大邱地方에서 分離한 Salmonella의 抗菌濟感受性(1978年)

Three hundred strains of Salmonella consisted of 70 Salmonella paratyphi A and 230 S. typhi isolated in Taegu area during the period from January to December of 1978 were studied for their susceptibilities to antimicrobial drugs of routine use. All strains were susceptible to chloramphenicol, tetracycline, streptomycin, nalidixic acid, ampicillin, kanamycin, gentamicin, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, amikacin, carbenicillin, and cephaloridine. S. paratyphi A showed the highest susceptibility to gentamicin, and S. typhi to ampicillin among the drugs tested. A majority of S. paratyphi A were weakly resistant to sulfisomidine and rifampicin, and most strains of S. typhi were only weakly resistant to rifampicin. Multiply drug-resistant and R plasmid-carrying strain was not found among Salmonella tested.

In press forming of sheet metals, the material sheet is usually subjected to very large plastic strain under in-plane stressing. Moreover, the sheet also very often is subjected to out-of-plane compressive force between tools such as the upper and lower dies, the blank holder and the die, and so forth. In this paper, it is clearly demonstrated theoretically that out-of-plane stress may notably raise the forming limit strain and thus it can be effectively utilized to avoid earlier fracture of the sheet in press forming.

著者들은 1975年 5月부터 1977年 12月까지 慶北醫大附屬病院에 入院한 4例의 原發性骨髓機維症을 臨床血液學的으로 觀察한 바 다음과 같이 要約할 수 있었다. 1. 男女比는 同一하였으며 年齡은 10代에서 2例 30代에서 2例로서 比較的 젊은 年齡層에 屬하였다. 2. 主訴는 全身無力感, 鼻出血, 腹部腫瘤等이 었으며 첫 症狀이 發現한 후 診斷時까지의 期間은 1個月부터 4年사이였다. 3. 初診當時 全例에서 輕度부터 中等度으 肝腫(1∼4橫指), 輕度부터 高度의 脾中(1∼10橫指)이있었다. 骨髓穿剌는 모두 dry tap로 끝났으며 骨髓生檢에서 비로소 纖維症을 全例에서 證明할 수 있었다. 4. 全例에서 貧血이 있었으며 自由球數는 減少 도는 增加하였고 血小板數는 正常 또는 減少되었다. 全例에서 淚適狀赤血球를 볼 수 있었으며 3例에서 赤芽球 및 末熟白血球가 나타났다. 5. 全例에서 durabolin 및 myleran으로써 治療하였으나 多少 效果가 있었다. 6. 4 例中 2例에서는 確診후 1個月 및 4個月 후에 各各 死亡했으며 1例는 行方不明, 그리고 나머지 1例는 繼積加療中이다. The authors observed four patients with idiopathic myelofibrosis who had been admitted to Kyungpook National University Hospital between May 1975 and December 1977. the pertinent clinical results are as follows: 1) The male-to-female ratio was equal. Two patients were in the second decase and other two patients in the fourth decades. 2) The chief complaints were general weakness, epistaxis and adbominal masses. The intervals from the onset of the disease to the diagnosis were between one month and four years. 3) There were hepatomegaly(1-4f.b.) and also splenomegaly(1-10f.b.) in all patients at the time of their first visit to the Hospital. All marrow aspirations attempt resulted in dry tap and a diagnosis of myelofibrosis was proved only by menas of marrow biopsy in all patients. 4) anemia was seen in all patient on first admission. Leukopenia or leukocytosis and normal platelet count or thrombocytopenia were observed. Tear drop cells were noted uniformly in all patients. Normoblasts and immature leukocytes were seen on the peripheral blood in three patients. 5) All patients had been treated with durabolin and myleran with somewhat encouraging results. 6) Two out of four patents were expired within one month and four months respectively after a diagonsis was made. One patient was lost to follow-up and another patient is currently under treatment
Stability of Solution-processed ZrInZnO Thin-film Transistors under Gate Bias Stress

The effects of bias stress solution-processed ZrInZnO (ZIZO) thin-film transistors (TFTs) for various annealing temperatures and gate insulators were investigated under gate bias stress. In the as-fabricated ZIZO TFTs with different gate insulators, higher mobility is achieved with SiNx, but superior subthreshold swing (S.S) is achieved with SiO_2 because the gate insulator has different k value and quality. After 1000 s of positive and negative gate bias stresses, the threshold voltages of the ZIZO TFTs with SiNx and SiO_2 gate insulators shifted dramatically while variations in the S.S and the mobility changed slightly. This suggests that electrons or holes are temporarily trapped/detrapped at the existing traps in the gate insulator, semiconductor, or channel/insulator.

Thin oxide films are deposited from tetramethoxysilane (TMOS) with some addition of O2 (or N2O) gas in inductively coupled plasma (ICP) discharges supplied with radio frequency power. The effects of various deposition parameters such as O2 (or N2O) partial pressure ratio, ICP power, and gas pressure on the growth characteristics and properties of the deposited films are investigated. The chemical bonding states of deposited films are analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and the deposition rate and optical properties are determined from in-situ ellipsometry. For the TMOS=O2 case, the deposition rate increases with increasing ICP power. Larger oxygen partial pressure ratio decreases the deposition rate. For the TMOS=N2O case, higher N2O fraction results in a decrease in nitrogen content in the gasphase and in the deposited films, thereby decreasing the refractive index. As the gas pressure increases, the deposition rate increases first and saturates later. Capacitance–voltage measurements are performed in MOS capacitors to obtain the electrical properties of the deposited films. The interface trap density is observed to decrease with increasing ICP power.
