha. Park So Chon Wha includes many stories about partisan strifes caused by "Shin Im Sa Wha" in the 18th century. The authour described them in the way of distinguishing the natures of the character's natures and dramatising the events at that time. The author shared the same position as Horon in Noron faction in dealing with the partisan strifes. In other words, he was supporting the theory of "the different natures between human and animals". This study will contribute to clarify the general aspects of Park So Chon Wha.

초등학교 3․4학년 음악 수행평가의 성취 기준 양상 탐색

본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 음악 수행평가에 제시된 성취 기준의 내용을 탐색하고, 분석 결과를 토대로 문제점을 도출하여 개선방안을 모색하는 것이다. 연구를 위하여 서울시 공립 초등학교 112개교의 3, 4학년 1‧ 2학기 수행평가계획서 448부를 수집하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 초등학교에서의 실행되는 음악과의 평가는 우리 음악의 가치 인식하기, 창의적으로 음악 만들기, 음악의 요소 및 개념 이해하기, 창작 활동이 평가에서 소외되는 비중이 높았다. 둘째, 학교 수행평가에 제시된 학교 수준 성취 기준은 국가 수준 성취 기준을 수정 및 변형, 또는 구체화하여 반영하는 비율이 현저히 높았다. 셋째, 생활화 영역에 제시된 성취 기준 및 성취 수준은 영역의 성격에 맞지 않는 경우가 많았다. 현장에 정착된 수행평가의 실제 양상이 관행화, 정형화되어 수행평가의 취지를 살리지 못한 채 또 다른 부작용을 낳고 있지는 않은지 성찰이 필요하다.

청소년의 생활 스트레스와 자살사고 간의 관계에서 자기효능감과 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과

Life stress can have a negative effect on suicidal thoughts by lowering self-efficacy, and social support can act as a protective factor to alleviate the negative effects of life stress on suicidal thoughts. The purpose of this study is to verify the moderated mediating effect of self-efficacy and social support that life stress has on the relationship between suicidal thoughts of adolescents. According to this research purpose, 326 adolescents’ responses were collected after distributing a questionnaire measuring life stress, self-efficacy, suicidal thoughts, and social support to them and were analyzed statistically. The main results of the study are as follows. First, life stress had a significant effect on adolescents' suicidal thoughts and self-efficacy. Second, in the relationship between life stress and suicidal thoughts, self-efficacy showed a partial mediating effect. Third, the moderating effect of social support was confirmed in the relationship between self-efficacy and suicidal thoughts. These results imply that, if adequate social support is provided, the likelihood of suicide accidents can be lowered even if the sense of self-efficacy is low. Fourth, in the relationship between life stress and suicidal accidents, the mediating effect of self-efficacy was moderated by social support. In conclusion, life stress affects suicidal thoughts in adolescents and this effect can occur through self-efficacy, and the mediating effect of self-efficacy can be promoted or suppressed by social support. Therefore, in order to reduce suicidal thoughts, the adolescent’s own efforts to improve self-efficacy are important, but it also requires the attention of family, friends and teachers. 생활 스트레스는 자기효능감을 낮추어 청소년 자살사고에 부정적 영향을 미칠 수 있으며 사회적 지지는 자살사고에 미치는 생활 스트레스의 부정적 영향을 완화시키는 보호요인으로 작용할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 생활 스트레스와 청소년의 자살사고 간의 관계에 영향을 미치는 자기효능감과 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 연구목적에 따라 생활 스트레스, 자기효능감, 사회적지지 그리고 자살사고를 측정하는 설문지를 충남 및 경기도에 소재한 중고등학교에 재학 중인 청소년들에게 배포한 후 326부를 회수하여 응답 자료를 분석하였으며 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생활 스트레스는 청소년의 자살사고와 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 생활 스트레스와 자살사고 간의 관계에서 자기효능감은 부분매개효과를 보였다. 셋째, 자기효능감과 자살사고 간의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과가 확인되었다. 넷째, 생활 스트레스와 자살사고 간의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 사회적 지지가 조절한다는 조절된 매개효과가 확인되었다. 결론적으로, 생활 스트레스는 청소년의 자살사고에 영향을 미치고 이러한 영향은 자기효능감을 매개로 하여 일어날 수 있으며 자기효능감의 매개효과는 사회적 지지에 의해 촉진되거나 억제될 수 있다. 따라서 자살사고를 줄이려면 자기효능감을 증진하려는 청소년 자신의 노력뿐 아니라 가족, 친구, 그리고 교사의 관심도 필요하다.

