Energy efficiency is an important factor toward sustainable future mobile network systems. As the size of the 5G mobile network system increases, the consumption and costs of energy increase. Accordingly, energy-saving optimization has become a major process in network systems, and various related technologies for energy saving are being developed. We provide a brief review of the technical trends in energy saving in 3GPP 5G & 5G Advanced systems and O-RAN systems. We focus on power models and energy-saving technologies in various resource domains of 3GPP 5G & 5G Advanced systems and energy-saving use cases of O-RAN systems.
스마트폰의 교육용 어플리케이션 동향분석 및 발전방향 연구

본 연구는 현재 공급되고 있는 교육용 어플리케이션에 다양한 기준을 적용하여 분석하고, 온라인 또는 원격교육의 특성이 어떻게 적용될 수 있는지에 대한 가능성을 모색하였다. 이를 위해 총 85개의 교육용 어플리케이션을 선정하였고, 콘텐츠 유형, 상호작용 유형, 콘텐츠 유형과 상호작용 유형의 조합을 준거로 분석하였다. 분석결과 콘텐츠 유형에서 반복연습형 및 도구형 등 빈도는 높은 반면, 모의실험과 문제해결형의 빈도는 낮았다. 상호작용에 있어서는 학습자와 콘텐츠 간 상호작용 유형이 대부분을 차지하였는데, 따라서 원활한 학습자간 의사소통의 확장이 이루어지는데 한계가 있었다. 따라서 SNS(Social Network Service) 어플리케이션 등의 특징을 적용하여 학습의 상호작용성을 촉진시키기 위한 목적으로 교육용 어플리케이션이 개발될 필요성이 있음이 발견되었다. 아울러 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 스마트폰의 교육적 활용에 관한 몇 가지 제언을 하였다. This study analyzed educational applications in smartphones with some criteria seeking to apply online learning characteristics to smartphones. For the analysis, 85 educational applications were selected and they were classified by types of educational contents, interactions, and the combination of the educational contents and interactions. As a result, drill-and-practice and tool types of contents ranked high, and there found to be few simulation and problem solving types. In regard to interaction types, almost all of the applications had interactions only between contents and learners, which meant little active communications when using applications. Therefore, enhanced interactions and communications among learners using the social network service platform were required in order to use educational applications in a more effective way.
슈타이너의 인지학적 건축론을 적용한 발도르프 유치원 실내 공간 계획에 관한 연구

This paper is study of the Waldorf Kindergarten, an infant education institution created based on Steiner"s cognitive skills. Steiner"s cognitive science has established a stage of development from an understanding of human nature. and new curriculum, the Waldorf education and cognitive science, is applied not only to theories, but also to form one"s own architectural space. This theory of cognitive architecture served as the foundation for the creation of the Waldorf Kindergarten. Through prior research analysis, cognitive architectural factors can be described in five ways: cosmology, metamorphism, color theory, sensory theory and geometry. The five factors can be seen in Waldorf Kindergarten, which is not just an educational space, but also stimulates and nurtures the mental aspects of children. Therefore, This paper could be a good example as an alternative to the modern educational environment by providing educational methods and environments that protect the inner health of children of Waldorf Kindergarten.

다짐된 모래-벤토나이트 혼합토의 인장강도 측정을 위한 새로운 시험방법을 개발하기 위하여 일축관업(UP)시험에 대한 이론적 실험적 측면에서의 연구를 실시하였다. 다짐된 혼합토의 인장강도는 완전소성이론을 이용한 한계해석으로부터 계산될 수 있으며 개량일축관입시험기(Improved Unconfined Penetration, IUP)는 기존의 일축관입시험기와 비교하여 시험기기의 개선을 통해 측정 오류를 감소시켰다. 선행 시험 결과 원반의 크기와 재하속도의 증가와 pH가 높아(산성)짐에 따라 인장강도가 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 원반 직경이 25.4㎜이며 재하속도가 0.5%/min~1%/min일 경우가 개량일축관입시험에 가장 적합하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 할렬인장시험 결과와의 비교를 통해 개량일축관입시험법의 신뢰성도 확인하였다. Theoretical and experimental study of the unconfined penetration (UP) test was conducted to suggest a new test method (referred to as IUP, Improved Unconfined Penetration) for determination of the tensile strength of compacted sand-bentonite mixtures. The tensile strength of compacted mixtures can be calculated from limit analysis based on the theory of perfect plasticity. The measurement errors in new test method were reduced by improving the UP device. Preliminary experiment results indicate that the tensile strength increases with increasing the disk size, loading rate and pH level. In addition, the disk diameter with 25.4 ㎜ and the loading rate with 0.5%/min~1%/min are most suitable condition for the IUP test. The reliability of IPU test was verified by through the fact that good agreement between the IUP and conventional split tensile test results is observed.

Objectives: This study aims to report the effect of Korean medicine treatments on a sequela of operation of hallux valgus. Methods: The patient was treated with Dangkisoosan-gami, Acupuncture treatment including Herbal-Acupuncture and physical therapy. We evaluated treatment effects by circumference of foot and ankle, Edema index score by Body Composition Analyzer, Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Results: After 25 days of treatment, the symptoms such as lower extremity edema, foot pain and ankle pain were improved. Conclusions: In this case, Korean medicine treatments for a sequela of operation of hallux valgus was effective. But further studies are required to confirm the effect of these methods.
