Lithium cobalt oxide $(LiCoO_2)$ cathode powders for rechargeable battery have been successfully prepared using urea hydrolysis method. The obtained hydrolysis-derived precursors with different Li/Co molar ratio were calcined at various temperatures. Low temperature phase $(LT-LiCoO_2)$ and high temperature phase $(HT-LiCoO_2)$ were obtained after calcination at $500^{\circ}C$ for 2 hr, and phase transformation from $LT-LiCoO_2{\;}to{\;}HT-LiCoO_2$ was completely occurred over $700^{\circ}C$. The layered structure of $LiCoO_2$ was well developed with a rise in the calcination temperature. Charge-discharge test show that the lithium cobalt oxide with 1.2 molar ratio prepared at $800^{\circ}C$ has an initial discharge capacity as high as 152 mAh/g, and the relatively stable cycling characteristic with 9.2 % of capacity fading was obtained after 40th charge-discharge test.

본 연구의 목적은 헤어살롱 서비스업에서의 이러닝 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 규명하고자 한다. 특히 이러닝 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 학습자 특성별로 파악하고, 이러한 영향요인은 이러닝 학습자의 만족도에 영향을 미치고, 나아가 경영성과에까지 영향이 미치는지 밝히는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과는 아래와 같다. 이러닝 학습 환경과 이러닝 만족의 관계에서의 가설 검증 결과, 이러닝 컨텐츠 품질수준이 높을수록 이러닝 만족도가 높아지고, 이러닝 지원 인프라 품질수준이 높을수록 이러닝 만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 학습자 요인의 조절 효과에 대한 가설 검정의 결과를 보면, 학습자 목표의식 수준에 따라 지원 인프라 품질의 이러닝 만족에 대한 영향력이 다르게 나타났다. 하지만 학습자 목표의식 수준에 따라 컨텐츠 품질의 이러닝 만족도에 대한 영향력, 학습태도의 적극성에 따라 컨텐츠 품질의 이러닝 만족도에 대한 영향력 그리고 학습태도의 적극성에 따라 지원 인프라 품질의 이러닝 만족도에 대한 영향력은 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 학습 성과 간의 관계에 대한 가설 검정 결과를 살펴보면, 이러닝 만족도가 높을수록 고객지향성이 높아지고, 이러닝 만족도가 높을수록 경영성과 기여도가 높아지며, 고객지향성이 높을수록 경영성과 기여도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실제 경과 경로를 규명하였다. 헤어살롱 서비스업 운영과 관련된 조직의 의사결정자에게 성공적인 교육시스템 도입 및 확장을 위한 실무지침을 제공하였다. 둘째, 이론적 배경에서 도출된 학습 환경과 학습자들이 요구하는 학습 환경은 다르다.

Alendronate sodium (Fosamax ) is an aminophosphonate used in treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis by inhibition of osteoclastic activity. Esophageal ulcers related to alendronate use have been reported at the rate of 2∼6%. However, there have been no reports of esophagitis or esophageal ulcer by alendronate in Korea. We present a case of esophageal ulcer caused by alendronate. The patient presented with retrosternal pain and severe odynophagia for a few days. Esophagogastroduodenoscopy revealed multiple deep ulcers at the esophagus. Her symptoms resolved completely after stopping alendronate. A follow-up esophagogastroduodenoscopy 6 weeks later revealed complete healing of the ulcers. Alendronate는 파골세포에 작용하여 골다공증의 치료에 쓰이는 제제이다. 최근 약제사용이 증가하면서 부작용의 보고가 있었다. 식도궤양이 2~6%에서 발생한다는 여러 외국 보고가 있었으나, 국내에서는 alendronate에 의한 식도의 부작용에 대한 보고가 없었다. 저자 등은 최근 alendronate 복용 후에 식도궤양으로 진단된 환자를 경험하였다. 78세 여자 환자로 alendronate 복용 수일 후부터 발생한 흉골하 동통을 주소로 내원하여 시행한 상부 위장관 내시경에서 다수의 식도궤양을 보였으며, alendronate를 끓고 1주 후부터 증상이 소실되고, 6주 후에 시행한 상부 위장관 내시경 소견에서도 식도궤양이 소실되었다.

The purpose of this study was, accordingly, to examine male college student's general body consciousness and their actual condition of wearing clothing, as it's assumed that clothing, which everyone must always wear, might be effective in making up for the physical defect. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. Male College Students' Body Consciousness: They expressed some dissatisfaction with their own body, and they were most discontented with their height, among their bodies. They thought of the western-style shape as an ideal one, as what's considered by them to be ideal was thinner a little than them, being taller with wider shoulder, longer legs, smaller and white face. 2. Male College Students' Characteristics of Clothing Purchasing Behavior: In purchasing clothing, male college students were slightly sensitive about the physical part with which they wasn't satisfied. The clothing pattern preferred by them was an abstract one, and their favorite color was white or black. The greatest number of them put most emphasis on design in buying clothing, and they purchased clothing mainly at special fashion shop. On the whole, they showed an affirmative response toward wearing Korean costume, and they also had a positive opinion about the purchase of reformed Korean dress for everyday life. 3. Male College Students' Characteristics of Wearing Clothing: They appeared not to consider making up for physical weakness. Male college students favored aloha shirt and trousers when they went out. Male college students purchase clothing in consideration of individual, manly, classical, tender, or comfortable factors. 4. Relationship of Body Consciousness to Wearing Behavior: The degree to which they considered covering up physical weakness in wearing clothing was examined, by dividing them into two groups: one was a group that thought their own shape normal, and the other was a group that didn't think of their own shape as normal, As a result, both groups appeared not to consider covering up physical weakness.

Today the beauty industry has reached a point of saturation, and competition has become fiercer than ever. Furthermore, customer needs and expectations have become increasingly sophisticated and diversified. In particular, it has become more difficult for small beauty salons to maintain customer loyalty by staying competitive and satisfying customer needs and demand. In fact, beauty salon customers want to get individualized services as well as a wide variety of hairstyles. Therefore, this study attempted to analyze the sustainability management of beauty salons. It looked at how an increase in sales and in customer loyalty can be achieved by enhancing awareness of the fact that small beauty salons' competitiveness stems from strenuous efforts for the best customer service, individualized hairstyling services, professional skills and customer trust. The study results found that beauty salons need to keep promoting development and improvement for the following: advanced skills, excellent services, reasonable price, convenient locations, advertisement and PR, development of an exclusive manual, intensive staff training and character education plan, complaint management and follow-up and decrease in customer migration.