论韩国政府对中国朝鲜族赴韩就业政策的演变

Chinese Korean is one of the 56 ethnics in China, whose main settlement is northeast China. The relation between Chinese Koreans and South Korea is special and complex because of the historical origins, practical reasons and geographical factors. How to deal with this relation has become one of the important subjects on keeping a friendly relationship between these two countries. Foreigners industry training system(1994), Employment management policy, Employment permit system and Access employment policy have had direct or indirect impacts on Chinese Koreans’ visiting South Korea. In addition, South Korea’s visa policies towards Chinese Koreans also to some extent show preferential and particularity. Changes on South Korea’s policies of Chinese Koreans’ employment in South Korea have such characteristics as reflecting the changes of domestic demand for labour forces in South Korea, being gradually relaxed, giving priority to employment and being contradictory in a way. The causes of these changes include South Korea’s politics and economy conditions and nationalism of its people, concepts of identity between people of these two countries, features of Chinese Koreans and relationship between China and South Korea. In the end, this article analyses the effects of these policies from the positive and negative perspectives. Korean government should hold a correct attitude towards the influences coming along with the visiting of Chinese Koreans, reduce discrimination and link up with other social security measures in order to lessen some problems accompanied with the Chinese Koreans’ visiting South Korea. 朝鲜族是中国56个民族之一,主要聚居于中国东北地区。由于历史与现实以及地理等因素,中国朝鲜族与韩国存在特殊且复杂的关系。如何恰当地处理这一关系成为中韩两国维持友好国家关系的一个重要课题。韩国从1994年出台的外国人产业研修制度、就业管理制,到雇佣许可制、访问就业制等,都直接或间接地对中国朝鲜族赴韩就业产生了影响。此外,韩国对中国朝鲜族入境的签证政策也具有一定的优惠性和特殊性。 韩国对中国朝鲜族赴韩就业政策的变化反映了韩国国内劳动力需求的变化,同时具有逐步放宽,且内容上以就业为主等特点。导致政策变化的原因包括韩国政治、经济等客观因素,还包括韩国民族主义及中韩民众彼此之间的观念认同,以及中国朝鲜族本身的特点等。 本文认为韩国对中国朝鲜族赴韩就业的政策有积极和消极两方面的影响,并提出要正确看待中国朝鲜族赴韩就业对韩国社会带来的影响,建议韩国政府制订和实施相应的社会保障政策以减少中国朝鲜族访韩所引起的一些社会问题。

Service has the characteristics of intangibility, Simultaneous heterogeneity, and perishability, so it is limited only by marketing strategies of existing 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Therefore, the results of a trend study on marketing 7P for the development of broadcasting outsourcing producers provide the following implications. First, in terms of products, outsourcing manufactures should focus more on quality and brand management. Second, prices are the most important and sensitive sector of the 7P factor studies therefore require a marketing strategy that is more careful. Third, In distribution, the reference is very important so must consider how to effectively build up this reference. Fourth, because of the importance of nominees in the characteristics of broadcasting outsourcing business, it is necessary to promote policies on who is recommended. Fifth, the professionalism of the broadcasting outsourcing is influenced by human factors such as employees. Sixth, the physical evidence, such as quality and sound, should be aroused the intention of repeat purchase by customers. Seventh, the process should provide transparent disclosure of the production process of broadcasting outsourcing programs and actively involve customers in the production process.
